The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of menswear designers and the process of becoming a menswear designer expert through qualitative evaluation and statistical analysis. This study used ten menswear designers with more than fifteen years of experience. After going through the University P IRB approval process, a semi-structured questionnaire was prepared and individual in-depth face-to-face or video interviews were conducted from March 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021. From this qualitative study examining the characteristics of menswear designer job experience, four key themes were found: the competence required for the professionalization process of menswear designers; the creative sensibility of menswear designers; the uniqueness of menswear designers' work; basic education required for menswear designers. In order to find additional meaningful implications using the visual analysis technique, we examined the primary vocabulary using the word cloud technique and examined the relationship between the vocabulary using the network graph. In the follow-up study, we expect to develop a material-oriented education program for new menswear designers and to resolve the limitations of the study, targeting a small number of experienced menswear designers.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the situations and satisfaction of fashion design education in Busan, and the way to promote it. Data were collected from 192 college(university) students and 185 vocational students living in Busan and analysed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, Cronbach's $\alpha$, multiple regression, and t-test. The results are as follow; 1. Factor analysis has extracted three factors: environmental factors, student factors and quality of education factors. 2. The biggest factor that affects the satisfaction level of the education fumed out to be the student factors, followed by the environmental factors. 3. Demonstrated that vocational students were more satisfied with their education and had a higher degree of pride and confidence in their educational factors and level of satisfaction than college(university) students. In conclusion, we must encourage the industrial-educational corporation to promote the practicality of the fashion design education system and make diversification and specialization of the curriculum of fashion design education to cultivate students of talent.
This research was performed to provide a basic data for reforming University and Hotel & Tourism Management Curriculum Framework based on competency-based education, especially through identifying university students' competency categories of that reflect on the specialization and major of university. For the purpose of this research first, based on the literature review and empirical study, this paper grouped competencies into four areas: Generic Competencies, Specific Competencies, Personality Competencies, and University Specialization Competencies. Second, this paper examined empirical test through a survey of university students by Importance-Performance Analysis on four main categories. As a result of empirical test, four main categories were statistically verified, and the differences among majors about importance, performance and educational needs of each four competencies were analyzed significantly. There were proved that hospitality major is higher than other majors in importance of Generic and Personality Competency and performance of Generic Competency as well.
This study tries to provide the basic direction to form the arboretum with the distinct features by providing the basic data to help the differentiated strategy for each arboretum. For this purpose, the users' pattern, importance of the indicator by the function, and the stimulation and specialization importance were examined for Daegu Arboretum, Gyeongbuk Arboretum and Gyeongnam Arboretum in Gyeongsang Province. The result says, looking into the functions of arboretum, the collection function showed the highest importance in the preservation of the endangered crisis species; the display function showed the highest in the use as the nature experiencing spaces through the plant exhibition; the research function showed the highest in the study on Plant Systematics; the education function showed the highest in the protection of the native plants; and the recreational function showed the highest in the healthy recreational space. In the plan for the promotion of the arboretum showed the highest in the public education program operation such as the narration from arboretum and education for plant. Therefore, it is considered to need the system setup such as the education program, material development and specialist training in terms of the arboretum. For the specialization plan for arboretum in this study, it seem desirable to concentrate on the research and education related to the natural resources renewal, for Daegu Arboretum; to concentrate on the resort site for the protection and display of the species and the disabled visitors by utilizing the geographical traits in the mountains, for Gyeongbuk Arboretum; to create the specialization plan mainly for the tree species suitable for the warm weather and for the children.
The university must open the "School Development Plan and Specialization Plan" at the university allimi. The reason for this is the Special Act on the Disclosure of Information by Educational Institutions, enacted on May 25, 2007, and the Plan for Reform of University Reform announced by the Ministry of Education on Mar 28, 2014. Therefore, we examined the similarity and standardized model of the "School Development Plan and Specialization Plan" published by a total of 137 colleges. As a result of the study, only 17(12.4%) of the college produced information in two ways(school development and specialization), and the rest were not. The school development plan presented quantitative indicators such as world number one, The characterization plan presented qualitative indicators such as human. Based on this, standardized research procedures and conception are presented.
