The purpose of this paper is to analyze the correlation analysis between the experienced crime victimization rate and the evaluation indicator of residents' safety of outdoor spaces from crime in multi-family housing. Additionally this paper intend to analyze the correlation analysis between the residents' satisfaction about safety and the evaluation indicator of residents' safety of outdoor spaces. For that purpose, 9 Multi-Family Housing located in the metropolitan area were selected to perform a survey against 349 residents during May 26-29, 2006. The SPSS program was used and the level of satisfaction ranged from 1 to 5. Scale of 5 being most satisfied while 1 being most dissatisfied. The results of this study are the followings; 1) Most occurred crime were auto theft and damages, poster matter theft, housebreaking. 2) The crime rate is higher in outdoor than in indoor. 3) This study proved the correlation between the residents' satisfaction about housing safety and most indicators except the number of households etc. 4) By the results of the correlation coefficient it makes clear that the number of apartment building, the visibility of Green Space, the location of pedestrian etc. have relation with the residents' satisfaction about housing safety.

To improve urban safety there is an increasing social need for environmental design against crime, which is defined as the creation of inconvenient environments or situations for criminal offenders. By using a cluster analysis, we aimed to clarify crime occurrence patterns from the perspective of land-use. Osaka Prefecture was chosen as the study area because it has the highest crime rate in Japan. The results revealed that there are six patterns of crime occurrence, and that cities of medium-level of mixed land-use have the lowest crime rates.

범죄로부터 안전이 시민들에게는 일상생활에서 무엇보다 중요한 요인이라는 의식이 자리를 차지하면서 공적공간뿐만 아니라 사적장소에서의 안전에 대해 국가나 지방정부는 시민들의 안전을 보장할 책임이 있다.범죄는 시민들의 일상생활에서 공포와 두려움의 대상이 되기 때문에 이러한 범죄문제를 해결하지 못한다면 시민들의 삶의 질도 개선되지 못할 것이다. 범죄로부터의 안전한 지역사회를 만들기 위해서는 다양한 정책들이 구성되어야 하겠지만 그 중심에는 CPTED의 도입이 필수적일 수밖에 없다. CPTED는 도시공간의 물리적 환경설계를 범죄로부터 방어적인 구조로 변경 또는 적용함으로써 범죄와 범죄피해에 대한 공포를 차단하고 감소시켜 주는 이론이다. 본 연구는 지역사회의 안전을 위협하는 범죄에 대한 예방 방안 중의 하나로서 상가 및 쇼핑센터를 중심으로 한 범죄예방 진단프로그램을 개발하여 정책에 이용하고 나아가 지역주민의 안전한 삶을 보호하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다.

Recently crime against children is emerged as a serious social problem. Children should be protected in social. However, they have become major targets of the crime, as sexual abuse, abduction, abuse, domestic violence, school violence and so on. To solve these problems, it is important to educate crime prevention for children all above. Entertainment is one of the edutainment's elements. It attracts voluntary participation, immersion, and continuous learning from children. Edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children are far less fully studied than that of school subject as Mathematics, English, and so on. There is no serious study on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children, as well as base study and approach way. Now more than ever, safety needs are strongly demanded in society. Accordingly, study on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children have been demanded more than ever. In this paper we shall see basic approach principles and planning process of web-based edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children. This study lays the foundation for future work on edutainment contents for prevention of crime against children.

본 연구의 목적은 범죄피해에 대한 두려움, 지역사회 내 사회적 무질서, 물리적 무질서, CCTV에 대한 체감안전도 변수 간의 상관성을 확인하고, CCTV에 대한 체감안전도의 영향요인을 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구대상자는 H시에 소재한 1개 대학교의 학생 140명으로, 2022년 06월 17일~2022년 08월 25일까지 설문조사를 하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 23.0 program을 이용하여 기술통계량, Pearson's correlation, Stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 범죄피해에 대한 두려움은 지역사회 특성 중 사회적 무질서, 물리적 무질서, CCTV에 대한 체감안전도와, 사회적 무질서는 물리적 무질서, CCTV에 대한 체감안전도와, 물리적 무질서는 CCTV에 대한 체감안전도와 상관성이 있었다. CCTV에 대한 체감안전도의 영향요인은 범죄피해에 대한 두려움과 사회적 무질서로 나타났으며, 수정된 결정계수(Adjusted R²)는 .572로 설명력은 57.2%이었다. 결론적으로 범죄피해에 대한 두려움과 사회적 무질서 인식개선을 통해 CCTV에 대한 체감안전도를 높이는 방안이 필요하다.

