On a Mobile Ad hoc NETwork(MANET), it is difficult to detect and prevent misbehaviors nodes existing between end nodes, as communication between remote nodes is made through multiple hop routes due to lack of a fixed networked structure. Therefore, to maintain MANET's performance and security, a technique to identify misbehaving middle nodes and nodes that are compromise by such nodes is required. However, previously proposed techniques assumed that nodes comprising MANET are in a friendly and cooperative relationship, and suggested only methods to identify misbehaving nodes. When these methods are applied to a larger-scale MANET, large overhead is induced. As such, this paper suggests a system model called Secure Cluster-based MANET(SecCBM) to provide secure communication between components aperANET and to ensure eed. As such, this pand managems suapemisbehavior nodes. SecCBM consists apetwo stages. The first is the preventis pstage, whereemisbehavior nodes are identified when rANET is comprised by using a cluster-based hierarchical control structure through dynamic authentication. The second is the post-preventis pstage, whereemisbehavior nodes created during the course apecommunication amongst nodes comprising the network are dh, thed by using FC and MN tables. Through this, MANET's communication safety and efficiency were improved and the proposed method was confirmed to be suitable for MANET through simulation performance evaluation.

In this study, we investigated effects of Monegy (mixture of Sophorae Radix, Panax ginseng, Salvia miltiorrhiza BUNGE) on epilate-induced hair-loss in dorsal region of C57/BL6 mice and external structure of human hair. For morphological and histological analysis in scalp of epilate-induced hair-loss animal model, we utilized several microscopic techniques, such as confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) and LAS 4000. Confocal analysis showed the distribution of FITC-conjugated Monegy and penetration depth compared with normal and control group. Furthermore, when Monegy was topically administrated onto a C57BL6 mouse, it penetrated very well. The fluorescence intensity was increased upto 205 and 113 folds compared to normal and control group, respectively. Also, area of fluorescence was increased to upto 255 to 127 folds compared to normal and control group. Broad scale area of fluorescence in dermis region was observed in the Monegy-treated mice. Furthermore, Monegy induced upto 75% hair repair against depilation. It might be promoted via the induction of growth factors in hair follicle.
Currently, researches on recycling and reuse of waste energetic materials have recently gained a great attention from advanced countries due to ever tightening environmental regulations. In this study, as a part of a recycling technology, the experiments and dynamic simulation of simulated moving bed (SMB) process were performed to efficiently separate TNT and RDX from their mixture, which are main components of ammunition. In order to determine the operation zone of SMB process, the retention times of TNT and RDX were measured using HPLC at different flow rates and the adsorption equilibrium of each component was obtained by using a moment method. According to the adsorption equilibrium and the triangle theory of SMB process, four operation points were determined and separation experiments were carried out by the SMB process using the solvent consisting of acetonitrile and water. Two different mixing ratios (6:4 and 1:1) of acetonitrile and water were chosen for the experiment due to the great impact of mixing ratio of the solvent on separation. The performance of SMB process was evaluated by purity, recovery, productivity and solvent consumption. Pure TNT and RDX were successfully obtained from the SMB process and the dynamic simulation for the SMB process agreed well with the experimental results. Therefore, the dynamic model could be applied for predicting the dynamic behavior of the SMB process and designing a large scale SMB process.
