사대종확산 모형에 의한 유출해석 (RUNOFF ANALYSIS BY DEAD ZONE LONGITUDINAL DISPERSION ANALOGY)

  • 직접유출 수문곡선의 감수부를 유발하는 지표하류출 과정이 사대종확산모형기법에 의하여 모의되었다. 유출과정은 필시곡선도에 의한 소유역을 대표하는 개급적 선형 수로를 통하여 상류선형수로의 유출과 핵심 소유역의 유효강우량을 추적하여 수행된다. 유출 속도, 확산인자, 침투와 지표하흐름 영역에 관한 매개변수의 산출과정이 기록된다.

양수장지구 구획논 물수지와 영양염류 유출부하 (Water Balance and Nutrient Losses of Paddy Fields Irrigated from a Pumping Station)

  • The study was carried out to investigate the water balance and losses of nutrients from paddy fields during cropping period. The size of paddy fields was 95 ha and the fields were irrigated from a pumping station. The runoff loading was the highest in June because of the high concentrations of nutrients due to applied fertilizer. When the runoff losses of nutrients were compared to applied chemical fertilizer, it was found that 39.1 % to 42.5 % of nitrogen lost via runoff while runoff losses of phosphorus account for 6.3 % to 8.0 % of the total applied amount during cropping period. When the ratio was calculated between nutrients losses by infiltration and the applied of chemical fertilizer, two year results showed 9.1 % to 10.7 % for nitrogen and 0.2 % for phosphorus, respectively.

지하수 양수 모의를 위한 SWMM의 수정 (A Modification of SWMM for a Groundwater Pumping Simulation)

  • As the hydrologic cycle is transformed by the expansion of impermeable area as a result of the urbanization, the function of an ecosystem is deteriorated by the transformed hydrologic cycle. In this study, a SWMM code was modified to have a groundwater pumping option about rivers-aquifer interaction to be possible. The modified SWMM was applied to continuous simulations of urban runoff from Hakuicheon watershed and it was used to analyse the effect of a groundwater pumping. The modified SWMM overcame the limitation of the ground subroutine that it only simulate groundwater inflow from ground to rivers. The result of continuous simulation of groundwater pumping is that surface runoff, groundwater runoff and groundwater level are well simulated, and Modified SWMM expressed groundwater runoff by negative number (-) when groundwater level is less than river stage.

Modeling Infiltration and Redistribution for Multistorm Runoff Events

  • Infiltration and water flow in the upper soil layer of a deep water table aquifer are modeled for multistorm runoff events. The infiltration process is developed using the sharp wetting front model of Green and Ampt, and the following redistribution process is modeled using the gravity drained rectangular approximation. The Brooks-Corey model [Brooks and Corey, 1966] is adopted to relate the effective soil saturation, the tension head, and the unsaturated hydraulic conductivity Firstly, the infiltration and redistribution model is developed for a single stom runoff event. Then a couple of events combined for multistorm runoff events. In the later case, infiltration rate of the second rainfall is strongly influenced by the length of the rainfall hiatus and soil moisture profile.

유효강우량 산정을 위한 곡선번호방법의 적용성 (Validity of Runoff Curve Number Method for Estimating of Effective Rainfall)

  • 유역의 수문학적 토양피복형으로부터 유역 또는 합성곡선번호를, 강우-유출기록으로부터 관측곡선 번호를, 관측곡선번호의 중앙치로서 중위유선번호를 산정하였다. 유출기록을 기준으로 평가할 경우 AMC-II조건의 CN-II에 의하면 과소하게, AMC-III조건의 CN-III에 의하면 과대하게 유효강우량이 산정된다. 따라서 유효강우량산정의 개선방안으로 CN-II와 CN-III의 중간값인 조정곡선번호가 정의될 수 있다. 중위곡선번호에 의하여 산정된 유출이 관측치에 가장 근접하게 되는 점을 감안하면 계측유역의 대표곡선번호로서 중위곡선번호가 사용될 수 있다.

