남편의 도움이 산모의 산후우울과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 관한 예비연구 (Effects of husband's help on the mother's postpartum depression and self-efficacy : A pilot study)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 남편의 도움이 산모의 산후우울과 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 연구설계의 문제점을 파악하여 추후 시행될 실험연구의 실행 가능성을 알아보기 위함이다. 실험처치 전 각각 10쌍의 산후산모와 남편으로 구성된 실험군과 대조군의 일반적 특성에 유의한 차이가 없어 두 군의 동질성을 확인하였다. 산후 1주에 측정된 연구대상자의 산후우울 유병률은 45%였고, 실험군 산모에 대한 남편의 도움 수행의 평균은 4점 만점에 3.2점이었다. Mann-Whitney U test에서 남편의 도움은 실험군 산모의 산후우울감소의 순위 평균값을 유의하게 낮추었고(p<.001), 산후자기효능감 순위 평균값이 대조군보다 높았으나 유의한 차이를 보이지는 않았다. 본 예비연구 중 산후산모에 대한 연구에서는 대조군이 실험처치의 혜택 없이 설문 응답을 해야 하는 부담을 가지므로 향후 본 실험연구의 설계를 수정할 필요가 있다.

Effects of Simulation-based Education Combined Team-based Learning on Self-directed Learning, Communication Skills, Nursing Performance Confidence and Team Efficacy in Nursing Students

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effects simulation-based education combined team-based learning (SBE combined TBL) compared to simulation-based education (SBE) on undergraduate nursing students. Methods: A non-equivalent control group design with pre-and posttest measures was used. The participants in the study were 181 students. The SBE combined TBL group consisted of 84 senior students in 2013, and the SBE group consisted of 97 seniors in 2014. Collected data were analyzed using chi-square, independent t-test and ANCOVA with the statistical package SPSS 22.0 for Windows. Results: There was a significant improvement in communication skills, nursing performance confidence, team efficacy, and team performance scores in the SBE combined TBL group compared to the SBE group (t=2.45, p=.015; F=4.30, p=.040; t=3.06, p=.003; t=8.77, p<.001). However, there was no statistically significant difference in self-directed learning between the groups. Conclusion: SBE combined TBL compared to SBE is an effective teaching and learning method to enhance various positive educational outcomes for nursing students. Therefore, we suggest that future studies investigate the development of an integrated course in which team-based learning is applied to theoretical sessions and simulation-based training.

일부 여대생의 건강증진 생활양식과 관련요인연구 (A Study on Influencing Factors in Health Promoting Lifestyles of Female College Student)

  • This descriptive correlational study was conducted to identify the variables related to a health promoting lifestyle in college female students. Participants were 232 female college student living in chinju city who selected by convenience sampling method. The data were collected by self-reported questionnaires from May to December. 1999. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. pearson correlation coefficient. t-test. ANOVA. Duncan verification and stepwise multiple regression with an SAS program. The result to this study were as follows; 1) The average score of a health promoting lifestyle performance was 97.19, the average score of each item was 2.37. among the each items. self-actualization was obtained the most high score(31.10) and stress management was obtained the low score(14.74). 2) The result of compare health promoting lifestyle performance with related variables was follows; (1) In intervention factor, school lifestyle level showed significant positive correlations with teaching relationship level. (2) In Analysis of relationship of health definition. self-efficacy, perceived health status. and perceived benefit & barriers of health that is recognition-perception factors. health promoting lifestyle performance showed significant positive correlations with health definition (r = .2948. p = .001) and self-efficacy (r= .4587. p = .001). (3) A health promoting lifestyle showed significant positive correlations with school lifestyle(9.9%), family support (12.8%), and relationship with teacher (14.6%). This result indicate that; 1) need to development the health promoting model that suitable to our situation. 2) need to development the health promoting model that include family member and application and test to women. 3) need to development of the health promotion program and health education to women. 4) need to study for find out variables that have a influence to stress management. exercise. nutrition. and health promoting performance with low score in test.

