Objective: The purpose of this study is to verify the effect of childcare teachers' positive human relationships in childcare centers on care sensitivity to children through their work immersion. Methods: The subjects of this study were child care teachers who were conveniently sampled from Incheon City. A total of 380 surveys were distributed, and a total of 334 surveys were analyzed, Poor or incomplete questionnaires collected were excluded. The. Sobel Test and Baron & Kenny's multi-regression were used for the analysis with the SPSS 23.0 program. Results: Child care teachers' positive relationships with directors, with their fellow teachers, and with parents had an influence on teachers' care sensitivity to children. Teacher's positive relationships with their fellow teachers and with parents had an influence on teachers' work immersion, which mediated the relationships between teacher's human relationship and their care sensitivity to children. Conclusion/Implications: The positive relationships of child care teachers directly and indirectly affect their sensitivity to children through teachers' work immersion.

The purpose of this research was to provide recommendations for eco-centered early childhood education as a new paradigm in Korean society. Questionnaires were collected from directors, teachers, and parents of private & public kindergartens, as well as child care centers, in Bucheon city. The data were analyzed based on the frequencies, $X^2$ test, F test, and Scheffe test. The results were as follows. (a) Most directors, teachers, and parents positively agreed with the eco-centered early childhood education and recognized its benefits. (b) In order for the eco-centered early childhood education to be successful, development of various programs, systematic study, ongoing teacher training, and parents' education were required. (c) In order for the eco-centered early childhood education to develop more culturally appropriate program, close connection with local community, reorganization of the early childhood education curriculum, and government support were needed. The findings demonstrate that eco-centered early childhood education is necessary for the future wellbeing of Korean society.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of human relationships, compensation, and heavy work on the burnout of childcare teachers. The subjects were 290 childcare teachers in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do province. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson's correlation, and the multi regression analysis. The main findings of this study were as follows. First, there were significant differences in the burnout according to individual characteristics such as types of childcare center, daily working hours, and monthly incomes. Second, human relationships, compensation, and heavy work directly influenced the burnout of childcare teachers. A heavy workload was the most important variable in burnout of childcare teachers. Next, the relationship with directors, relationship with parents, compensation, and relationship with co-workers had an effect on burnout of childcare teachers. The results of this study provide basic data to reduce burnout of childcare teachers.

Objective: This research examines the understanding of the competencies required from the director of a childcare center. It also analyzes the characteristics of the capabilities of a director of a daycare center. The research questions are as follows: First, what are the competencies of a childcare center director? Second, what are the characteristics of the competencies of a childcare center director? Methods: In this study, the Q methodology was applied. First, the Q population was identified based on prior studies and through open questionnaires and in-depth interviews targeting 71 teachers and directors of childcare centers. Next, 40 Q samples were selected. Second, P samples were selected targeting the 30 directors, Q sort was conducted, and the data were analyzed using the QUANL program. Results: The main results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, four types of competencies were demanded from the director of a daycare center. Second, the competencies required from the director of a daycare center were accountability-centered, functional-management-centered, human-relationshipcentered, and rationality-centered capabilities. Conclusion/Implications: The policy-level of and educational ways to support the competencies of a director of a daycare center were discussed.

본 연구의 목적은 한국 공공도서관장들의 사회적 배경과 관장직을 달성하기까지의 사회화 과정에 대한 조사와 영향요인을 분석하고자 함에 있다. 조사 대상은 전국 188명의 공공도서관장을 대상으로 설문지를 통해 분석하였다. 중요사항을 정리하면 도서관장들의 성장거주지는 도시보다는 지방출신이 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 관장들의 전직 경력으로는 사서직종 보다는 교원직이나 행정직 공무원이 대부분이었으며, 직무 수행을 위한 탐구적 생활자세나 의식은 지극히 저조한 것으로 분석된다. 동시 도서관 운영의 효율적 활동이나 서비스의 품질을 위한 외부 활동의 자세도 극히 부족하다. 미래 도서관장들의 의견은 어느 시기나 어느 지역에서던 질적 봉사를 높이고저 함에 노력해야 할 것이다. 그래야만 한국공공도서관계에서 전문직 성향의 도서관장이 되기를 희망하는 미래 후학들에게 새로운 의식의 변화를 기대할 수 있기 때문이다.

The purpose of this study was to explore mediating effects of internal-external control between directors' servant leadership and teachers' emotional labor. The subjects of the study were 425 childcare teachers in Seoul, Gyeonggi province and Incheon in Korea. The statistics program used to analyze the data was SPSS(version +18.0). The statistics methods applied were the Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression. The major results of this study were summarized as follows: First, emotional labor and internal control caused by the servant leadership style were found to be positively correlated. Second, servant leadership affected the ability of the teachers to act naturally. These effects were mediated in part by the amount of internal-external control that was shown. Third, servant leadership affected the internal behaviors of the teachers. These effects were mediated in part by amount of the internal-external control that was shown.

