  • The purpose of this article is to deal with the multiple values and uniqueness of meromorphic functions with small functions in the whole complex plane. We obtain a more general theorem which improves and extends strongly the results of R. Nevanlinna, Li-Qiao, Yao, Yi, and Thai-Tan.

  • In this paper, we investigate the uniqueness problems of certain types of difference polynomials sharing a small function. The results of the paper improve and generalize the recent results due to H.P. Waghamore [Tbilisi Math. J. 11(2018), 1-13], P. Sahoo and B. Saha [App. Math. E-Notes. 16(2016), 33-44].

  • In this article, we consider the uniqueness problem of the shift polynomials $f^n(z)(f^m(z)-1){\prod\limits_{j=1}^{s}}f(z+c_j)^{{\mu}_j}$ and $f^n(z)(f(z)-1)^m{\prod\limits_{j=1}^{s}}f(z+c_j)^{{\mu}_j}$, where f(z) is a transcendental entire function of finite order, cj (j = 1, 2, …, s) are distinct finite complex numbers and n(≥ 1), m(≥ 1), s and µj (j = 1, 2, …, s) are integers. With the concept of weakly weighted sharing and relaxed weighted sharing we obtain some results which extend and generalize some results due to P. Sahoo [Commun. Math. Stat. 3 (2015), 227-238].

  • Let f be a non-constant meromorphic function in the open complex plane ℂ. In this paper we prove under certain essential conditions that R(f) and P[f], rational function and differential polynomial of f respectively, share a small function of f and obtain a conclusion related to Brück conjecture. We give some examples in support to our result.

  • The purpose of this paper is twofold. The first is to show that two meromorphic functions f and g must be linked by a quasi-$M{\ddot{o}}bius$ transformation if they share a pair of small functions regardless of multiplicity and share other three pairs of small functions with multiplicities truncated to level 4. We also show a quasi-$M{\ddot{o}}bius$ transformation between two meromorphic functions if they share four pairs of small functions with multiplicities truncated by 4, where all zeros with multiplicities at least k > 865 are omitted. Moreover the explicit $M{\ddot{o}}bius$-transformation between such f and g is given. Our results are improvement of some recent results.

  • Input-series-output-parallel (ISOP) connected DC-DC converters enable low voltage rating switches to be used in high voltage input applications. In this paper, a DSP is adopted to generate digital phase-shifted PWM signals and to fulfill the closed-loop control function for ISOP connected two full-bridge DC-DC converters. Moreover, a stable output current sharing control strategy is proposed for the system, with which equal sharing of the input voltage and the load current can be achieved without any input voltage control loops. Based on small signal analysis with the state space average method, a loop gain design with the proposed scheme is made. Compared with the conventional IVS scheme, the proposed strategy leads to simplification of the output voltage regulator design and better static and dynamic responses. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is verified by the simulation and experimental results of an ISOP system made up of two full-bridge DC-DC converters.

  • Cognitive small cell networks, consisting of macro-cells and small cells, are foreseen as a promising candidate solution to address 5G spectrum scarcity. Recently, many technological issues (such as spectrum sensing, spectrum sharing) related to cognitive small cell networks have been studied, but the common control channel (CCC) establishment problem has been ignored. CCC is an indispensable medium for control message exchange that could have a huge significant on transmitter-receiver handshake, channel access negotiation, topology change, and routing information updates, etc. Therefore, establishing CCC in cognitive small cell networks is a challenging problem. In this paper, we propose a potential game theory-based approach for CCC establishment in cognitive radio networks. We design a utility function and demonstrate that it is an exact potential game with a pure Nash equilibrium. To maintain the common control channel list (CCL), we develop a CCC update algorithm. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed approach has good convergence. On the other hand, it exhibits good delay and overhead of all networks.

  • The avionic battery discharge regulator (BDR) plays an important role in a power-conditioning unit. With its merits of high efficiency, stable transfer function, and continuous input and output currents, the non-isolated Weinberg converter (NIWC) is suitable for avionic BDR. An improved peak current control strategy is proposed to achieve high current-sharing accuracy. Current and voltage regulators are designed based on a small signal model of a three-module NIWC system. The system with the designed regulators operates stably under any condition and achieves excellent transient response and current-sharing accuracy.

  • This qualitative study focused on the activation of cooperative child care sharing centers'. Eight centers nationwide were selected as example cases in accordance with region (large city, small and medium-sized city, county unit), opening time, operating institution, location, full-time care for dual-income children, and participation in the 2020 care community pilot project. Co-researchers visited each center together to observe the site and conducted in-depth interviews with the head of the center or dedicated staff using semi-structured questionnaires. Interview data were analyzed using triangle verification and transcribed : the data were then grouped into 12 categories and 34 subcategories. From this, the following three topics were derived: the main functions, operational difficulties, and activation conditions. In conclusion, four suggestions are made: 1. proper relationship with the Family center, the cooperative childcare sharing center, and the local care communities 2. activation plan through "solution of operational difficulties" 3. "extension" of the cooperative child care sharing center 4. the role of the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family, the Korea Institute for Healthy Family, local governments, and Family Centers.
