Purpose This paper attempts to explain the recent expanding trend in Mobile Grocery Shopping(MGS). More specifically, the authors have applied the Post Acceptance Model(PAM) in order to examine the conceptual structure among the four constructs of 'Expectation Confirmation', 'Perceived Usefulness', 'User Satisfaction', and 'Continuance Intention to Use' in Mobile Grocery Shopping. Design/methodology/approach Through a survey agency, data were collected from a sample of 312 consumers who had the previous experience in Mobile Grocery Shopping. The Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) analysis was conducted with the survey data using AMOS 22.0. Subsequently, 8,200 real customer data from an open market site were collected in order to find out their revisit and repurchase behavior. Findings This study supported the causal relationships of Expectation Confirmation → Perceived Usefulness, Expectation Confirmation → User Satisfaction, Perceived Usefulness → User Satisfaction, and User Satisfaction → Continuance Intention to Use, but did not support the direct effect of Perceived Usefulness on the Continuance Intention to Use Mobile Grocery Shopping. This implies that consumers with any experience in Mobile Grocery Shopping would not consider repurchase, unless they are satisfied with the experience even though they perceive its usefulness. Also, Expectation Confirmation has much larger effect on User Satisfaction than Perceived Usefulness. In addition, the real customer data showed that the revisit and the repurchase rate of mobile grocery shoppers were higher than those of online grocery shoppers, although the rates of adding to shopping carts, coupon downloads, and adding to favorites are similar.

This research studies the job satisfaction and turnover intention of the staffs of beauty parlors located in the City of Busan. The subjects were 300 beauty parlor staffs. They were surveyed for one month from October 1, 2003, to October 31, 2003. Regarding the question of the work satisfaction at the beauty parlor, the degrees of satisfaction were $3.83{\pm}0.70$ in the field of 'I am proud of myself working in a beauty parlor,' $3.78{\pm}0.62$ in the field of 'I feel rewarded after performing an operation on a customer,' $3.73{\pm}0.61$ in the field of 'I have a friendly relationship with the customers'. As to a survey on the job satisfaction and their intention of turnover, 22.7% of the respondents answered that they had the experience to move to another beauty parlors more than five times. This indicates that the matter of turnover is quite serious. When they were asked what is most important in choosing their workplace, 50.7% said 'kind teaching of senior staffs', followed by 'payment' which was chosen by 34.3%. As to the disadvantage of the work in beauty parlors. compared to other occupations, 77.3% of the respondents picked up 'few holidays and long working hours' and 11% 'low social position.' From the results, it can be seen that it is important for the beauty industry to make better working conditions and improve benefits in order to reduce the turnover rate and dropouts.
The Korean mobile telecommunication service market is faced with a tremendous competitive period, in which the market is entering into the maturity stage with launching of the 3rd generation service and with introduction of mobile number portability. In general, it is more important to sustain the old customers than to attracting new customers, as the life cycle of an industry is entering the maturity stage in which the growth rate of new customers is decreasing gradually or becoming stagnant. Until now, many researches had tested whether the customer satisfaction and loyalty were the core factors of sustaining customers or not. Also service quality and switching cost were given a remarkable attention for their possibility of exogenous factors, which could exercise effects to customer satisfaction and loyalty. In the same context, mobile telecommunication business has to seek a way to maintain the existing customers instead of promoting new customers. So this study investigates whether the service quality and switching barrier of mobile telecommunication could have effects on the customer satisfaction and loyalty, which are recognized as an efficient means to sustain the current customers. In order to test the hypothesis on the effects of service quality and switching barrier of mobile telecommunication to customer satisfaction and loyalty in Korean telecommunication industry, this study collected the questionnaire response data of students including middle and high school students and undergraduates, who are regarded as the major customers in that mobile telecommunication industry.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of electronic security guard's security performance on the job satisfaction and to make proposals on improvement of employment status and job satisfaction. Method: To accomplish the purpose, this study organized the theoretical background by referring to the preceding researches on the related field. Then, this study conducted a survey on electronic security guards and analyzed the results in statistical methods. Result: According to analysis results, electronic security guard's security performances including academic background, martial art skills, height, weight, and BMI index had a significant influence on factors composing the job satisfaction. Conclusion: To improve the electronic security guard's job satisfaction level, this study suggested measures for improving the wage system and reducing turnover rate. This study also suggested measures for strengthening the physical standards and strengthening the practical training for employment.
Purpose - The rapid rise of e-commerce enterprises has led to the development of the logistics industry. At the same time, some enterprises are motivated by the interests to start reducing costs and inputs, which on the contrary leads to low quality of service, thus reducing customer satisfaction. In recent years, vicious competition, violent express delivery and lack of professionalism in the logistics market have led to high annual customer complaint rate, which has resulted in the company losing many loyal customers, but also unable to obtain new customers. Therefore, to pay attention to and understand the psychological needs of customers and improve the quality of logistics distribution service has become a pressing problem for Every express company. Design/methodology - By analyzing the problems existing in logistics distribution of express companies, this paper explores various factors affecting customer satisfaction and takes consumer sentiment as a mediating variable. Through questionnaires to collect relevant data, put forward hypotheses for empirical analysis, use two different software including SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0 to analyze the information, draw conclusions and make recommendations. Findings - According to the above research results, the reliability, convenience, efficiency, professional can have a positive impact on customer satisfaction through the mediating effect of their sentiment, convenience and professional on consumer sentiment and satisfaction are more significant. Originality/value - This paper the establishment of distribution service indicators related to customer satisfaction and empirical analysis can not only enrich and supplement the distribution service quality indicator system studied by the former, but also provide a theoretical basis for future research.

