이 글은 공연예술단체나 공연예술아카이브가 공연예술기록을 수집하는 과정에서 직면하게 되는 저작권 문제를 검토하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 공연예술 현장에서 수집할 수 있는 기록물의 종류를 구분하고, 기록물의 종류별로 저작권 문제를 법리적으로 분석하였다. 연구의 결과로 공연예술은 음악 무대 의상 등 다양한 영역이 어우러져 하나의 작품으로 재탄생하는 종합예술로서의 성격을 지니고 있어 그 자체로 상당히 복잡한 저작권 체계를 구성하고, 그 기록물은 공연 자체의 저작권과는 구별되는 또 다른 저작권을 발생시킬 수 있으며, 저작권은 기록의 종류와 실질적인 생산주체에 따라 다양한 양상으로 구성될 수 있음을 밝혔다.

이 연구는 경기도 소재 예술 고등학교 3학년 학생들의 과학의 본성과 예술의 속성의 관련성을 통하여 과학의 본성에 대한 인식을 알아보는 조사연구이다. 미술, 음악, 무용과 연극영화의 전공별로 학생들이 과학과 예술의 관련성을 구체적으로 어떻게 인식하고 있는지를 발췌문을 중심으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 학생들은 과학과 예술의 관련성으로 '창의적 상상력', '기술과의 연관성', '사회문화적 관련성', '주관성', '가변성'과 '탐구적인 태도'를 주로 인식하고 있다는 사실을 알게 되었다. 이러한 결과는 과학과 예술이 일반적인 생각과 달리 공통점이 많아서 비교가능성이 많으며, 또한 이 두 분야가 어떻게 다른지를 통하여 학생들의 경험이 과학의 본성을 어떻게 인식하는지 알게 해 준다. 과학교육학자들에 의해 합의된 과학의 본성 요소들과 상당히 일치하고 있다는 점에서 주목할 만하다.

The purpose of this study was to research elementary school on safety education in the subject of practical arts. The subject of practical arts of an elementary school have positive attitude about safety education and must prevent an accident to be able to happen during a class of a practical course previously. Safety education has further an interest on subject of practical arts of practice and must induce an aggressive interest of teachers in order to be able to prevent an accident previously. As the above results, to raise the perceptions of elementary school teachers on safety education in the subject of practical arts, it is necessary to search for ways to induce teachers' active interest in safety education and help them experience safety education in the subject of practical arts at teacher training centers.

The current research attempts to measure the level of the acceptance of the Blackboard System (BBS) during the Corona crisis, and whether this is one of the reasons for the low use of the BBS at Al-Jouf University. To achieve this, the technology accepting model in the time of crisis (TAMTC) has been proposed to measure the degree of acceptance by students, which was then applied to a random sample of 339 of such. The results show a high level of student acceptance, despite their lower use of the system. The research also highlights the importance of upgrading e-courses and that the discontinuation of exam disqualification of students is secondary to their poor course attendance.

