발달장애아동의 가정치료에 대한 어머니의 스트레스와 대처 특성에 관한 연구 (Stress and Coping on Home Treatment in Mothers of Children with Delayed Development)

  • The purpose of this study was to obtain the information of the home treatment state for children with delayed development and to identify stress and coping pattern in mothers of the children. Data were collected from 211 mothers of delayed developmental children(DDC) by means of structured questionnaires. The results of this study were that in the home treatment mothers had technical insufficiencies to treat their children. so they had a difficulties in treating their children at home. But the home treatment were effective and mothers were assisted by their family and others in their treatment. The mothers had stress by anxiety of prognosis. hurts, responsibility, technical insufficiencies and negligent in housework. And acquisition of home treatment technique, the existence of assistant, and emotion in treatment also influenced on stress in the mother. The coping pattern in the stress were regular medical examination. communication with medical team and other mothers with DDC, faith of recovery and treatment. confidence in home treatment, family coorperation. and leisure time without concern for treatment. The younger mother received the more help from other mothers with DDC. And the mothers with severe, complex DDC had the more help from faith of recovery. Regular medical examination and faith of recovery were helpful coping pattern in mothers who had no treatment skill. Confidence in family coorperation and leisure time without concern for treatment were particularly helpful in mothers whose treatment duration is longer, and home treatment was not effective.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 2014 코리아컵 국제체조대회 링 종목 결승전에 참여한 국내외 우수선수를 대상으로 난도 점수, 실행 점수 및 실시기술에 대한 난도요소 분포, 그룹요소별 기술 분포 등에 대한 연기내용을 분석한 융복합연구로서 경기력 향상을 위한 훈련방향 설정과 연기구성 및 기술 습득 전략 수립에 기여하고자 수행하였다. 자료 수집은 경기 성적표와 심판들에게 배포되는 경기결과 자료 및 경기영상을 촬영한 것을 이용하였다. 연기내용 분석 결과에 대한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 선수들의 경기기술은 난도가 높은 힘 버티기 보다는 스윙기에 의존하는 특성을 보였다. 둘째, 스윙기 기술에 익숙한 특성을 살려서 난도가 높은 Jonasson과 Roll bwd. slowly with str. arms and body to swallow(2s.) 기술 습득이 필요하다. 셋째, 버티기 기술과 고난도 기술 습득을 위한 기술 감각훈련 및 근력 강화 프로그램이 개발되어야 한다.

유아교육기관 교사들의 구강보건교육 실태에 관한 연구 (The actual condition of oral health education in children education institute teacher)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study is to improve the oral health knowledge in children education institute teacher. Methods : Data were selected by convenience sampling method. A self-administered questionnaire was filled out by the children education institute teachers. Frequency analysis and $x^2$ test were used to analyze the actual condition of oral health education and utilizing media contents. Pearson's Results : 1. The teachers received the oral health education (94.3%) twice to five times. 2. There was a difference between position and career of teacher in implementing oral health education. 3. Most of the oral health education were done by the dentists. Tooth brushing method was the most common education contents. Skill demonstration was the most common teaching method. 4. There was a positive correlation between experience and implementation of oral health education. 5. Use of education media accounted for 74.1% in oral health education. The number of media was more than two to five. 6. Self-devised media contents were the most commonly used in oral health education. Visual materials, dentiform and tooth brush were the most common contents in oral health education. Conclusions : It is necessary to develop the systematic and repetitive oral health education curriculum for the children education institute teachers. The dissemination of media for oral care is needed for oral health care knowledge acquisition.

정신보건간호사의 문제해결능력에 대한 인식정도 (Self-evaluative Awareness of Problem Solving Ability In Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the degree of PSI (self-evaluative awareness of problem solving ability) in PMHNP (psychiatric mental health nurse practitioners) and to identified the factors predicting problem solving ability of them, in order to provide basic data for the development of the specific education programs to improve problem solving ability. Data was collected from 355 subjects who have the certificates of PMHNP working in hospitals and public centers. Chun Seok Kyun's instruments (1993) based on the Heppner and Petersen's Problem Solving Inventory (1982) was used to determine PMHNPs' PSI. The results were as follows; 1. The average score of PSI of PMHNP was $2.81\pm0.23$. Of the three factors. there marked the lowest score in the factor 3. personal control $(2.56\pm0.43)$, and the highest score was in the factor 1. problem-solving confidence $(2.95\pm0.34)$. 2. The differences in PSI were significant for degree of education and career in psychiatric settings (p=0.000l, p=0.0187). 3. Job satisfaction was the highest factor predicting PSI of PMHNP$(17.9\%)$. When degree of education, career in psychiatric setting and marital status were added, the total predictors explained $24.3\%$. As a result, it is necessary to conduct further research in relation to the problem-solving process, the development of education program. skill acquisition and measurement of problem solving in nursing practice.

