The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of analytic rubrics on learners' self-directed learning ability in information technology unit assessment. The experiment and control groups were 4 classes of the 2nd grade in B middle school located in Daejeon. The pretest was performed to check the group homogeneity. For the experiment design, the nonequivalent control group design as a type of quasi-experimental design was used. The experiment was composed of 5 sessions. Statistical significance was p < .05 to verify the hypothesis, and SPSS 12.0 for Windows was used for statistical treatment. The results from this study were as follows: (1) The application of analytic rubrics in information technology unit assessment affected learners' self-directed learning ability in a positive way in 4 factor's(openness, self-concept, intrinsic motivation, self-evaluation) but does not affected in 3 factor's(autonomy, creativity, problem solving). (2) The difference in sex was not a statistically significant factor in the application of analytic rubrics in information technology unit assessment. Based on the results of the experiment, two suggestions were made to promote the application of rubrics in technology education assessment. (1) Research and development of many types of rubrics for technology education are needed. (2) Systematic training of rubrics for technology teachers is needed.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to review and propose improvements for the Romanization and English expressions in the WHO international classification of diseases 11th revision beta version (ICD-11b) traditional medicine chapter. Methods : ICD-11b as of October 5, 2015, was reviewed. Romanization and English expressions were analyzed with reference to existing standards such as the Basic Principles of Romanization stipulated by the National Institute of Korean Language, and the Korean Standard Classification of Diseases (KCD), suggested improvements followed. Results : Following the Basic Principles of Romanization, 131 ICD-11b rubrics need improvement in the Romanization of Korean. When compared to KCD-6 comparable rubrics, 161 ICD-11b rubrics are the same and 64 are different. When compared to KCD-7 comparable rubrics, 118 ICD-11b rubrics are the same, and 51 are different. In KCD-6, there are 127 rubrics that do not match with items in ICD-11b. In KCD-7, there are 123 rubrics that do not match with items in ICD-11b. Conclusions : ICD-11b may be improved by correcting the Romanization and consideration of English expressions suggested in this study.

The purpose of this study was to provide analytic rubrics for measuring teamwork(PO6), communication and presentation skills(PO7), and life-long learning(PO8) based on theoretical concepts of performance assessment and rubrics. Also, this study analyzed data about performance assessment and rubics from courses offered through college of engineering. Participants were 34 senior engineering students who took the course 'Technical writing and presentation'. In the second week of the course, students were given the pre-test instrument which was developed for measuring students' understanding of program outcomes for this study. After performing project activities using rubrics, students were encouraged to complete the post-test instrument and the reaction questionnaire during the ninth week. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 14.0 and Microsoft Excel. The research findings are as follows. First, to promote and evaluate program learning outcomes appropriately, performance assessment-based on rubircs should be implemented. Second, in the reaction questionnaire about the rubircs, students answered that using rubircs for performing the project was very useful for understanding the performance procedures and assessment criteria. Third, the mean of understanding of program outcomes of students in post-test was significantly increased than in the pre-test(p<.0001). From the findings, performance assessment and rubrics should be used as evaluation tools at course levels in terms of promoting program learning outcomes for engineering education.

본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 교과에 학습자 중심 루브릭을 적용한 수행평가가 학업성취도와 학습동기에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 루브릭과 관련된 선행연구 자료들을 수집 분석하여 학습자 중심 루브릭을 적용 한 수행평가의 절차를 도출하였으며, 그 절차에 따라 수행과제와 과제에 알맞은 학습자중심 루브릭을 개발하여 수행평가를 실시하였다. 연구결과 학습자 중심 루브릭은 협상하는 과정에서 루브릭과 수행과제의 이해를 향상시킴으로써 학습동기와 학업성취도 향상에 있어서 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

본 연구의 목적은 공과대학생에게 루브릭을 활용한 학습전략 교육 프로그램을 실시하고 학습전략과 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 연구대상은 서울시에 위치한 Y대학교 공과대학 58명이며, 총 9차시의 학습전략 교육 프로그램을 실시하고 학습전략 점수, 학점을 조사하였다. 연구결과 학생들의 학습전략 수준과 학업성취도에도 유의미한 향상이 있었다.

The purpose of this study was to design and develop the processes of tasks and assessment rubrics of open-ended tasks, and those for the 5th graders of elementary school mathematics. 7 tasks were finally developed, and 'problem understanding', 'problem solving process', 'communication' were selected as the criteria for assessment rubrics. The result was that the ability of mathematical power covering problem understanding ability, problem solving ability and mathematical communication ability was low. Specifically, problem understanding ability was the highest, problem solving ability was middle, and mathematical communication ability was the lowest.

