The purpose of this study was to examine the maintenance of an evaluation accreditation indicator according to child care center teachers' participation in decision making. The subjects of this study were 139 teachers from 12 accredited national, public, private, and corporate child care centers in Seoul and North Gyeongsang Province. The TIP-2 (Teacher Involvement and Participation Scale V.2) and Accreditation Indicator for Child Care Centers were used to measure teachers' participation in decision making and accreditation indicator maintenance. Frequency, mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA and scheffe test were used for data analyses. The results revealed that the teachers who rated middle and high level in terms of their participation in decision-making showed higher levels of maintenance of the evaluation accreditation indicator than those with low levels of participation. This finding suggests that teachers' participation in decision making is an important factor for maintaining the quality of child care centers.

This study aims to examine the relationship between teachers' parcitipation levels in the decision making process and the organizational effectiveness in the middle schools. To achieve this objectives, 559 teachers of 18 middle schools in Busan were involved through a questionaire. The results are as follows: First, teachers consider their participation in decision-making to be low. Second, teachers view the effectiveness of school systems higher than average. Third, the correlation between teachers' participation and the system effectiveness (including job satisfaction, organization adaptability and job achievement) was positively high. When teachers' participation levels were divided into 3 groups - low, middle, and high-, the system effectiveness appeared highest with the high- level participation group. These results suggest the need for teacher participation in decision making to enhance the effectiveness of school systems.

The purpose of this study was to find out teacher's variables that made difference between teacher's efficacy for early childhood care and education and general self-efficacy, and to explore variables influencing in teacher's efficacy for early childhood care and education. In this study, 212 inservice teachers in edu-care centers completed and analyzed. Efficacy for Child Care and Teaching(ECCT) and general self-efficacy scale. Age, status in working place, years of experience, and participation in decision-making of working place were found as important variables in teacher's efficacy for child care and education, and general self-efficacy. And status and participation in decision-making of working place were found as important variables in explaining teacher's efficacy for child care and education.

본 연구는 보육교사가 지각한 어린이집 내의 의사결정 참여와 이직의도와의 관계에서 조직몰입의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 경기 및 인천지역 소재 어린이집 보육교사 193명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 자료를 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 다변량 분석분석을 실시하였고, Amos 18을 이용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 어린이집 유형에 따라 보육교사의 의사결정 참여, 조직몰입, 이직의도에서 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났는데, 국공립어린이집의 보육교사가 의사결정 참여와 조직몰입 수준에서 상대적으로 높았고 이직의도는 더 적은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 의사결정 참여와 조직몰입은 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타난 반면에, 의사결정 참여와 조직몰입 모두 이직의도와는 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 보육교사의 조직몰입은 의사결정 참여와 이직의도와의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 보육의 질을 향상시키고 보육교사의 근무여건 개선 방안 마련을 위한 근거자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

이 연구는 검정 도서로 전환된 초등학교 3~4학년 수학 교과용 도서를 선정하는 교사들의 의사결정을 조사하였다. 개별 학교에서 수학 교과용 도서 선정에 참여한 296명의 초등교사를 대상으로 설문을 실시하고, Shavelson과 Stern (1981)의 의사결정 모델에 따라 수학 교과용 도서와 관련한 이들의 신념, 도서를 평가하는 판단 기준으로서 도서 내·외적 요인, 최종적인 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 결과를 토대로 (1) 평소 신념과 실제 교과서 선정 의사결정 요소가 상충하는 현상, (2) 다교과 수업 업무에서 기인하는 의사결정 요소, (3) 교과서의 다양성을 추구하는 이상적인 정책과 차별성 없는 교과서에 안주하는 학교 현장 간의 괴리 현상 등 새로운 교과서 발행제도에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

본 연구는 보육활동을 수행하는 보육교사들이 자신이 교실 내에서 영유아와 수행한 상호작용에 관한 영상을 동료 교사들과 함께 살펴보는 비디오 활용 학습공동체에 참여함으로써 Sherin(2007)이 제시한 교사의 전문적 시각의 두 가지 구성요소와 관련한 보육교사들의 경험을 탐구하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 지역에 위치한 직장어린이집의 보육교사 3명을 연구참여자로 선정하여 질적 연구를 진행하였다. 교사들은 4회기의 비디오 활용 학습공동체 참여를 통해 자신의 상호작용 장면을 살펴보고 동료들과 함께 분석하고 협력적으로 토론해봄으로써 교사는 영유아의 의도 및 교사의 의도에 주목할 수 있었다. 또한, 비디오 활용 학습공동체 참여를 통하여 교사는 영유아의 사고, 관심을 기반으로 하는 추론, 교사의 사고, 의도를 기반으로 하는 추론을 경험하였다. 이러한 전문적 시각의 변화는 참여 교사 간의 협력적인 성찰을 통하여 가능할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 보육교사의 전문적 시각 발달의 중요성 및 전문적 시각 발달 지원을 위한 비디오 활용 학습공동체 참여의 효과성을 논하였다.

