The present study investigated causal relationship between child's temperament, mother's parental satisfaction, mother's marital satisfaction and mother's child-rearing behavior according to child's sex. The subjects for this study were 473 children and their's mothers of first-second grade selected from elementary schools in Busan. Han's questionnaires(1996) on child's temperament, Hyun's questionnaires(1994) on parental satisfaction, Choi's questionnaires(1994) on marital satisfaction and Hong's questionnaires(1996) on mother's child-rearing behavior were used. Data were analyzed with Manova, Pearson's correlation, Lisrel 8.5. The results were as follows : (1) According to sex, there were significant differences in mother's marital satisfaction and child-rearing behavior. The mothers of girls showed higher marital satisfaction. And boys perceived higher limit-setting and higher responsiveness. (2) For boys, mother's parental satisfaction and marital satisfaction revealed direct effect on mother's child rearing behavior. For girls, tempeament and parental satisfaction revealed direct effect on mother's child rearing behavior.
This study examines organizational qualities such as vision, mission, teamwork, fairness, and empowerment and their effects on organizational members. As a result of analysis, these qualities are identified to affect member satisfaction, but not to affect job involvement. Member satisfaction affects job satisfaction, and this relationship retains indirect influence through an increase in member satisfaction. Further, improved member satisfaction and job involvement are found to affect organizational commitment. These results are derived from complete enumeration on members of an organization where particular traits such as member position, job classification, and the privity of contract are intermixed. In case where research is conducted on the aforementioned traits separately, different results would be anticipated depending on each trait. The implications of this study are as follows. First, clear-cut organizational vision and mission established by the top management of an organization prevent confusion amongst its members, and thus have the highest level of effect on member satisfaction. Second, teamwork in reference to the. relationship amongst team members of a work group and goal awareness improves member satisfaction. Third, autonomy for job performance and related empowerment improve member satisfaction. Last, fairness in wages and promotion affects member satisfaction. Therefore, internal qualities of an organization perceived by its members have a higher degree of influence over external qualities including compensation and promotion on the members. In addition, these internal qualities indirectly affect job involvement through an increase in member satisfaction, and, in turn, member satisfaction and job involvement affect organizational commitment of the members. In case of member satisfaction, not only does it affect organizational commitment of the members of an organization directly, but also affects organizational commitment indirectly through job involvement. This study is conducted with only one hospital in consideration, and thus its findings may not be generalized for every medical organization. However, this study retains distinct attributes of complete. enumeration, and the precedence of each variable is closely investigated.
Purpose: This study aimed to examine the mediating effect of self-efficacy between loneliness and life satisfaction among university students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Methods: This study administered a questionnaire survey of 282 college students enrolled in universities located in K area. Structural equation modeling analysis was utilized to examine the relationships of variables. The questionnaire included the life satisfaction, loneliness, and self-efficacy scales. Results: The results showed that loneliness had a negative correlation with life satisfaction and self-efficacy. Self-efficacy had a positive correlation with life satisfaction. The study confirmed that loneliness had a partial mediating effect on life satisfaction through self-efficacy. Conclusion: The study discussed ways of enhancing the life satisfaction of university students, the implications of the study findings, and suggestions for future research.
The aim of this study was to understand how the employee satisfaction effect to their turnover trends through the survey on the employee satisfaction and the turnover trend in the pastry and bakery department on the objection of the employee of the bakers of the luxurious hotels in Seoul area. The study was selected to study the luxurious hotels located in Seoul area and make the objection of the employee in the pastry and bakery kitchen. As the contents of the assumption of the study, the independent variable was ' the pastry and bakery employee's organizational factor ', and the dependant variables were ' job satisfaction of the pastry and bakery employee ', ' turnover trends of the pastry and bakery employee ' and implicates the comparison and the mutual relationship between variables to shows the confirmation of them. As the measurement tools, it adopted the reliability analysis, the technical statistics analysis, the frequency analysis, cross-section analysis and on the verification of the assumption, it was used linear regression analysis. The result of the study showed that the satisfaction degree toward the work schedule showed to be as the personal elements while the systematic organizational establishment and the management policy, the work capacity and the job placement, the cooperation with other parts and the operation of the work time showed to be as the organizational elements. The job satisfaction elements showed as the satisfaction on the system and the rule of the job, the satisfaction on the right and belonging, the satisfaction on the achievement and the communication. As regarded to the job turnover, the turnover intention concerned the opportunity, disappointment of assignment, general complaint, and work condition. Those were shown to be elements of the job satisfaction and the turnover of the employee. And also, that were necessary to manage the job satisfaction and the turnover of the employee concerning these factors.
The purpose of this study was to investigate user satisfaction at Defense Medical Information System as it has been utilized as a part of National Defense Information Strategies since Aug. 2000. The subjects of this study were nurse officers and army surgeons of a hospital with 1,000 beds. The results of this study are as follows; First, according to the characteristics of the subjects, there was statistically significant difference in system satisfaction, job satisfaction and information satisfaction at Military Hospital Information System. Second, according to the intention of participation, there was a statistically significant difference in user satisfaction at Military Hospital Information System. Third, according to a level of dexterity at Military Hospital Information System, there was statistically significant difference only in job satisfaction. Fourth, factors to influence system satisfaction were one's duty, using period of Military Hospital Information System, and a level of dexterity at Military Hospital Information System. Factors to influence job satisfaction were a level of dexterity at Military Hospital Information System, one's duty and intention of participation. Factors to influence information satisfaction were one's duty, a level of dexterity at Military Hospital Information System, and intention of participation. As the first study on user satisfaction at Military Hospital Information System, this study suggests the followings. First, a plan to inspire users with intention of participating in information system should be prepared. Second, it is necessary to provide policy activities for job standardization of Military Hospital Information System and legal system improvement.