Construction reproducibility of a composite tooth model composed of an intraoral-scanned crown and a cone-beam computed tomography-scanned root

  • Objective: To evaluate the construction reproducibility of a composite tooth model (CTM) composed of an intraoral-scanned crown and a cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT)-scanned root. Methods: The study assessed 240 teeth (30 central incisors, 30 canines, 30 second premolars, and 30 first molars in the maxillary and mandibular arches) from 15 young adult patients whose pre-treatment intraoral scan and CBCT were available. Examiner-Reference (3 years' experience in CTM construction) and Examiners-A and Examiner-B (no experience) constructed the individual CTMs independently by performing the following steps: image acquisition and processing into a three-dimensional model, integration of intraoral-scanned crowns and CBCT-scanned teeth, and replacement of the CBCT-scanned crown with the intraoral-scanned crown. The tooth axis angle in terms of mesiodistal angulation and buccolingual inclination of the CTMs constructed by the three examiners were measured. To assess the construction reproducibility of CTMs, intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) assessments were performed. Results: The ICC values of mesiodistal angulation and buccolingual inclination among the 3 examiners showed excellent agreement (0.950-0.992 and 0.965-0.993; 0.976-0.994 and 0.973-0.995 in the maxillary and mandibular arches, respectively). Conclusions: The CTM showed excellent construction reproducibility in mesiodistal angulation and buccolingual inclination regardless of the construction skill and experience levels of the examiners.

시열과제 운동학습 시 집중연습과 분산연습이 P300 출현시기에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Massed and Distributed Practice on P300 Latency in a Sequential Timing Task)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to use P300 latency to determine whether methods of motor learning in terms of massed and distributed practice can affect motor sequential learning in healthy adults. Methods: Twenty-four healthy subjects participated in this study. They were randomly allocated into three groups: a 10 minute, a 12 hour, and a 24 hour group. In the SRT task, eight numbers were adopted as auditory stimuli. During an experiment, participants were instructed to press the matching key as quickly and accurately as possible when one of the eight numbers was presented randomly. The subjects practiced for three sessions, each of which comprised five blocks of 40 serial reaction time tasks. While they practiced during these three sessions, P300 latency was measured. The data were analyzed using ANCOVA. Results: The P300 latency of Fz, Cz, and Pz decreased in all groups except for the Fz area of the 10 min group. Overall, the P300 latency of the 10 min group showed a smaller decrease compared with the 12 hr and 24 hr groups. Statistically, no significant differences in the Fz and Cz areas were observed among the three groups. The P300 latency in the Pz area of the 10 min group showed a significantly smaller decrease compared with the other groups. Conclusion: These findings suggest that short-term sequential motor training can alter brain functions such as the P300 latency. We also found that better acquisition of a motor skill was obtained with distributed practice of a task than with massed practice.

  • RFID 기술은 자동인식 및 데이터획득 기술로서 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅에 필요한 기술이다. RFID는 저비용 무선인식 메모리 태그를 사용하며, 물리적 비접촉 특성에 의한 사용의 편리성과 유지 우수성으로 사용이 확대되어가고 있다. 그러나 RFID는 RF 신호를 이용하기 때문에 태그와 리더간의 불법적인 정보획득이 가능하며, 획득한 정보를 위치추적과 프라이버시의 침해를 목적으로 사용할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 불법적인 정보획득으로 인한 사용자의 위치추적과 프라이버시의 침해를 보호할 수 있는 보안기법을 제안한다. 본고에서 제안하는 보안기법은, Gray Code를 이용하여 실제 태그의 계산용량을 줄였을 뿐만 아니라, 태그에서 리더로 전송되는 정보가 고정되어 있지 않으므로 악의적인 공격자의 트래킹이 불가능하며, 악의적인 방법을 통해 태그의 실제정보를 획득하더라도 실제 정보가 아닌 암호화된 정보가 노출되기에 다른 보호기법보다 간단하고 안전하게 사용자 프라이버시를 보호할 수 있다.