The army is concerned about the decrease in enlistment resources due to the low birth rate and the weakening of military combat power due to the shortening of the military service period. Now, the military's quantitative growth is no longer limited and it is a time for qualitative growth. To this end, the Army has been applying the Israeli learning method Havruta to recruit training to improve the quality of training since 2019. After applying Havruta, several scholars have studied the effect of recruit training applying Havruta. As a result, it was verified that recruit training applying Havruta improves the inner motive, creativity, and military service value of trainees. This study investigated how trainees' inner motive, creativity, and military service value affect their satisfaction and achievement. In addition, it was studied whether the effect of recruit training applied with Havruta on achievement differs according to the educational background (high school graduate or higher) and military family (professional soldiers within 4th degree) of the trainees. To this end, a survey was conducted on 472 recruits, and the structural relationship between each variable and the moderating effect were analyzed using the structural equation model. As a result of the study, military service value did not affect training satisfaction. Also, there was a difference in the effect of creativity on training satisfaction according to the educational background of new recruits, and there was a difference in the effect of military service value on training satisfaction and training achievement according to military family members. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the improvement of the army's recruit training development plan and effective training system.

The latissimus dorsi (LD) flap is a reliable option for breast reconstruction. This is particularly true in patients with contraindications to abdominally based autologous breast reconstruction. A systematic review of patient satisfaction and health related quality of life following LD breast reconstruction using the BREAST-Q survey was conducted. The scope of the review was to determine the degree of patient satisfaction following the procedure and to examine how patient satisfaction from the pedicled LD flap compares to other breast reconstructive procedures. A literature search on BREAST-Q in LD flap reconstruction was performed. Only articles written in English and in published peer-reviewed journals were included. Studies with less than 20 patients in their sample and those with a follow-up period of less than 1 year were excluded. Five articles representing 331 patients were reviewed, including one case-control study and four retrospective cohort studies. Level of evidence was either III (4) or IV (1). The average age was 53 with average body mass index of 25. Most reconstructions were delayed (67%) and unilateral (88%), and most patients required radiation (79%). The average length of follow-up was 36 months, and the response rate was 75%. Overall, patients who underwent LD flap reconstruction reported favorable outcomes in satisfaction domains and quality of life domains with few complications. A meta-analysis also demonstrated higher satisfaction in LD flap without implants compared with LD flap with implants. Patient-reported outcomes following LD breast reconstruction compare favorably with other techniques of breast reconstruction.
Recently, the number of mature students who apply nursing departments is increasing due to the increase in lifelong learning needs and the high employment rate of nursing jobs. This study aimed to investigate the effect of self-efficacy, satisfaction in major on college adjustment among mature nursing students. Data were collected from October to December, 2021 and a total of 148 mature student participated in this study. The result showed that the self-efficacy was 3.69±0.51, satisfaction in major was 4.07±0.50 and college adjustment was 3.42±0.50. As a result of analyzing factors, grade(β=.20, p=.001), self-efficacy(β=.43, p<.001) and satisfaction in major(β=.37, p<.001) were significant predictors of college adjustment, and the explanatory power was 54%. Mature nursing students are expected to increase in the future, and based on the results of this study, it is suggested that mature nursing students improve their college adjustment by providing intervention programs that can increase self-efficacy and satisfaction in major.
This study aimed to analyze educational understanding and satisfaction by survey including for the online educational videos by used online platform (YouTube) which provide resolve patient's questions, require attention and treatment information for a patient with radiation therapy. Video viewing analysis was used by YouTube studio. The survey was analyzed general properties (age, academic ability, disease, and watched of no watched videos) and educational understanding and satisfaction for two groups as no watched and watched patients. The views number was 60% at the female higher than 40% at the male. Based on the standard viewing time (hours), the non-subscription rate was 86.7%. The device type mostly used the mobile phone (82.8%). The viewership of educational videos was lower as the age increased and the academic ability decreased in the survey. The educational understanding increased by 22% at watched group as 4.15 point from at no watched group as 3.4 point (p<0.001), and the educational satisfaction increased by 15.8% at watched group as 4.25 point from at no watched group as 3.67 point (p<0.01). The correlation of understanding (r=0.761) and satisfaction (r=0.767) was high for both no watched and watched groups (p<0.01). The online educational videos increased educational understanding and satisfaction for the patient with radiation therapy. Our study could be used references data for improving the quality of medical services.
This study is to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem on the effect of the elderly's smart device use on life satisfaction. To this end, secondary data analysis was conducted using the Korea Media Panel Survey conducted by the Information and Communication Policy Institute in 2021. The responses of 3,211 people in their 60s or older who are the subjects of this study were utilized. For analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSS, and the Sobel test was conducted to verify mediating effects. As a result, smart device utilization averaged 2.13 points out of 5, indicating that the actual utilization level was less than half. The use of smart devices, an independent variable, had a positive effect on the dependent variable, life satisfaction. Self-esteem, which is a parameter, has been verified as a partial mediating effect in that smart device use affects life satisfaction. Based on the results of this study, various policy and practical measures were proposed to increase the smart device utilization rate of the elderly in Korea, improve self-esteem and life satisfaction, so that they can spend a happy old age.