Intervention Mapping 설계를 통한 중학생 대상 흡연음주예방 교육프로그램 개발 (Development of a Smoking and Drinking Prevention Program for Adolescents using Intervention Mapping)

  • Objectives: We describe the development of a smoking and drinking prevention program for adolescents, using intervention mapping. Methods: The study sample consisted of 1,000 high school second-grade students from 6 high schools in Seoul. The PRECEDE model was applied for the needs assessment. We carried out a social diagnosis by assessing the factors such as the quality of life, happiness level, and satisfaction with school life; an epidemiological diagnosis on the perceived health status, stress levels, and priority of health issues; a behavioral diagnosis on the smoking and drinking rate and the intention to smoke and drink; and an educational diagnosis on knowledge, beliefs, attitudes, self-efficacy, outcome expectations, social norms and life skills. Results: The development process included a needs assessment, identifying factors that influence smoking and drinking among adolescents. Intention, knowledge, perceived norms, perceived benefit, perceived cost, perceived susceptibility, self-efficacy, and life skills were identified as determinants. Three performance objectives were formulated to describe what an individual needs to do in order to avoid smoking and drinking. Subsequently, we constructed an intervention matrix by crossing the performance objectives with the selected determinants. Each cell describes the learning objectives of the smoking and drinking prevention program. The program used methods from the transtheoretical model, such as consciousness raising, outcome expectations, self-reevaluation, self-liberation, counterconditioning, environmental reevaluation, and stimulus control. The program deals with the effects of smoking and drinking, self-improvement, decision making, understanding advertisements, communication skills, social relationships, and assertiveness. Conclusions: By using the process of intervention mapping, the program developer was able to ensure a systematical incorporation of empirical and new data and theories to guide the intervention design. Programs targeting other health-related behavior and other methods or strategies can also be developed using this intervention mapping process.

The Effects of Training for Computer Skills on Outcome Expectations, Ease of Use, Self-Efficacy and Perceived Behavioral Control

  • Previous studies on user training have largely focused on assessing models which describe the determinants of information technology usage or examined the effects of training on user satisfaction, productivity, performance, and so on. Scant research efforts have been made, however, to examine those effects of training by using theoretical models. This study presented a conceptual model to predict intention to use information technology and conducted an experiment to understand how training for computer skill acquisition affects primary variables of the model. The data were obtained from 32 student subjects of an experimental group and 31 students of a control group, and the information technology employed for this study was a university's electronic mail system. The study results revealed that attitude toward usage and perceived behavioral control helped to predict user intentions; outcome expectations were positively related to attitude toward usage; and self - efficacy and perceived behavioral control. The changes in those variables suggest more causal effects of user training than other survey studies.

  • 조직성과를 창출하기 위해 리더십에 대해 끊임없이 많은 연구가 있어왔지만, 4차 산업혁명 시대의 변화에 적응하기 위해 팀 리더들의 역할에 주목한 연구는 많이 없었다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 현 시대의 필요한 리더의 기업가적 리더십이 팀 성과 사이에서 팀 효능감을 매개변수로 하여 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 연구하고자 한다. 이를 검증하기 위해 중국 소재 기업의 총 79개 팀, 530명의 팀원을 대상으로 데이터를 수집하고 SPSS와 AMOS을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 기업가적 리더십이 팀 성과에 정(+)의 영향이 있으며, 기업가적 리더십과 팀 성과 간의 관계에서 팀 효능감이 긍정적인 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사람과 성과를 동시에 추구하는 팀워크 관점에서 팀 리더들의 기업가적 리더십의 중요성과 팀 효능감을 향상시키는 중요성을 밝힌 것에 그 의의가 있다. 향후 팀 차원뿐만 아니라 개인 차원의 자기효능감과 창업의향을 포함한 폭 넓은 연구를 계속 진행할 계획이다.

고등학생의 건강증진행위와 관련요인 분석 (A Survey on Health Promoting Behavior and its Related Factors for High School Students)

  • In order to identify the health promoting behavior and its related factors for high school students, a survey was performed from 4th to 8th of December 2000. Population were selected by stratified random sampling method and total 355 students replied to the self-administered questionnaire survey. Data analysis was done by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA. Pearson's Correlation, stepwise multiple regression. The results were as follows: 1. The average score of health promoting behavior practices was 2.23(SD=.41) points by the 4 point scale, which was lower than that of adults. In the subcategories, the highest degree of performance was self-actualization (mean= 2.68, SD=.68), and the lowest degree was health responsibility (mean = 1.33, SD= .41). 2. According to gender(t=2.70, p=.00), school type(t=2.53, p=.01), father's educational level(F=4.16, p=.00), sleeping hours(F=3.80, p = .02), and number of hours at school (F=4.44, p=.01), there were a statistically significant differences in modifying factors. of health promoting behavior. 3. Health promoting behavior showed significant positive correlations with self- efficacy(r= .461. p= .000), internal health locus of control (r=.284, p=.000), perceived health status (r=.163, p=.002). 4. The combination of self-efficacy, internal health locus of control. school type, and gender explained 30% of the variance of health promoting behavior. Therefore, the findings of research can serve as the basis for developing health promoting programs, which enhance self-efficacy and performed in school and community.