We are at the onset of a major revolution in education, a revolution unparalleled since the invention of the printing press. The computer will be the instrument of this revolution. Computers and computer application are everywhere these days. Everyone can't avoid the influence of the computer in today's world. The computer is no longer a magical, unfamiliar tool that is used only by researchers or scholars or scientists. The computer helps us do our jobs and even routine tasks more effectively and efficiently. More importantly, it gives us power never before available to solve complex problems. Mathematics instruction in secondary schools is frequently perceived to be more a amendable to the use of computers than are other areas of the school curriculum. This is based on the perception of mathematics as a subject with clearly defined objectives and outcomes that can be reliably measured by devices readily at hand or easily constructed by teachers or researchers. Because of this reason, the first large-scale computerized curriculum projects were in mathematics, and the first educational computer games were mathematics games. And now, the entire mathematics curriculum appears to be the first of the traditional school curriculum areas to be undergoing substantial trasformation because of computers. Recently, many research-Institutes of our country are going to study on computers in orders to use it in mathematics education, but the study is still start ing-step. In order to keep abreast of this trend necessity, and to enhance mathematics teaching/learning which is instructed lecture-based teaching/learning at the present time, this study aims to develop/present practical method of computer-using. This is devided into three methods. 1. Programming teaching/learning method This part is presented the following five types which can teach/learn the mathematical concepts and principle through concise program. (Type 1) Complete a program. (Type 2) Know the given program's content and predict the output. (Type 3) Write a program of the given flow-chart and solve the problem. (Type 4) Make an inference from an error message, find errors and correct them. (Type 5) Investigate complex mathematical fact through program and annotate a program. 2. Problem-solving teaching/learning method solving This part is illustrated how a computer can be used as a tool to help students solve realistic mathematical problems while simultaneously reinforcing their understanding of problem-solving processes. Here, four different problems are presented. For each problem, a four-stage problem-solving model of polya is given: Problem statement, Problem analysis, Computer program, and Looking back/Looking ahead. 3. CAI program teaching/learning method This part is developed/presented courseware of sine theorem section (Mathematics I for high school) in order to avail individualized learning or interactive learning with teacher. Nowadays, the world has suffered by natural disaster of climate change due to global warming. Korea has also faced with similar situation. To prevent these natural disaster, Four Major River Management has conducted. One of conducted content in Four Major River Management is the levee maintenance which classified into fill-up the inland, levee of reinforcement and so on. These maintenances may make the characteristics of groundwater flow change and affect to the levee safety (piping phenomenon). Therefore, analysis on groundwater fluctuation according to level of riverside and inland should be required. This study focus on levee of Hoe stream, which is connected to Nakdong river, and piping safety factor in the levee analyzed by using pore water pressure. Besides, groundwater fluctuation, which is depended on level of riverside and inland, is simulated by using the SEEP/W (2D ground water model). This simulation considered steady flow and unsteady flow. As a result, piping safety factor increased due to rising the inland level. Piping safety factor of riverside was effected by only river water level. Therefore, external levee factor considering inland level raising and suitable control of river water level is need to increase piping safety factor.
For the assessment of climate change impacts for the Byeongseong stream, CGCM 3.1 T63 is selected as future climate information. The projections come from CGCM used to simulate the GHG emission scenario known as A2. Air temperature and precipitation information from the GCM simulations are converted to regional scale data using the statistical downscaling method known as MSPG. Downscaled climate data from GCM are then used as the input data for the SWAT model to generate regional runoff and water quality estimates in the Byeongseong stream. As a result of simple sensitivity analysis, the increase of CO2 concentration leads to increase water yield through reduction of evapotranspiration and increase of soil water. Hydrologic responses to climate change are in phase with precipitation change. Climate change is expected to reduce water yields in the period of 2021-2030. In the period of 2051-2060, stream flow is expected to be reduced in spring season and increased in summer season. While soil losses are also in phase with water yields, nutrient discharges (i.e., total nitrogen) are not always in phase with precipitation change. However, it should be noted that there are a lot of uncertainties in such multiple-step analysis used to convert climate information from GCM-based future climate projections into hydrologic information.

The distillation rate on LiCl-KCl eutectic salt under different vacuums from 0.5-50 mmHg was first investigated by using both a non-isothermal and a isothermal thermogravimetric (TG) analysis. Based on the non-isothermal TG data, distillation rate equations as a function of the temperature could be derived. Calculated flux by these model flux equations was in agreement with the distillation rate obtained from isothermal TG analysis. A distillation rate of $10^{-4}-10^{-5}$ mole $cm^{-2}sec^{-1}$ is obtainable at temperatures less than 1300K and vacuums of 0.5-50 mmHg. About a 99% salt distillation efficiency was obtained after an hour at a temperature above 1150 K under 50 mmHg in a small scale distillation test system. An increase in the vaporizing surface area is relatively effective for removing residual salt in the remaining particles, when compared to that for the vaporizing time. Over 99.95% of total distillation efficiency was obtained for a 1-h distillation operation by increasing the inner surface area from $4.52cm^2$ to $12.56cm^2$.

