This study of concrete movement confronting a scope inspects the problems about the waterproofing method and leakage/repairement at present and research the mechanism with the variety of applying examples introducing adhesion and inflation using the flexible type of waterproofing and repairement and the substitution method developed with polymer resign composite. The polymer resign transmitted into adhesion or inflation materials under wet environment absorbs adjoining moisture, wraps impurities of concrete surface. get the waterproofing layer and concrete surface adhere toughly, reorganizes the impaired waterproofing layer and get over the detachment of it from concrete surface.

크레인 주행거더에 발생된 피로균열에 대한 보수방법으로 stop-hole(5mm 또는 9mm), stop-hole에 고력볼트 체결, 용접. 첨판과 고력볼트에 의한 4가지 보수방법을 적용하였다. 이중에서 stop-hole로 보수를 한 경우와 용접보수를 한 경우에는 재균열이 발생하였다. 그러나 stop-hole에 고력볼트를 체결한 경우 및 첨판과 고력볼트로 보수한 경우에는 재균열이 발생하지 않았다. 보수전과 보수후 피로강도를 비교해보면 stop-hole 또는 stop-hole과 고력볼트로 보수를 한 경우에는 모두 보수전과 동등한 피로강도를 얻었다. 용접보수를 할 경우에는 정확한 시공이 시행되면 보수전과 동등한 피로강도를 기대할 수 있지만. 시공이 잘못되면 피로강도가 현저하게 저하될 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 피로균열이 발생된 위치에 첨판과 소요볼트를 시공할 수 있는 조건이라면 첨판과 고력볼트로 보수하는 것이 가장 확실한 보수법임을 알 수 있었다.

도시 시설물에 관한 도면들은 시민의 생활과 도시 발전에 있어 매우 중요한 기반시설자원이다. 현재 이들에 대한 관리에 있어 존재하는 비효율성 방지를 위해 전산화의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 PC용 GIS 소프트웨어를 이용하여 도시시설물중 하수도 시설의 관리 방법에 관하여 연구하였다. 경기도 안산시 일부지역을 표본으로 하여 하수도관리를 전산화하는 시스템구축을 위하여 도형 자료의 입력에는 1:38,000 안산시 행 정구역도와 1:3,000 도시 계획 총괄도, 그리고 1:500 시설물 도면을 이용하였고, 속성자료로서는 토지의 지번, 하수도의 설치 년도, 관의 재질, 관경, 길이 등을 입력하였다. 데이타베이스의 구축은 관계형(Relational) 자료모형을 이용하였으며, 자료의 검색, 분석, 처리를 위하여 위상관계를 설정하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 노후관의 교체, 보수를 위한 공사와 관련된 물량, 시간, 비용 등을 계산할 수 있는 프로그램을 작성하였다.
