중소기업의 기업가지향성, 학습지향성이 동적역량과 국제화 성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 여유자원의 조절효과를 중심으로 (The Effect of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Learning Orientation and Dynamic Capability on International Performance: Moderating Effects of Slack Resource)

  • The importance of entering the international market for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) has been continuously emphasized. As a way to overcome these factors, prior studies have increased interest in dynamic capability. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of entrepreneurial orientation, learning orientation, and dynamic capability on their international performance of SMEs. Drawing on an extensive review of the literature on dynamic capability view and internationalization, hypotheses are developed and tested using a sample of 214 SMEs in South Korea. Structural equation modeling was applied. As a result of analysis, first, dynamic capability has a significant effect on international performance. Second, entrepreneurial orientation has significant influence on dynamic capability. Third, learning orientation has significant influence on dynamic capability. Lastly, slack resource was found to moderate the relationship between dynamic capability and international performance. The results indicate that their entrepreneurial orientation and learning orientation ware driver of their dynamic capability. and that their dynamic capability was significant driver of their international performance. In the final conclusion, implications and limitations of research and suggestions for future research are discussed.

  • 본 연구는 기업가지향성, 시장지향성, 혁신성, 고객지향성 간의 인과관계와 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자, 기업가 시장지향성과 조직유효성 경영성과 간에 나타나는 혁신성과 고객지향성의 매개효과를 실증 분석하였다. 중소기업 임직원들로부터 받은 설문지 419부를 분석한 결과, 첫째, 기업가지향성이 시장지향성의 선행변수임이 검정되었다. 둘째, 시장지향성이 기업가지향성과 혁신성 고객지향성 간에 매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업가적 시장지향성이 혁신성과 고객지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 넷째, 혁신성과 고객지향성이 조직유효성과 경영성과에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 다섯째, 본 연구의 핵심이라 할 수 있는 혁신성과 고객지향성이 기업가적 시장지향성과 조직유효성 경영성과 간에 매개효과를 보였다. 이와 같은 본 연구결과는 중소기업 경영에 있어서, 기업가지향성, 시장지향성, 혁신성, 고객지향성과 같은 조직특성의 중요성을 제기함으로써, 이러한 기업문화를 조성하고 이를 고조시킬 수 있는 경영진의 리더십이 중요함을 인식시킬 수 있는 시사점을 제공할 것이다.

IT스타트업의 전략적 지향성과 성과에 관한 연구 :네트워크 매개효과 (A Study on Strategic Orientation and the performance of IT Startup : The Mediating Effect of Network)

  • 본 연구는 국내 IT스타트업의 성과에 미치는 전략적 지향성에대해 알아보고, 그 관계에서 네트워크의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 전략적 지향성을 구성하는 세 가지 차원인 기술지향성, 고객지향성, 경쟁지향성 각각이 성과에 미치는 영향 관계 및 네트워크의 역할 파악에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 스타트업 지원기관 등에 입주하고 있는 94개 IT기업을 대상으로 실증연구를 완료하였으며, 연구 모형의 적합성을 평가하기 위해 PLS기반 구조방정식 모델을 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과 고객지향성과 경쟁지향성은 성과와 네트워크 모두에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며, 기술지향성은 성과와 네트워크 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 확인했다. 또한 고객 지향성과 경쟁지향성은 기업성과와의 관계에서 네트워크가 매개역할을 하는 것을 확인하였지만, 기술지향성과 기업성과의 관계에서 네트워크는 매개역할을 하지 못하는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 스타트업 실무자들에게 전략적 방향과 네트워크 구축 및 활용의 중요성을 시사하고 있다.

청소년 배드민턴 선수의 경기력 수준과 성취목표성향의 관계 (Relationship between the Performance Level and Achievement Goal Orientation on Youth Badminton Players)

  • 본 연구는 대한민국 청소년 배드민턴 국가대표 선수를 대상으로 그들의 경기력과 성취목표성향의 하위 요인인 자아성향과 과제성향에 어떤 관계가 있는지 알아보고자 수행되었다. 이에 배드민턴 청소년 대표 선수들의 경기력 수준에 따라 자아성향과 과제성향은 차이가 없을 것이라는 두 개의 영가설을 설정하고 이를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상으로는 2018년도 청소년 배드민턴 국가대표 하계 합숙훈련에 소집된 중,고등학생 92명으로 하였고, 이들의 학교급별 단식 전체리그 결과를 토대로 하여 경기력 상,하 집단으로 구분하여 자아성향과 과제성향의 차이를 각각 알아보았다. 검사도구로는 스포츠 성취목표지향성에 관한 검사지(Task & Ego Orientation in Sport Questionnaire, TEOSQ)를 사용하였다. 자료의 경향을 파악하기 위해서 빈도분석을 실시하였고 검사지의 신뢰도를 알아보기 위해서 신뢰도 분석(Cronbach's α)을 실시하였으며 마지막으로 경기력 집단 간 성취목표성향의 차이를 알아보기 위하여 독립 t검증을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 경기력 상집단과 하집단 간에 자아성향과 과제성향 두 요인 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 연구결과를 토대로 논의하였다.

  • The development of industry since the Industrial Revolution has caused environmental destruction and is threatening to destroy the order of the Earth's ecosystem. Due to the severity of environmental problems, companies are facing a crisis where they may lose competitiveness if their management strategies do not prioritize environmental issues. This study studied the impact of a company's environmental orientation on employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and loyalty. This study studied the impact of a company's environmental orientation on employee satisfaction, organizational commitment, and loyalty. As a result of the study, the internal and external environmental orientation of the company on satisfaction had a significant positive influence and were all adopted, while the internal and external environmental orientation on organizational commitment were all rejected as they had no significant impact. Satisfaction was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on organizational commitment and a significant positive (+) effect on loyalty, so both were adopted. Organizational commitment was adopted because it had a significant positive effect on loyalty, and internal and external environmental orientation had no significant effect on loyalty, so it was all rejected. A company's green environmental orientation plays an important role in a company's sustainable growth and can be formed based on the company's will. Therefore, this study shows that a company's environmental orientation improves the company's environmentally friendly image and provides positive value to organizational members, leading to improved corporate performance.

