  • The execution with respect to tunnel structure has been carried out more important than maintenance until present time. There is a lot of interests on the maintenance of institution that is used by the nation, because of the recent miserable accidents. Consequently there need an organizational and efficient system. This paper has presented the sort, source and part of damage of tunnel structures etc. and then performed to analyze about the special quality of tunnel structure through input detailed safety assessment report data as well as fulfilment statical analysis. In conclusion, the paper's intention is presenting the maintenance system base on those.

EPD 신호검출에 의한 플라즈마식각공정의 이상검출 (Malfunction detection in plasma etching process using EPD signal trace)

  • EPD(End Point Detection) is used to decide etching degree of layer which must be removed at wafer etching process in plasma etching process which is one of the most important process in semiconductor manufacturing. In this thesis, the method which detects malfunction of etching process in real-time will be discussed. Several EPD signal traces are collected in normal plasma etching condition and used as reference EPD signal traces. Critical points can be detected by applying differentiation and zero-crossing techniques to reference EPD signal. Mean and standard deviation of critical parameters which is memorized from reference EPD signal are calculated and these determine the lower and higher limit of control chart. And by applying statical control chart to EPD signals which are collected in real etching process malfunctions of process are detected in real-time. By means of applying this method to the real etching process we prove our method can accurately detect the malfunction of etching process and can compensate disadvantage of current industrial method.

  • In order to investigate the effect of surface treatment(Anodizing) and rolling in Al 5083-H131 alloy, ballistic testing was conducted. Ballistic resistance of these materials. was measured by protection ballistic limit(V$_{50}$), a statical velocity with 50% probability for incomplete penetration. Fracture behaviors and ballistic tolerance, described by penetration modes, are observed respectfully, resulting from V$_{50}$ test and Projectile Through Plates(PTP) test at velocities greater than V$_{50}$. PTP tests were conducted with 0$^{\circ}$obliquity at room temperature were also conducted with projectiles that were able to achieve near or complete penetration during PTP tests. Resistance to penetration, and penetration modes of Al 5052-H34 alloy, compared to those of Al 5083-H131 alloy.alloy.

  • In this paper, the comparison of speech feature parameters for emotion recognition is studied for emotion recognition using speech signal. For this purpose, a corpus of emotional speech data recorded and classified according to the emotion using the subjective evaluation were used to make statical feature vectors such as average, standard deviation and maximum value of pitch and energy. MFCC parameters and their derivatives with or without cepstral mean subfraction are also used to evaluate the performance of the conventional pattern matching algorithms. Pitch and energy Parameters were used as a Prosodic information and MFCC Parameters were used as phonetic information. In this paper, In the Experiments, the vector quantization based emotion recognition system is used for speaker and context independent emotion recognition. Experimental results showed that vector quantization based emotion recognizer using MFCC parameters showed better performance than that using the Pitch and energy parameters. The vector quantization based emotion recognizer achieved recognition rates of 73.3% for the speaker and context independent classification.

  • 인터넷상에서 GIS를 구현하려면 Java언어를 쓰는 방법과 윈도우 API를 이용하여 특정프로그램과 HTTP프로토콜을 연결하는 방법이 있다. GIS프로그램은 지형정보의 다양한 정보를 추출, 분류, 저장하는 기능이 있어야 하는데 인터넷 WWW HTML문서에서는 정적이고 입력방식에 있어서는 다중포인터와 AREA설정을 못하는 한계가 있다. 본 연구에서는 Java언어로 웹상에서 GIS를 적용함으로써 인터넷상에서 지형데이터의 다양한 운용방법과 정적인 HTML의 한계성을 대화형 인터페이스와 지형데이터 가공, 다양한 형태의 표현이 가능한Java로 극복할 수 있음을 보였다.

  • Line Capacity is a criteria for transport capacity and is used to evaluate railroad investment alternatives or to decide train frequency when establish transportation plan. There are two methodologies to increase transport capacity of railway. One is to invest railroad equipment or vehicles, and the other is to improve operation efficiency through optimization. Such all efforts are intended to increase transport capacity by improving line capacity. So far, this criteria is calculated statical and experimental numerical formula. But, line capacity has special attribute that changes dynamically according to operational conditions, so there is a need of new line capacity estimation system. In this paper, we present a new estimation method of line capacity based on the probability simulation, and apply to normal railline section and special structured railine section.

레이저를 이용한 균일 금속 액적 생성 (Uniform metal droplet generation using laser)

  • The uniform metal droplet generation using Nd-YAG laser was studied and experiment was carried out. The shape and volume of developed droplet was measured and the Young-Laplace equation and equilibrium condition of force were applied this model. The differential equation predicting shape of droplet using equilibrium condition of force instead of Navier-stokes equation was induced and numerical solution of differential equation compared with experimentation data. The differential equation was solved by Runge-Kutta method. Surface tension coefficient of droplet was determined with numerical solution relate to experimental result under the statical condition. In case of dynamic vibration, metal droplet shape and detaching critical volume are predicted by recalculating proposed model. The result revealed that this model could reasonably describe the behavior of molten metal droplet on vibration.

  • 본 연구는 지가의 공간분포 분석(spatial data analysis)을 통하여 합리적인 표준지 선정 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 우리나라의 경우 개별 공시지가는 표준지 공시지가로부터 비교해서 산정된다. 때문에, 표준지는 개별지의 지가를 산정하는데 편리할 수 있도록 선정되어야 한다. 이를 위하여 표준지를 선정할 때, 개별지의 지가와 토지특성을 고려하여 표준지의 수와 공간적 분포를 결정하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 지가의 공간적 분포를 해석하기 위하여 군집분석(cluster analysis) 개념을 활용하였다. 이를 통하여 유사 지가구획을 정의하였고, 지가구획의 계층적 해석을 시도하였다. 또한, 군집분석을 반복적으로 수행하고 군집수의 변화에 따른 군집별 지가분포의 특성을 해석함으로써 적정표준지 수를 추정하였다.

  • As EC replaces traditional market methods in many places, the market size of EC is greatly expanding year by year according to some researchers. Even though several researchers have proposed several success factors for the success of EC, there are many differences among these factors. The main purpose of this research is to improve the original research works of Lederer et al.(2001) which might have some more modification works. This study modified and added several success factors based on the original research works of Lederer et al.(2001). This modified research works have been tested by using SPSS and Lisrel statical packages. The results of this study shows some improvements against the of original works of Lederer et al.(1991).

  • 주거지와 인접한 사면에서 발생하는 산사태는 많은 인명 및 재산상의 손실을 유발시킨다. 산사태 해석 방법에는 토질역학적인 방법과 지질, 지형, 식생, 그리고 기후 등 여러 요인이 복합적으로 작용하여 발생하기 때문에 다중통계에 의한 해석방법 등 여러가지가 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 산사태 발생지역을 모델지역으로 선정하여 다중통계방법을 채택하기 위한 지형 데이타의 특성을 추출하였다. 통계값에 대한 경중률 분석을 하고 이를 GSIS의 중첩기법을 이용하여 임의의 지역에 적용시켜 보았다.
