It measured various variables related to ethics that can lead to ethical behavior through a quasi-experimental design to support the reliability of the study. Research Design, data and methodology: Examine prior research on research ethics and explore current research ethics education and practice. It aims to study how to effectively implement and validate specific aspects of research ethics. To investigate, study, and validate research ethics education and research ethics systems. Results: It is defined as the effectiveness or value of training as measured by changes in knowledge and behavior in reaction, learning, behavior, and outcome evaluations measured after learning. Conclusions: For the effectiveness of research ethics education, various support measures need to be mobilized for the spread and establishment of research ethics education. Formalized and continuous research ethics education is needed. It is important that the knowledge acquired through long-term and consistent research ethics training is transferred to ethical behavior in the research field.
Purpose: This study aimed to derive detailed insights into emergency medical technicians' (EMTs) perceptions regarding continuing education. Methods: We conducted a descriptive survey. The interview participants were 20 EMTs, divided into four groups: six Fire Department EMTs, five Hospital EMTs, five Clinical EMTs (excluding the ER and Fire Department), and four Non-Clinical EMTs. Data were collected through focus group interviews (FGIs) and semistructured questionnaires. The interview periods were March 25, 2022, and March 27, 2022. Results: Continuing education was primarily field-oriented, leading to lower satisfaction among non-field EMTs. To enhance satisfaction, training should be tailored to the specific roles and experiences of the EMTs. Additionally, quality management of lectures, instructor selection, and video quality require reconsideration. Key factors that enhance satisfaction include a wider variety of courses, up-to-date information, and relevant course content, regardless of job role or experience. Conclusion: Incorporating feedback into EMTs' perceptions of continuing education can lead to the development of more effective curricula and improved quality management. This approach is expected to enhance both educational satisfaction and job performance.
Purpose: The internet, as a tool, avenue, and field, has wide-researching and specific ethical concerns. Internet-based research ethics is a field that spreads across numerous fields, scoping from natural and biomedical sciences to social sciences, and arts and humanities. Thus, this study which investigates research ethics within an Internet-based Research Setting will be quite valuable. Research design, data and methodology: The current authors widely took a look at prior and present literature dataset to explore research ethics within an Internet-based setting. Using numerous search engine, such as 'Goole Scholar', 'Scopus', and 'Web of Science', the current authors could obtain total 42 prior studies that are relevant with our research topic. Results: Based on the screening process in the literature datasets, this study could categorize four areas of the research ethics within Internet-based research setting as follows: (1) Human Subjects Ethics, (2) Big Data Ethical Issues, (3) Research Ethics and Cloud, and (4) Computing Interviews and Surveys Ethics. Conclusions: This study concludes that although internet-based research has many benefits, the accompanying ethical issues are many. The lack of uniformity in the concept and terminology of online research methods typically brings forth confusion and makes it hard for new researchers to develop mutual guidelines.
This paper discusses applications of neural network to forest stand field data processing and determining suitable tree species for site-specific stand characteristics. For site-specific species selection, considered were 5 major coniferous species : P. densiflora for. erecta, L. leptolepis, P. koraiensis, P. densiflora, P. thunbergii. Among 1,320 sample plot data sets, 200 data sets with the highest site index (40 data sets for each species) were chosen as the test sets for investigation. Each data set includes 13 factors describing the site characteristics of the corresponding sample plot. The results of this investigation indicate high performance of neural network in data processing procedures for extracting data sets or measurement parameters without any recognizable pattern. These data sets or measurement parameters are those which have rare effect on site-specific species suitability or disturb pattern classification procedures of neural network because of unrecognizable patterns involved. Also the results have shown high potential of neural network in determining the best-suitable tree species for site characteristics. The % accuracy of the neural network model in determining the best-suitable tree species for site characteristics ranges from 77.6% to 91.8% associated with the combination of Site factors.

