The purpose of this study is to provide statistical analysis based suggestions on effective methods to take advantage of social network service (SNS) for educational purposes based on investigations of undergraduate students with high utilization of SNS. To achieve this, we conducted an open questionnaire survey and qualitatively analyzed the data using NVivo 10 program. Additionally, to visualize the analysis by education subject of the SNS educational methods, we have divided the data into 3 categories of teacher, student and common area. As a result, our analysis showed that the exchange opinions and discussions, information sharing and learning of contents of questions and answers, surveys, intimacy formation, counseling etc. were of the common area. Furthermore, teacher area included the notice announcement, teaching materials sharing, real-time assessment (quiz), attendance check, assignment grading and feedback, etc. Finally the student area was of project activities (group/individual), prepare and review the shared data, video self learning, peer review and feedback of projects, lecture evaluation, etc.

Digital Social Innovation, social innovation utilizing digital technology, is gaining attenntion as an innovative new way of solving pressing social problems such as ageing, traffic, unemployment etc. while some raise concerns as to the negative impact of digital technology on society associated with Share-the-Scraps-economy and On-demand-economy. The paper aims to address these concerns by examining the nature and source of business values generated in digital social innovation. Donation, cooperation/solidarity and sharing are identified as sources of business value from social innovation. Digitization, Platform may present infrastructure upon which efficiency of economic transaction can be elevated. The participation of consumers/users in the value chain and value network enabled by digital technology is identified and discussed as the critical source of business value in digital social innovation. The business model of Docksan-dong Happy Parking Street living lab project is analysed to illuminate the realization of business vaules in real life setting. Policy recommendations and future research directions are suggested.

This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the current status of the national authority data construction project centered on the National Library of Korea for the effective construction and utilization of national knowledge information resources. It also aimed to reveal the possibility and improvement of the national information system with the international standard identification system, and suggesting future development plans. To this end, this study conducted interviews and questionnaires with members of the Korean National Authority Data Sharing System(KNASS). The survey consisted of items related to the current status and difficulties related to the authority, the use of the KNASS, the recognition and utilization of identifiers, the awareness and utilization of the linkage with ISNI, the Importance-Performance Analysis for activating the KNASS, and the overall satisfaction and improvement direction. As a result of the analysis, it was proposed to develop rules and guidelines related to the authority works, to increase the quantity and quality of authority data, to raise understanding of the importance and establish a efficient work system, to diversify the authority service and develop a utilization model, to link the KNASS with international identifiers, and to share the necessity of the KNASS.

Purpose As crowdfunding is a relatively recent phenomenon, determinants of successful crowdfunding with empirical data have been under-researched. Consequently, we examine the role of information- and behavior-based social interaction on the performance of crowdfunding projects, while investigating the motivational factor of goal achievement. Design/methodology/approach From February to August 2016, we collected panel data on 154 crowdfunding projects, which completed fundraising successfully on Tumblbug, a reward-based crowdfunding platform in Korea. In this study, we examine the roles of information-based social interaction (e.g., sharing information on a crowdfunding project) and behavior-based social interaction (e.g., following other investors' behavior) on successful crowdfunding. Additionally, we investigate whether the motivation of goal achievement moderates the relationship between social interaction and performance of crowdfunding projects or not. Findings We find that the number of times a crowdfunding project is shared has a positive influence on its performance, as does the number of project backers. Furthermore, we confirm that goal achievement motivation moderates the effects of information- and behavior-based social interaction on the performance of crowdfunding projects.

The recent advancements in Smart City and Digital Twin technologies have highlighted the critical role of integrating GIS and BIM in urban planning and construction projects. This integration ensures the consistency and accuracy of information, facilitating smooth information exchange. However, achieving interoperability requires standardization and effective project integration management strategies. This study proposes interoperability solutions for the integration of GIS and BIM for managing various projects. The research involves an in-depth analysis of the IFC schema and data structures based on the latest IFC4 version and proposes methods to ensure the consistency of reference point coordinates and coordinate systems. The study was conducted by setting the EPSG:5186 coordinate system, used by the National Geographic Information Institute's digital topographic map, and applying virtual shift origin coordinates. Through BIMvision, the results of the shape and error check coordinates' movement in the BIM model were reviewed, confirming that the error check coordinates moved consistently with the reference point coordinates. Additionally, it was verified that even when the coordinate system was changed to EPSG:5179 used by Naver Map and road name addresses, or EPSG:5181 used by Kakao Map, the BIM model's shape and coordinates remained consistently unchanged. Notably, by inputting the EPSG code information into the IFC file, the potential for coordinate system interoperability between projects was confirmed. Therefore, this study presents an integrated and systematic management approach for information sharing, automation processes, enhanced collaboration, and sustainable development of GIS and BIM. This is expected to improve compatibility across various software platforms, enhancing information consistency and efficiency across multiple projects.

