This study reviews an overview of the current tax support system in Local Tax Law for venture company. And this study provides the directions for developing tax support system in Local Tax Law related policy for the venture company in Korea. The tax authority provides a supporting directions of venture company in three ways: a financing viewpoint, a technical and manpower viewpoint, and the location viewpoint. And the supporting system for venture company is devide into tax support system through tax laws and support system through other law. The requirements of receiving tax supporting for venture company in Local Tax Law are a venture company, a small and medium company, a newly starting firm, and so forth. To mitigate the restriction imposed by the current tax law on venture company encourage venture activities in Korea.

This study is to search for the core factors of improving competitiveness of small and medium venture manufacturing company in electric and electronic industry and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company in electric and electronic industry. The report is analyzed how the relationship between the quality management system that was discussed in existing literature and the core factors of absorbing capability impact to the enterprise management performance.

본 연구는 벤처기업의 윤리경영과 재무성과와의 관계를 검증하기 위하여 현재 벤처기업인증을 득하고 있거나, 과거에 득한 적이 있는 기업 200개를 무작위로 선정하여 설문을 실시하였다. 윤리경영에 대한 평가지표로는 CEO의 윤리경영 의지, 공정성(Fairness), 투명성(Transparency), 건전성(Soundness)을 독립변수로 재무성과(Financial Performance)를 종속변수로 사용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다 그 결과 공정성이 재무성좌에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 반면에 건전성이 가장 적은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

On industry highly developed and competition with each company, technology is considered as the one of the most significant variables in the era of technology competition. So, the needs of technology valuation and valuating technology competitiveness are increasing to measure value of company. However, in many cases of valuation tools, elaborate valuation technique is required all the more by reason of difficulty of defining the valuation target, the valuation perspective and the purpose of valuation. This study tried to define valuation framework of technology competitiveness for technology intensive small medium venture company to valuate technology environment and company's capability related with technology synthetically as well as technology itself which company uses. And also the purpose of technology valuation, the purpose of technology competitiveness, basic elements of technology valuation, trend of technology valuation in major countries including Korea are presented and analyzed.

Purpose: This study is to search for the core factors of improving business performance of small and medium venture manufacturing company and to do an in-depth analysis of the relations with management performance through systematic approach and to provide implications of importance of the management for the improvement factors for the domestic small and medium venture manufacturing company. Methods: The data have been analyzed via the regression and path analysis using AMOS. Results: this study is absorptive capacity affects the business performance of manufacturing companies. absorptive capacity has the role of the parameters of the Quality Management System and business performance. Conclusion: This study suggests how to run absorptive capacity according to type of management performance, and how to enhance Quality Management System to efficiently promote absorptive capacity in order to grow of management performance. also, this study shows a way to enlarge the valuation standard for management and customer performance reflecting the growth potential of an enterprise in circumstance where the valuation standard focuses on financial performance.

본 연구의 목적은 벤처캐피탈회사의 보증역할을 벤처캐피탈회사의 대주주 유형에 따라 그 존재 여부를 검증하는데 있다. 이를 위해 1997년부터 2000년까지 코스닥증권시장에 신규로 등록한 벤처캐피탈회사투자기업 88개 업체를 대상으로 분석하였다. 본 연구는 벤처캐피탈회사의 대주주 유형에 따라 보증역할을 분석한 초기 연구라는 점 이외에도 다음과 같은 새로운 점을 발견하였다. 첫째, KTB를 포함한 신기술사업금융회사가 중소기업창업 투자회사보다 상하한가 행진이 끝나는 날 종가를 기준으로 한 초기 초과수익률(AR2)과 누적평균 초과수익률(CAR)에서 보증역할을 더 충실히 수행하는 것을 발견하였다. 둘째, KTB를 제외한 신기술사업금융회사가 중소기업 창업투자회사보다 등록 당일 초과수익률(AR1beg, AR1end)에서 보증역할을 더 충실히 수행하는 것을 발견하였다. 셋째, 중소기업창업 투자회사를 대주주 유형별로 구분할 때 금융기관창업투자회사가 개인창업투자회사보다 보증역할을 더 충실히 수행하는 것을 발견하였다. 넷째, 신기술사업금융회사가 중소기업창업 투자회사보다 보증역할을 더 충실히 수행하고 있다는 설명변수는 벤처캐피탈 투자기업 창업부터 IPO까지 경과기간, 벤처캐피탈 투자기업 IPO시 공모배수, 등록직전연도 벤처캐피탈 투자기업의 총자산 등임을 발견하였다.

