This paper attempts to prove Dickens's hopeful view of the future in his last completed novel Our Mutual Friend. This novel has been usually regarded as one of the "dark" novels, "dark" in the sense of viewing social reality and the future negatively. However, although it has the dark descriptive color of society typical in Dickens's later novels, it still contains some elements that point to a better future. To prove this positive view of future, this paper will disentangle the intricate narrative structure of Our Mutual Friend and find out the true meaning of the dust--money. In addition, it will investigate how people react to dust(-like money). From a close study of several characters' lives, it will testify that the dark world of Our Mutual Friend, in the end, could be a world of regeneration, a world that will lead to a better future.

Objectives: This study aims to reveal the relationship between social relations and physical activity in the young-old and old-old elderly. Methods: Data from 2020 National survey of Older Koreans were used, and a total of 10,097 subjects over the age of 65 were included in analysis. The dependent variable was physical activity, and the independent variables were social relations barrier and motivational factors. x²-test and binary logistic regression were performed for data analysis. Results: The physical activity rate in the elderly were 40.8% in the young-old and 29.2% in the old-old. The socio-demographic characteristics affecting physical activity were the young-old elderly were sex, residential area, employment status and household income, and the old-old elderly were sex, age, residential area, education level and household income. The social relations barrier factors affecting physical activity were the young-old elderly were number of close friends, family care, exercise information search and video viewing, and the old-old elderly were household type, number of close friends, participation in exercise education, exercise information search and video viewing. The social relations motivational factors affecting physical activity were the young-old elderly were call with children/relative/friend, participation in sports activity, access time from home to parks, and the old-old elderly were call with children/relative/friend, participation in sports activity, satisfaction with green spaces. Conclusions: It was found that social relations barrier and motivational factors of the elderly are important factors to consider when developing physical activity promotion strategy, and there are also difference between the age of the elderly.

In this study, I set the allowable range of viewing / copying rights of investigation records on criminal victims and bereaved families in the procedure of investigation. I tried to grasp the contents of the suspect's statement at an early stage and support it in order to cope appropriately Recently, the social consideration of people suffering from crime victims is expanding in fact. The scope of the investigation is set by the lawyer of the suspect in relation to the subordinate statute concerning the investigation and reading of the investigation record. In parallel, it is necessary to apply to the victim's lawyer or bereaved. This is a part that coincides with the purpose of certifying private rights such as browsing of litigation records to the victim and ultimately has a purpose related to the allowable range. Although it is the right to receive the investigation result at each stage, it is not used properly. Especially when distorted investigation progresses, if the suspect is not prosecuted, the victim may be in a state of regret. The important part can be summarized as the question of whether the investigation of the victim's lawyer is allowed to view and access the criminal records. This section has been reviewed with a focus on the current Act and its functional aspects should be emphasized and revised in accordance with the legal environment. These findings will contribute to ensuring victims' rights in the future. It is also used as an important resource in the legislative process, including the revision of the criminal procedure law.

Health care has two different facets. One is commodity and another is a right of human being. Health care as a commodity is utilized by demand approach in market. Demand is determined by economic factors such as price and income. From the last third of the 19th century until the early 1920s, priority of sickness insurance was replacing the income that workers lost as a result of illness and injury. By the 1920s, the capacity of applied biological and medical science was remarkably developed. Development of medical science stimulated the cost of medical care, and the burden of increased medical care cost required new role of medical care security system. In 1942, Beveridge report was published in United Kingdom, and health care was considered as a right of human being. In 1948, United Nations declared heath care as a right in the Universal Declaration of Human Right. In most countries introduced new medical care security policy based on health care as a right. The viewing health care as a commodity must be shifted toward need based care as a right. Need were understood to rest on demographic, epidemiological, scientific, and medical knowledge factors. Bring needed care to the population could best be achieved institutionally by a hierarchy of provider organizations, guided by planning bodies, which would provide comprehensive benefits. In Korea, health care in social health insurance (SHI) is considered as a commodity not a right. However, health policies under SHI must be need approach based on health care as a right. Mismatch between health policies and ideology of SHI made big troubles. It is important to realize ideology of SHI for good health policies.

Today, elderly population have tendency to increasing much fast in the world. As aging. elderly people have been changing more in physical, psychological, mental and there is spring to more concerns of health management on old period. But particularly sexuality have been little viewed in health management of elderly people. This is considered that there is bring on complex issues of mental-social, social. cultural, psychological, physical situation with negligence of sexuality on elderly-selves. This research was attempted to provide as basic data for east-west nursing intervention of elderly sexuality through literature view about east-west nursing view and management on elderly sexuality that we attend yet. Conclusively, oriental nursing management, for sexual management of elderly people, is ; 1. Decrease coitus times as physical conditions. 2. If sexual need is present, it don't inhibit painfully. 3. Somebody who have hepatitis, diabetes, heart disease, poor constitution avoids coitus. And western nursing management, for sexual management of elderly people, is ; 1. There is approaching with psychological, pharmacological, technical, surgical area in healthy sexual rehabilitation by Smith(1999). 2. Psychological-Social approaching method by Hooyman & Kiyalk(1996) can be provided for elderly sexuality. As this, concrete nursing intervention can be applied and additional counsel is needed with professional medical-nursing team. Through there understand and percept importance and need of elderly sexuality management on results of literature view, as above, concrete east-west nursing intervention of elderly sexuality will be researched. And research which confirm the meaning, How elderly people, themselves have been perceived, will be processed. This will have more contribution on elderly-oriented nursing intervention without false viewing of elderly sexuality.

