Civil aviation cybersecurity challenges are global in nature and must be addressed using global best practices and the combined efforts of all stakeholders. This requires the development of comprehensive international strategies and detailed plans for their implementation, with appropriate resources. It is important to build such strategies on a common methodology that can be applied to civil aviation and other interrelated critical infrastructure sectors. The goal of the study was to determine the methodological basis for developing an international civil aviation cybersecurity strategy, taking into account existing experience in strategic planning at the level of international specialized organizations. The research was conducted using general scientific and theoretical research methods: observation, description, formalization, analysis, synthesis, generalization, explanation As a result of the study, it was established the specifics of the approach to formulating strategic goals in civil aviation cybersecurity programs in the documents of intergovernmental and international non-governmental organizations in the aviation sphere, generally based on a comprehensive vision of cybersecurity management. A comparative analysis of strategic priorities, objectives, and planned activities for their implementation revealed common characteristics based on a single methodological sense of cybersecurity as a symbiosis of five components: human capacity, processes, technologies, communications, and its regulatory support. It was found that additional branching and detailing of priority areas in the strategic documents of international civil aviation organizations (by the example of Cybersecurity Strategy and Cybersecurity Action Plan) does not always contribute to compliance with a unified methodological framework. It is argued that to develop an international civil aviation cybersecurity strategy, it is advisable to use the methodological basis of the Cyber Security Index.

이 연구의 목적은 계절의 변화 원인을 설명하는 과정에서 초등학생들의 개념 시뮬레이션을 분석함으로써 학생들이 어떻게 계절의 변화 원인에 대한 설명을 어떻게 생성하고 있는지를 알아보고, 계절의 변화와 관련된 교육에 시사점을 주는 데 있다. 이를 위해 문헌 연구를 기반으로 개념 시뮬레이션 과정 및 전략 분석틀을 개발하였으며, 과학교육 전문가 4인의 내용타당도를 확인 받았다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 계절의 변화 원인 설명 과정에서 초등학생들은 주로 과학수업에서 모형 실험을 통해 학습한 지각적 경험을 이용하여 설명을 만들고 있었으며, 친숙한 대상을 이용하여 사고실험 사례를 고안하거나, 친숙한 지각적 경험을 유추하여 설명을 확고히 하는 것을 돕고 있었다. 둘째, 개념 시뮬레이션 사례의 실수는 초기표상의 진술, 심상 시뮬레이션의 실행 과정에서 나타났으며, 참여자들의 초기표상 진술이 불완전하거나, 심상 시뮬레이션 실행에서 부적절한 상황을 떠올린 경우였다. 셋째, 초등학생들의 개념 시뮬레이션 과정에서 남중고도의 개념과 관련된 정신모델을 확고히 하기 위해 제거, 대체의 시뮬레이션 전략을 사용하는 것을 확인하였다.

이 연구는 과학교육에서 의사소통을 위해 글쓰기와 논의를 활용한 논의-기반 모델링 전략의 개발을 목적으로 하였다. 논의-기반 모델링 전략은 모델링의 목적인 의사소통을 위해 자신이 만든 모델을 논의와 글쓰기를 통해 과학적 언어를 사용하여 스스로 정리하거나 표현하고, 다른 사람의 의견을 듣고 교환하는 과정을 통해 모델을 평가하고 수정하는 일련의 과정을 의미한다. 이 전략은 과학교육에서 모델링에 어려움을 느끼는 학생과 교사를 지원하기 위한 것으로 다음 네 가지 요소의 발달에 초점을 맞추었다. 첫째 여러 문제 상황을 관찰하여 문제를 연관지어 인식하는 문제인식이다. 둘째는 과학적 설명을 위해 충분한 과학개념을 구조화하여 제시하는 과학개념 구조화이며, 셋째는 주장에 대해 적절한 표상을 증거로 제시하는 주장-증거 적절성이다. 마지막은 증거제시에서 다양한 표상의 사용과 이 표상들을 전환하고 통합하는 다중표상 지수이다. 이 네 가지 요소의 발달을 위해 세 가지 stage를 구성하였다. '인지 과정'은 다중표상에 대한 이해를 위한 것이고, '해석 과정'은 다중표상 활동을 통해 증거 제시의 중요성을 인식하는 것이며, '적용 과정'은 학생들이 논의-기반 모델링을 직접 접해보는 것이다. 이 적용 과정에서는 질문 또는 문제 만들기-실험 설계 및 수행하기-관찰 통한 조사하기-자료의 분석 및 해석하기-임시 모델 설계하기-논의하기-되돌아보기-모델 평가하기-모델 수정하기의 아홉 개의 단계로 이루어진다. 논의-기반 모델링 전략은 학생들이 자신이 설계한 임시모델을 다른 사람과 공유하기 위해 증거를 바탕으로 발표하고 반박하는 논의과정을 통해 증거 제시의 필요성을 인식할 수 있다. 논의과정 후 학생들은 주장과 증거를 다중표상으로 나타내는 것에 대해 되돌아보는 과정을 거치면서 주장-증거 적절성을 높이게 된다. 또한 모델을 평가하기 위한 기준을 만들고, 이를 바탕으로 자신의 모둠이나 다른 모둠의 모델을 평가하고 그 결과를 피드백 받으면서 수정하게 된다. 이러한 일련의 과정을 거치면서 관찰한 자연세계의 현상에 대한 자신의 설명체계를 만듦으로써 과학적 지식을 형성할 수 있는 기회를 제공받을 수 있다.

