본 연구는 현재와 미래의 유비커터스 도시생활에 있어서 범죄를 줄이고 철저한 대비를 하기 위하여 각종 범죄에 관한 예방 및 실제상황 정보를 체계적으로 수집 및 분석하고 이를 활용 할 수 있는 U-Safety시스템이 요구되고 있다. 안전한 삶을 위협하는 다양한 요인들에 유비쿼터스 기술을 이용하여 W-safety를 구현해 보고자 몇 가지 방법들을 사례를 통해 고찰하였다.

The 2005 west off Fukuoka earthquake with Mjma 7.0 occurred in the vicinity of Fukuoka city with 1.4 million populations, which had been regarded as rather seismically inactive in Japan. The strong motion records by K-net indicated PGV of 64 cm/s in Fukuoka city and some condominium buildings sustained extensive non-structural damages. In this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey for residents of 8 condominium buildings located in the downtown area of Fukuoka city after the earthquake. The results indicate that damaged nonstructural walls and distorted doors disrupted evacuation route for many occupants, and furniture and content damage on upper floors became severer resulting in higher rates of human casualty. Earthquake preparedness for indoor safety was raised after the earthquake, though further safety measures can be advised. In the phase of post-earthquake emergency and restoration period, residents' management organizations play important roles, so that neighborhood activities to promote communication networks are important in urban environment with aging population.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the safety awareness and safety practice behavior of adult learners who participated in "civic safety culture college" was held in Changwon city. We carried out a questionnaire survey that was targeted at 150 citizens, but 132 citizens were included finally. Data collected were analyzed with SPSS 21.0 statistical program. Analysis methods were t-test, one way ANOVA, Scheffe test, Pearsons correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression. The results were as follows. First, safety awareness point was an average of 4.17 point which was higher levels. Area showing the highest safety awareness was fire safety. Safety practice behavior point was an over intermediate level of an average of 3.58 point. Second, safety practice behavior had statistically significant difference according to sex(t=2.58, p=.01), education(t=-2.57, p=.01), job(t=-1.96, p=.05), housing(t=3.65, p<.001). Third, there was a positive correlation between home safety awareness(r=.28, p<.001), traffic safety awareness(r=.37, p<.001), fire safety awareness(r=.37, p<.001), emergency care awareness(r=.45, p<.001) and safety practice behavior. Fourth, safety practice behavior was related to the emergency care awareness(${\beta}$=.34, p=.002), this factor accounted for 19.5% of the variability of the safety practice behavior. These results are expected to be very important baseline data for many different businesses and program development for strengthening of safety awareness and spreading of safety culture in Changwon city.

자율주행자동차(Automated vehicle, AV) 교통사고가 지속적으로 발생하면서 자율주행시스템(automated driving system, ADS)의 안전성 및 신뢰성을 확보하기 위한 안전성 검증의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 안전성 및 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해서는 ADS의 운행가능영역(operational design domain, ODD)을 정의하고 ODD를 벗어나는 상황에서의 대응 능력을 평가하면서 ADS의 안전성을 검증해야 할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 SAE, BSI, NHTSA, ISO 등의 국제 기구에서는 ODD 분류 기준 및 표준을 규정하고 있으나 국내의 경우 ODD 기준이 부재하여 AV의 ODD 표현 방법 및 안전성 검증 및 평가가 적절히 이루어지지 않고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 해외 ODD 분류 기준을 분석하고 안전성 검증 및 평가에 적합한 분류 기준을 선정하였다. 선정된 ODD를 기반으로 ADS 안전성 검증 및 평가에 필요한 평가요소를 제시하였다. 특히, ADS 기술 개발을 지원하는 자율주행 실험도시(K-City)의 평가환경을 분석하여 평가요소를 제시하였다.

In the previous study, the construction guide line of IT infra-structure for a u-City was introduced. However, it is only concentrated on the components and construction procedure for provider-oriented and technology-oriented sensor networks. In this paper the architecture and building process of demander-oriented sensor networks for sustainable u-City service are proposed. In the paper it is described (1) the enhancement methods of the procedure that can be flexibly constructed according to the scale of the project, (2) the methods that can improve the structure from the wireless sensor network such as RFID/USN to the hybrid sensor network, and (3) the consideration factors for providing the sustainable u-City service.

전력 공급과 전기안전은 전체 시스템과 네트워크에 대한 필수적인 요소이다. 전기안전기술은 u-IT, u-City 기반 기술의 발전과 함께 전력 u-IT 융복합화 제품개발은 제품에 대한 평가와 인증에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력기기와 u-IT기기의 융복합화 제품을 u-City에 적용시킬 전기안전 통합감시시스템을 개발하기 위해, 전력기기 단말에서 가장 많이 사용되는 아울렛에서 접속불량 검출장치가 내장된 전력 u-IT 융복합화 기기를 만들었다. 또한 전기안전 통합감시시스템에서의 원격 안전점검을 위한 ZigBee, RFID의 센서를 이용하여 통신모듈과 제품의 기능에 대한 성능 평가를 하고, 누전, 고전압, Arc, 화재 검출 센서 진단 시스템에서 성능 실험 및 평가를 하여 적합판정을 받은 제품은 KS, 전기안전제품 인증을 한다.

재난및안전관리기본법이나 소방관련법에서는 재난으로 부터 국민의 생명과 재산을 보호할 책임이 정부나 지방자치단체의 임무라 규정하고 있다. 복지선진국들은 안전도시 만들기를 최대목표로 여러가지 안전프로그램을 개발하여 시행하고 있다. 우리나라에서는 아직까지 실시되지 않고 있지만 지방자치단체가 국민들을 위해 어떠한 안전정책을 시행하고 있는지 평가하여 국민들에게 알리는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 안전도시를 평가할 수 있도록 건축물이나 시설물 부분을 중심으로 평가기준과 평가방법을 개발하여 제시하였다.

Need safety diagnostic indicator pointer that is objective as estimation basis to be scientific and manages systematically safety existing condition and level for city gas facilities. Safety diagnostic indicator pointer can divide by greatly two. One is management (Software) side that one that differ with mechanical (Hardware) side that handle laying stress on equipment connected with safety manages organization and management connected with safety. Weight appropriates according to specific gravity that relevant element occupies in facilities. To give so big value in particular element in grant of weight pays attention because break balance of whole guideline and should gives. Finally, efficient safety net may see effect before self-regulation inside by minimum target establishment by government and legal, systematic countermeasure establishment for this, strict law application and each business proprietor and though activity and user's active safety activity forms harmony properly.

Job characteristics have influence on the organizational effectiveness. The job characteristics are the core job dimension and organizational effectiveness. Aptitude and personality also act on job characteristics. In this study, we investigate chinese characters by province and city. The purpose of this study is to develop the job characteristics and organizational effectiveness model for chinese by province and city. Consequently, we suggest to be applied the model to korean finns strategically, which push into China, by view of improvement of organizational effectiveness and adaptation in China.