범죄로부터 국민에 대한 안전의 보장은 사회계약에 의한 국가의 존재이유이며, 국민에 대한 국가의무로서, 헌법적 권리인 국민행복추구권의 보장에 핵심적인 과제이다. 보복범죄 근절을 위한 논의의 결론은 첫째 형사사법절차에서 범죄피의자 체포 시 적용되는 미란다원칙에 상응하는 범죄피해자, 범죄신고자, 증인 등에게 범죄신고나 증언 후 보복범죄에 대한 위험 유무를 확인하는 절차를 의무화하고, 이를 어길 경우 처벌하는 방안을 강구해야 한다. 둘째는 보복범죄에 대한 현행법의 보호대상을 확대 적용하고 정보보호를 강화하는 등 관련법과 제도의 개선이다. 셋째 보복범죄위험평가지표를 개발하고, 평가결과를 계량화하여 심화단계 별 신변안전에 대한 구체적인 조치방법과 책임을 명시하여야 한다. 넷째 범죄피해자 및 증인에 대한 적극적인 신변안전조치 제도의 확대 시행과 선진기법의 개발과 적용이다. 마지막으로 사법기관 근무자들의 인식전환이다. 범죄의 초동수사 단계에서부터 출소자 심리검사를 통한 보복의 가능성 진단과 조치에 이르기까지 형사사법기관의 총체적 협조와 공조체계가 구축되어야 하며, 보복범죄발생의 원인규명과 관련자의 직무상 문제점 발생 시 책임을 규정해야 한다. 등이다.

Recently, there has been a large social issue about the environmental sector for safe zones from crime. Since 2010, starting with Seoul, most local governments have enacted ordinances related to crime prevention environmental design (hereinafter referred to as CPTED) and are showing active movement. In this study, as part of a method to understand how to use the design elements applied to CPTED, the safety village creation project of deteriorated construction districts in Daegu Metropolitan City was conducted, focusing on the 10 project destinations using CPTED, and the CPTED application elements were evaluated by CPTED. The analysis was conducted according to the basic principles, and the elements related to the architectural plan of the environmental design elements were reviewed. In order to extract the environmental design elements of the project site, the CPTED guideline appropriate for the sector was used based on the standard guidelines for environmental design for crime prevention in Daegu City and the contents of the crime prevention urban design ordinance.

The relatively rapid rising trend of crime rates in marine situations leads to social concerns in Korea. This study reviews some theoretical backgrounds of the economics of crime and applies econometric models to Korean marine crimes. This research finds that there is a negative relationship between marine crime rates and unemployment rates and a positive relationship between the price level and marine crimes in Korea. The other finding results are that unemployment elasticities are higher in the 1980s and price elasticities are higher in th 1990s in comparison with the results of the other periods. This findings are incompatible with the previous theoretical researches in advanced countries. These findings show that In rapidly growing economy, marine crime occurrence is proportional to marine economic activity frequency. This result may reflect that marine crimes are different from land crimes.

개인의 안전에 직접적인 위협을 끼치는 도심 속의 범죄는 심각한 사회문제 중의 하나이다. 국내에서 범죄에 관한 정보는 주로 범죄 발생지점 주변의 핫스팟 형태로 제공되거나 위치정보가 없는 범죄 통계 형태로 제공되고 있다. 이로 인해 사용자가 실질적인 범죄발생에 취약한 지역을 파악하기가 쉽지 않은 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 공간정보, 통계정보, 공공정보를 이용하여 범죄발생 취약지역을 추출하는 기법을 제안하였다. 범죄발생 취약지역은 각각의 정보를 격자망 기반의 공간분석과 중첩분석을 통하여 추출하였으며 기존의 핫스팟 기반의 범죄관련 정보보다 상세한 범죄 취약정보를 제공하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 추출한 범죄발생취약지역 결과는 국민생활안전지도와 비교하였으며 이를 통해 범죄발생 취약지역의 정확도가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 행정업무 차원에서 등급별 범죄 발생위험도 제공에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

In this study, we proposed the social map system prototype for intelligent crime prevention. For developing the social map system prototype, functional requirements were derived through the analysis of related cases and preceding studies. Derived requirements are providing a variety of map-based safety information, using crowdsourcing data such as SNS, connecting to intelligent CCTV. To satisfy these requirements, the prototype is developed with four main menus: the integrated search menu including social media data, the safety map menu providing a variety of safety and danger information, the community map menu to collect safety and danger information from users, and the CCTV menu providing the link to intelligent CCTV. The social map for intelligent crime prevention in this study is expected to greatly enhance the safety of local community with the provision of prompt response to risk information, safe route, etc. through actual service and user participation.
