본 연구목적은 스포츠지도자의 안정된 일자리 창출을 통해 생활체육의 발전을 촉진하기 위하여 스포츠지도자 협동조합 모델의 가능성을 분석하는 것이다. 연구대상으로 D 광역시 생활체육지도자 20명과 스포츠협동조합의 운영자 10명을 대상으로 선행연구에서 사용한 문항을 자문위원 회의를 통해 수정·보완한 질문지를 사용하였다. 자료처리는 결과지의 답변을 분류하여 빈도분석과 해석하고 유형화한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 생활체육 활성화 모델로서 스포츠지도자 협동조합은 뜻이 맞는 생활체육지도자 5인 이상이 협동조합 지원센터의 교육을 통해 명확한 목적과 필요성을 인식하고 조합원의 소통과 단합으로 협동조합을 운영한다면 생활체육지도자의 문제점을 해결하고 생활체육 활성화와 지도자의 전문화, 프로그램의 향상에 도움이 될 것이며, 스포츠 참여의 다양성과 생활체육의 발전에 필요하고 새로운 방안이 될 수 있다.

본 연구는 스포츠센터 지도자들의 일터 학습(work place learning)과 관련하여 구성주의 관점 및 무형식 학습의 특성에 대해 이론적인 접근을 통한 고찰을 하였다. 이에 무형식 학습을 기반으로 하는 스포츠센터 지도자는 그 성장과정과 학습을 촉진 시키는 과정에서 경험과 실천적 측면에서의 일터 학습을 통한 전문성 신장이 될 수 있도록 하기 때문에 무형식 학습은 중요한 학습적 의미를 갖는다고 할 수 있다. 또한, 스포츠센터 지도 현장에서의 지도자는 일반적인 기업의 사무직 근로자에 비해 상대적으로 일터 학습에서 형식적인 학습의 기회가 부족하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 무형식 학습의 유형 및 학습 향상에 대한 방안의 제시가 이루어져야 할 것이며 이러한 부분은 스포츠센터 지도자의 전문성 신장을 위한 중요한 요소로서 교육적 의미가 있다고 판단된다. 아울러 개인적, 환경적, 제도적, 조직적 측면에서 직장 내 학습 환경의 구축이 이루어진다면 스포츠센터 지도자들의 전문성 신장에 큰 도움이 될 것이라 생각된다.

본 연구에서는 한국의 스포츠 지도자 중에서 축구국가대표팀 감독중에서 외국인 감독의 리더십 유형을 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 위해 감독의 재임기간 동안의 뉴스 기사들을 크롤링하고 이를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성공한 스포츠 지도자들이 갖추고 있는 리더십의 유형이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 실패한 스포츠 지도자들이 갖추고 있는 리더십의 유형이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과에서 나타난 리더십 유형 및 특성은 지도자들이 갖추어야 할 효과적인 리더십을 규명하여, 선수들을 지도하는데 있어 필요한 리더십이 무엇인지를 파악하고 이를 통해 선수들을 지도하고 성과를 창출하는데 활용이 가능하다는 점에서 실무적 차원의 시사점이 있다.

최근 직무에 대한 지나친 몰입보다도 개인의 삶의 질을 중시하는 사회 가치관의 변화로 인해 일-생활 균형을 이루려는 개인의 노력은 조직 구성원의 동기부여와 성과 향상이라는 측면에서 중요시 다루어져야 하는 사회적 현상이 되고 있다. 이에 조직의 리더 및 구성원의 스포츠 참여는 일-생활 균형을 이루어 리더의 효과성을 높이고 구성원의 성과를 향상시키는데 있어서 중요한 요소라 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 리더의 스포츠 참여가 구성원의 과업성과와 조직시민행동에 주는 영향과 그 관계에 있어 리더 효과성의 매개역할 및 부하의 스포츠 참여의 조절역할을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 대한민국 육군의 상사와 부하를 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 총 213쌍을 최종 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 첫째, 리더의 스포츠 참여는 리더 효과성을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 리더 효과성은 구성원의 조직시민행동에 정(+)적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 리더 효과성은 리더의 스포츠 참여와 구성원의 조직시민행동 사이의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 리더 효과성과 구성원의 과업성과 및 조직시민행동과의 관계에 있어서 구성원의 스포츠 참여의 조절효과를 확인하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점 및 한계점과 향후 연구방향에 대해 논의하였다.

Purpose - Sports leadership is frequently used as a useful comparison for understanding traits like teamwork and motivation in the business world. Based on the results of numerous studies, this research provides a critical assessment of the current state of knowledge in sport leadership research using methodological advances from other disciplines such as business and economics Research design, Data, and methodology - This research selected the systematic review analysis as its research design. The review analysis is a minimal set of elements for reporting in reviews by evidence. The present author included numerical data with confidence ranges for the most crucial outcomes if the review contained meta-analyses. Result - According to a study in sports, transformational leadership has a positive effect on company success. Communication and commitment, two possible mediators, may strengthen the impact of transformational leadership on cohesiveness. Prior researchers found that intrinsic drive serves as a bridge between transformational leadership and performance. Conclusion - This research concludes that the articles used for data analysis in this study examined the value of sports leadership for business leaders in a number of sports, including athletics and handball, among others. There is a good chance that different sports will provide different insights on the value of sports leadership for CEOs.

