Analysis of Laser-protection Performance of Asymmetric-phase-mask Wavefront-coding Imaging Systems

  • Wavefront-coding imaging can achieve high-quality imaging along with a wide range of defocus. In this paper, the anti-laser detection and damage performance of wavefront-coding imaging systems using different asymmetric phase masks are studied, through modeling and simulation. Based on FresnelKirchhoff diffraction theory, the laser-propagation model of the wavefront-coding imaging system is established. The model uses defocus distance rather than wave aberration to characterize the degree of defocus of an imaging system. Then, based on a given defocus range, an optimization method based on Fisher information is used to determine the optimal phase-mask parameters. Finally, the anti-laser detection and damage performance of asymmetric phase masks at different defocus distances and propagation distances are simulated and analyzed. When studying the influence of defocus distance, compared to conventional imaging, the maximum single-pixel receiving power and echo-detection receiving power of asymmetric phase masks are reduced by about one and two orders of magnitude respectively. When exploring the influence of propagation distance, the maximum single-pixel receiving power of asymmetric phase masks decreases by about one order of magnitude and remains stable, and the echodetection receiving power gradually decreases with increasing propagation distance, until it approaches zero.

아동의 학교폭력 피해경험이 사이버폭력 피해경험에 미치는 영향에서 또래애착의 조절효과 검증 (The Moderating Effect of Peer Attachment on the Relationship between School Violence Victimization and Cyber Violence Victimization in Children)

  • Background: The purpose of this study is to investigate whether peer attachment serves as a positive emotional resource for children who have experienced school violence and cyber violence victimization. In addition, we aim to present alternative programs to reduce school violence and promote positive peer attachment among children. Design: We utilized data from the 13th year(2020) of the Panel Study on Korean Children for this study. Methods: The survey was conducted through a questionnaire administered by surveyors, and the total number of cases was 1,357. Results: First, the effects of school violence and cyber violence victimization experiences were confirmed. Second, it can be inferred that children with isolation in peer relationships may ultimately be more vulnerable to cyber violence victimization, as their interactions in cyberspace may also be undermined, highlighting the potential impact of social relationships on cyber violence victimization. Third, it can be observed that children with high levels of peer attachment are emotionally stable, even when exposed to school violence and cyberviolence victimization, which may enable them to regulate the degree of victimization they experience. Conclusion: School violence experience and cyber violence experience interact with each other, and in this relationship, positive peer attachment is a positive resource. Therefore, it emphasizes the importance of the relationship between friends in preventing and overcoming school violence and provides suggestions for solutions based on this understanding.

Genetic Diversity of Phenotypic Traits and Biochemicals of Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L.) Germplasm

  • Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L., Family Asteraceae) is highly ranked in production and economic value and is consumed either fresh or in salad mixes because of its important dietary source of bioactive phytochemicals. The world collection of Lactuca spp. leafy crops, maintained in NAC, includes 2,464 accessions from 71 countries around the world, of which 2,411 belong to L. sativa species, nineteen to L. saligna, and fifteen to L. serriolar. We aimed to investigate the lettuce germplasm with morphological and biochemical analyses and provide new material for breeding. The lettuce crop comprises seven main groups of cultivars (including oilseed lettuce) differing phenotypically. Agricultural characteristcs were investigated including time to bolting, time to flowering, seed color, flower color, leaf attitude, leaf color, leaf anthocyanin coloration, type of incision of margin, depth of incisions of margins, and leaf venation. Screening of the health beneficial metabolites like anthocyanin and bitter sesquiterpene lactones (lactucin and lactucopicrin) was also conducted. The range of anthocyanin and SLs were 0~563.78 mg/100g D.W. and 3.74~3311.66 ug/g D.W., respectively. The investigation of the degree of variation regarding phenotypic traits and biochemical revealed adaptive stable and highly variable use of trait collection.

