일 간호대학생의 간호전문직관, 비판적사고 성향, 셀프리더십 (Correlations Among Nursing Professionalism, Critical Thinking Disposition and Self-leadership in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship among the factors of nursing professionalism, critical thinking disposition and self-leadership in nursing students. Methods: The participants were 715 nursing students in tertiary education. Data was collected from March 10 to 14, 2014 using self-report questionnaires and analyzed through descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson correlation coefficient with SPSS/win 17.0. Results: The mean scores for nursing professionalism ($3.48{\pm}.50$), critical thinking disposition ($3.14{\pm}.27$), self-leadership ($3.44{\pm}.40$) were above average. There was a positive correlation between nursing professionalism and self-leadership (r=.452, p<.01) and between critical thinking disposition and self-leadership (r=.405, p<.001). Conclusion: The result of this study indicates that developing nursing professionalism and critical thinking disposition in nursing students is significant for improving their self-leadership. Therefore the findings suggest meaningful basic data for nursing education.

간호 대학생의 긍정적 정서, 셀프리더십 및 임상실습 만족도간의 관계 (Relationship between Positive Affectivity, Self-Leadership, and Satisfaction of Clinical Practice among Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to identify the relationship between positive affectivity, self-leadership, and satisfaction of clinical practice among nursing students. Methods: This study was a descriptive correlational study. A total of 205 participants were obtained by convenience sampling from third- and fourth-year nursing students in three nursing schools. The data were collected by using a self-reporting questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS Win 18.0. Results: Mean scores were 3.40 (5-point scale) for positive affectivity, 3.68 (5-point scale) for self-leadership, and 3.30 (5-point scale) for satisfaction of nursing clinical practice. There was a significant positive correlation of nursing students among positive affectivity (r=.43, p<.001), self-leadership (r=.41, p<.001), and satisfaction of clinical practice. The predictors were levels of satisfaction about nursing major, grade, positive affectivity, and rehearsal, which accounted for 34% of the variance in satisfaction with clinical practice nursing students. Conclusion: It is necessary to enhance the levels of satisfaction about nursing major, the level of positive affectivity, and self-leadership in nursing students. The results of this study delineate the need for the development and application of diverse educational programs that can increase positive affectivity and self-leadership for clinical practice.

간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 간호전문직관이 사회적 책임에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Self-leadership and Nursing Professionalism on Social Responsibility in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 간호전문직관이 사회적 책임에 미치는 영향과 셀프리더십과 사회적 책임의 관계에서 간호전문직관의 매개효과를 확인하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 S대학교 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생 250명이었다. 자료는 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 2018년 5월 7일부터 5월 25일까지 수집하였으며 SPSS/WIN 23.0 program으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 셀프리더십과 간호전문직관은 사회적 책임에 모두 유의한 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 셀프리더십이 사회적 책임에 영향을 주는 과정에서 간호전문직관이 부분적으로 매개하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구결과는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십과 간호전문직관을 통하여 사회적 책임을 증진시킬 수 있다는 근거를 제시하였다는데 의의가 있다.

자기이해와 타인수용에 기반한 대인관계능력과 셀프리더십, 스트레스대처수준이 군생활적응에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of interpersonal competency based self-understanding and acceptance of others, self-leadership and stress-coping on military adjustment)

  • 본 연구는 입대 병사들을 대상으로 자기이해와 타인수용에 초점을 둔 대인관계능력, 셀프리더십, 스트레스대처 수준, 군생활적응과의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 육군훈련소에 입소한 1289명의 훈련병들을 대상으로 설문검사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째, 타인수용은 군생활적응의 하위척도인 수행의지에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 못하였지만, 직무만족, 셀프리더십에는 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 자기이해는 수행의지와 직무만족, 셀프리더십 모두에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 대인관계능력과 군생활적응 간의 셀프리더십의 매개효과가 나타났다. 셋째, 셀프리더십과 군생활적응 간의 관계에서 스트레스대처 수준의 조절효과를 분석한 결과, 수행의지는 스트레스대처 수준이 높은 집단에서만 셀프리더십에 조절효과를 보였으며, 직무만족에서는 스트레스대처 수준이 높은 집단과 낮은 집단 모두에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과는 병사들의 군생활적응에 자기이해와 타인수용능력, 셀프리더십, 스트레스대처 수준이 개인의 긍정적 잠재변인임을 지지한다.

