조선말(朝鮮末) 일제(日帝) 참모본부(參謀本部) 장교의 한반도 정찰과 지도제작 (Japanese Military Surveys and Making Topographic Maps of the Korean Peninsula at the End of Chosun Dynasty)

  • 본 연구는 조선왕조 말기에 일본 육군성 참모본부 소속의 장교들로 조직된 간첩대가 한반도에 침투하여 비밀측량을 실시한 배경과 과정을 파악하고 그 실체를 규명한 것이다. 본 연구의 대상이 된 지도들은 첩보장교들의 목측에 의해 은밀하고 신속하게 제작된 노상측도와 목측신속도(目測迅速圖)로 제작된 것들이다. 종래에는 1885년경부터 노상측도가 행해진 것으로 밝혀진 바 있으나, 본 연구에서는 1882년 이소바야시 중위에 의해 최초로 노상측도가 시도되었음이 밝혀졌다. 그들은 1883~1887년에 걸친 정찰루트와 간행지도를 분석한 결과 단기간에 지도제작은 물론 정보수집을 위하여 역할이 분담되었던 것으로 확인되었다.

  • As the importance of customers has been emphasized, most companies began to operate various CRM strategies to understand and manage customers' needs. The investments that businesses are making are categorized into four areas. The first area of investments is in contact centers and channels to manage the voice of customers. The second area is in loyalty management, target marketing using segmentation, profiling, profitability analysis and targeting. The third one is involved in the measurement of customer satisfaction. The last one is planning to deliver products and services to appropriate customers. Despite the various efforts, it is lowering the efficiency of these investments and interrupting their value creation that these are being operated independently in different departments. All CRM activities of an enterprise should be processed interactively and consistently for a common goal; value creation, to overcome these shortcomings. In this research, we propose CS Road Map that systematizes the four kinds of CRM activities; VOC management, survey activities, loyalty management and planning. Under this road map, these four activities will achieve the improvement of service qualities, customer satisfaction and further value creation. This paper demonstrates the road map that is built for a service industry emphasizing the objectives and strategies of the four categories.

  • A noise reduction policy can be more effectively made when automatic environmental noise measurement system is set up. However, the local characteristic of noise pollution requires a lot of measurement points. This study considers that automatic environmental noise measurement system connects with automatic air pollution measurement system and noise map. The measurement points of traffic volume by the National Police Agency and the Ministry of Construction and Transportation are investigated to use at drawing the road traffic noise map. Finally, the effective application method of the environmental noise measurement vehicle is discussed.

  • This study is a paper relating to between road traffic noise(RTN) and sound power level(PWL). At present to prediction of RTN is used to many experimental models and prediction methods. RTN is computed PWL using existing experimental models and prediction methods. Then, computed PWL is compared with it of measurement value, in them, it is selected model most similar to measurement value. And then, this results will watch for make Noise Map, as application field applied to computed results.

  • The various computer programs are used in computer simulation of the traffic noise prediction. But the difference or problem of calculation method used for road traffic noise prediction is not exactly investigated. In this paper, Road traffic noise is predicted on the specific regions by using four prediction methods such as XPS31-133 model(France), RLS-90 model(Germany), ASJ RTN model(Japan) and FHWA model(U.S.A.), which are operated by a program named SoundPLAN, a program to predict road traffic noise. Those prediction values are compared with a measurement value. The results show that four prediction values for taraffic noise are a little different, because of various input factors according to the prediction methods.

  • Noise map presents new alternatives of noise reduction counter measure and becomes important tool for making environmental policy. Many input factors such as road conditions, number of vehicles, speeds of vehicles are used for noise prediction of the noise map. However, results of noise prediction make difference depending on the values of the input factors. In this study, it researched effect of measurement method for vehicle speeds on the prediction results of the noise map.

  • Recently, started to apply a strategy of selection and concentration in the construction and transportation R&D for the effective utilization of limited R&D resources. The department of construction and transportation planned the construction and transportation R&D innovative road map by the future 10 years technical requirement under the first year on the innovation of the construction and transportation technology from last year. The innovative road map which is a strategic and long term master plan integrated a construction and transportation suggested a vision as value createar for a improvement of living quality in the future. And made a specific goal that is the seventh construction technology level and the fifth transportation technology level in the world. The department of construction and transportation is planning a mid- long range planing of the construction and transportation R&D as following measurement of innovative road map. KICTEP and KISTEP planned a mid- long range R&D planing of the transportation system, logistics, aviation, railway for the last year. Introducing a methodology used a mid- long range plan and main results of the future railway R&D plan. And suggesting a politic comments for the effectively propelling railway R&D projects.

도로 네트워크 환경을 위한 궤적 클러스터링 (Trajectory Clustering in Road Network Environment)

  • 최근 궤적 정보를 이용한 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있으나, 이들 대부분의 연구는 유클리드 공간 내의 궤적들을 대상으로 하고 있다. 그러나 실제 응용에서 대부분의 이동 객체들은 도로 네트워크 공간상에 존재하므로, 유클리드 공간을 대상으로 한 연구들을 도로 네트워크 공간에 적용시키는 것은 적합하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 도로 네트워크 내 이동 객체들의 대용량 궤적 정보를 대상으로 하는 효과적인 클러스터링 기법에 대하여 논한다. 이를 위하여 우선 본 논문에서는 궤적을 각 이동 객체가 시간에 따라 지나온 도로 세그먼트들의 연속으로 정의한다. 다음, 도로 세그먼트들의 길이와 식별자 정보를 이용한 새로운 유사도 측정 함수를 제안하고, 이를 이용하여 측정된 궤적간의 유사도 정보를 기반으로 FastMap과 계층 클러스터링(hierarchical clustering)기법을 이용하여 전체 궤적들을 클러스터링하는 방식을 제안한다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 실제 응용에서 대부분의 이동 객체는 최단 거리를 이용하여 움직인다는 특성을 반영한 새로운 궤적 생성 기법을 제안하고, 이렇게 생성된 궤적 데이터를 이용하여 제안된 클러스터링 기법에 대한 다양한 성능 평가 결과를 보인다. 실험 결과에 따르면 제안된 기법은 사람에 의하여 유사 궤적들을 클러스터링한 결과와 비교하여 95%이상의 높은 정확도를 보였다.