This study compared parental satisfaction between mothers who have young children with and without disabilities. The study subjects were 100 mothers who take care of disabled children and 123 mothers who take care of non-disabled children. The children's ages were from 3 to 6 years. The results of this study were as follows First, the mothers who take care of disabled children had lower mother's parental satisfaction than those who have ordinary mothers. Second, the children's age and the degree of disability had an affirmative influence on the parental satisfaction of the mothers who have disabled children. There were significant differences in the parental satisfaction of the mothers who have ordinary children according to mothers' age and their educational background. The parental satisfaction in both mother groups increased with increasing parenting efficacy, marital satisfaction and family support, and with decreasing parenting stress. Finally, parenting efficacy, children's age, parenting stress, and family support significantly predicted the parental satisfaction of the mothers who have disabled children while parenting efficacy, parenting stress, and educational background significantly predicted the parental satisfaction of the mothers who have ordinary children.
This study aims to examine the forming procedure of consumer satisfaction from Internet shopping experience. Many studies on the satisfaction have primarily focused on the examination of the antecedents of satisfaction along with the expectation-disconfirmation paradigm dominating the former studies. This study has built an Internet shopping expectation-disconfirmation model as to apply the expectation-disconfirmation into the condition of the Internet shopping. The summary of study represented in following. l. The expectation of risk and performance of benefit had a significantly positive effect on the perceived disconfirmation. In addition, an expectation of benefit and performance of risk had a significantly negative effect on the perceived disconfirmation. 2. A performance of risk and performance of benefit not only had a significantly indirect effect, but also a significantly direct effect on the consumer satisfaction. But expectation of risk and expectation of benefit had no significant direct effect on satisfaction. 3. Not only the perceived disconfirmation had a significant positive effect on satisfaction, but also an effect of the perceived disconfirmation on satisfaction(0.472) is larger than that of the performance of risk or performance of benefit. Meaning that, it is desirable for one to apply the expectation-disconfirmation model into the Internet shopping circumstances as much as the off-line markets.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between four aspects of clothing behavior and perceptual orientation, and between those and job satisfaction of white-collar men. Those aspects of clothing behavior included: clothing conformity, clothing satisfaction, status symbol and occupation symbol. Perceptual orientation was measured with Choi's Perceptual Orientation Scale and job satisfaction, with some items of Miller's The Attitude Toward Any Occupation Scale. Clothing comformity and clothing satisfaction were measured with Kahng's, lung's, Koh's and Lee's questionaire. Status symbol was measured with Koh's and Lee's questionaire, and occupation symbol items were prepared for this study. The questionaire in this study were administered to 323 white-collar workers in Seoul. The statistical methods utilized Pearson'a product moment correlation, one-way ANOVA test, Duncan's multiple range test and multiple regression analysis. The results obtained from this study were : 1. Perceptual orientation was positively correlated to clothing satisfaction, and negatively correlated to status symbol. 2. Job satisfaction was positively correlated to clothing satisfaction and clothing comformity. 3. Clothing conformity, clothing satisfaction and job satisfaction showed significant differences according to occupation.

This study aimed to analyze educational satisfaction and the relationship between learning transfer and learning persistence shown after actual education targeting students who participated in the agricultural education and training. Conclusions based on the study results can be suggested as follows. First, of the factors related to learning persistence, satisfaction of educational contents turned out to be a statistically significant factor with a positive effect in the agricultural education and training. Students participating in the agricultural education and training have a conspicuous object to learn for improving ability which is necessary for and applicable to agriculture. Second, of the three factors related to learning transfer in the agricultural education and training, satisfaction of educational contents, educational facilities and satisfaction of environment turned out to have a positive effect. Third, results show that satisfaction of instructors does not affect both learning persistence and learning transfer. Lastly, in case of education and training for field practice, this study is suggesting the necessity of research by accessing in a concrete and detailed manner such as learning contents, instructors, educational facilities and satisfaction of environment from the comprehensive concept of educational satisfaction in the directivity of study related to satisfaction.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to survey of satisfaction of clinical education program in KAOMPT for three years. Methods: The subjects of this study were consisted of physical therapist who participated the education program of KAOMPT from 2014 to 2016. 7387 structured questionnaires were analysed for this study. The satisfaction levels of each item were measured by 5-point Likert scale. Results: The highest satisfaction level were teaching method in introduction course, and practice method in basic, intermediate and advance courses. The average of satisfaction level was $4.03{\pm}84$ in introduction, $4.40{\pm}74$ in basic, $4.30{\pm}80$ in intermediate and $4.39{\pm}76$ in advance course each. The higher satisfaction was showed in men than woman. The lowest satisfaction level in below 25 years old group than the other aged groups. There were no differences of satisfaction level among the working place groups. the satisfaction level was higher in the group of over eight year experienced group than below three year experienced group. Conclusions: It is assumed that the clinical education program of KAOMPT was settled as a Korean manual therapy education center.
