The purpose of this study was to find the coordination trend of the Image of the color and object from the department show-window display locating in the kangnam area. The result of this study were summarized as following: 1) Show window display determinating the first image of department-store marketing service, playing the role of visual marketing provides the valuable impressions with shoppers in the times of sensibility, 2) In contemporary recognition of "Design is namely culture", show window display proceeds on the direction of concrete and practical presentation of merchandise as many customers are pursuing the high graded luxury brands while their life styles change. 3) Main concept is represented by the coordinated fashion goods on the mannequin or the body and the main theme is displayed variously in the circumferential area or on the articles with the abstract and concrete objects of diverse forms of dominant color and accent color conveying the seasonal theme precisely. 4) The compositive element of color Is the decisive factor of the visual sense of space In the coordination-trends of show window display specially representing the seasonal theme or the intentional messages and conduces to the psychological and mental desire in human and the circumstances, 5) Following the color, the compositive element of object presents the concrete image of theme or the abstract and geometrical sense of space besides the visual sense of space and shows the proportionality and the activity in displaying the show window space.dow space.

This study examines the concept and type of art marketing used by luxury fashion brands as well as to elucidate the productive outcome of art marketing based on art marketing case studies. The research methods adopted in this study were a literature review and case studies. The scope of the research focused on companies operating luxury fashion brands such as Louis Vuitton S.A., Kering Group, Prada S.p.A., $Herm{\grave{e}}s$ International S.A., Salvatore Ferragamo Group, Giorgio Armani S.p.A. and Compagnie $Financi{\grave{e}}re$ Richemont S.A.. The results showed that luxury brands using art marketing to enhance the competitiveness of the company by combining art and marketing mainly incorporate the following types of art marketing: art foundation and museum, art sponsorship, art collaboration, advertising campaign, exhibition promotion, and flagship stores. In terms of the outcome of art marking by luxury fashion brands, it was found that art marketing facilitates company activities help companies acquire a positive image from revitalizing culture and art, produces increased profits for the companies due to increased product sales as well as expands the marketability of respective companies through company PR and brand promotion, customer satisfaction by providing cultural space, artistic places and new experiences.