이 연구는 과학과 예술 융합교육 프로그램의 학교 교육 현장에 올바른 적용을 위해 국내의 학교 안과 학교 밖에서 이뤄지는 과학과 예술 융합교육 교수학습 프로그램 개발현황은 어떠한가 알아보고, 국외의 과학과 예술 융합교육 교수학습 프로그램 사례 조사를 통해 국외 프로그램의 특징을 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 현재 개발된 국내 외 과학과 예술 융합교육 프로그램이 앞으로 과학과 예술 융합 교육의 학교 정착을 위해 시사하는 바는 무엇인지를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 선정기준에 따라 국내 학교안 과학과 예술 융합교육 프로그램 193개, 국내 학교밖 과학과 예술 융합교육 프로그램 106개를 대상으로 선정하였으며 국외 과학과 예술 융합교육 프로그램은 정부, 연구기관, 과학관 미술관 등에서 실시되는 프로그램을 중심으로 선정하였다. 수집한 사례들은 국내 학교 안 과학과 예술 융합교육 프로그램은 교육대상, 운영시간, 융합분야, 예술활동의 기능, 예술 활동의 역할에 따라 분석하였으며 국내 학교밖 과학과 예술 융합교육 프로그램은 운영시기, 운영방법, 융합분야, 활통형태에 따라 분석하였다. 또 국외 과학과 예술 융합교육 프로그램 사례는 기관, 개요, 목표, 프로그램의 특징 등을 살펴보았다. 이런 결과들을 바탕으로 앞으로 과학과 예술 융합교육이 우리 학교 교육에 정착하기 위해서는 한 단원, 한 차시의 과학과 예술 융합이 아닌 과학교육 내용과정에 적용 가능한 과학과 예술 융합교육 프로그램 개발 필요하며, 프로그램의 다양화가 필요하다. 또한 학교 밖 프로그램의 활용 가능성을 고려해 보아야 하며, 프로그램 활동내용 및 지도 자료의 활용이 가능한 커뮤니케이션 공간이 필요하다. 마지막으로, 연구기관과 교육기관 간의 연계가 필요하다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로 우리 학교 교육에 과학과 예술 융합교육이 바람직한 방향으로 정착되길 기대해본다.

The article describes the concept of a Web-portal of an educational institution; the technical conditions for the creation of the Web-portal of the educational institution were determined; the features of the use of the Web-portal in the educational process and its organization are revealed. The scientific and practical value of the article lies in the fact that the use of portals in education will improve the management of an educational institution, activate and bring the educational process to the level of modern technologies at all its stages, as well as enhance the interaction of parents and students with employees of the educational institution.

The article notes that one of the reasons for the crisis in education was the sharp discrepancy between the emerging new forms and content and the model of macro-management that has developed over the decades. The level of management of the educational system did not emerge as a specific activity characterized by its own mechanisms and processes, just as qualified carriers of this activity - professionals - managers - did not appear. At the same time, there is practically no theoretical and methodological model of the macrolevel of education management, that is, management of the educational system as an integral structure.

This study aims to describe the general patterns of Korean research in Arts and Kinesiology, particularly from the perspective of authorship. Among the 12 sub-areas of Arts and Kinesiology indexed in the Korean Citation Index (KCI), journals in three sub-areas, "Arts," "Design," and "Kinesiology" have the longest publishing histories and produced the largest volume of articles. 68 journals in the "Arts," "Design," and "Kinesiology" sub-areas were accredited in the KCI between 2001 and 2019; 40,955 articles which were published in the journals between the years of accreditation and the end of 2019 serve as the context of this article. Authorship, affiliated institutions and countries, openness to new authors, top researchers, topological properties of authorship networks, overall research performance by authors, and co-authorship patterns were analyzed and compared among three sub-subjects.

The article covered theoretical aspects use of information and communication technologies in teaching. Information and communication technologies are technologies that allow you to search, process and assimilate information from various sources, including the Internet. This is the presentation of information in electronic form, its processing and storage, the use of the computer, a variety of programs. The use of information and communication technologies in the work of a student gives an increase in motivation for learning; increased cognitive interest; evaluate their learning activities, identify the problems of their own educational activities; the formation of cognitive independence of students.

Internet users are increasingly invited to express their opinions on various subjects in social networks, e-commerce sites, news sites, forums, etc. Much of this information, which describes feelings, becomes the subject of study in several areas of research such as: "Sensing opinions and analyzing feelings". It is the process of identifying the polarity of the feelings held in the opinions found in the interactions of Internet users on the web and classifying them as positive, negative, or neutral. In this article, we suggest the implementation of a sentiment analysis tool that has the role of detecting the polarity of opinions from people about COVID-19 extracted from social media (tweeter) in the Arabic language and to know the impact of the pre-processing phase on the opinions classification. The results show gaps in this area of research, first of all, the lack of resources when collecting data. Second, Arabic language is more complexes in pre-processing step, especially the dialects in the pre-treatment phase. But ultimately the results obtained are promising.