Slow Bee Paralysis Virus (SBPV) is a pathogenic virus against honeybee and bumblebee, causes the death of adult bee by paralyzing the fore-leg of bee. In this study, for rapid detection of SBPV from bumblebee, SBPV-specific Ultra-rapid Reverse transcription PCR was developed. After optimizing of SBPV-specific Ultra-rapid PCR, the existence of $1.0{\times}10^8$ SBPV-specific DNA molecules could be recognized in 3 minute and 35 seconds. Even $1.0{\times}10^1$ molecules of SBPV-specific DNA could be measured with quantitative manner. Meanwhile, from both imported bumblebee and bumblebee produced in Korea, SBPV were detected using proposed method. In the laboratory as well as in the field, SBPV-specific Ultra-rapid Reverse transcription PCR would be applied and might be expected as useful tools at production of bumblebee or inspection for the import and export system of bumblebee.

Purpose: In this study, we aimed to manufacture a patient-specific gel phantom combining three-dimensional (3D) printing and polymer gel and evaluate the radiation dose and dose profile using gel dosimetry. Methods: The patient-specific head phantom was manufactured based on the patient's computed tomography (CT) scan data to create an anatomically replicated phantom; this was then produced using a ColorJet 3D printer. A 3D polymer gel dosimeter called RTgel-100 is contained inside the 3D printing head phantom, and irradiation was performed using a 6 MV LINAC (Varian Clinac) X-ray beam, a linear accelerator for treatment. The irradiated phantom was scanned using magnetic resonance imaging (Siemens) with a magnetic field of 3 Tesla (3T) of the Korea Institute of Nuclear Medicine, and then compared the irradiated head phantom with the dose calculated by the patient's treatment planning system (TPS). Results: The comparison between the Hounsfield unit (HU) values of the CT image of the patient and those of the phantom revealed that they were almost similar. The electron density value of the patient's bone and brain was 996±167 HU and 58±15 HU, respectively, and that of the head phantom bone and brain material was 986±25 HU and 45±17 HU, respectively. The comparison of the data of TPS and 3D gel revealed that the difference in gamma index was 2%/2 mm and the passing rate was within 95%. Conclusions: 3D printing allows us to manufacture variable density phantoms for patient-specific dosimetric quality assurance (DQA), develop a customized body phantom of the patient in the future, and perform a patient-specific dosimetry with film, ion chamber, gel, and so on.
Recently, attempts have been made to convert unstructured text into vectors and to analyze vast amounts of natural language for various purposes. In particular, the demand for analyzing texts in specialized domains is rapidly increasing. Therefore, studies are being conducted to analyze specialized and general-purpose documents simultaneously. To analyze specific terms with general terms, it is necessary to align the embedding space of the specific terms with the embedding space of the general terms. So far, attempts have been made to align the embedding of specific terms into the embedding space of general terms through a transformation matrix or mapping function. However, the linear transformation based on the transformation matrix showed a limitation in that it only works well in a local range. To overcome this limitation, various types of nonlinear vector alignment methods have been recently proposed. We propose a vector alignment model that matches the embedding space of specific terms to the embedding space of general terms through end-to-end learning that simultaneously learns the autoencoder and regression model. As a result of experiments with R&D documents in the "Healthcare" field, we confirmed the proposed methodology showed superior performance in terms of accuracy compared to the traditional model.

Evaluation of tree responses to temperature elevation is critical for a development of forest management techniques coping with climate change. We conducted a study on the growth responses of Betula costata, Fraxinus rhynchophylla, and Quercus variabilis seedlings to open-field artificial warming. Artificial warming set-up using infra-red heater was built in 2012 and the temperature in warmed plots was regulated to be consistently $3^{\circ}C$ higher than that of control plots. The seeds of three species were sown, and the responses of growth, biomass allocation, and net photosynthetic rate of newly-germinated seedlings on the open-field artificial warming were determined. As a result, the growth responses of the seedlings differed with the species. B. costata showed decreases in the height to diameter ratio (H/D ratio), biomass, root weight to shoot weight ratio, and net photosynthetic rate. However, root collar diameter (RCD), height, biomass, and net photosynthetic rate of Q. variabilis were increased, while the response of F. rhynchophylla was rather obscure. There was no significant difference between warmed and control plots in seedling growth for 3 species in July, whereas, RCD, height, and H/D ratio of Q. variabilis were increased and H/D ratio of B. costata was decreased in November under warming. Species-specific growth responses to warming were similar to the species-specific responses of net photosynthetic rate and biomass allocation; therefore, net photosynthetic rate and biomass allocation might attribute to growth responses to warming. Besides, a relatively obvious response in autumn compared to summer might be affected by the phenological change following artificial warming. Species-specific responses of three deciduous species to warming in this study could be applied to the development of adaptive forest management policies to climate change.