우리나라는 양적으로 확대된 어린이집의 보육서비스 질을 제고하기 위해 2005년 1월 영유아보육법을 개정하면서 보육교사의 자격 기준을 강화하였다. 이후 원장의 국가자격증 도입, 명칭 변경, 원장과 보육교사 자격기준 강화와 보수교육 체계 정비, 보육교사 자격취득 보육관련 교과목 및 학점기준 강화, 2012년에는 보수교육 보육교사자격검정 등 업무위탁관련 조항을 정비하는 등 보육교직원 관련 법적 근거의 변화가 있었다. 이는 보육교직원이 보육의 질 향상과 밀접한 관련이 있으며 영유아에게 직접적인 영향력을 주는 매우 중요한 변인이기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 보육교직원과 관련된 법적 근거 규정이 계속 강화되고 있는 시점에서 문헌조사와 분석을 통해 보육교직원의 현황과 발전방향을 서술하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 크게 3가지 측면을 다루고 있다. 첫째, 보육교직원 관련 역사적 흐름을 리뷰하고 보육교직원의 개념과 역할, 전문성, 법적지위를 조사 분석하였다. 둘째, 보육교직원의 양성기관, 자격체계, 재직 보육교직원, 처우의 현황을 조사하였다. 셋째, 이 모든 것을 토대로 양성체계, 자격기준, 보수교육과 훈련체계, 처우개선 및 지위 향상을 위한 발전방향을 제안하였다.

스마트폰의 등장은 기존의 인터넷과 함께 보다 빠르고 쉽게 디지털 커뮤니케이션 시대를 만들어가고 있다. 디지털 커뮤니케이션의 다양한 방법 중에서 스마트 알림장은 영유아 교육기관에서 부모, 교사 그리고 원장과의 정보 교환으로 가장 많이 활용되고 있다. 그리고 알림장은 부모들이 유아의 발달상황과 교육과정에 대해 쉽게 이해할 수 있게 도움을 준다. 이에 본 논문은 원장 및 교사와 부모 간 유아의 관리에 대한 다양한 정보 교환용으로 웹 기반 플랫폼과 모바일 앱 플랫폼 기반으로 영유아 통합관리 시스템을 개발하였다. 구축된 시스템을 통해 원장, 교사 그리고 부모 등이 언제든지 필요한 정보를 확인할 수 있고, 여러 보호자가 한 명의 영유아를 안전하게 돌 볼 수 있는 모바일 서비스 환경을 제공할 수 있습니다. 또한 여러 보호자가 영유아 통합적 관리 시스템의 사용으로 다양한 데이터의 수집 및 분석을 통해서 적절한 피드백 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 향후, 스마트폰 앱 기반으로 제공하는 기능을 사용자에 따라 구성한다면 영유아 교육기관부터 일반 교육기관까지 확대할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 연구는 현장 중심의 어린이집 교사 양성 교육과정을 개발하기 위하여 교사, 원장, 보육관련학과 재학생 257명을 대상으로 실시되었으며, 직무요구조사 질문지를 사용하였다. 결과처리는 빈도분석, t-검증, 교차분석, ANOVA 검증 및 Sch$\acute{e}$ffe 사후검증을 실시하였다. 결과는 첫째, 공공형 어린이집에서는 전문대 출신 보육교사에 대하여 채용을 긍정적으로 생각하고, 채용 시 성실성과 수업능력을 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 원장 및 교사들은 보육교사 자격증이 중요하다고 생각한데 비하여 재학생들은 유치원 정교사 자격증과 각종 실기관련 자격증이 필요하다고 생각하여 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 원장과 재학생은 공공형 어린이집 직무 중 교수학습준비 및 실제, 학부모 상담, 아동보호 및 안전 관련 업무를 중요하게 생각하였고, 교사들은 공공형 어린이집 직무 중 교수학습준비 및 실제, 학부모 상담, 시설관련 업무를 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타나 이 부분에 대한 보육현장중심의 교육과정개발이 강화되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

This study aimed to investigate the current condition of student childcare training in Korea. Participants were 221 university professors, 467 childcare center directors, and 1,260 guidance teachers in Korea. They completed questionnaires the current condition of student childcare training centers, guidance teachers, student teachers, and student childcare training fees. The results showed 64.4% of these centers charged a student childcare training fee, and 35.6% of them did not charge a fee. The average student childcare training fee was 41,000 won. This study aims to offer a realistic understanding and effective information on student childcare training in Korea and to suggest practical standards for student childcare training.