이 연구의 목적은 고등학생들의 시스템 사고를 측정하는 분석하는 도구로 Iceberg(IB) 모델을 적용하고, 시스템 사고 평가를 위한 루브릭을 활용한 IB 모델 활동 결과 분석 방법을 제시하며 그 효과를 검증하는 것이다. 문헌 분석을 통해 IB 모델과 시스템 사고 평가를 위한 루브릭의 활용에 대한 이론적 근거를 조사하였다. 그리고 6명의 고등학교 학생에게 극지방 기후 변화와 관련된 주제에 대하여 IB 모델 활동을 실시하였으며 활동 과정 중 비구조화된 면담을 통해 학생들의 시스템 사고를 조사하였다. 또한 IB 모델을 활용한 시스템 사고 분석 결과에 대한 효과를 검증하기 위하여 시스템 사고 측정 도구를 활용한 정량적 검사도 실시하였다. IB 모델의 분석은 Hung(2008)에 의해 개발된 시스템 사고 평가를 위한 루브릭을 활용하여 분석하였으며 분석한 결과는 지구과학교육 전문가 2인에게 검토를 받아 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하였다. 그리고 루브릭 결과와 시스템 사고 측정 도구 검사 결과에 대한 상관관계 분석을 통해 타당도를 재확인하였다. 연구 결과 6명의 학생은 IB 모델을 활용하여 자신들이 가지고 있는 사고를 구체적으로 잘 표현하였으며 루브릭을 활용한 시스템 사고 분석 결과 학생들은 17~35점까지의 분포를 보여주었다. 또한 시스템 사고 측정 도구 결과와 상관관계를 분석한 결과 Pearson 상관계수가 유의수준 .05에서 .856으로 매우 높은 상관을 보여주었다. 이 연구에서 제시한 IB 모델을 적용하면 학생 스스로 시스템 사고를 잘 표현할 수 있으며, 루브릭을 활용한 시스템 사고 분석 결과는 타당도와 신뢰도를 가지는 것으로 판단된다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 앞으로의 과학 교육에서 시사점과 시스템 사고 연구의 방향을 제안하였다.

Purpose: This study was aimed to develop frequently-used clinical scenarios and scoring rubrics to assess core basic nursing skills in adult health nursing clinical practice for clinical evaluation based on program learning outcomes (PO). Methods: This study was a methodological research combining focus group interviews and questionnaires to select and construct scenarios. Data were collected from clinical practitioners, adult health nursing professors, and new nurses from November, 2013 to April, 2014. The developed scenarios and rubrics were applied to nursing students by way of showing an example. Results: The 12 frequently-used clinical scenarios were developed. The proportion of the evaluation rubrics were 30% for clinical instructors where as 70% for college instructors. In order for students to achieve the important learning outcomes from the courses for clinical practice, four program outcomes (POs) were selected as well as a rubric for each POs was developed. Students who had situation-based clinical practices showed higher levels of satisfaction on mastery of core basic nursing skills and communication skills. Conclusion: This findings of the study suggested the strategies for complementing pitfalls in clinical setting and achieving PO during students' clinical practicum.

21세기 IT 선진국을 꿈꾸면서 우리나라는 2001년도부터 초등학교를 비롯한 각급 학교에서 컴퓨터 교육을 실시해 오고 있다. 그러나 기능 위주의 ICT교육은 학생들의 정보 소양 교육에 적당하지 못하다는 지적을 받아왔다. 이에 2005년도에는 "정보통신기술교육 운영지침 개정안" 이 발표되면서 정보 소양 교육이 보다 체계적인 틀을 갖추게 되었다. 뿐만 아니라 전문가들은 컴퓨터 교육에 수행 평가를 도입할 것을 주장하고 있다. 수행평가는 단순한 기능교육 위주의 컴퓨터 교육을 문제 해결 과정으로서의 본격적인 교육을 가능하게 하지만 좋은 수행평가 척도 없이는 소기의 목적을 달성할 수 없다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보통신기술교육의 올바른 교육을 위하여 "발표용 문서 작성" 영역의 수행평가 척도를 개발하였다.

본 연구는 성인간호학 교육을 위한 목표지향적 루브릭을 개발하고, 개발된 루브릭이 간호학생의 학업성취도에 미치는 효과를 규명하기 위해 시도되었다. 본 연구의 대상자는 일 대학의 간호대학생 154명이 참여하였다. 학업성취도 측정을 위해 지필고사, 간호과정, 팀역량 평가점수가 활용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 Program을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 대조군 보다 실험군의 지필고사 평가점수(t=5.80, p<.001), 간호과정 평가점수(t=3.37, p=.001), 팀역량 평가점수(t=4.58, p<.001) 모두 유의하게 높았다. 간호교육의 핵심영역인 성인간호학 교육에서 학습성과 향상을 위한 전략으로 루브릭 활용의 중요성이 증가됨에 따라 본 연구의 결과는 의미가 있다. 이에 성인간호학 전반에 걸쳐 타당도와 신뢰도가 높은 루브릭이 다양하게 개발되고 그 효과를 검정하는 연구가 필요하다.