As year passes, terrorism is gradually increasing. Its target has becom various and arbitary, and recently, terrorists are aiming for national major facilities wich include multiplex facilities. Although special security guards took charge of its defence system from 2002, they have failed to establish its system firmly due to some institutional inertia. And 'Professionalism' appeared to be the mattter, according to the spot-probe and interviews. The purpose of this essay is to devise measures to develop sepecial security system including its specialization through investigating current educational training system. In order to attain professionalism, establishment of new proffessional school, division of current education system(into common education and full-course education), and reinforcement of substantial inspection activity should be preceded. Moreover, inspection activity should include standards for engaging instructors, establishment of compilation committee for editorial supervision, and establishment of clear educational policy. I hope the developmental measures in this essay to be speedily actualized with endeavor from police, security association, academic circles.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of agricultural polices on the change of regional structure based on the specialization during the productivism period. Analysis are carried on through the comparison of distribution in 1950s and 1997. Since the 1950s, governmental policy has played a leading role in shaping the pattern of farming in Great Britain. The range of British measures have also been employed in an attempt to improve the efficiency of agriculture and raise farm income. Three fairly distinct phase can be identified in the developing relationship between government policies and British agriculture in the postwar period. In the 1st phase, The Agricultural Act of 1947 laid the foundations for agricultural productivism in Great Britain until membership of the EC. This was to be achieved through the system of price support and guaranteed prices and the means of a series of grants and subsidies. Guaranteed prices encouraged farmenrs to intensify production and specialize in either cereal farming or milk-beef enterprise. The former favoured eastern areas, whereas the latter favoured western areas. Various grants and subsidies were made available to farmers during this period, again as a way of increasing efficiency and farm incomes. Many policies, such as Calf Subsidy and the Ploughing Grant, Hill cow and Hill Sheep Schemes and the Hill Farming and Livestock Rearing Grant was provided. Some of these policies favoured western uplands, whilst the others was biased towards the Lake District. Concentration of farms occured especially in near the London Metropolitan Area and south part of Scotland. In the 2nd stage after the membership of EC, very high guaranteed price created a relatively risk-free environment, so farmers intensified production and levels of self-sufficiency for most agriculture risen considerably. As farmers were being paid high prices for as much as they could produce, the policy favoured areas of larger-scale farming in eastern Britain. As a result of increasing regional disparities in agriculture, the CAP became more geographically sensitive in 1975 with the setting up of the Less Favoured Areas(LFAs). But they are biased towards the larger farms, because such farms have more crops and/or livestock, but small farms with low incomes are in most need of support. Specialization of cereals such wheat and barely was occured, but these two cereal crops have experienced rather different trend since 1950s. Under the CAP, farmers have been paid higher guaranteed prices for wheat than for barely because of the relative shortage of wheat in the EC. And more barely were cultivated as feedstuffs for livestock by home-grown cereals. In the 1950s dairying was already declining in what was to become the arable areas of southern and eastern England. By the mid-1980s, the pastral core had maintained its dominance, but the pastoral periphery had easily surpassed arable England as the second most important dairying district. Pig farming had become increasingly concentrated in intensive units in the main cereal areas of eastern England. These results show that the measure of agricultural policy induced the concentration and specialization implicitly. Measures for increasing demand, reducing supply or raising farm incomes are favoured by large scale farming. And price support induced specialization of farming. And technology for specialization are diffused and induced geographical specialization. This is the process of change of regional structure through the specialization.
Recently, the importance of the role of the university information security department in nurturing security experts to defend against cyber attacks is increasing day by day. The current university security curriculum has a problem in that the proportion of theoretical education is high and the professionalism of practical education is relatively low. This study analyzed the recent educational programs of domestic and foreign security education institutions for the purpose of improving the practical ability of the Department of Security, designing a class model suitable for the core specialization process, and suggesting the direction. The proposed model improves the existing problems of basic class connection and security practice curriculum roadmap, and additionally explains the practice program of the five core specialized subjects. This study intends to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the curriculum and educational model of each university's security department.
This study was intended to help children to cultivate and develop a sound attitude toward food consumption and eating habits through the analysis of food and nutritional information in news articles and advertisements in three major daily children's newspapers in Korea: The Chosen Children's Daily Newspaper, The Hankook Children's Daily Newspaper, and The Donga Children's Daily Newspaper. The monitoring period was for twelve months, January to December 2003. Two hundred seventy-nine articles and three hundred thirty-five advertisements were analyzed. The results were as follows. 'Cooking and health' were the most frequent subject in food and nutrition articles. The articles' contents are evaluated positively in morality and explanation; but negatively in fairness, specialization, and objectiveness. The articles were insufficient in the explanation of professional terms, scientific bases, and practical measures for real life. It therefore seems that they were difficult for children to understand well. The most frequent themes in the advertisements were 'processed fats and sugars' such as chocolate, candies, and cookies. Frequently, they were exaggerated and accompanied by phrases promoting consumption. They did not provide sufficient well-grounded information, and focused too much on events or gifts to instigate consumer sentiment. In conclusion, the most serious problem was that most food and nutrition information in these children's newspapers was lacking in specialization. More specialized and objective information should be provided in order to enhance the educational value of children's newspapers and their utilization in school education programs. Continuous monitoring should be carried out to discover those news articles and advertisements that contain correct food and nutrition information.

In order to study on improvement of a composition of the computer education curriculum for the universities of education, we analyzed the operating situation of the computer education curriculums of the 10 universities across the country by dividing the curriculums into 3 types, such as a general education course, specialization course and advanced course. In addition, we did a survey on the information utilization abilities of the first year students of Jeonju National University of Education. The suggestions for designing effective computer education in the curriculum of the universities of education were proposed.