본 연구에서는 중소기업 종업원의 지각된 기업특성과 개인특성이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고 특히, 기존의 연구에서 확장하여 기업혁신성이라는 기업관련 변수를 추가하여 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구는 중소기업의 CEO들이 조직구성원의 직무만족을 유발시키고 변화하는 글로벌 사회의 환경에 초점을 맞추어 관리방안들을 모색할 수 있도록 하여 조직의 활성화를 도모하고, 경영의 개선이나 제도적 발전을 위한 제언이 될 것이다. 본 연구는 중소기업 종업원들을 대상으로 약 2개월간 실시하였으며, 실증적 분석의 결과 첫째, 중소기업 종업원의 지각된 기업특성과 개인특성이 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 이중 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 유의하지 않았다. 둘째, 중소기업 종업원의 지각된 기업특성과 개인특성이 기업혁신성에 미치는 영향관계 중 조직유연성과 CEO의 리더십, 회사의 의사소통과 부서간, 개인간 협력정도, 지각된 개인의 특성에서의 개인의 도전성은 기업혁신성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 직무스트레스는 영향을 미친다는 가설은 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 기업혁신성은 직무만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 네째, 기업혁신성이 종업원의 지각된 기업특성 및 개인특성과 직무만족 사이에서의 매개효과 검증에서는 조직유연성과 소통과 협력은 부분매개를, CEO의 리더십은 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났고, 개인의 도전성과는 완전매개를, 직무스트레스는 매개효과가 검증되지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 독립변수인 중소기업 종업원의 지각된 기업특성과 개인특성은 직무만족과의 직접적인 관계일 뿐아니라, 기업의 혁신성에 따라 매개되는 간접효과도 가진다는 것을 시사한다. 그러므로 중소기업 종업원들의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 기업의 혁신활동의 성과도 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 특히, 리더십과 개인의 도전성은 기업의 혁신성을 통해 완전 매개되므로 중소기업 종업원의 직무만족을 높이기 위해서는 조직의 혁신성 노력이 동시에 추진되어야 효과가 있다고 할 수 있겠다.

본 연구는 서울, 경기, 인천지역 소재 중소건설기업의 종사자를 대상으로 하여 중소건설기업 구성원의 직무배태성이 조직몰입을 매개로 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 표집방법은 유의 표집법을 활용하였으며 최종분석에 이용된 표본 수는 316명으로 입력된 자료 처리는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 중소건설기업 구성원의 직무배태성의 하위요인 적합성, 희생과 이직의도 간의 상관관계에서 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 연계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중소건설기업 구성원의 직무 배태성의 하위요인 적합성, 희생, 연계 순서로 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직몰입은 이직의도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직몰입은 직무배태성과 이직의도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중소건설기업 구성원의 직무배태성이 높을수록 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이는 조직 구성원 개인이 추구하는 가치의 적합성, 업무열정, 조직에 대한 애착 등을 향상시킴으로써 이직의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.

This study is to suggest the government's support direction for the small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) by examining the relations among technology level, innovation factors, entrepreneur's characteristics, and start-up reasons. The management bottlenecks and the necessary fields of government's support are also investigated across the company's growth stages. Empirical analysis was conducted based on the 318 Korean SMEs' data receiving the Venture and/or Inno-biz certification. Results show that managing difficulties of the company have typical pattern according to the stage of growth. The characteristics of an entrepreneur such as age, education background and past experience affect the early stage of starting business. We also found that the technology level is closely connected with operational innovation activities and circumstances, entrepreneur's characteristics, start-up motives, and technological innovation activities.
