The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the unethical information sharing by information asymmetry. I will confirm the effect of ethical dilemma, unethical intention and behavior by the information asymmetry. A research method used the structural equations. The analysis showed causal relationship that ethical dilemma and unethical intention and behaviors by the information sharing. In particular, The ethical dilemma by position level showed different from the factor between dilemma and intention. As a result, the organization should manage differently ethical issue according to position level. The contribution in this study has expended an interpretation scope of broken windows theory from social science and explained a discriminative management of the ethical dilemma by position level from the practical view. A Future study should investigate an unethical behavior reduce by information security systems.

The purpose of this study is to look at the case of the German compensation system for farmers' accidents and to build a basic scheme in our country's compensation system for farmers' accidents. When you view examples of Germany, the social insurance scheme for farmers accidents in korea should be design as an independent institution from the existing industrial accident insurance, and it comes to relationships with other social insurance system, preferably with complementary personalities. A general rule of the compensation system applies to all farmers in principle but the coverage limits part-time farmers. Financial burden consists of the mix of insurance premium and state aid. The type and level of benefits is similar to the current industrial accident insurance, which give priority to places on economic security for keeping farmworks, such as cost for using temporary farmers, rather than income loss. In terms of financial system, pay-as-you-go system would be better because of immediate payment with the introduction of the compensation system. The compensation system might be managed and administrated by the existing nationwide organization. Of course, for operating of system review and further research on the technical details such as premium issues and funding problems of government support, the exact classification of the target coverage, premiums based on estimated income for the farmers' estimation, the exact statistical data on the accumulation of agricultural disaster is needed.

The purpose of this study is to study the technical implementation methods to prevent problems such as the record of important educational activities of the student life record department or the continuous illegal leakage and manipulation. To this end, in this paper, by applying a private blockchain that can be participated only by a given organization or individual, it prevents outsiders from participating in the block network, and creates legitimate authority by creating two types of block data: student information block and access record block in the life record book. We proposed a block mechanism that can be registered, modified, and accessed only by authorized staff members. As a result, we have prepared an alternative to prevent forgery and alteration of the living records by third parties and to secure the integrity of the living records. If applied to the educational administrative information system, social consensus will be established that the operation and management of the life record book is reliable.

Technology has been viewed at various stages of civilization as leading to future progress. The building, its services systems and management of the work process all contribute to the well-being of people within an organization. Productivity relies on there being a general sense of high morale and satisfaction with the workplace. Now buildings are considered as providing a milieu for human creativity. Flexibility, adaptability, service integration and high standards of finishes offer an intelligence threshold. Building Automation System(BAS) - controlled lighting systems may offer incremental energy saving. Conventional Lighting control systems often control equipment in a single room or over the limited area, because they are centralized control systems, which means that all the controlled circuits must be wired to a single control panel. The computers used by these systems are typically dedicated microprocess that perform only lighting control functions. By comparison, modern Building automation systems are distributed control system, which means that their computing hardware and software are distributed as a network that microprocessor-based control modules and standard PC. PLC(Programmable Logic controller) is extensible virtually without limits, so that all the lighting in a facility can be controlled by single, unified system - the same system that also can control and monitor the building's HVAC, security, and manufacturing processed, elevators, and more. A Building automation system can control light using schedules, manual controls, occupancy sensors, and photosensors, either singly or in combination. Building Lighting control and monitoring system will be for a energy saving and efficient building management system.

KISTI(Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information) provides HPC(High Performance Computing) service to users of university, institute, government, affiliated organization, company and so on. The NURION, supercomputer that launched its official service on Jan. 1, 2019, is the fifth supercomputer established by the KISTI. The NURION has 25.7 petaflops computation performance. Understanding how supercomputing services are used and how researchers are using is critical to system operators and managers. It is central to monitor and analysis network traffic. In this paper, we briefly introduce the NURION system and supercomputing service network with security configuration. And we describe the monitoring system that checks the status of supercomputing services in real time. We analyze inbound/outbound traffics and abnormal (attack) IP addresses data that are collected in the NURION supercomputing service network for 11 months (from January to November 1919) using time series and correlation analysis method.