This study analyzes the characteristics of the social value creation process through the collective appreciation of film. It focuses on the historical development of community cinema in Japan. In modern-day Japan, where digital video is easily accessible and the use of private, personalized media spaces widespread, a sub-culture of collective film appreciation is spreading, as more and more Japanese begin to attend movie screenings in non-commercial theaters. In addition, Japanese community cinema center has begun to integrate and support this viewing experience, which has come to be known as community cinema. A literature review revealed the following characteristics of community cinema. First, local theater screening groups or appreciation groups cooperate with residents to establish and operate movie theaters. Second, these spaces create theoretical and practical participatory learning opportunities that foster understanding of and participation in film culture, through large-scale associations with organizations or institutions that offer viewings. Third, based on collective appreciation, the film culture created through repeated joint viewings produces a social arena in which community can be realized. In these communities film can be put to socially productive uses, such as problem solving.

Recently, Metaverse technology has emerged as an important topic in various fields. Metaverse refers to a three-dimensional virtual space in which social and economic activities similar to the real world are possible. Among the 235 third-year students who applied the Metaversity app in the radiology department of this university from September to December 2023, 200 participated in a survey to determine the difference in student response and satisfaction when applying the Metaversity app. analyzed. First, the most satisfactory VOD viewing method was viewing through the Metaversity app, followed by viewing through the LMS. Second, 'I think online videos are appropriate for holiday reinforcement.' showed the highest score at 4.35±0.60, 'I want face-to-face classes and online classes to be held simultaneously.' was 4.25±0.87, and 'I think meta. 'I watched it well through the Metaversity app' was the lowest at 4.10±0.30, and 'VOD viewing through the Metaversity app was used appropriately in class' was the lowest at 3.99±0.75. Also, there was no significant difference in the response to the teaching method (p>0.05). Third, in terms of satisfaction with VOD viewing using the Metaversity app, 'Applying the Metaversity app was interesting and fun' ranked the highest at 4.24±0.88. The score was high, with 'Better improvement is needed to actively utilize the metaversity app' at 4.00±0.45, and 'I hope the metaversity app is implemented in other remote classes' at 3.77±0.88. appear. 'VOD classes through the Metaversity app are better than the existing LMS method.' was found to be 3.44±0.66. Additionally, there was no significant difference in satisfaction with classes according to age and gender (p>0.05). The correlation between response and satisfaction with the metaversity app is 0.601, which can be considered very significant (p>0.001). As a limitation of this study, although we surveyed students' satisfaction with using the Metaversity app, we were unable to investigate the satisfaction of instructors who interact with students. In the future, we did not consider the instructor's satisfaction in classes using the Metaversity app. Research must be conducted, and universities must have institutional support and continued interest until metaversity apps are selected and used to prepare for distance learning.

This paper analyzes museum-related big data using museums and gamification using social media big data, identifies and compares the perceptions of visitors mentioned in social media, and presents ways to use gamification. Based on the collected data, this paper aims to provide data by comparing and analyzing the perception of visitors to the museum and visitors to the museum using gamification. This paper investigates the perception of visitors through social media analysis using TEXTOM, a social media analysis tool, to identify differences in perception. As a result of the analysis, it was found that compared to museums that were previously viewed in the form of exhibitions, they felt fun and interest in visiting museums using geikipication. In addition, based on the analysis results of keywords and related keywords, the perception, motivation, and type of viewing of the museum of the National Museum of Korea and the Independence Hall of Korea were confirmed. In addition, it can be seen that the sense of achievement of visitors who visited the museum using gamification is higher than that of the existing museum. It is believed that by developing and activating game-related content in future museum visits, many visitors will be able to increase their interest in the museum and feel fun and interested. The results of the study are believed to be meaningful as basic data to grasp the overall perception of visitors to the museum, and based on this, it is expected that visitors will be able to see and experience the museum in various ways.

This research analyzed articles about the disability under the 「The Disabled Person Welfare Law」 in a major daily newspaper. A total of 7,684 articles on disability were collected from homepages of the three newspapers , , and . Through network text analysis and content analysis, we considered about "The perspective of Disability" based on "Multiple Disability Model". As a result of this research, when comparing individual models versus social models, individual models have a higher rate 64.31% than social models 35.69%. According to the newspapers, the major perception of Disability is a traditional individual model, which means disability must be solved by individuals. In addition, due to low social and institutional supports, the public's attention and consideration required for the disabled, socially weak people. This research implied that despite the changing times of looking at disability, three newspapers are still staying in the traditional paradigm. Therefore, It is required that viewing a disability from the perspective on disabled people, and a mature awareness that recognizes the diversity of individual needs. The significance of this study can be found in the fact that no attempt has been made to treat the disability perspectivec in newspaper articles as quantitative and qualitative data.

While only the experts could create the contents in the existing VR contents business, in the proposed "Untact Social VR Video-Based Tour Scheduling", the GUI (Graphic User Interface) allows anyone to easily and quickly share the information taken through VR camera after creating. It is intended to serve as a variety of SNS-based media by developing a structure that can be shared in html format after creating with the GUI menus. In particular, it is applied to companies that operate the SNS-type publicity projects including experience facilities and viewing facilities, and the various SNS-type publicity businesses that create the VR contents. Communication is clear compared to the existing homepage-based information delivery method, and It aims to provide universality that anyone can easily edit in an environment where only experts can edit VR video contents of.
