Analysis of Business Implementation Strategy and Construction Management Techniques in Spearheading Overseas Expansion

  • The purpose of this study is to fully understand the present state of the domestic construction companies, and to analyze phased business types and construction management techniques in order to initiate overseas expansion. Because of the recession in the domestic construction market, a thorough and strategic perspective to constantly develop inroads into overseas market is required. So we carried out a questionnaire survey targeting the experts of the overseas construction and researcher, and consulted them in depth. The questionnaire survey was divided into three sections. The first section is the necessity of overseas construction and the reason. The second is the overseas business types classified into the way of advance in short-term and long-term phase possibility of expansion. Lastly, the importance of the phased construction management techniques and the current capacity of the domestic and the foreign business trends were scrutinized. On the basis of the consultation and surveys, we analyzed the overseas business types and the construction management types in the short-term and long-term phase.

급식외식분야 푸드테크 동향 연구 (A Review of FoodTech Applied to Foodservice)

  • The FoodTech industry has been developed with the rise of start-up by using AI, big data, robotics, biotechnology. In addition, sustainable development is more important with the trend of population growth, aging, and climate change. We investigated the impact of FoodTech on the foodservice industry with the cases of the global and domestic companies. The technology of AI, IoT, blockchain, robotics, automation systems are widely used to improve food safety and hygiene while as the use of diagnostic biomarkers such as blood or DNA, digital platform and app, and AI-based solutions are used in the field of personalized nutrition. With the expand of FoodTech in foodservice industry, the competencies that the managers need to develop include understanding technology, resource management, self-development, work ethics, problem-solving, and communication, therefore the support of the related education and training is required.

  • IT 프로젝트가 성공적으로 실현되기 위해서 개별 컨설턴트의 역량은 매우 중요하다. 특히 IT 프로젝트 수행 동안 발생하는 다양한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 학습이 필요하며 이 학습은 실행에 의한 학습, 타인을 통한 학습, 투자에 의한 학습으로 구분된다. 본 연구의 목적은 이러한 세 가지 학습프로세스가 컨설턴트의 의사결정 성과에 미치는 영향을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구모형을 수립하기에 앞서 팀장급 이상 컨설턴트와 3회 인터뷰를 수행하였다. 본 과정을 통해 연구모형과 설문문항에 대한 타당성 검증을 수행하였다. 100명 이상의 현직 컨설턴트들의 설문에 참여하였다. 연구결과 타인을 통한 학습은 의사결정에 아무런 영향도 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

치위생과 학습자의 문제해결능력, 자기주도적 학습능력, 의사소통능력의 향상을 위한 문제중심학습 패키지 개발 (Development of PBL packages for the improvement of the problem-solving ability, self-directed learning capability and communicative competence of dental hygiene students)

  • Obiectives : The purpose of this study was to develop PBL packages geared toward improving the problem-solving abilities, self-directed learning capabilities and communicative competency of dental hygienists, which were all required for dental hygienists to have in the dental field. Methods : After three PBL packages for a semester of oral health education were developed, the PBL packages were evaluated by an expert to determine what improvements should be made. Results : The findings of the study were as follows. The three PBL packages were based on real clinical situations and designed to have a different degree of difficulty and provide problems in the form of scenario for learners to solve in a self-directed manner. When the packages were assessed by an expert, the packages were expected to make a contribution to the improvement of the three different abilities on which this study focused, and the packages were found to be appropriate in general in terms of learning content and field applicability, though they needed some modifications. Thus, this study attempted to develop PBL packages and let an expert assess the packages in order to give some suggestions about the development of PBL packages. The packages developed in this study are expected to help boost the problem-solving abilities, self-directed learning capabilities and communicative competency of dental hygienists, which should all be possessed by dental hygienists in the dental field. Moreover, the packages were found to be conducive to the introduction of PBL in the field of dental hygiene. Conclusions : To ensure the successful application of the packages, dental hygiene students should be provided with the packages in situations similar to real clinical situations, and they should have an opportunity to practice dental hygiene duties.

대학생 직업소양능력 진단 및 지원 프로그램 적용: D 전문대학 사례를 중심으로 (Diagnosis of General Job Skills for College Students and Application of Supporting Program: based on an Example Analysis of D College)

  • 직업소양능력은 산업분야에 진출하는 산업인력들이 자신의 직무를 성공적으로 수행하기 위해 갖추어야 할 기본 능력이다. 본 연구는 대학생 직업소양능력 습득의 필요성을 인식하고 예비산업인력인 전문대학 학생의 직업소양능력 수준을 규명해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 D 전문대학을 대표사례로 선정하고 직업소양능력 진단도구인 CCQB(Core Competency Questions using BARS)를 토대로 재학생, 교원, 현장전문가 및 졸업생을 대상으로 설문조사 및 FGI(Focus Group Interview)를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 직업소양능력 수준에 대해 학생과 교원의 인식에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 능력향상을 위한 지원이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 직업소양능력에 대한 산업현장의 높은 기대와 요구에 부응하기 위해서는 학생 개인의 노력을 넘어 대학에서 보다 체계적이고 전문적인 교육프로그램과 지원시스템이 마련되어야 한다.

