The Korean supreme court said that Mrs Kim who was in a persistent vegetative state had a right to die if she had a presumed will or assumption of dying against Severance hospital in 2009. Presumed would be vague and can not be subjective to conjecture though, the court had a developed trial on the case. I recommend the higher valued notion such as the 'right to decide on the life extension' is more logical than assumptive will. To achieve this recommendation, I will search right to life, right to decision, human dignity and find the good relationship between them. In conclusion, I will announce that if PVS patients without advanced directives aren't able to express their will and no one could not assume their right to die in spite of meaningless life extension. So only the due and strict procedure about the extinction of meaningless PVS patients will allow them to sacrifice themselves or remove life extension ventilators. Also active euthanasia would be possible under the strict procedure of making advanced directives and the act of helping active euthanasia additionally, the crime of abetting suicide would not be executed in the legal scope.

In this paper we study equivariant crossed modules in its link with strict graded categorical groups. The resulting Schreier theory for equivariant group extensions of the type of an equivariant crossed module generalizes both the theory of group extensions of the type of a crossed module and the one of equivariant group extensions.

Let R ⊆ L ⊆ S be ring extensions. Two star operations ${\ast}_1{\in}Star(R,S)$, ${\ast}_2{\in}Star(L,S)$ are said to be linked if whenever $A^{{\ast}_1}= R^{{\ast}_1}$ for some finitely generated S-regular R-submodule A of S, then $(AL)^{{\ast}_2}=L^{{\ast}_2}$. We study properties of linked star operations; especially when ${\ast}_1$ and ${\ast}_2$ are strict star operations. We introduce the notion of Prüfer star multiplication extension ($P{\ast}ME$) and we show that under appropriate conditions, if the extension R ⊆ S is $P{\ast}_1ME$ and ${\ast}_1$ is linked to ${\ast}_2$, then L ⊆ S is $P{\ast}_2ME$.

Some results on inheritance of operator semi-selfdecomposability and its decreasing subclass property from subordinator to subordinated in subordination of a L$\acute{e}$evy process are given. A main result is an extension of results of [5] to semi-selfdecomposable subordinator. Its consequence is discussed.

We introduce a concept of continuous homomorphisms between Csaszar frames and show that the Cauchy completion in CsFrm gives rise to a coreflection in the category PCsFrm (resp. UCsFrm) consisting of proximal Csaszar frames and uniform continuous homomor-phisms (resp. uniform Csaszar frames and uniform continuous homomor-phisms).

For a linear operator Q from R(sup)d into R(sup)d and 0$\alpha$ and parameter b on the other. characterization of strictly (Q,b)-semi-stable distributions among (Q,b)-semi-stable distributions is made. Existence of (Q,b)-semi-stable distributions which are not translation of strictly (Q,b)-semi-stable distribution is discussed.

Since medium and small manufacturing enterprises have , played a very important role not only in national economy but also in political and social relationships all of the countries in the world have paid favorable policies and programmes for protecting and promoting this sector. In Korea main ingredients of promoting policy for this sector consist of (1) encouragement to modernize facilities and rationalize operation (2) special priority in bank loan (3) promotion of industrial cooperatives (4) prevention of infringement by large industries. However, substantial investigation for problems incurred in medium industries has revealed that unless medium industries improve and raise their technological and managerial skillfulness for themselves all other measures are useless to solve the problems. This realization has induced all of the countries to render extension services on both of technology and management to assist and support their own effort for rationalization. Also in Korea during past 20 years many technical and managerial research institutes have rendered free consultancy services to medium industries by the support of government subsidy. Among them the joint extension services project performed by the Medium Industry Bank and UNDP during 1967 and 1975 might he listed as model case because of its broad and integrated activities and participation of foreign experts. We think many precepts should be :learned from the study of this project. Korean economy is expected to develop rapidly throughout coming'80 in spite of many obstacles, tut there is an apprehension that gap in of every facet between medium and large enterprises might he deepened and enlarged. To prevent the actualization of so-called dual structure of national economy and to promote stabilized medium industries with high added value productivity which are shown in well developed countries, consultancy assistance ana extension services should be strengthened much more than ever. Fortunately in 1978 legislation of "Medium and small industry promotion act" has paved the way for the systematic achivement of consultancy and extension services which shall be integrated by the government overall program. Under new framework thoughtfull accomplishment should be undertaken considering precious precepts obtained from past experience and failure. Special attention should be given to the technical liaison officer scheme, exclusive participation of only professional institutes, strict qualification and training for consultants for the future succsseful implementation.

차트 파싱 알고리즘에서는 입력 문장의 왼쪽에서 오른쪽으로 파싱을 진행하여야 한다는 제약이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 제약을 없앤 임의 순서 차트 파싱 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘에서는 입력 문장의 각 단어에 대하여 어떤 순서로 파싱을 하더라도 무방하다. 입력 문장의 왼쪽에서 오른쪽으로 파싱을 진행하는 것은 임의 순서로 파싱을 진행하는 것의 특수한 형태이므로 임의 순서 차트파싱 알고리즘에서도 입력 문장의 왼쪽에서 오른쪽으로 파싱을 하는 것이 가능하다. 제안된 알고리즘은 차트 파싱 알고리즘을 확장한 것으로서 제어 구조가 매우 단순하며 구현도 용이하다.

The usual arithmetic operations on real numbers can be extended to arithmetical operations on fuzzy intervals by means of Zadeh's extension principle based on a t-norm T. Dombi and Gyorbiro proved that addition is closed if the Dombi t-norm is used with two bell-shaped fuzzy intervals. Recently, Hong [Fuzzy Sets and Systems 158(2007) 739-746] defined a broader class of bell-shaped fuzzy intervals. Then he study t-norms which are consistent with these particular types of fuzzy intervals as applications of a result proved by Mesiar on a strict f-norm based shape preserving additions of LR-fuzzy intervals with unbounded support. In this note, we give a direct proof of the main results of Hong.