The purpose of this study is to examine elementary students' conceptions of magnetic fields around various magnets by drawing tasks. A total of 105 elementary students from the 3rd and 6th grade levels were asked to draw how iron filings would arrange around magnets. We classified their drawings of magnetic field lines with some criteria to identify conceptions of magnetic forces and checked them through interviewing about their representative drawing. Through analyzing drawings, we discovered that 40% of elementary students drew the correct arrangement of iron filings around a bar magnet. In the case of two bar magnets in opposite directions, 33% of them drew correct patterns of iron dust and around two magnets in the same direction only 20% did well. Only 2.9% and 7.6% of students presented the correct drawings of magnetic fields near a disc and a horseshoe magnet. While 3rd grade students were supposed to be poor in drawings of magnetic fields around a loose and a dense coil which was not learned about, only 31% and 23% of 6th grade students who have just studied electromagnetism properly drew patterns of iron dust. This shows that only one quarter of students understood the magnetic filed lines even after instruction of electromagnetism. Many of 6th grade students learned a solenoid becomes just as a permanent magnet, but very few of them correctly drew a magnetic field line could distinguish between the iron dust around a loose and dense coil. After interviewing students, it is found that students consider magnetic forces to be existed only in parts of magnet because many of them drew magnetic field line of a specific areas around magnets. Students had misconceptions that magnetic forces exist only on the poles not in the middle around a horseshoe magnet. Also the disc-shape magnet made students to reveal various types of misconceptions: N- and S-poles are mixed in a whole magnet and right part of a disc-shape magnet is N-pole, left part is S-pole. Students who had not studied magnetic fields of around a magnet and electromagnets could not draw the correct patterns of iron dust suggest that it is indispensable for students to teach how patterns of iron filings would represent a visual image of magnetic fields in order to understand magnetic fields.

There is developing interest in precision agriculture in Korea, despite the fact that typical Korean fields are less than 1 ha in size. Describing within-field variability in typical Korean production settings is a fundamental first step toward determining the size of management zones and the inter-relationships between limiting factors, for establishment of site-specific management strategies. Measurements of rice (Oriza Sativa L) yield, chlorophyll content, and soil properties were obtained in a small (100-m by 30-m) Korean rice paddy field. Yield data were manually collected on 10-m by 5-m grids (180 samples with 3 samples in each of 60 grid cells) and chlorophyll content was measured using a Minolta SPAD 502 in 2-m by 2-m grids. Soil samples were collected at 275 points to compare results from sampling at different scales. Ten soil properties important for rice production in Korea were determined through laboratory analyses. Variogram analysis and point kriging with and without median polishing were conducted to determine the variability of the measured parameters. Influence of variogram model selection and other parameters on the interpretation of the data was investigated. For many of the data, maximum values were greater than double the minimum values, indicating considerable spatial variability in the small paddy field, and large-scale spatial trends were present. When variograms were fit to the original data, the limits of spatial dependency for rice yield and SP AD reading were 11.5 m and 6.5 m, respectively, and after detrending the limits were reduced to 7.4 m and 3.9 m. The range of spatial dependency for soil properties was variable, with several having ranges as short as 2 m and others having ranges greater than 30 m. Kriged maps of the variables clearly showed the presence of both large-scale (trend) variability and small-scale variability in this small field where it would be reasonable to expect uniformity. These findings indicate the potential for applying the principles and technology of precision agriculture for Korean paddy fields. Additional research is needed to confirm the results with data from other fields and crops.d similar tendency with the result for the frequency less than 20 Hz, but the width of change was reduced highly.