As our domestic Espresso Coffee Shops are in pursuit of professionalization and various coffee tastes, their sales will have been on increase. Now coffee market is getting more mature. Reflecting sensitivity of 20 to 30 generations, the domestic coffee shops provide them with best space for rest and conversation with stream of industralization and professionalization of the contemporary society. Based on such a situation, our research institute aims at studying how the interior designs put influence on marketing. Among the domestic franchise coffee shops, we will have researched Rosebud, Starbugs, Davinci which have more 50 chain stores throughout the country, This study aims to suggest a direction for interior design of brand coffee shop by analyzing brand coffee shops and style that customers prefer.
This study, by applying the experiential and psychological thought category of "impression" as the space design strategy for drawing out "sensitivity," aims to break down the psychological mechanism forming the image held by the subject, and based on such segmentation, seek and strategize an effective design methodology. The subject's memory, pure sensation, and movement sensation are set as the preceding determinants comprising the psychological mechanism of space impression. The control determinants for achieving activation of psychological effect are reinterpreted as the relations of memory-cognition, sensation-perception, and movement-sensation and categorized into a cognitive strategy based on association, metaphor and remembrance; a direct sensation strategy based on formation, superposition and transposition of sensation; and a sensation strategy of process-formation based on expectation organization and reversal, contraction and relaxation. Each strategy is achieved through the formal, material and structural control of architecture. As a restructuring of the design methodology that has been experientially applied, the strategy categorization is important in that, by presenting the usefulness and effect by strategy according to space experience, it makes concrete the basic data that are useful for designing experience of sensitivity.
As urbanization has evolved, a number of cities have been engaged in building creative power through branding. Cities contain much creative space and creative space within cities develops them. Cities are connected with space, which have a great influence each other, in particular, in cities of culture and art. Space contents in cities have various forms and types and work as important factors for branding of cities. In this high-touch generation, cities of culture and art have special meaning in that design of emotional generation, and cultural meaning of tangible and intangible assets in cities are their competitive power and sources of high added value. The cities of culture and art are oriented toward creative future globally and nationally. In cities of culture which seek for urban development by excavating artistic meaning and value through artistic and cultural development, their cultural meaning itself can become a brand, which effectively leads to building creative cities and marketing of urban brands. This study aims to analyse cases of cities developed through discovering or reactivating art and cultural meaning and value of urban space based on urban space contents. Then it analyses through what urban image, brands and marketing space contents were developed and suggests necessity of space contents development in small and middle sized cities. Therefore, based on the cases of art and cultural cities developed depending on space contents, it analyses and differentiate their various types and contents, aiming to show that any cities can be based on art and culture and creativity depending on creation, regeneration and development of space contents.
Recently, there have been increasing attempts to pursue and express feelings such as sensibilities, emotions, and impressiveness in commercial spaces. One of such methods is to apply 'storytelling' to space designs. Applicability of storytelling to a space suggests that the contents of a space can be expressed through various mediums. Portraying events and situations through a single time continuity of a story is referred to as 'narrative'. The movement of users and sequence of contents are determined by a narrative. It provides different storytelling and a sense of place to each space through various roles, such as wide association, engraving, and image formation. A narrative can lead users to engage in different perceptions and behaviors even in spaces with the same content. Thus, this study is intended to examine the impact of space marketing in line with design narratives, assuming that narratives of commercial space designs will influence the formation of brand identity. The research methods are as follows. First, the definition of narratives in space design was established by examining narrative architectures. Second, design analysis tools for commercial spaces were established from the perspective of narratives through preceding studies. Third, the design narratives of different shops under the same brand were comparatively analyzed through a case study. To carry out a case study, a commercial space of 'O'sulloc' was selected, and its brand identity was studied from the narrative standpoint. The case study involved interior designs of 7 road shops of 'O'sulloc.' Among the 7 road shops, two of them with the biggest difference in design narratives were selected, and an observation survey was done on the users as a second analysis. Through the observation survey, actual design narrative experience was analyzed in 4 steps of introduction, development, turn, and conclusion. The findings are as follows. The design method of each shop varied, and different design elements were emphasized. Among various elements, the ones that reflect the brand identity of 'O'sulloc' the best were logo, product, and shape. During the process of narratives, the characteristics of each shop and user recognition and behavior varied depending on the degree of emphasis on a particular element. It suggests that space design narratives can influence the formation of brand identity. This study provides ideal directions of developing space designs necessary for forming brand identity from the standpoint of Korean traditional culture modernization. Future studies could discuss the economic feasibility of such designs.
This study aims to understand the consumer consciousness of the interior design by experiencing the interior space of the model house provided by the construction company. For this, the author investigated the spatial images about the apartment interior design and the satisfaction level depending on the experiential elements. Survey questionnaires were distributed to people who visited six model houses. Subjects were asked about the experience about the interior space of the model house. Their response to the experiential elements was analyzed with 5-point Likert scale and was computed as frequencies, percentages, and means. For the spatial image characteristics, adjectives were substituted for the image scales. As a result, the author found out the following: First, the interior space was commonly directed to the soft image, which was mixed with modern, noble, decent, dynamic and natural styles depending on the companies. The trend of each interior design basically had static, soft and vague images, and partially had two kinds of tendencies: the one was mild and natural, and the other was modern and elegant. Second, as the strategic modules of the experiential marketing, five experiential elements were investigated to find the satisfaction level through the model house interior space. The emotional element got the highest point followed by the cognitive element and the active element, while the sensible element and the relative element got the lowest point. Third, consumer response was generally positive toward the model house interior design provided by the construction company. It is necessary to make up for the design that can give an aesthetic pleasure with familiar images, rather than give a firm recognition about the design.
The purpose of this study is to consider the present situation and cases of culture marketing as brand identity shown in Window Display Area, focusing on department store and fashion brand, one of the recent cultural trends. Display in windows of existing department store and fashion brand has represented ultimate goal of sales by coordination of products, seasons and themes based on profits. However, display has recently become brand identity which department store and fashion brand create by correlating art and commercialism since the era of various lifestyles and emotional consumption. Through identity in department store and fashion brand, cultural marketing shown in show window display space cooperates with customers, corporations, artists and culture and art foundations. The result of this research is the following : First, corporations result in improvement in their image and brand perception with a distinctive marketing strategy. Second, as an agent of art customers form a positive relation with corporations and can feel emotional values and enjoy culture through cultural marketing contents, which are shown by department store and brand. Third, we can expect that artists, culture and art foundations form the best partnership by creative activities with department store and brand and cultural marketing activities make a great contribution towards society.

The purposes of this study were to classify the changing periods of apartment outdoor space in Korea and to clearly understand the specific characteristics of each period. The study has been done through on-site observation of apartment complexes, and through the analysis of housing estate planning techniques, rules and regulations affecting outdoor spaces during the rapidly developing era. The results of this study shows that three major periods with distinct characteristics were found, which were as follows: 1) The first well defined period spans from 1960 to 1990. In this period, apartment construction was rapid, and as a result, quality of housing environments were sacrificed. As little attention was given to the landscapes in apartment complex, they were constructed very simple and identical in outdoor space of apartment complex. This period can be referred to as the 'commonly universal period in apartment outdoor space'. 2) The second period spans from 1991 to 1996, during which time a housing construction project for two million residences was completed in order to significantly stimulate the provision of houses to the general public. As a result, regulations were relaxed causing housing environments to deteriorate. Although apartments were constructed very close together, there was some diversification and experimentation in outdoor styles. This period can be referred to as the 'congestion period of apartment outdoor space'. 3) The third period spans from 1997 to the present. During this time the number of unsold apartments has grown considerably throughout the country. Many different apartment complex marketing strategies have been employed to reduced the glut of unsold apartments. This experimental trend has continued and been well-received since the IMF period. The distinguishing characteristics of this period are the introduction of a rich natural landscape, the increase in communications among residents, the human oriented design, and the refined and elegant design for the outdoor street furnitures. As a result, this period can be named the "differentiation period of apartment outdoor space".
