This paper presents the application of system identification approaches for the safety assessment of RC-T type bridge based on the result of field test. For these problems, the moment of inertia of cross-sectional area and the natural frequency of bridge were used as structural parameters, the SAP90 program for the structural analysis and the SLP method for the minimum error. As a result, it is found that the proposed algorithm for this study appears applicable to real structures with reasonable complexity. It is shown that the introduction of approximate quadratic equations is more realistic and timesaving than the common methods.

김치 젖산균인 WL6는 API kit 또는 Biolog system방법에 의하여 동정한 결과, Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp. cremoris, Leu. mesenteroides ssp. dextranicum 또는 Lactobacillus bifermentans로 나타나 동정되지 않았다. 그러나, pepN gene과 16S rRNA gene으로부터 2개의 specific-sequence primer set을 제조하여 PCR 방법으로 증폭한 후에 표준균주들과 비교한 결과, WL6는 Lactobacillus bifermentans로 추정되었다.

Objective : The purpose of this paper is to report the improvement of patient with hyperhidrosis treated by herb medication based on Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system. Methods : According to 'Disease Pattern Identification Diagnostic System based on Shanghanlun Provisions', the patient was diagnosed with Taeyang-byung Kyeolhyung number 156 provision, and took Oryeong-san herb medication 15days. The result of administration was evaluated by Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale (HDSS) and Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Results : After administration of Oryeong-san 15days, based on 156 provision of Oryeong-san seclected according to Shanghanlun provisions, Hyperhidrosis Disease Severity Scale (HDSS) was decreased from 4 to 2 and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) was decreased from 10 to 2. Conclusions : The patient's hyperhidrosis improved. This case report suggests that the word '遂' on the 153-156 provisions of Shanghanlun be a direct emotional cause of hyperhidrosis in this case.

Objective: The purpose of this paper is to report the improvement in a patient with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) treated with herbal medication based on the Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system. Methods: According to the 'Disease Pattern Identification Diagnostic System based on Shanghanlun Provisions,'the patient was diagnosed with Guorem-byung number 350 provision, and took Baekho-tang herbal medication for 15 days. The result of administration was evaluated using the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) and the Visual Analog Scale (VAS). Results: After administration of Baekho-tang for 15 days, based on the 350 provision of Baekho-tang diagnosed according to the Shanghanlun provisions, the DHI score decreased from 74 to 16 and the VAS score decreased from 10 to 1. Conclusions: The patient recovered from symptoms of BPPV. This case report suggests that the words '滑,''厥,''裏'on the 350 provision of Shanghanlun mean physical and psychological causes of BPPV in this case.

Objective: This study aimed to report the effect of Baekhogainsam-tang on brain fog. Methods: A 59-year-old female patient complained of brain fog and waking up frequently during the night. Based on the Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system, the patient was treated with Baekhogainsam-tang. The result was evaluated using the score. Results: After administration of Baekhogainsam-tang for 45 days, the MFI score decreased from 89 to 40. The average number of instances of waking up during the night decreased from 3 to 1.5. Conclusions: Some cases of brain fog can be treated by Baekhogainsam-tang.

Objective: This study aimed to report the effect of Oryeong-san on Menière's disease. Methods : A 48-year-old female complained of Menière's disease and daily frequent headache. Based on the Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system, the patient was treated with Oryeong-san. The result was evaluated by the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI) and a numerical rating score. Results : After administration of Oryeong-san for 46 days, the DHI score decreased from 42 to 4. The average number of dizzy spells decreased from 6 to 0. Conclusions : Some cases of Menière's disease can be treated by Oryeong-san.

Objective : The objective of this study was to explore the meaning of "man (滿)" in Shanghanlun through the analysis of four cases. Methods : We analyzed four cases treated with modified Soshiho-tang, which is administered when 滿 aggravates chief complaints. All cases were diagnosed by the disease pattern identification diagnostic system based on the Shanghanlun provisions. Results : All 4 patients' chief complaints were improved after administration of modified Soshiho-tang. Swelling symptoms were reduced in all 4 cases. Through the etymological research and clinical treatment results, the clinical meaning of 滿 was deduced as "swelling." Conclusions : The etymological and clinical analysis suggest that the concept of "滿" may be defined as "swelling" in the Shanghanlun provisions.

Objective: This study aimed to report the improvement in a patient with allergic contact dermatitis treated with Sihogyeji-tang based on the Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system (DPIDS). Methods: According to the Shanghanlun DPIDS, the patient with allergic contact dermatitis was diagnosed with greater yang disease chest bind (Shanghanlun provision 146), and was administered Sihogyeji-tang for 90 days. The results were evaluated using the Dermatological Life Quality Index (DLQI) and a visual analog scale (VAS). Results: After taking Sihogyeji-tang for 90 days, the DLQI decreased from 28 points to 8 points and the VAS decreased from 10 points to 3 points. Conclusions: This case shows the potential of treatment through herbal medicine for allergic contact dermatitis using the Shanghanlun DPIDS.

Objective: This study aimed to report the improvement of a patient with nummular eczema treated with Hoeyeok-tang based on Shanghanlun provisions. Methods: According to the disease pattern identification diagnostic system (DPIDS) based on the Shanghanlun provisions, the patient was diagnosed with lesser yin disease according to the 324^th provision. The patient was treated with Hoeyeok-tang for 90 days. The severity of pruritus decreased, and changes in symptoms were estimated by a visual analog scale, Scoring Atopic Dermatitis Index and the Validated Investigator Global Assessment for Atopic Dermatitis. Results: The patient's symptoms were improved. The severity of pruritus decreased and they recovered from abrasions. Conclusions: This study suggests that the 324^th provision of Shanghanlun refer directly to nummular eczema.

Objective : This study aimed to report the improvement of one patient with arrhythmia treated using Bokryeonggyejibaekchulgamcho-tang based on the disease pattern identification diagnostic system (DPIDS) by Shanhanlun Provisions. Methods : The patient with arrhythmia was treated using Bokryeonggyejibaekchulgamcho -tang according to to Shanghanlun provisions. The results were evaluated using Modified European Heart Rhythm Association symptom scale (mEHRA). Results : After taking Bokryeonggyejibaekchulgamcho-tang for 257 days, mEHRA decreased from 3 to 1. Conclusions : The Administration of Bokryeonggyejibaekchulgamcho-tang to patient with arrhythmia, based on Shanhanlun DPIDS was effective.