임펄스 유사 신호 복사에 적합한 비발디 안테나 설계 (Design of Vivaldi Antenna suitable for Impulse-like Waveform Radiation)

  • 본 논문에서는 임펄스 유사 신호 복사를 위한 안테나 설계 방법에 대하여 기술하였다. 임펄스 유사 신호의 스펙트럼은 수GHz의 대역을 가지는 파형으로 안테나의 설계도 광대역에 걸쳐 동작할 수 있도록 설계됨과 동시에 근거리 임펄스 레이더 응용에 활용되기 위해서는 시영역에서의 복사 펄스를 반영한 설계가 필요하다. 시영역에서의 복사 펄스 특성을 반영한 비발디 안테나를 설계하였고 안테나의 특성을 주파수 영역 및 시영역에서 검증하였다. 설계된 안테나는 약 1.8GHz에서 10GHz 이상의 광대역을 거쳐 동작함을 확인할 수 있으며 안테나의 입력임피던스는 1GHz 이후부터 10GHz까지 광대역에 걸쳐 100 Ω에 유사한 값으로 안정적으로 수렴함을 측정 및 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인할 수 있다. 전방향으로 복사되는 파형의 특성을 시영역에서 30도 간격으로 확인하였으며 안테나로부터 복사되는 파형은 지향성을 가짐을 확인하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 근거리 탐지 응용분야와 같은 지표투과레이더 설계에 활용 가능할 것으로 보인다.

W-밴드 12-way radial 전력 결합기 설계 (Design of W-band 12-way radial power combiner)

  • 본 논문에서는 W-밴드 12-way radial 전력 결합기 설계 및 제작 방법을 제안하였다. 제안한 구조는 TE10 모드에서 TEM 모드로 변환기를 이용하였으며, 2단 구조의 임피던스 변환기로 구현하였다. 제안한 전력 결합기의 핀 구조는 하우징에 접합되어 진동 및 충격의 환경에서 영향이 없도록 하였다. 제안한 W-밴드 전력결합기의 특성은 88 ~ 98 GHz 대역에서 삽입손실 0.7 dB 이하 및 13 dB 이상의 반사손실을 가짐을 확인하였다. 채널간 격리도는 82 ~ 100 GHz 대역에서 최소 7.5 dB 이상 가지며 위상차는 88 ~ 96 GHz 대역에서 10도 이하의 편차를 가짐을 확인하였다. 제안한 전력 결합기를 이용하여 높은 출력 및 안정적인 환경조건을 요구하는 초소형 레이다 및 다양한 응용 분야에 적용이 가능하리라 판단된다.

역동적 환경 하에 구매사/주공급사 간의 기술협력은 신제품 개발 프로젝트 성과를 향상시키는가? (A Study on the Technology Collaboration between the Main Supplier and Buyer under the Dynamic Environment: The Focus on the Performance of New Product Development)