간호대학생의 자기효능감 및 의사소통 능력이 셀프리더십에 미치는 융복합적 영향 (The Effect of Self-efficacy and Communication ability to Self-leadership of Nursing student)

  • 본 연구 목적은 간호대학생의 자기효능감과 의사소통능력이 셀프리더십에 미치는 융복합적 영향을 확인하고자 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 일개 대학교의 재학생 320명을 대상으로 2018년 5월 2일 부터 5월 20일 까지 실시하였다. 자료분석방법은 SPSS 18,0을 이용하여 t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient, stepwise multple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 일반적 특성에 따른 의사소통 능력은 학년, 셀프리더십은 나이, 학년에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 자기효능감, 의사소통능력 및 셀프리더십간의 상관성은 셀프리더십과 의사소통능력(r=.376, p=000)은 통계적으로 유의한 정의 상관관계를 보였고, 대상자들의 의사소통능력이 셀프리더십을 14.1% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과로 간호대학생들의 대학생활 적응에 대한 다차원적인 이해를 돕고, 대학생활 적응을 위한 여러 가지 프로그램 개발과 방향 모색이 필요함을 제언한다.

The Effect of Self-leadership and Entrepreneurship on Employment Competency -The Moderating Effect of Nationality-

  • This study aimed to explore the effect of college students' self-leadership and entrepreneurship on employment competency and identify the moderating effect of nationality. To this end, the validity of data collected from 450 college students attending a four-year university in Seoul was tested using structural equation modeling and AMOS statistical software. The study showed the following results. First, self-leadership was found to have a significant effect on entrepreneurship. Second, entrepreneurship was found to have a significantly positive effect on employment competency. Third, it was found that nationality exerted a partial effect on the relationship of self-leadership and entrepreneurship to employment competency. Based on these findings, this study indicated that developing college student's employment competency through self-leadership and entrepreneurship training according to their nationality can help resolve the severe employment crisis in the age of the fourth industry.

간호사의 셀프리더십 수준이 개인과 팀의 직무역할 수행에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Nurses' Self-leadership on Individual and Team Members' Work Role Performance)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine correlations between nurses' self-leadership and individual work role performance and correlations between self-leadership in nursing units and team members' work role performance. Methods: Participants were 202 conveniently selected general nurses from 5 general hospitals in Korea. The study was carried out on 35 nursing units. Data were collected during February 2015 with self-report questionnaires. Results: For factors affecting individual work role performance, self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thought, clinical career in the present nursing unit and marital status accounted for 44.0% of proficiency, while self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thought, and marital status accounted for 42.3% of adaptivity. Self-expectation, self-goal setting, constructive thought, self-reward, clinical career in the present nursing unit and position accounted for 26.4% of proactivity. In terms of team members' work role performance, self-reward and self-expectation in nursing units explained 29.0% of team members' proficiency. Self-reward and self-expectation in nursing units explained 31.6% of team members' adaptivity, and self-reward in nursing units explained 16.8% of team members' proactivity. Conclusion: The results confirm that nurses' self-leadership affects not only individual self-leadership but also team members' work role performance. Accordingly, to improve nurses' work role performance in nursing units of nursing organizations, improvement in nursing environment based on self-leadership education is necessary and nurses' tasks rearranged so they can appreciate work-autonomy and challenges of work.

