Burials for the rapid disposal of carcasses have diverse and profound effects on the rural living condition, natural environment, and local economy throughout construction, management and final destruction of burials. In this study, possible residue excavated from standard burials, storage using FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) tanks, and microbial-treated burials are characterized as carcasses, contaminated soil by leachate, and wasted plastic film. Treatment technologies for volume reduction of the residue including composting, rendering, and thermal hydrolysis were investigated. If the solid and liquid residues generated during volume reduction treatment are directly transferred to the environmental facilities, it may cause disorder due to high concentrations of organics, antibiotics, and lipid. Benefits and drawbacks of composting as a volume reduction techniques are extensively investigated. We also discussed that proper treatment of excavated soils and the reusing the treated soil as agricultural purpose. For the protection of public health and worker's hygiene, treatment criteria including produced residue qualities, and quality standards for the treated soil as agricultural use are required. In addition, Scientific manual for the proper treatment of residues is required. It is necessary to consider the establishment of a pretreatment facility to the occurrence of large-scale residue treatment.

급속도로 발전하는 첨단 사회에서는 다양한 기술로 많은 혜택과 풍요로움을 누리지만 급속히 변화하는 시대에 적응하기 위한 노력으로 많은 사람들은 각종 스트레스와 질병에 쉽게 노출되어 있다. 그래서 현대인의 건강은 우리 생활의 주된 관심사이며 필수적인 사항이라고 할 수 있다. 변화하는 시대와 환경에 맞는 자신만의 건강 체크 도우미와 과학적이고 객관적인 지식으로 전문가의 도움을 받는 것과 동일한 효과를 얻을 수 있는 체계적이고 지능적인 의료진단 전문가 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 지식베이스를 기반으로 자신의 건강 상태를 파악한 후 사전 및 사후 관리 및 적절한 치료 방법을 제시해주는 지능형 의료전문가 시스템이다. 경험에서 나오는 의사에 전문적인 지식과 의학 및 식품영양학 지식을 융합하여 편리하고 간단하게 현대인에 건강을 진단을 하고 치료방법을 조언해 줄 수 있는 시스템이다.

1970년대 이후로 지금까지 450여개의 원자 주파수 표준기 (또는 원자시계)가 통신이나 과학 실험의 목적으로 우주로 발사되었다. GPS 위성의 경우 루비듐 주파수 표준기와 세슘 주파수 표준기가 탑재되어 사용자들에게 정밀한 위치와 시각을 제공하고 있다. 원자 주파수 표준기 개발 기술이 향상됨에 따라 성능이 뛰어난 주파수 표준 기들이 우주에서 동작하고 있고, 이는 위성의 수명이나 신뢰도를 높일 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 원자 주파수 표준기의 기본 원리 및 특성에 대해 기술하고, 위성에 탑재되어 있는 우주용 원자 주파수 표준기 종류에 대해서 소개한다. 또한 GPS 항법위성의 기준이 되고 있는 GPS 시간척도와 이를 활용한 응용분야에 대해서 기술한다.

Space design is a process of solving spatial problems to create and construct all kinds of human lives. It also bestows new values to a medium to induce human perception based on the relationships between 'human and space' surrounding people. Research on user behavior has several ultimate goals including understanding both individual behavior and the relations between the user and space from a more scientific and systematic perspective, predicting various phenomena that can happen between space and humans, and reflecting the results in space design. As user behavior that's once limited within given space is going through some changes due to the introduction of digital technologies, research on user behavior in today's space design should be newly illuminated in the aspects of organic relations. Space now works as a receptor communicating with the user and responding to user behavior, and user behavior once under one-sided influences from space becomes more diverse and active. The influences of user behavior, in turn, cause changes to space itself. Thus this study set out to suggest new directions in research on user behavior based on interactions between space and the user in space design.

Planetary exploration rovers are likely to make a trip on a winding and sloping road of irregular surfaces to the destination in order to accomplish scientific missions. One of the key technologies for rovers is a suspension for traveling and performing exploration missions; the suspension is an essential area of technology for a stable movement of a rover. In this study, an 8-wheel suspension is designed to enable efficient climbing of slopes on a passage to the destination. For the two front wheels among the eight wheels, the moment at the pivot connecting two wheels is derived when the distance between the wheels and the torque of wheels are same. A test experiment was performed to compare the magnitude of moment according to the change in tilt angle and the position of the pivot. Finally, a suspension design considering the position of the pivot was proposed to enhance the hill-climbing performance.