This study aims to understand the current state of a community project in Seoul and to determine a revitalization plan for community projects of inhabitants initiative. Regarding the research methods, 10 apartments that participated in this activation project in Seoul were selected, 31 residents who participated in community activities were surveyed, and 20 community planners in Seoul were surveyed. The results indicate that community leaders are the most important factor in community programs. community leaders must be able to promote participation and a spirit of service; they must also be capable of managing and implementing programs. To ensure that local community resources are utilized and integrated, it was shown that consultation and human resources are of the highest necessity. Moreover, regarding community education, it was shown that for providing general opportunities and means by which community activities may be implemented, program information and space applications are crucial. Furthermore, financial support and support for public relations activities from the government are necessary. To activate apartment communities, first, community education programs for residents must be provided. Second, a system that facilitates access to and sharing of resources from areas outside the community must be established. Third, financial support should be consistent to support community activities. Finally, the promotion of community vitalization at the government level is necessary.

This study conducted an analysis of the current use of and satisfaction with 40 village-unit core facilities that were created through a village-building project in Busan targeting users and non-users of the facilities. The study then examined ideas to promote the availability of the facilities. The results showed that for the users, they had been using the facilities for gathering and information-sharing, and the facilities were improving the interactions among the locals. In terms of non-users, the study confirmed that any relevant fields should develop diverse programs, start promotions in various ways and establish networks among neighbors to increase the non-users' use of the facilities In addition, the study found that the village-unit core facilities are working to encourage interactions among residents and that the locals' voluntary participation in operation of the facilities are needed. The study also suggested that networks across the local communities and diverse programs should be formed and developed.

If a brief direction and plan for a remodeling project are decided, it may moves to a concrete design step of which to select the most suitable alternative out of applicable compounding devices to reveal dynamic drifting performance. However, the volume of knowledge baseed utility which can refer to systematic evaluation regarding remodeling element technology and the accumulation of realistic cases are not only sufficient, but also short including its system for expression and consistency. Therefore, it may necessary to deliver the main frame which make enables the Owner, designer and builder to get performance technology for applying advanced remodeling element and knowledge based utility. There is a necessity to provide an information with latest made by virtue of modeling in the 3D/4D based on construction-based knowledge etc. which we can use for life cycle of a project, as a prominent way of knowledge based utility. Then, it is sure that remodeling can become more activative by sharing of knowledge based utility formed in electronic 3D/4D which is a systematic and expressed consistently to a performance and applicability in preservation of savings. It is expected for modeling of the 3D/4D in knowledge based utility enables to verify the practicability of each technology on effective application, and the use of technology might be spread widely due its obvious and oriented expressions. Further, this knowledge based utility formed in electronic 3D/4D may applicable for VE process in addition to remodeling design fields.

Objectives: This article reviewed researches on intersectoral partnership of school health programs to suggest importance, current status and development plan of those. Methods: Domestic research papers were screened though Research Information Sharing Service (RISS), Koreanstudies Information Service System (KISS), Medical Library Information System (MEDLIS), Korean Medical Database (KMbase), and digital national assembly library. International papers were searched mainly via Pubmed. Results: Since intersectoral partnership is effective, comprehensive and universal approach for school health programs, many collaborative programs are universally progressing in various domain including smoking, alcohol, mental health and sexual behavior. On the other hand, intersectoral partnership of school health programs in Korea is still in the beginning stage, and there are few intersectoral partnerships. Moreover, there are several limitations including top-down approach, passive participation and lack of studies on the effect of intersectoral partnership. However, intersectoral partnerships in school health program including tuberculosis control system in school or WEE project are in progress, so it is worth looking forward in the future. Conclusions: To achieve successful intersectoral partnership in school health programs, appropriate partnership guideline for Korean society, policy support, active participation and improvement of consciousness in community stakeholders are needed.

With globalization and competitive market environment, companies realize how marketing channels are important in order to survive and succeed the business. The importance of information management among channels is getting increased, and is needed for SCM. Nevertheless having hard situation to implement SCM, SCM for textile fashion industry engaged in small business mostly is the way to break through the difficulty on so many channels to go through from fiber to retail. Therefore, the purpose of this case study to L firm by using questionnaire based interviewing method was to investigate how textile fashion small business can implement the SCM with their own differentiated strategy differed from a large corporation. L firm conducted SCM-ISN (Information Service Network) under the restructuring project. So they could use electronic bidding system via internet and have information sharing with their partners such as retailers. Therefore, they could expand market share to Seoul and reduce inventory and manage their customer more effectively than before.