유통경로 관리 지배구조가 시장지향성과 수출성과 관계에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of Distribution Channel Governance on the Relationship between Market Orientation and Export Performance)

  • Purpose - The objectives of this study are as follows. First, it aims to suggest an analysis model that has integrated the relationship between the two factors and export performance and conduct an empirical analysis of the factors. Second, the study seeks to analyze the mediating effect by setting direct channel governance as a specific activity to connect market orientation, a cultural asset, to export performance. Third, through these analyses, the study intends to apply the relationship between market orientation and direct channel governance that the existing studies have failed to observe comprehensively on SMEs in Korea. Based on these analyses, the study expects to expand the discussion of previous researches by analyzing the mediating effect of direct channel governance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study developed a model that has integrated market orientation, direct channel governance, and export performance. It established 7 hypotheses including the mediating effect of direct channel governance. Market orientation was consisted of customer orientation and competitor orientation, and 4 latent variables were measured by 18 questions. LISREL, an analysis tool of structural equation model, was used for hypothesis test and there were 183 sample for analysis. Results - The analysis results showed that customer orientation has a positive influence on direct channel governance, but competitor orientation did not have a statistically significant effect. On the contrary, export performance showed an opposite result. That is, customer orientation did not have any influence but competitor orientation had a significant influence on export performance. It was also confirmed that there was a significant influence in the relationship between channel governance and export performance. According to the analysis of mediating effect, direct channel governance had a full mediating effect between customer orientation and export performance. Conclusions - The study results demonstrated that it is important to build a direct channel governance on the export SMEs in Korea, especially since the direct channel governance complements the influence of customer orientation that does not directly influence export performance among market orientation activities. This implies that Korean export SMEs must strive to build an effective direct channel governance.

남성 캐쥬얼 웨어 점포의 서비스품질에 따른 고객만족과 관계 마케팅 (Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Marketing according to Service Quality of Men's Character Casual Clothing Brand Stores)

  • This study had a focus on service quality, customer satisfaction and relationship orientation. The subjects of this study were: 1) to examine the conceptual structure of service quality perceived by males consumers of character clothing brands, 2) to examine of the service quality on customer satisfaction, and 3)to examine relationship between customer satisfaction and relationship orientation. The questionnaire was collected between October, 28 and November, 8 in 2002. Samples of 271 respondents were obtained. The sample consisted of males in their twenties and thirties who had a experience on buying character clothing brands in Seoul. To analyze the data, reliability analysis, percentage, frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis were applied. The results were as followings: 1) As a result of factor analysis, the service quality were identified by four dimensions: environmental service, personal service, products service, and promotion service. 2) As a result of correlation analysis and regression analysis, the service quality had a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Especially products service was the most important factor for customer satisfaction, followed by environmental service. 3) As a result of correlation analysis, customer satisfaction had a positive influence on relationship orientation.

중년여성의 의복이미지와 의복쇼핑성향의 관계 연구 (An Analysis of the Relationships between Clothing Image and Clothing Shopping Orientation of Middle Aged Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships between clothing image and clothing shopping orientation of middle aged women. For this purpose, the subjects of 300 adult women from in their 40’s to 50’s, living in Daegu area were sampled out by convenient sampling method. The result of this analysis are as follows. 1)a factor analysis identified six different types of clothing image: classy, bold, plain, feminine, casual, and peculiar. 2)five different types of clothing shopping orientation were identified: conspicuous, conformable, hedonic, uniqueness conscious, and quality conscious. 3)the results of multiple regression analysis found that clothing images affected clothing shopping orientation of middle aged women. This meant that significant relationships existed among these variables and there was a causal relationship between clothing image and clothing shopping orientation.

외식기업의 시장지향성이 마케팅 효율성과 적응성에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of Market Orientation on Marketing Efficiency, Adaptability of Foodservice Company)

  • The purpose of this study was to fine out a relation to the profitability in the view of market-orientation and examine the roles of marketing efficiency and adaptability in foodservice companies. In the previous studies, because of the concepts of market-orientation have mostly focused on hotels or common companies, in this study aimed to foodservice companies. This study was on the basis of Kohli & Jaworski (1990)'s theory. For the validity verification of measured items, SPSS WINDOW 10.0 was used to analyze factors and, for the reliability verification, Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used. The result was as follows. First, market-orientation has great influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Second, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty were acquired for the good marketing efficiency and adaptability in foodservice companies. Thus, from now on, the foodservice company need to carry out the market-orientation concept.

병원간호사의 학습조직화와 학습지향성이 조직유효성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Learning Organization Construction and Learning Orientation on Organizational Effectiveness among Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study conducted to identify the effect of learning organization construction and learning orientation on organizational effectiveness among hospital nurses. Method: Data was collected from convenient sample of 296 nurses who worked for the major hospitals in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Gangwoen-do. The self-reported questionnaire was used to assess the general characteristics, the level of the learning organization construction, learning orientation and organizational effectiveness. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Result: The mean score of learning organization construction was 3.61(${\pm}.32$), learning orientation got 3.26(${\pm}.39$), and organizational effectiveness obtained 3.38(${\pm}.42$). The learning organization construction affects of organizational effectiveness by 44.18% and learning orientation by 37.43%. Conclusion: This finding indicates that learning organization construction and learning orientation affects the nurses' organizational effectiveness in hospital.