Recently, the Korean government announced a new development plan for a large-scale greenhouse complex in reclaimed lands. Wind environments of reclaimed land are entirely different from those of inland. Many standard books for ventilation design didn't include qualitative standard for natural ventilation. In this study, natural ventilation rates were analyzed to suggest standard for ventilation design of venlo type greenhouse built on reclaimed land. CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) simulation models were designed according to the number of spans, wind conditions and vent openings. The wind profile at a reclaimed land was designed using ESDU (Engineering Sciences Data Unit) code. Using the designed CFD simulation model, ventilation rates were computed using mass flow rate and tracer gas decay method. Additionally computed natural ventilation rates were evaluated by comparing with ventilation requirements. As a result of this study, ventilation rates were decreased with increasing of the number of spans. Ventilation rates were linearly increased with increasing of wind speed. When the wind speed was $1.0\;m{\cdot}s^{-1}$, only side vent was open and wind direction was $45^{\circ}$, homogeneity of ventilation rate at 0~1 m height is the worst. Finally, chart for computing natural ventilation rate was suggested. The chart was expected to be used for establishing standard of ventilation design.
While the local construction market has lost its steam in recent years, it is discussed that the overseas construction projects should be activated by using the Official Development Assistance (ODA) in terms of finding a new way. This study empirically identifies the relationship between ODA and the foreign construction orders, and discovers the effectiveness of orders for overseas construction projects using the ODA. Therefore, based on the past 25 years of time-series data on Asia, the VECM model was used to identify the relationship between the Asia country's ODA and construction orders. As a result, it has shown a lower-than-expected correlation between the value of ODA and the construction orders. There are several reasons for this; This is because profit-purpose construction projects and ODA for public welfare are fundamentally different, and the timing of ODA applications and overseas construction orders are different. Also, compared to other developed countries, Korea has far less experience and scale of ODA. At last, there are huge differences in the size of ODA and construction orders. In conclusion, although the effectiveness of overseas construction orders based on ODA was not clearly disclosed, the significance of this study is that it attempted to conduct a empirical study on the relationship between ODA and overseas construction orders. Further relationships are expected to be drawn through the accumulation of future ODA experience and the supplementation of time series data, which can provide on a theoretical and practical basis.
Korean government drives various programs to improve the performance of university-industry cooperation since 1998 such as BK 21(Brain Korea), NURI(New University for Regional Innovation), Connect Korea Program, and so on. We analyse the relationships between performance of university-industry cooperations and university competency factors(research competency and management competency) through multi-regression model, and propose policy implication. We used the basic data related to the performance of university-industry cooperation and university competency factors from Korean 61 universities. We set up some hypotheses and try to verify them with the method of multi-variable regression analysis including dependent variable(licensing fee, the number of technology transfers, the number of spin-offs) and independent variables(research competency, management competency). We, through this analysis, find both the research competency variables and management competency variables are significant to the performance of university-industry cooperation. Firstly, for licensing fee and the number of technology transfers, research competency variables such as the number of SCIE papers, the number of patent registration were significant, but management competency variables such as the scale of technology leasing organization, the number of specialist were not significant. Secondly, for the number of spin-offs management variables are significant, but research competency varialbles are not. These results imply that both the research competency and management competency of universities are the critical factors for the effective commercialization of university technology not only in United States but also in Korea. In the conclusion, we propose government drive university-industry cooperation policy to enhance the quality of research papers and patent as well as management capabilities of technology leasing organization.