  • 본 논문에서는 한국 제조기업들을 대상으로 역동적인 환경 하에 공급사와 구매사의 신제품 개발 기술협력이 구매기업의 신제품 개발 프로젝트의 운영성과에 미치는 영향에 관하여 고찰하였다. 한국생산성본부와 지식경제부가 공동으로 조사한 2012년도 한국 600개 제조기업 조사 자료를 기반으로 회귀분석 방법을 사용하여 분석하였다. 독립 변수로 구매사와 구매사의 주요공급사와의 신제품 개발에서의 기술협력을 사용하였고 종속변수로 구매사의 신제품 개발 프로젝트의 품질달성률(quality), 비용절감(cost), 개발일정준수률(time)의 세 가지 운영 성과를 사용하였다. 환경의 역동성을 조절 변수로 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과 공급사와 구매사간의 기술협력이 신제품 개발 프로젝트 품질 달성율 제고에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 예상과 달리 환경의 역동성은 오히려 공급사 구매사의 기술협력의 신제품개발 프로젝트 성과에 모두 부정적으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 환경의 역동성이 높은 산업(통신기기산업)과 낮은 산업(조선산업)으로 분리하여 사후분석을 실시하였다. 사후분석결과, 역동성이 낮은 산업에서는 구매사-공급사의 기술협력이 신제품 개발 프로젝트 운영성과에 긍정적인 작용을 하지만 역동성이 높은 산업에서는 구매사-공급사의 기술협력이 구매사의 신제품 개발 프로젝트의 운영성과에 부정적인 영향을 주고 있음을 발견하였다. 역동성이 높은 산업은 새로운 기술이 요구되는 경우가 많아 기존에 지속적으로 거래를 하고 있는 특정 공급업체와의 협력을 통한 축적된 학습효과 및 시너지를 누리기가 어렵고 이에 주공급업체와의 협력이 프로젝트 운영의 효율성으로 연결되지 못하는 것으로 보인다. 반면에 환경의 역동성이 낮은 환경에서는 기존의 공급업체와의 협력을 통한 축적된 협력 역량 프로젝트 운영성과 향상에 긍정적으로 작용하는 것으로 보인다. 이는 신제품 개발 프로젝트의 속성과 횟수는 기업이 처한 환경과 밀접히 관련되어 있고 주 공급업체와의 기술 협력의 효과는 환경에 따라 다르게 나타나고 있음을 시사한다.

김치의 숙성이 김치 또는 동결건조/복원 제품의 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Ripening on the Quality of Kimchi or Freeze-Dried/Rehydrated Kimchi)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 김치의 장기간 저장숙성이 김치 또는 동결건조/복원 제품의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사하는 것이다. 김치를 $0^{\circ}C$에 120일간 숙성시키면서 10일 간격으로 일정량씩 취하여 동결건조한 후 복원하여 젖산균수, pH, 전단력, 관능적 특성 및 형태를 관찰하고, 동일한 조건하에서 숙성된 김치의 품질과 비교하였다. (1) $0^{\circ}C$에서 120일간 숙성시킨 김치(Raw시료)의 젖산균수는 다소 감소하는 경향을 보였으며, pH는 점차 저하하였다. 이러한 경향은 F/D시료의 경우도 유사하였으며, 젖산균수가 동결건조에 의하여 Raw시료의 6~l6%로 감소하였다. (2) 120일의 숙성으로 김치시료의 전단력은 영향을 받지 않았으나 동결건조에 의하여 김치의 전단력이 현저하게 증가하였다. (3) 120일의 숙성기간 동안에 Raw시료와 F/D시료의 전반적인 기호성과 맛은 변화, 즉 저하하였으나, 저하하는 정도는 Raw시료의 경우가 F/D시료의 경우보다 다소 높았다. Raw시료와 F/D시료의 냄새는 120일의 숙성기간 동안에 저하하였으나 70일 이후에는 두 시료 사이의 차이가 그다지 크지 않았다. Raw시료와 F/D시료의 Moistness는 120일의 숙성기간 동안에 비교적 일정한 수준을 유지하였다. Raw시료의 저작성은 120일의 숙성기간 동안에 저하하였으나 F/D시료는 120일의 숙성에 의하여 큰 영향을 받지 않았다. Raw시료와 F/D시료의 색상은 120일의 숙성기간 동안에 변화하였으나 두 시료 사이의 차이는 크지 않았다. 이상의 결과로부터 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 즉, 김치를 120일간 숙성하면서 동결건조한 시료(F/D시료)와 숙성만 시킨 시료(Raw시료)를 비교하여 볼 때, 장기간의 숙성에 의하여 두 시료의 젖산균수, pH, 전단력이 변화하는 경향은 큰 차이가 없었으나 관능적 특성, 특히 전반적인 기호성, 맛, 저작성이 변화하는 경향은 두 시료 사이에 차이가 있는 것으로 생각된다.