협동동료교수학습이 간호대학생의 의사소통능력과 셀프리더십에 미치는 융합적 효과 (Convergence effects of collaborative peer tutoring on communication ability and self-leadership of nursing students)

  • 본 연구는 협동동료교수학습이 간호대학생의 의사소통능력과 셀프리더십에 미치는 융합적 효과를 확인하기 위해 시도되었다. 10회의 협동동료교수학습 전후 의사소통능력과 셀프리더십 조사 결과를 SPSS/WIN 19.0으로 시행한 Mann-Whitney U와 Kruskal-Wallis 검정 결과, 의사소통능력은 실험 전후 성격유형, 토론선호 및 리더역량에서 유의한 차이가 있었고, 셀프리더십은 간호학과 입학동기, 리더역량 및 학교성적에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 처치 전후 의사소통능력과 셀프리더십 간 양의 상관관계가 있었고, Wilcoxon 부호순위검정 결과, 협동동료교수학습은 의사소통능력과 셀프리더십을 각각 유의하게 증가시켰다(p=.008, p<.001). 본 연구 결과 협동동료교수학습은 간호대학생들의 의사소통능력과 셀프리더십 향상을 위한 중재프로그램을 개발을 위해 적용가능한 효과적인 학습법으로 볼 수 있고, 대상자 수를 확대하고 대조군을 둔 실험연구를 제언한다.

작업선호도, 자아효능감이 간호대학생의 창의적 리더십에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Work Preference and Self-efficacy on Creative Leadership of Nursing Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 개인적, 사회적, 문제해결적 리더십의 총체인 창의적 리더십 발현에 작업선호도 즉, 내적·외적동기와 자아효능감이 어떤 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 실시되었다. 연구를 위해 G시의 간호대학 학생들 195명을 대상으로 Amabile의 작업 선호도 검사, 자아효능감 검사, 창의적 리더십 검사가 진행되었으며 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 통해 상관분석과 회귀분석의 방법이 실시되었다. 연구결과, 첫째, 창의적 리더십은 내적동기와 자아효능감과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 나타내었다. 둘째, 상관관계에서 유의한 차이를 나타낸 요인들을 중심으로 다중회귀 분석을 실시한 결과, 창의적 리더십에 영향을 주는 요인은 자아효능감과 내적동기로 나타났으며, 60.0%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 창의적 리더십 향상을 위해 자아효능감을 향상시킬 필요가 있으며, 내적 동기를 강화시키는 것이 중요함을 알 수 있었다.

어머니의 가정내 변혁적리더십이 청소년자녀의 심리적복지감 및 진로결정자기효능감에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Mothers' Transformational Leadership in the Family on the Psychological Well-Being and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy of Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this study was is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership in families and psychological well-being and career decision-making self-efficacy. The samples were randomly selected from high school students studying liberal arts in Seoul. 400 survey questionnaires were distributed March 11 through 18, 2010. Among them, 386 completed surveys were utilized as the data for the statistic analyses. SPSS were applied. The main results of the study are as follows. First, adolescent children of mothers with leadership have higher psychological well-being than those from families of mothers without leadership. This has been determined as a result of reviewing the psychological well-being of adolescent children according to their mothers' transformational leadership in the family. Second, the adolescent group with mothers who show transformational leadership in managing the home have higher career decision-making self-efficacy than the group without such mothers. This was determined as a result of reviewing adolescent children's career decision-making self-efficacy according to mother's transformational leadership level in the family. Third, career decision-making self-efficacy according to adolescents' psychological well-being show positive relations by group. That is, adolescents living table lives are more positive about their future. Lastly, when comparing the relative contribution of the mother's transformational leadership in the family and psychological well-being on career decision-making self-efficacy, it has gained more credibility as stage ads. Based on the results, when mothers nurture children with a affection-based autonomy, children gain higher psychological well-being, which leads to firm beliefs about constructive futures. Therefore, for successful and systematic career development, CEO mothers' transformational leadership should serve as its foundation.