레인가든이 지하유출 및 첨두유량 감소에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Rain Garden on Reduction of Subsurface Runoff and Peak Flow)

  • This study assessed the subsurface runoff and peak flow reduction in rain gardens. The results showed that the highest water retention was found in rain garden mesocosms in which Rhododendron lateritium and Zoysia japonica were planted, followed by mesocosms in which either R. lateritium or Z. japonica was planted, and the lowest water retention rate was found in non-vegetated control treatment mesocosms(${\alpha}$ < 0.05). Although higher rainfall intensity caused a decrease of peak flow reduction in both vegetated and non-vegetated treatments, peak flow reduction was the greatest in mesocosms with mixed plants. A rain garden can be an effective tool for environment-friendly stormwater management and improving ecological functions in urban areas. Depending on the purpose such as delaying runoff or increasing infiltration, various plant types should be considered for rain garden designing.

선형-비선형 홍수유출모델의 비교연구 (A Comparative Study of Linear-Nonlinear Flood Runoff Models.)

  • 본 연구에서는 정도높은 홍수유출모델을 결정함에 있어서, 선형모델과 비선형모델을 적용, 검토하므로서 홍수유출해석에 적합한 모델을 선정하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 분석에 사용된 모델은 선형모델로서는 Nash 모델과 유출함수법, 그리고 비선형모델로서는 Tank 모델과 저장함수법을 각각 적용하였다. 이들 각 모델들을 낙동강 유역의 대표시험유역인 위천유역의 홍수자료를 이용하여 분석한 결과, 비선형 모델이 선형모델보다 첨두유량, 첨두발생시간 및 홍수수문곡선에서 실측치와 잘 일치하였으며 홍수유출모델로서 비선형모델이 적합함을 알 수 있었다.

EPIC Simulation of Water Quality from Land Application of Poultry Litter

  • Two application rates (9 and 18 t/ha) of poultry litter and a recommended rate of commercial fertilizer were studied to determine their effects on nutrient (N and P) losses in surface and subsurface runoff and loadings in soil layers from conventionally-tilled com by the treatments. The model predicted higher sediment losses than observed data from all treatments. The overpredicted sediment losses resulted in overprediction of organic-N and sediment-P losses in surface runoff. Simulated soluble-P losses in surface runoff were close to observed data, while NO3-N losses in surface runoff were underpredicted from all treatments. Observed NO3-N concentrations in leachate at 1.0-m depth from commercial fertilizer treatment were fairly well predicted. But the concentratins were overpredicted from poultry litter treatments due to high simulation of organic-N mineralization simulated by the model.

홍수 유출 수문곡선 산출에 단위유량도 적용 오차의 정도 검토 (Review on Application Tolerance of Unit Hydrograph for Calculating Flood Runoff Hydrograph)

  • In this study several unit hydrographs by rainfall storms are derived and moving averaged unit hydrograph is extracted from them based on the rainfall-runoff data in a small basin 8.5 $km^2$ wide. And peak discharges and peak times of the unit hydrographs are investigated and reviewed. And then a representative unit hydrograph of the moving averaged one is applied to the linear convolution integration for obtaining the flood discharge hydrograph and peak discharge and time of its result are researched and inspected. Variance in application of the representative unit hydrograph in a basin on assumption of linearity is appeared and this is given as a counterevidence about that the runoff response from rainfall on a basin has nonlinear characteristics. And As a result of application of derived representative unit hydrograph the errors in peak discharge and time are investigated.

  • 이 연구는 남한강유역의 월강우량과 월유출량을 추계학적 및 통계학적으로 분석하여 두 개의 시계열 모형식을 설정하였다. 월유출량의 시계별 모의기법은 모의합성하는 월유출량자료로 선형추계학적 모형을 유도하였다. 또한, 월강우량과 월유출량의 시계열모열은 기지 통계학적 변수를 갖는 임의 시계열이라 하여 유도하였으며, 이는 월유출량이 한 변수를 갖는 지수감소곡선의 특성과 이월기간에 대한 통계학적 변수로 전개되었다.