인간 체외수정 및 배아이식에 있어서 과배란 유도 과정에 사용한 GnRH Agonist가 배란 전 난포내 과립 세포의 세포자연사에 미치는 영향 (Effects of GnRH Agonist Used for Ovarian Hyperstimulation in Human IVF-ET on the Apoptosis of Preovulatory Follicular Cells)

  • There have been many reports to date regarding the role of GnRH as a local regulatory factor of ovarian function as studies of human and rat ovaries revealed GnRH and its receptor. In recent studies it has been shown that GnRH directly causes apoptosis in the granulosa cells of the rat ovary, and such results leads to the suggestion that the use of GnRH agonist for more stable long term ovarian hyperstimulation in human IVF-ET programs causes granulosa cell apoptosis which may lead to follicular atresia. Therefore this study attempts to determine if granulosa-luteal cell apoptosis occurs in patients during IVF-ET programs in which GnRH agonist is employed for ovarian hyperstimulation. The quality of oocyte-cumulus complexes obtained during ovum pickup procedures were assessed morphologically and then the fertilization rate and developmental rate was determined. Apoptotic cells among the granulosa-luteal cells obtained during the same procedure were observed after staining with Hematoxylin-eosin. The fragmentation degree of DNA extracted from granulosa-luteal cells was determined and comparatively analyzed. There was no difference in the average age of the patients, the number of oocytes retrieved, and fertilization and developmental rates between the FSH/hMG group and GnRH-long group. There was also no difference in the apoptosis rate and pyknosis rate in the granulosa-luteal cells between the two groups. However, when the oocyte-cumulus complexes were morphoogically divided into the healthy group and atretic group without regard for the method of hyperstimulation, the results showed that the number of oocytes obtained averaged $11.09{\pm}8.75\;and\;10.33{\pm}4.53$ per cycle, respectively, showing no significant difference, but the fertilization rate (77.05%, 56.99%, respectively, p<0.01) and developmental rate (65.96%, 41.51%, respectively, p<0.01) was significantly increased in the healthy group when compared to the atretic group. The degree of apoptosis in the granulosa-luteal cells showed that in the healthy group it was 2.25% which was not significantly different from the atretic group (2.77%), but the pyknosis rate in the atretic group (27.81%) was significantly higher compared to the healthy group (11.35%, p<0.01). The quantity of DNA fragmentation in the FSH/hMG group was 32.22%, while in the GnRH-long group it was 34.27%, showing no significant difference. On the other hand the degree of DNA fragmentation was 39.05% and 11.83% in the healthy group and atretic group, respectively, showing significantly higher increase in the atretic group (p<0.01). The above results suggest that death of granulosa-luteal cells according to the state of the oocyte-cumulus complex is more related to pyknosis rather than apoptosis. Also, the GnRH agonist used in ovarian hyperstimulation does not seem to directly affect the apoptosis of retrieved oocytes and granulosa-luteal cells, and which is thought to be due to the suppression of the apoptogenic effect of GnRH agonist as a result of the high doses of FSH administered.

사무 자동화에 따른 사무직 근로자의 건강과 연관된 자각 증상에 대한 조사연구 (An Investigation on the self-consciousness Symptoms of the Clerical Workers attendant upon Office Automation)