본 연구는 우수 스포츠지도자로 성장하는 프로골퍼의 삶 탐색이 형성되는 과정을 개념화 하고, 그 개념들을 범주화 하여, 범주들 간의 모형을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이러한 직업형성 변화과정을 심층적으로 밝혀내기 위해서 질적 연구 방법인 '근거 이론'이 본 연구 방법의 방법론적 틀로 사용되었으며, 연구 참여자 선택 방법은 비확률표본추출법의 하나인 눈덩이식 표집법(snowball sampling)을 사용하였다. 적극적인 자기표현과 긍정적으로 연구자와의 대화가 가능한 10명의 연구 참여자를 선정하였다. 이와 같은 과정연구에 적합한 근거 이론적 접근을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, 우수 스포츠지도자로의 성장하는 프로골퍼의 삶 탐색이라는 인과적 조건을 통해 골프지도자로의 전문적인 지도방법, 교육적 신념의 중심현상으로 연결되었다. 이 과정에서 새로운 직업의 매력, 관계형성이라는 새로운 경험으로서의 변화는 맥락적 조건으로서의 기능으로 영향을 미치게 된다. 이러한 상황에서 골프지도자는 자신의 신념과 처한 상황에 따라 자기 개발 노력과 전문지식 습득 등의 자가 노력을 통해 보다 완성된 골프지도자가 되고자 하며, 이 과정을 통해 확고한 골프지도자의 삶을 확립하게 되었다. 둘째, 우수 스포츠지도자로 성장하는 프로골퍼의 삶의 변화를 분석한 결과 총 개의 141개념, 하위범주 17개, 상위범주 11개로 추상화되는 근거 이론적 패러다임을 구성하게 되었다.

Purpose: A new form of sports human rights platform is needed for policy-related officials, athletes, leaders, and parents to easily share information on sports human rights and to promote communication between the sports community and the outside. Research design, data, and methodology: Participants were collected from athletes (n=3,007) who were registered in Korean Sport & Olympic Committee. Participants were asked to respond the survey items measuring their experiences of human right violations in sport. Descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were used to analyze data. Results: The platform should include information on prevention and safety of human rights violations during sports activities, procedures and methods for reporting damage, countermeasures, leader education programs, human rights protection guidelines, roles and supervision of sports organizations and institutions, and related statues. It can form a community as well as exchange information in the Internet space through the operation of bulletin boards by professional athletes, student athletes, parents, and leaders, and plays a role in crisis counseling or information provision. Given the reality that players can be blocked from the outside world, information communication channels on SNS can be a useful means of protecting and improving players' human rights. Conclusions: Therefore, it is necessary to provide a foundation for creating related platforms so that sports human rights sites or SNS can be operated voluntarily. Implications and future directions were discussed.

본 연구는 선진 스포츠 문화 정립을 위해서 학원 스포츠 현장을 개선하기 위한 연구이다. 이 연구는 질적 연구방법을 사용하였다. 심층면담은 프로야구선수 경력이 있었으며, 11년간 야구선수로 활동했던 연구참여자와 8년간 축구선수로 활동했으며, 중학교에서 13년간 학원스포츠 지도자로 활동하고 있는 연구 참여자를 선정하여 수행했다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학원스포츠 현장의 접대행위는 학부모가 스포츠 지도자에게 식사 및 주류를 대접하는 형태로 이루어졌다. 그리고 해당 학부모의 학생선수들은 접대행위를 통해서 경기 출전 기회가 증가했으며, 충실한 지도를 받을 수 있었다. 둘째, 스포츠 지도자에게 접대를 하지 않았던 학부모의 학생선수들은 지도자에게 괴롭힘을 당했고, 갑작스럽게 포지션이 변경되었으며, 시합출전 기회가 감소되는 등의 차별 대우를 당했다. 셋째, 지도자에게 접대를 하지 않았던 학부모의 학생선수들은 차별 대우로 인하여 운동을 포기하거나, 전학을 가게 되는 경우가 발생했다. 결과적으로 학원스포츠의 접대문화는 학생선수들의 스포츠 탈사회화를 유발시키는 기전으로 작용하고 있었으며, 이를 통해서 학생선수들은 폐쇄적인 스포츠 문화의 단면을 경험하게 되었다. 또한 학원스포츠의 접대문화는 학생선수들에게 경제적 불평등에 의한 차별을 경험하도록 했다. 그러므로 학원스포츠의 접대행위는 선진 스포츠 문화 정착을 위해서 근절되어야 할 것이다.

Purpose: The present research encircled on a systematic view of leadership in sports, an area that can be used to boost the skilling of employees. Four specific managerial development tools have been formulated during this research based on relevant materials studied in the previous section. Research design, data and methodology: This research used the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) standards to systematically search for, screen, and synthesize relevant past research on using sports leadership principles for team member development. Results: The findings in this research offer four staff leadership development program ideas that are unique and beneficial for firms looking to foster the development of strong leaders. By deploying sport-based principles and methodology, these approaches can solve the limitations of conventional leadership development programs. This will demonstrate how each plan can help HR managers develop the appropriate strategies for their companies. Conclusions: In sum, this research suggests that by incorporating time-honored principles of sports leadership, these models will provide HR managers with an excellent arsenal of tools for developing a generation of leaders endowed with the skills, mindset, and resilience required to ensure the organization's prosperity under the most adverse conditions.

The main purpose of this study was to compare the characteristics of male innovators and of male opinion leaders across product categories in terms of personality, attitudes, social participation, media usage patterns and demographic aspects. Six product categories such as clothing, cosmetics, small electronic appliances, medium-large electronic appliances, interior supplies and sports-leisure goods was used. A valid and reliable self-report scale was used to measure innovativeness and opinion leadership for 423 male adults living in social area Analyses showed that venturesomeness is the most common characteristics between innovators and opinion leaders across product categories. Innovators showed higher tendency of narcissism while opinion leadership showed higher cosmopolitainsm. Common charateristics of innovators and of opininion leaders of both clothing and cosmetics are cosmopolitanism, narcissism, exhibitionism, venturesomeness. The degrees of social participation and media usage patterns were different according to product categories for both innovators and opinion leaders. The implications of these findings for diffusion theory and merchandising were discussed.