As computers and networks become popular, corporation or country organization composes security network including various kinds information protection system to protect informations and resources from internet and is operating system and network. But current firewall and IDS(Intrusion Detection System) of the network level suffers from many vulnerabilities in internal computing informations and resources. In this paper, we design of ICMP-based Traceback System using a ICMP Traceback Message for efficiently traceback without change structure of routers. ICMP-based Traceback System. Create of ICMP message is managed by “Traceback Agent” mirroring port for router. Victim's systems that are received the message store it and “Traceback Manager” is detect a attack(like a DDoS). Using a information of this message starting a traceback and detecting a source of attacker, so response a attack.

In this study, 200 social workers in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were surveyed using convenience extraction method. Data were analyzed by frequency, reliability, correlation, and regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics 20, and Sobel test was performed. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of empowerment on the relationship between exhaustion and organizational effectiveness of social workers and to provide basic data for improving organizational effectiveness. The results of the study are as follows. Empowerment was found to be mediated in the relationship between exhaustion and job satisfaction, which is a sub - area of organizational effectiveness. Empowerment was found to be mediated in the relationship between exhaustion and turnover intention, which is a sub - domain of organizational effectiveness. Therefore, it is necessary to have a resting place that gives a sense of security to the exhausted social worker rather than granting authority for the social welfare organization.

The ppuri industry is growing in technical importance due to the 4th industrial revolution and is growing steadily. However, securing skilled workers is hardly realistic, and foreign workers are increasing. The purpose of this study is to find organizational commitment on for improvement of in-role performance of foreigners and Koreans working in ppuri companies and to find ways to support differentiation through comparison between groups. The subjects of this study were foreigners and Koreans in the ppuri company. Through the survey, 393 valid samples were collected. We use structural equation modeling to verify the research hypotheses, and conducted a survey on the employees of organization with information security policy. The results showed that in the case of foreigners, balanced processing affects in-role performance through organizational commitment. In the case of Koreans, relational transparency, balanced processing, and internalized moral perspectives affect in-role performance through organizational commitment. The results of the analysis suggest a strategic approach to improve the in-role performance of each group.

Our students are shocked by the results that there is an inverse proportion between academic achievement and life satisfaction. Recently, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) published the PISA 2015 Student Well-Being Report. According to the report, Korean students' education is the highest among OECD countries, but their life satisfaction is the 47th ranked among the 48 OECD and non-OECD countries.[1] This is the cause of the unilateral education using collective achievement in evaluation methods. Therefore, I propose a personalized integrated model utilizing block chain technology. I suggest a personalized education and evaluation system model using selective education and personal approval rather than from teachers' unilateral education. This will no longer open the student's achievement grade system to the public. This change will be accomplished utilizing block chain technology. This technology is characterized by security, transparency and dispersion. The result of this work can be used to improve students' quality of living through a management system of personalized education and evaluation, based on the nature of education.

Purpose and Method: Financial field among the various changes due to the nationalization of fire fighting officials is the main point and to stably settle according to the purpose, improvement of special account for fire fighting officials is suggested by analyzing the facts and related acts. Results: To use the fire fighting project budget entirely in fire fire fighting project by the purpose of the installation of special account for fire fighting officials, dual budgeting standard for labor cost should be revised. In the reserve cost budgeting standard "Within 1/100 of the total budget rule" total budget includes the labor cost, as a result reserve cost budget will keep increase, so reserve cost budget should be fixed by the project budget instead of the total budget. Conclusion: To use the fire fighting budget by the purpose of the installation of special account for fire fighting officials, improvement on budgeting standard is necessary to increase quality of the fire service and stably operate the fire fighting organization.