  • 4차 산업혁명 시대에 서비스기업에서도 각기 다른 다양한 차별화 정책을 내세우고 있다. 기존까지 단순하게 고객을 만족시켜 매출을 높이기위한 방법이 아닌 좀 더 원시안적 시각을 갖고 서비스를 제공하는 직원들의 마인드와 그들이 느끼는 환경에 대한 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 서비스기업은 궁극적으로 고객만족, 품질향상, 가치 있는 경영 등 긍정적인 경영성과를 나타내기 위하여 끊임없는 노력을 기울이고 있으며 다른 산업에 비하여 직원에 대한 높은 의존도를 가지고 있다. 따라서 고객들을 직접적으로 응대해야하는 서비스제공자인 직원의 마음가짐과 부여된 환경, 역량 등이 직 간접적으로 고객만족 및 성과에 큰 영향을 미칠 수 있다. 궁극적인 조직의 성과를 높이고 경쟁우위를 갖추기 위해서는 결국 서비스 제공자인 직원들에 대하여 개인역량 개발, 근무환경 지원 등 다양한 형태의 사회적 지지가 중요하다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사회적 지지가 서비스종사원의 긍정심리자본, 창의성, 직무성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구에 대한 후속연구로 서비스프로세스 메트릭스 가운데 대량서비스영역인 도매점, 소매점, 학교, 은행 등에 종사하는 직원들을 대상으로 동료지지가 자기 효능감을 통하여 성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지 살펴보았으며, 그 결과 총 3개의 가설 중 3개 모두 채택되었다. 동료와 전반적인 관계가 원활해지면 자기 효능감 또한 향상되고, 자기효능감이 높을수록 직무성과도 높게 나타나며, 동료와 업무적으로나 업무이외에 전반적으로 의지할 수 있다고 느끼는 경우 직무성과도 높게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 대량서비스영역에 종사하는 직원들을 실증분석 대상으로 한 관련연구는 전무한 실정으로 지금까지 연구와는 좀 더 다른 관점으로 접근하여 서비스기업의 경쟁력을 높이기 위한 인적자원관리 측면에서의 전략을 좀 더 효율적이고 효과적으로 제시하여 관련 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

  • This paper focuses on self-organization of fuzzy rules for performance management of computer communication networks serving manufacturing systems. The performance management aims to improve the network performance in handling various types of messages by on-line adjustment of protocol parameters. The principle of fuzzy logic has been used in representing the knowledge of human expert on the performance management and in deriving management decisions. In this paper, we present applications of genetic algorithm, simulated annealing, and evolution strategies to find a better set of rules for various network conditions. The efficacy of this self-organization is demonstrated by discrete simulation of an IEEE 802.4 network.

  • 4차산업혁명의 도래와 함께 현대의 사회는 전문지식을 갖춘 글로벌 융복합형 인재를 요구하고 있다. 각 기관 인재양성 과정에서 대학들이 외국인 유학생 맞추 교육 및 관리경험의 부족으로 전공학습 등 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문은 한국의 4년제 대학 이상 학위과정에서 재학 중국유학생에게 설문하였으며, 연구구조 방정식 모델을 적용하여 가설검증을 하였다. 분석 결과 대학기관에서 중국유학생의 학습몰입과 학습흥미를 제고시켜야만 개인-조직적합성을 높일 수 있다. 중국 유학생과 학교의 적합성이 좋아야 유학생 교육성과와 행정관리에 큰 도움을 될 것이고 학습 분위기와 대학 이미지도 진급할 수 있는 것으로 예상되었지만 자기효능감이 과도한 유학생은 학습몰입 높을수록 개인-조직적합성에 부정적인 영향을 미쳐 학생 교육과 관리에 어려워질 수 있다. 반면에 자기효능감이 낮은 유학생들은 학습몰입이 높을수록 개인-조직적합성도 함께 높아진다는 의미를 제시한 측면에서 시사점을 가진다.