The purpose of this study is to devise proper plans for sustainable energy management in schools through applying school eco-audit to energy field. This study is performed by literature review and the analysis of case study. This study analyzes the energy-saving model school according to the three cores of eco-audit such as school administration system, teaching-learning method, and ecological policy, and the result of the study is as followings. First, according to the analysis of school administration system for energy education programs, the participation of all the school staff is very low, and the democratic decision-making system is unsatisfactory. Second, according to the analysis of teaching-learning method, the program is mainly managed by teacher-oriented method not by learner-oriented one. The effect on the education of energy-saving program is a little improved in cognitive area, but is insufficient in affective area. Third, in the aspect of the ecological policy, the practical energy-saving effect in schools is unsatisfactory, and shows the difficulty of continuing application of the program. Consequently, it is desirable to integrate the energy-saving program with the eco-audit for sustainable energy management in schools. Implementation of the energy eco-audit in schools for the sustainable development education as teaching-learning method could achieve extended effect for the earth environmental conservation.

본 연구는 교수학습 맥락에서 수학교사의 중심신념과 주변신념의 탐색을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 목적을 위해 본 연구는 고등학교 현직교사 8명을 대상으로 가상의 수학 수업 동영상을 활용하여 수학적 신념 측면에서 교사 노티싱(noticing)을 분석하였다. 분석결과, 노티싱하는 교사는 동영상 속 수업교사의 교수학습 문제 상황에 대하여 자신의 수학적 신념을 반영하여 비판하고, 교수학습 대안을 제시하였다. 그리고, 본 연구의 노티싱 분석은 '교수학습의 학생참여'와 같은 특정 노티싱 주제에 반영된 교사들의 수학적 신념을 비교하여 교사 개인의 상대적 중심신념과 주변신념을 드러내었다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통하여 본 연구는 노티싱을 활용하여 교수학습 맥락의 제약조건에서 수학교사의 중심신념과 주변신념을 추출하는 모형을 제안하였으며 부가적으로 수학교사의 교수학습-의사결정-전문성을 관찰할 수 있었다.

본 연구는 지난 10년간의 보육교사 이직의도와 관련된 선행연구를 바탕으로 이직의도를 억제하는 변인들의 효과크기를 메타분석을 통해 검증하였고 메타회귀분석을 통해 조사시기와 조사지역에 따른 변화추이를 검증하였다. 연구대상으로는 분석을 위해 효과크기 변환이 가능한 논문 33편을 선정하였다. 연구결과 이직의도와 관련된 억제변인군의 효과크기는 조직외면적, 직무, 조직내면적변인군 순으로 나타났고, 세변인군 모두 중간효과크기를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조직외면적변인군의 하위변인은 근로시간의 효과크기가 가장 큰 것으로 나타났으며, 직무변인군의 하위변인은 교사효능감과 직무만족이 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직내면적변인군의 하위변인은 대인관계와 원장과의 관계의 관계가 큰 효과크기를 가진 것으로 나타났다. 조사대상, 조사년도에 따른 이직의도 억제와 관련된 변인의 메타회귀분석 결과 모든 연구 개념들이 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 변인들에 대한 상관분석 결과, 복지후생은 수도권외지역보다 수도권지역일 수록 효과크기가 큰 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구는 보육현장의 질적 수준을 향상시키기 위한 목적으로 국공립 어린이집과 민간 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사들을 대상으로 보육교사의 효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 보육교사들이 어린이집에서 근무하는데 변화의 잠재력을 보여주고 이들을 발전시킬 기회를 제공하기 위해서는 보육교사의 효능감이 무엇보다 중요하다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 영유아와 학부모에게 양질의 보육서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 보육교사의 직무만족이 필수적이다. 이에 본 연구에서 국공립 어린이집과 민간 어린이집에서 근무하는 보육교사들의 개인적 특성과 효능감을 비교하여 보육교사의 직무만족 향상을 위한 다양한 실천과제를 논의하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 어린이집 소재지는 국공립 어린이집과 민간 어린이집 보육교사 모두의 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 공통요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국공립 어린이집 보육교사들은 민간 어린이집 보육교사들과는 달리 가정연계 및 긍정적 학습환경 조성효능감에서 직무만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 셋째, 국공립 어린이집과 민간 어린이집 보육교사의 직무만족도에 있어 의사결정참여 효능감이 공통적으로 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다.
