본 연구에서는 다문화 청소년의 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향과 이들 간의 관계에서 사회적 역량과 자아존중감의 연속다중매개효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 '다문화청소년패널조사' 2기 1차년도 조사(2019)의 청소년 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 이중문화 수용태도는 삶의 만족도에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 사회적 역량이 매개하였다. 셋째, 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 자아존중감이 매개하였다. 넷째, 이중문화 수용태도가 삶의 만족도에 영향을 미치는 데 있어서 사회적 역량과 자아존중감이 연속적으로 다중매개하였다. 본 연구결과를 기반으로 하여 다문화 청소년의 건강한 성장과 발달을 지원하기 위한 방안과 함께 본 연구결과가 가진 함의에 대해 논의하였으며, 본 연구결과가 가진 한계점을 제시하고 후속연구에 대해 제언하였다.

본 연구는 대학생의 성장마인드셋과 학업 적응 간의 관계에서 그릿, 진로 적응의 매개 효과를 순차적으로 검증하여 대학생의 학업 적응을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 전라남도 소재 4년제 대학 3개 대학의 학생 366명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 성장마인드셋이 학업 적응에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생의 성장마인드셋과 학업 적응 간의 관계에서 각각 그릿과 진로 적응이 매개 효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 성장마인드셋과 학업 적응 간의 관계에서 그릿과 진로 적응의 순차적 매개 효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학생의 학업 적응은 성장마인드셋, 그릿, 진로 적응이 영향을 미침을 알 수 있었다. 이를 위하여 대학생들의 학업 적응을 돕는 교육 프로그램과 상담 개입 방안에 대한 시사점을 논의하였다.

본 연구는 노인의 자살생각에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀진 지각된 짐스러움과 절망감을 감소시킬 변인으로 사회적 지지를 제안하고, 사회적 지지가 지각된 짐스러움과 절망감을 매개로 노인의 자살생각에 미치는 부적 영향을 확인하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구결과, 사회적 지지의 하위차원 중 가족지지는 노인의 지각된 짐스러움을 줄여줌으로써 자살생각을 감소시킬 뿐 아니라, 감소된 짐스러움이 절망감을 감소시켜 노인의 자살생각을 줄여주는 것으로 나타났다. 친구지지는 노인의 지각된 짐스러움 및 절망감을 줄여줌으로써 자살생각을 줄여줄 뿐 아니라, 감소된 짐스러움이 절망감을 낮춤으로써 노인의 자살생각을 줄여주고 있었다. 지역사회지지는 노인의 지각된 짐스러움에 영향을 미치지는 못했으나 노인이 느끼는 절망감을 줄여줌으로써 자살생각을 줄여주는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 사회적 지지의 하위요인들(가족, 친구, 지역사회)은 자살생각에 대해 직접적인 효과를 보여주기보다, 다른 부정적인 요인을 감소시킴으로써 자살생각에 대한 간접적인 효과를 보여주었다. 이상의 결과에 근거하여, 고령화 사회와 핵가족화 사회에서 자칫 소원해 질 수 있는 가족관계를 개선하기 위한 노력의 필요성과 노인의 대인관계 및 사회적 네트워크 형성에 대한 지원, 그리고 지역사회 지원정책의 이용을 장려하는 적극적인 홍보 노력이 병행될 필요가 있음을 제안하였다.

This study investigated the effects of job stress, job attitude, and social support on the relationship between client violence and social worker job response. The multi-mediating effect of job stress, job attitude, and social support between client violence and social worker job response was empirically analyzed. 257 social workers in social welfare facilities were analyzed using SPSS. The following conclusions were drawn. First, there was a significant correlation between client violence, job stress, job attitude, social support, and job response variables. Client violence was affecting variables related to social worker job response. Second, job stress, job attitude, and social support had multiple mediating effects. The parallel mediation effect and the serial mediation effect were verified. Third, job attitude was found to be a variable of multiple mediating effects. Fourth, job stress and social support were found to be double mediating effect variables. In response, programs and manuals suitable for the type of social welfare facilities and the policy basis for preparing countermeasures for social workers were limited, and follow-up studies on various variables were suggested.

조직구성원의 혁신행동은 기업의 성장과 지속가능성을 촉진할 수 있는 중요한 요소이다. 오늘날 경제 시장 환경이 불안정함에 따라 조직구성원들의 혁신행동의 중요성이 날로 강조되고 있는 실정이며 이러한 혁신행동이 기업의 경쟁력을 확보하는데 중요한 역할을 한다. 이를 바탕으로 본 연구는 혁신행동의 향상 방안에 초점을 맞추었다. 구체적으로 참여적 리더십과 구성원의 혁신행동 간의 인과관계를 규명하고 영향력을 검증하였다. 더 나아가 참여적 리더십이 혁신행동에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 지식공유와 창의성의 직렬다중 매개효과도 검증하였다. 이를 검증하기 위해 중국 중소기업에 종사하는 구성원 237명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과에서 참여적 리더십은 지식공유, 창의성, 혁신행동에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 참여적 리더십과 혁신행동 간의 관계에서 지식공유와 창의성의 유의한 직렬다중매개효과가 검증되었다. 전반적으로 본 연구는 중국 중소기업 조직에서 혁신행동을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 참여적 리더십의 긍정적인 역할을 검증하였으며 직렬다중매개효과를 통해 혁신행동에 대한 연구 영역을 확장하는데 기여하였다.