전문대학에서 NCS 수리능력 수업의 효과성 분석 (Analysis of Effectiveness of NCS Mathematics Ability Course in Junior College)

  • 읍면지역의 전문대학 학생들은 공통적으로 수학의 기초학력 부족을 겪고 있다. 이러한 문제점으로 인해 전공의 기초지식이 부족하여 전공학습에 어려움을 겪게 된다. 그리고 학업에 흥미를 잃어 결국 휴학이나 자퇴를 하는 경우가 많거나 취업을 하여도 직장생활에 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하고 해결하고자 국가에서는 국가직무능력표준(NCS)을 제안하고 있다. NCS에서 제안하는 직업기초능력은 직종이나 직위에 상관없이 대부분의 직종에서 직무를 성공적으로 수행하는데 필요한 능력이다. 이러한 직업기초능력 중 하나인 수리능력을 전문대학의 수학교육에 적용시키고자 한다. NCS 수리능력을 전문대학 학생들에게 적용하였을 경우, NCS 수리능력 수업의 효과성을 알아보고자 한다. 이를 통해 바람직한 전문대학 수리능력의 교육방향을 모색하고 수학의 기초학력 제고와 흥미를 유발하게 하는 데 그 목적이 있다.

Capability, Service Orientation, and Performance in the Investment Management Industry

  • Prior research has emphasized the significant effect of service orientation on organizational performance. However, little research on service orientation has been conducted in the financial field, including the investment management service industry in which high quality service for clients is required. In this paper, we propose a research model that centers on the concept of service orientation as a type of dynamic capability affecting firm performance. The research variables include job competency, risk management capability, operational capability, service orientation, and service performance. We assume that service orientation partially mediates the effects of risk management capability and operational capability on service performance. To test the model, we collected data from 391 fund managers in 86 teams (37 investment management companies) and analyzed it with partial least squares (PLS) method. Each of the 391 fund managers was asked to answer team level measures, which is effective for team level analysis. We find that job competency positively affects both risk management capability and operational capability, which in turn affect service orientation. Risk management capability and operational capability are assumed to directly affect service performance. However, risk management capability does not influence perceived service performance, whereas operational capability does affect it. This result indicates that risk management capability does not directly affect service performance. However, via service orientation, considering that risk management inconveniences customers and is geared to enhance service orientation, service performance is positively affected. Operational capability does not influence service orientation, whereas it affects perceived service performance. This result reveals that operational capability directly affects firm performance. As expected, service orientation significantly affects the service performance perception of fund managers. This study contributes to the literature by introducing service orientation to the financial industry and measures and tests team-level service performance. Our findings also provide insights to practitioners because to enhance team performance, managers must focus on service orientation in addition to operational capability.

대학생의 진로인식에 따른 진로 교육 요구도 차이 분석 (An Analysis on the Educational Needs of the Career Education according to the Career Recognition of the Undergraduates)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 진로인식이 진로개발역량에 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 진로인식 여부가 교육요구도에 어떤 차이를 가져오는가를 밝히는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학교 학생 362명에게 진로개발역량에 대한 교육요구도를 조사 및 분석하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 교육요구도는 경력개발에 대한 교육요구도가 가장 높았으며 그 다음이 직업정보탐색, 경력전환기술, 긍정적 자아개념형성, 진로계획 수립, 효과적 대인관계 형성 순이었다. 둘째, 대학생의 진로인식 여부는 역량 보유도에서는 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으나 역량 필요도에는 영향을 미치지 못했다. 셋째, 두 집단의 교육요구도의 순위는 1위에서 3위까지는 동일했으나 4위부터 6위까지는 달랐다. 즉, 두 집단 모두 교육요구도 1위는 경력개발, 2위는 직업정보탐색, 3위는 경력전환기술로 동일하였으나, 그 뒤 순위는 진로인식 집단은 긍정적 자아개념형성, 효과적 대인관계 형성, 경력전환기술 순임에 반해 진로 미인식 집단은 진로계획수립, 긍정적 자아개념형성, 효과적 대인관계 형성 순이었다. 본 연구 결과는 대학 진로교육의 효율성을 제고하는데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

식품안전 소비자교육 프로그램의 방향과 사례 프로그램 제작 연구 (A Study on the Direction of Consumer Education Program for Food Safety and the Production of Case Programs)

  • The goal of educating consumers regarding food safety is to increase consumer competency in food safety. In order to recognize consumer problems and to develop consumer competency in rapidly changing consumer environment, it is necessary to cultivate consumer knowledge, attitude, and ability on food safety required in performing the consumer role effectively. Within this context, it is necessary to develop consumer-oriented education programs which aim to change consumer values and behaviors with regard to food safety. Based on information obtained from focus group interviews, the need for educational programs for food safety, which are related to the whole process of food consumption, have been raised. The process of food consumption is divided into buying, cooking/eating, and after eating, based on the process of consumer decision making and consumer behavior. Scenarios for consumer education on food safety were developed depending on the process of food consumption. This study developed a pilot consumer education program which included the whole process of food consumption. The program of this study was designed to induce consumers to change their behavior through establishing values on food safety and may contribute to lay the foundation for the realization of food safety culture. The results will be utilized to provide future directions for consumer education programs and efficient educational materials on food safety. Finally, it is hoped that empirical evaluation and analysis on the effects of consumer education programs will be investigated in future studies.

학위연계형 일학습병행제에서 고숙련마이스터 기업현장교사의 역량 강화를 위한 표준 교과 모델 제안 (A Suggestion of Standard Curriculum Model for Strengthening the Competency of High-skilled Master Workplace Trainers In Degree-linked Work-and-Study in Parallel Courses)

  • 기업현장교사는 회사 내 일학습병행에 참여하고 있는 도제 및 고숙련 학습근로자에게 고도화된 훈련 지도 및 평가자로서의 역할을 수행하므로 심화된 이론과 기술, 풍부한 경험과 문제해결 능력이 요구된다. 본 연구는 양질의 기업현장교사 양성을 위한 한국의 학위연계형 고숙련마이스터 과정을 소개하고, 최적화된 표준 교과 모델을 제시하였다. 이는 고숙련마이스터 양성과 관련된 최초의 실증적 연구로서, 일학습병행제 고숙련마이스터 양성에 기여함은 물론 안정적인 고숙련마이스터 과정의 제도적 정착 및 활성화에 크게 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
