An oroantral fistula (OAF) or oroantral communication (OAC) is an opening between the oral cavity and the maxillary sinus. If left untreated, these openings may cause chronic maxillary sinusitis. Although small defects (diameter <5 mm) may close spontaneously, larger communications require surgical intervention. Various studies have been conducted on OAC closure using a platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) membrane; most of these prior studies have involved simple direct application of PRF clots. This study introduces a new "double-barrier technique" using PRF for closure of an OAF involving sinus mucosal lifting and closure. The PRF material is inserted into the prepared maxillary sinus space, and the buccal advancement flap covers the oral side. This technique was successfully used to treat two patients with chronic OAF in the posterior maxillary region after implant removal or tooth extraction. The use of a PRF membrane in a double-barrier technique may have advantages in soft-tissue healing and could enable easy closure of chronic OAF with minimal trauma.

In cases with maxillary lateral incisor missing, the problems were usually treated by the choice between space opening for prosthetic lateral incisor replacement and space closure with cuspid sub stitution for the alteral insicors. The decision of the choice could be perplexing in evaluation of the individual case. Therefore, various diagnostic criteria, such as occlusion, dental esthetics, canine position and inclination, tooth size relationship, maxillary lip length, and skeletal relation had to be evaluated. On the basis of this diagnostic information, the treatment planning could be established. A case was shown to illustrate the treatment of patient with congenitally maxillary lateral incisor missing.

Whether congenitally abscent or lost as the of an accident or pathologic condition, missing lateral incisors present a problem. which complicates orthodontic treatment. The condition requires careful treatment planning and a consideration of the options and outcomes following either space closure or prosthetic replacement. Thos study prasents the clinical cases with maxillary lateral incisors missing. following optimal diagnosis and treatment planning , considerations in treatment in these cases.

There is an agreement that sociocultural forces affect on the types of arts. There have been a little attempts to draw analogy between architecture and music. There are many objective and subjective factors for this to be true. If, however, the two arts are out of much the same social conditions, they show a degree of conformity in design and general organization. Our study shows the interrelationship between the Residential Space and structure of music. In order to clarify the interrelationship between architecture and music, the study examines ten Residential Spaces suggested by Yi-Jinkyung. The Residential Spaces are analyzed by using theory of Space Syntax. The structure of music is analyzed by tonality, counterpoint and harmony. The comparison between the Residential Spaces and music follows : From Renaissance to the 19th century, they have the same tendency to 1) openness & closure to the outer space and 2) the netting diagram in the inner space & Counterpoint 3) the tree diagram in the space & Harmony

In this paper, weighted Bloch spaces $B_q (q > 0)$ are considered on the open unit ball in $C^n$. These spaces extend the notion of Bloch spaces to wider classes of holomorphic functions. It is proved that the functions in a weighted Bloch space admit certain integral representation. This representation formula is then used to determine the degree of growth of the functions in the space $B_q$. It is also proved that weighted Bloch space is a Banach space for each weight q > 0, and the little Bloch space $B_q,0$ associated with $B_q$ is a separable subspace of $B_q$ which is the closure of the polynomials for each $q \geq 1$.