  • According as the automation of clerical work(OA ; Office Automation) develops, the use of VDT(Visual or Video Display Terminal) is increasing suddenly. But, in proportion to the spread of office automation(OA tendency), the self-conciousness syptom attendant upon the work is appearing also (Kim, Jung Tae, Lee, Young Ook, 1990). The apparatuses of office enable the clerical workers to be convenient and perform mass businesses. But, they are increasing the opportunity to be exposed to VDT syndrom, techno stress, computer terminal disease, pain by muscle strain(RSI), bradycausia of noise nature, and electromagnetic waves, etc. which are referred to as the new type of occupational diseases to the workers. It is the real situation that the workers to use VDT is complaining of the physical inconvenience sense in the recent newspaper and literature, it is the point of time that the sydrome to come from VDT use and computer terminal disease, etc. must be classified into the occupational disease(Lee, Kwang Young 1990, Lee, Kyoo Hak 1990, Lee, Won Ho 1991, Lee, Si Young 1991, Lee, Joon 1991, Choi, Young Tae 1991, Heo, Seung Ho 1989). In addition, it is the real situation that the scientifitic study result about the scope that electromagnetic waves has influence on the human body has not been suggested yet, and criticism on the stable exposure permission standard about electromagnetic waves to be emitted from VDT and on the problem in the health about electromagnetic waves is continuing. (IEEE Spectrum, 1990). In addition according to the experience of nursery business of industry field, it is the real situation that the patients who consult complaining of physical and mental inconvenience sence, among the users of apparatus of office automation, are reaching 10% of the patients coming to doctor's room. Therefore, it is necessary to confirm the self-consciousness symptom that the clerical workers complain of multilaterally with the actual state examination about the use of the apparatuses of offices automaton. Thus, this study was tried as th basic data for the cosultation and education for the maintenance and furtherance of the health of workers as the nurse of industry field, by confirming the contents of self-consciousness symptom attendant upon the use of the apparatus for office outomation making the financial institution in which the spparatus for office automation in most frequently used as the subject, and by examining whether there is the difference according to the subject of study, the data were collected, by using the questionnaire method, making 200 workers who consented to the study participation as the subject, among the persons who have spent over 3 months since they used the apparatuses for office automation and didn't receive the treatment in hospital due to the clerical disease for recent 3 years. The period of data collection was from Oct. 9, 1991 to Oct. 12. As for the measurement instrument about the complaint if self-consciousness symptom attendant upon the use of apparatuses fo office automation, the question item on the complaint symptom of health problem attendant upon the treatment of VDT that Kim(1991) developed and on CMI health problem and the question items on the fatigue degree due to industry were used by previous examination to 25 persons. Collected data were analyzed with the statistical method such as percentage, arithmetic mean, Person correlation coeffient, Kai square verfication, t-test, ANOVA, etc. by using SPSS/PC+ program, and the result is as follows : 1. The self-consciousness symptom that the clerical workers complained of most frequetly appeared high in 'My eyes are tired'(99.4%), 'I feel fatigue and weariness'(99.4%), 'I feel that my head is heavy5(90.0%), 'eyesight fell'(88.8%), 'I have a stiff neck'(88.8%), 'I fell pain in the shoulder'(85.0%), 'I feel cold and painful in the eyes'(76.9%), 'I feel the dry sense of eyeball'(76.2%), 'My nerves are edgy, and I an fretful, (75.6%), 'I feel pain in the waist'(73.2%) and 'I fell pain in the back'(72.8%). It emerged that the subject use the apparatuses for office automation complained of self-consciousness symptoms related to visual symptoms and musculoskeletal symptoms. 2. As for the general feature of examination subjects, the result to see the distribution by classifying into sex, age, school career, use career of apparatuses for office automation, skillfulness degree of the use of apparatus for office automation, use hours of the apparatuses for office automation per 1 day, type of business of the apparatus for office automation, rest hours during the use of apparatus for office automation, satifaction degree of business of office automation, and work circumstance, etc. emerged as follows : As for the sex of subjects, the distribution showed that men were 58.8% and women were 41.3%, Age was average 26.9. As the distribution of school career, the distribution showed that4below the graduation of high school' was 58.8%, 'graduation from junior college-university' was 35.0%, and 'over graduate school' was 6.3%. In the question to ask the existence or non-existence of experience of health consultation in connection with the work of office automation, the response that I had the consultation exprience and I feel the necessity emergerd as 90.1% And, the case that the subject who didn't wear the glasses or lens before using the OA apparatus wear glasses or lens after using OA apparatus emerged as 28.3% of whole. As for the existence or non-existence of use career of OA apparatus, the case under 3 years was highest as 52. 7%. As for the skillfulnness degree about the use of apparatus for office automation, most of them are skillful with the fact that 'common' was 44.4%, 'skill' was 42.5%, and 'unskillful' was 13.1% As for the use average hours of the apparatus for office automation per 1 day, the distribution showed that the case under 3-6 hours was 33.1%, the case under 6-9 hours was 28.1%, the case under 3 hours was 30.6%, and the case over 9 hours was 8.1% Main OA business and the use hours for 1 day showed in the order of keeping and retrieval, business of information transmission(162min), business of information transmission(79.3 min), business of document framing(55.5 min), and business of duplication and printing(25.4min). as for the rest during the use of apparatus for affice automation, that I take rest occasion demands the major portion, but that I take after completing the work emerged as 33.8%. Though the subiness gets to be convenient by the use of the apparatus for of office automation, respondents who showed the dissatisfaction about the present OA business emergd high as 78.1%. The work circumstances of each office was good with the fact that the temperature of office was 21.8, noise was average 42.7db, and the illumination was average 364.4 lx, in the light of ANSi/HFS 100 Standard. 3. Sight syptom, musculoskeletal symptom, skin and other symptoms showed the significant difference according to the extent of skillfulness of the apparatus for office automation. All the symptoms exept skin symptom showed the difference according to the use hours of the apparatus for office automation. All the question items exept the sytoms of digestive organs and the rest hours during the apparatus for office automation showed the signicant difference. The question item which showed the signicant difference from the satisfaction degree of present OA business showed the significant difference from all the question item classified into 6 groups. But, age and school career didn't significant difference from the complaint of any self-consciousness symptoms.