This study is a study to empirically verify the mediating effect on college life adaptation and career preparation behavior of college students. The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the multi-mediated effects of major satisfaction, job stress, and self-directed learning. For this study, 216 university students were enrolled. For the collected data, SPSS Process macro was used. The result is as follows. First, there were multiple parallel mediating effects and multiple serial mediating effects on major satisfaction, job stress, and self-directed learning between college life adaptability and career preparation behavior. Second, the path of simple mediation and double mediation effect was found between college life adaptation and career preparation behavior. Based on the research, the necessity of revitalizing the program for revitalization of teaching activities and industry-academic cooperation activities in the major field and improvement of career preparation behavior and university life adaptation ability and follow-up research were suggested.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the mediating effects of communication skills and pediatric nurse-parent partnership on the relationship between emotional intelligence and job satisfaction among pediatric nurses. Methods: A survey was administered to 205 pediatric nurses working in children's, general, and tertiary hospitals situated in Chungcheong province and Seoul. Data were collected in August and September 2022. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics version 26.0 along with the PROCESS macro program. Results: Emotional intelligence had a significant effect, and was a critical factor affecting the job satisfaction of pediatric nurses. Furthermore, communication skills and nurse-parent partnership had a serial double mediating effect. Conclusion: These findings underscore the significance of conducting job satisfaction improvement programs, including strategies for augmenting emotional intelligence, bolstering communication skills, and fostering nurse-parent partnership.

This study aimed to identify the multiple mediation effects of job satisfaction and job commitment on the relationships between job stress and workers' safety behavior in terms of compliance and participation, in which the multiple mediation effects are a hybrid of parallel and serial mediating relationships. The multiple mediation model was analyzed using the bootstrapping method through the PROCESS macro tool in SPSS. The results showed that job stress negatively affects job satisfaction, job commitment, and workers' safety behavior, and the relationship between job stress and safety behavior is mediated by both job satisfaction and job commitment. The serial mediation effects of job satisfaction and job commitment were also found to be statistically significant in the regression relationship between job stress and safety behavior. Further analysis of the compliance and participation subdimensions of safety behavior showed similar results. Specifically, the serial mediation effects of job satisfaction and job commitment on participation and compliance behavior were further supported; however, the mediation effect of job satisfaction was not significant, whereas that of job commitment did remain significant. Further research is needed to determine if the mediation effect of job satisfaction found in this study can be extended and generalized to workers in various fields and industries.

This study examined the effects of negative parenting attitudes on adolescents' academic helplessness through the mediating effects of social withdrawal and smartphone dependency. Data from the panel study of Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 (KCYPS 2018) collected by the National Youth Policy Institute (NYPI) was used to examine the research model. The subjects of the study consisted of 2,541 first grade middle school students (1,375 boys and 1,166 girls). Confirmatory factor analysis [CFA], structural equation modeling [SEM], and bootstrapping analysis were conducted by means of SPSS 25.0, AMOS 25.0, and Hayes's PROCESS programs to examine the serial multiple mediating effects. The study results were as follows. First, negative parenting attitude had a direct effect on adolescents' academic helplessness. This implies that adolescents who perceive their parents' attitudes to be high in coercive, rejective, and chaotic levels indicate that they can easily get exhausted in academic settings. Second, negative parenting attitudes had an indirect effect on adolescents' academic helplessness through social withdrawal and smartphone dependency. The results suggest that a high level of negative parenting attitude leads to higher social withdrawal and smartphone dependency that influences adolescents' academic helplessness.

본 연구의 목적은 정서조절전략이 외상후 성장에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 정서표현억제전략과 외상후 성장과의 관계에서 외상 경험에 대한 자기개방과 사회적 지지의 순차적 다중매개 효과를 확인하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 만 18세 이상의 성인을 대상으로 설문을 하여, 663명(남자 222명, 여자 441명)의 자료가 최종 통계분석에 사용되었다. SPSS Process Macro로 분석한 결과, 정서표현억제전략을 덜 사용할수록 외상후 성장이 더 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정서표현억제전략과 외상후 성장과의 관계에서 자기개방의 단순매개효과, 정서표현억제전략과 외상후 성장과의 관계에서 자기개방과 사회적 지지의 순차적 다중매개효과를 확인하였다. 이는 정서조절전략으로서 정서표현억제를 적게 사용하는 사람들일수록 외상경험에 대해 자기개방을 많이 함으로써 주위 사람들의 위로와 지지를 받게 되어, 외상후 성장에 이를 수 있다는 것을 의미한다. 또한 이는 외상후 성장에 있어 정서적 자기개방과 사회적 지지가 중요함을 확인한 것이다. 평소에 정서표현을 억제하는 비자발적 내담자를 위한 외상후 성장을 촉진할 수 있는 상담현장에서의 개입방법을 제시하였고, 본 연구의 의의 및 한계점, 후속연구의 방향에 대해 제언하였다.