간호대학생의 학습 자기효능감, 기본간호술수행자신감 및 실습만족도가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Learning Self-efficacy, Confidence in Performance of Fundamental Nursing Skills and Satisfaction with Practicum on Nursing Students' Satisfaction in major)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 전공만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 자료수집은 2019년 6월 17일부터 6월 24일까지 G도 및 C도에 소재한 2개 간호대학생 159명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석 방법은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 이용하여 분석하였다. 일반적 특성 중 성별, 연령, 종교활동, 성적, 간호술기술 습득에 도움이 되는 방법, 자신의 건강상태는 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. 전공만족도는 학습 자기효능감, 기본간호술수행자신감, 실습만족도와 유의한 양의 상관관계에 있었으며, 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 이들 변수의 설명력은 63.0%이었다. 그러므로 간호대학생의 전공만족도 증진을 위해 학습 자기효능감, 기본간호술수행자신감, 실습만족도를 향상시킬 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발 및 검증이 필요하다.

Challenges of Accessibility to Information Resources by Prison Inmates

  • Prisons are mostly filled with social deviants and like other correctional institutions, deserve organized information (provision) centers such as library. A study on library resource needs and accessibility by prison inmates was conducted at Kuje prison, Abuja and Kaduna prison, Kaduna, Nigeria, both of which have functional libraries. A sample of 898 inmates was randomly selected from all the convicted inmates in the two prisons. A total of 106 inmates were selected from Kuje prison and 792 from Kaduna prison. A well-structured questionnaire was used to collect data from the inmates. All the 898 inmates responded. A total of 786 (87.9%) males and 112 (12.4%) females were involved in the study. With regards to the educational level attained by the inmates, 347 (38.6%) had Junior Secondary School Certificate while 323 (30.0%) had Senior School Certificate both accounting for 74.6% of the sampled population. In areas of information needs, 94.5%, 96.1%, 98.7%, 99.4%, 100%, and 100% of the respondents indicated that information on current affairs, survival and coping, educational support, legal aid, skill acquisition, and health, respectively were highly needed by the inmates. Out of the 12 information resources listed, only newspaper, novel, handbook and manual, and bulletin were readily accessible with percentage accessibility of 60.7, 7.8, 6.8, and 1.9, respectively. One major reason adduced by the respondents for limited access to information resources was the very strict rules and regulations in the prison. Providing more library resources and granting the inmates more access to the library would assist in character reformation and rehabilitation of the inmates.

심리적 요인, 게임 효능감 그리고 게임 동기가 청소년의 게임 리더십에 미치는 영향 : MOBA 장르 플레이어를 중심으로 (The Impact of Psychological Factors, Game Efficacy and Game Motivation and on Adolescent's Game Leadership : Focus on MOBA Genre Players)

  • 최근 e-sports에 대한 사회적 관심이 증대하면서 게임 리더십과 관련된 심리사회적인 요인들을 발굴하기 위한 노력이 점증하고 있다. 게임 리더십이란 게임 내에서 주어진 과제를 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 필요한 능력을 가리키는 것으로, e-sports 경기 진행과 팀워크 향상을 위해 매우 필요한 역량이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 점에 착안하여 본 연구는 심리적 요인(자기통제, 사회지능, 자존감)과 게임 동기, 게임 효능감이 게임 리더십과 어떤 관계를 맺고 있는지를 살펴보고자 했다. 이를 위해 MOBA(Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) 장르를 이용하는 청소년 196명의 데이터를 활용하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 인터넷 게임 이용시간, 사회지능, 게임 효능감은 모두 게임 리더십과 정적인 관계를 보이고 있었다. 이와 함께 게임 동기 요인 중 사회성, 탐험 그리고 도피 동기가 게임 리더십과 유의미한 관련이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 자존감과 자기통제는 게임 리더십에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않았다. 이후 결과를 분석하고 논의하였다.