We present a unified explanation of the internationalization strategies of major mobile network operators (MNOs). We have developed a framework that analyzes the strategies of major international MNOs in terms of the relationship between their degree of involvement in international business operations and the degree of equity participation. The results show a positive association between these two dimensions as expected, but they also reveal some exceptional cases in which certain MNOs are actively involved in the business operations of other foreign MNOs, even with minor (or zero) equity investments. In this paper, we argue that the strategic actions of the major MNOs which are the largest shareholders of foreign MNOs are in an equilibrium status because these major MNOs derive maximum benefit from full or considerable management control and active involvement. Finally, we predict that latecomers (MNOs who are just about to enter foreign telecommunications markets) may adopt an incremental investment approach because most developed markets and deregulated emerging markets with growth potential are already preempted by major MNOs. Therefore, the window of opportunity for internationalization in those markets is currently small.

This paper proposes an LLC resonant converter based battery charger which utilizes an adaptive turn ratio scheme to achieve a wide output voltage range and high efficiency. The high frequency transformer of the LLC converter of the proposed strategy has an adaptively changed turn ratio through the auxiliary control circuit. As a result, an optimized converter design with high magnetizing inductance is possible, while minimizing conduction and turn-off losses and providing a regulated voltage gain to properly charge the lithium ion battery. For a step-by-step explanation, operational principle and optimal design considerations of the proposed converter are illustrated in detail. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed strategy is verified through various experimental results and efficiency analysis based on prototype 300W Li-ion battery charger and battery pack.

Recently, the twenty-first century is called "the age of localization and regionalization" in Korea. So, local government should need to keep balance between the existing administrative management and new management strategies based on CEO's mind in order to deal with the situation of such that(the age of localization and regionalization) and improve efficiency of public service. In addition, they build public buildings after that they should operate and maintain them regularly. However, Korea local governments have tried to run many projects to expand insufficient local finance that was only for profit oriented public projects without considering management. Therefore, this paper is a basic study to establish and suggest the reasonable operation plan for local government by examining and reviewing actual operation condition in the public buildings. With the evaluation method which is demanded from public construction management to introduce a civil management technique manages an investment mind standard and management basis of assessment, proposes 8 sides of financial affairs, real estate maintenance and facility management, achievement evaluation, environmental safe crisis management, judiciary and explanation responsibility with base.

Recently, production-consumption quantity and market size of environment-friendly agricultural products(EFAP) have been increased. Consumers have demanded food safety and nutrition of EFAP, but in the near future they will need many kinds of item, relatively low price and high quality. So producers have to make an effort for down-cost, increasing items and developing technical know-how, which can be attained by producer/region organization. Correlation coefficient between the recognition degree for certification system and purchasing amounts at a time is higher than other ones. Therefore public information works using the TV and newspaper must be promoted all the more about certification system. And if the consumer’s satisfaction level of EFAP purchased gets higher, the quantity demanded will be increased more. And consumer’s trust on EFAP is derived from certification system or close relation between producers and consumers. Thus the most important thing of marketing strategies for EFAP is continuously to focus on explanation and information works on certification system by region in metropolitan area. Also, it necessary to introduce green marketing principles and apply to strategies item type. Namely those need to establish target market segmentation And marketing strategy stages according to the green degrees of market And commodity.