In the revised 2015 curriculum, it is emphasized that fostering of the students as the capable 'creativity-convergent' individuals can be achieved by offering them the opportunities to cultivate the basic knowledge in liberal arts, society and scientific technologies through schooling. While retaining the basic principle of 'fostering creative people', this fundamentally-reformed curriculum involves improvements in the elementary and middle school curriculums in response to the national and social demands in which active responses to the changes in the educational environments and amelioration of the problems posed in the field applications are required. Accordingly, a novel future-oriented curriculum is necessary for the classroom teaching, and to realize the goal, the 'Competence-oriented Social Multimedia Computer Network Curriculum' adopting the virtualization and the 'Bottom-up' methods has been proposed in this paper as a feasible and practical curriculum. Our curriculum will be compared with the recent Cisco high school curriculum and analyzed contemplating recent curriculums in US, UK, Japan and India. Two 1-year practice courses are examined to prove the validity of the proposed curriculum for a period of two years as a qualitative research project. The results of the comparative analysis will show that our proposed curriculum is superior to the Cisco high school curriculum in the aspects of economic feasibility and learning satisfaction.

In recent years, with the blooming of Internet of Things (IoT) and Cloud Computing (CC), researchers have begun to discover new methods of technological support in all areas (e.g. health, transport, education, etc.). In this paper, in order to achieve a type of network that will provide more intelligent media-data transfer new technologies were studied. Additionally, we have been studied the use of various open source tools, such as CC analyzers and simulators. These tools are useful for studying the collection, the storage, the management, the processing, and the analysis of large volumes of data. The simulation platform which have been used for our research is CloudSim, which runs on Eclipse software. Thus, after measuring the network performance with CloudSim, we also use the Cooja emulator of the Contiki OS, with the aim to confirm and access more metrics and options. More specifically, we have implemented a network topology from a small section of the script of CloudSim with Cooja, so that we can test a single network segment. The results of our experimental procedure show that there are not duplicated packets received during the procedure. This research could be a start point for better and more efficient media data transmission.

With advance in technologies for wireless sensor networks(WSNs), 2.4 GHz band has become gradually attractive due to increase in low-power wireless communication devices. Especially ZigBee(IEEE 802.15.4-based) technology whose frequency band includes the 2.4GHz industrial, scientific and medical band providing nearly worldwide availability has been universally applicable to a various remote monitoring system and applications related home network system. However network throughput of these systems is significantly deteriorated due to this ISM band is a license-exemption used in a variety of low-power wireless communication devices. For instance, other IEEE 802 wireless standards such as Bluetooth, WLAN, Wi-Fi and others cause radio interference to ZigBee. The experiments was carried out to analyze radio frequency interference between heterogeneous devices using ISM bands to improve the limited frequency utility factor. Finally this paper suggests a frequency hopping-based adaptive multi-channel methods to decrease interference with empirical results.

As the standards organization under ISO responsible for the development of all international financial services standards, ISO/TC 68 plays a key role in the development and adoption of new technologies in the banking, brokerage and insurance industries. In this paper many of its current work projects are introduced for developing ecommerce standards. We need to discuss the recommendations on XML conversion with ISO and other international standard organizations. Each country try to adopt the international standards even though domestic technical standards and barriers. To solve this problem of interworking between these standards, harmonization activities are nedded. For development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard.Our principal focus is on facilitating national and international trade, through the simplification and harmonization of processes, procedures and information flows, and so contributing to the growth of global commerce.

대용량 문서에서 정보를 추출하는 작업은 크게 개체명 인식, 전문용어 인식, 관계추출 작업으로 구성된다. 이들 각각의 기술들은 지금까지 독립적으로 연구되어 왔기 때문에, 이와 관련된 기계학습모델을 위한 테스트컬렉션 또한 독립적으로 구축되어 왔다. 과학기술문헌의 경우 개체명과 전문용어가 혼재되어 있는 형태로 구성된 문서가 많아, 기존의 연구결과를 이용하여 접근한다면 결과물 통합과정의 불편함과 처리속도에 많은 제약이 따르므로, 개체명과 전문용어를 동시에 추출 할 수 있는 기계학습 모델을 위한 테스트컬렉션이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 생의학 분야 과학기술문헌에 대한 개체명, 전문용어를 통합한 PLOT(Person, Location, Organization, Terminology)과, PLOT 간의 관계추출을 위한 테스트컬렉션을 구축한다.