    . In conclusion, the self-consciousness symptoms of the subjects to use OA apparatus appeared differently, according to sex distiction, skillfull degree of OA apparatus, use hours of OA apparatus, the rest hours during th use of OA apparatus, and the satiafaction degree of persent business. Therefore, it is necessary that the nurse in the inuctry field must recognize to receive the education about the human technological physical condition which is most proper for te use of OA apparatus and about the proper rest method until they get accustomed to the use of OA apparatus. In addition, the simple exercise relax the tention of muscle due to the repetitive simple movement, and the education for the protection of eyesight are necessary.

    • 탈아세틸화도와 평균분자량이 다른 키토산 3종류를 활성탄 표면에 첨착하는 방법과 그 특성에 관하여 연구하였다. 키토산 첨착활성탄은 주로 산 용액에 키토산을 용해시켜 활성탄을 침적한 후, 회전증발기에서 일정시간 교반하여 증발 건조하는 방법으로 제조하였다. 키토산을 용해하는 산 종류 및 농도, 첨착량, 교반조건의 변화에 따른 비표면적 변화, 표면상태 및 안정성을 검토하고, 키토산 첨착활성탄의 Cr(VI) 흡착특성을 조사하였다. 키토산 첨착활성탄의 제조에는 키토산을 초산용액에 용해하여 그 용액에 활성탄을 침적하고 실온에서 1시간 정도의 교반이 적절하였다. 분자량이 작은 키토산은 소량의 첨착으로도 비표면적을 크게 감소시켰고, 큰 분자량의 키토산은 10wt%까지 거의 일정하게 원래 활성탄의 비표면적을 유지하였다. 키토산은 활성탄 표면에 균일하게 물리적으로 첨착되어 있었고, 키토산 첨착활성탄은 약 pH 6 이상의 용액에서 안정하였다. Cr(VI)의 제거율은 활성탄이나 키토산 자체보다 크게 향상되었다. 이는 첨착된 키토산이 활성탄 자체의 흡착력을 향상시킨 것으로 생각되며, 약 5wt% 첨착량에서 키토산과 활성탄의 중금속 흡착기능이 효과적으로 나타남을 알았다.