본 연구의 목적은 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 중학교 1~3학년 기술 가정 교과서 '건설기술과 환경' 단원을 Reigeluth의 정교화이론에 근거하여 내용체계를 분석하여 단원의 내용체계와 개선해야 할 부분을 살펴보고, 차후 교과서 집필 시 필요한 기초자료를 제공하는데 있다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 각 교과서는 12종 모두 절차적 방법에 의한 정교화 과정을 제시하여 내용체계를 구성하였다. 둘째, '건설기술과 환경' 단원은 선수학습능력의 계열화 전략으로 '생각열기'를 많이 제시하였으며, 요약자의 사용전략으로 단원을 끝부분에 제시되는 '단원마무리'를 중점적으로 제시하였다. 또한 종합자의 사용전략으로는 용어의 차이는 있지만 대부분 그 단원을 배우고 난 후 학생들의 성취 정도를 나타내는 '학습목표'가 가장 많이 제시되었다. 인지전략의 활성자 전략으로는 모든 교과서에서 '그림', '표', '도식', '용어설명'이 사용되었으며, 특히 '그림'은 인지전략의 활성자 전략에서 다른 모든 요소에 비하여 압도적으로 많이 제시되었다. 마지막으로 학습자 통제 전략으로는 '보충학습'과 '심화학습'이 각각 4종과 5종에서 제시되었고, '더 나아가기', '더 알고가기', '생각넓히기', '하나 더 알기' 등 다양한 용어로 활용되었다. 셋째, 정교화 이론의 7가지 교수전략 중 비유의 활용 전략은 교과서의 단원별 구성 항목에서는 거의 이용되지 않았다. 이는 Reigeluth가 7가지의 전략 중에 비유를 강조한 점과는 대조적인 것을 알 수 있다.

목적 : 성공적인 대화를 위해서 의사소통 단절이 일어났을 때 여러 가지 의사소통 회복 전략을 사용해야 하지만 치매 노인의 경우 그 전략을 적절하게 사용하지 못하여 의사소통 문제가 증가된다. 이에 대화 담화에서 치매 노인의 의사소통 단절 유형에 따른 의사소통 회복 전략 특성이 일반 노인과 어떻게 다른지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 65세 이상 여성 노인 중 알츠하이머 치매(Alzheimer's dementia; AD) 노인 8명과 일반 노인 10명을 대상으로 집단 간 대화 담화에서 의사소통 단절 유형에 따른 의사소통 단절 수와 회복률 차이와 집단별 회복전략의 특성에 대해 알아보았다. 연구자는 연구대상자와 1:1로 대화 담화 과제를 실시하였으며 수집된 발화 중 200 발화를 기준으로 의사소통 단절과 의사소통 회복전략을 기준으로 분석하였다. 결과 : 첫째, AD 집단은 일반 집단보다 의사소통 단절 수가 많았으나 의사소통 단절의 회복률은 집단 간 차이가 나지 않았다. 둘째, AD 집단에서 의사소통 회복전략 중 표현 전략은 비구체적 회복 전략, 명료화 요구 전략이 많이 사용되었으며 표현 전략 사용 후 회복률은 설명 전략, 복합 전략, 비구체적 전략, 반복 확인 전략이 90% 이상으로 나타났다. 반응 전략은 바꾸어 말하기 전략, 복합 전략이 많이 사용되었으며, 반응 전략 사용 후 회복률은 간략히 말하기 전략, 반복하기 전략, 몸짓 전략이 100%로 나타났다. 결론 : AD 집단은 의사소통 단절이 일반 집단에 비해 많았으며, 의사소통 회복 전략 간 회복 빈도의 차이는 있지만 다양한 표현 전략과 반응 전략을 사용하는 능력이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 특히 AD 집단은 표현 전략에서는 비구체적 전략을 많이 사용하였으며, 반응 전략에서는 바꾸어 말하기 전략을 가장 많이 사용했다. 이는 일반 집단과 다른 특성으로 AD 노인의 언어 재활에 활용되길 기대해 본다.

The Radio Frequency IDentification (RFID), once used widely, is expected to provide improved convenience in our everyday life. Crude observations of RFID consumption show that there is a wide variation in the adoption of this technology across different individuals. One plausible explanation is that consumers with challenging mind who seek for new technologies and have a good grasp of the new RFID technology should have higher propensity to use the technology. A better understanding of such acceptance pattern of RFID is of high importance in establishing technology providers' marketing strategies. This study is aimed to explain differences in the level of RFID acceptance focusing on cognitive styles of potential RFID users. By presenting potential RFID users' discriminative propensity toward RFID technology, this study hopes to provide guidelines for the design of service strategies that facilitate consumers' acceptance of RFID.
