심리적 주인의식과 고용안정이 이직의도 및 혁신행동에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 -경북지역 중소제조기업 종업원을 중심으로- (Effects of Job Security and Psychological Ownership on Turnover Intention and Innovative Behavior of Manufacturing Employees)

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the relationships among innovative behavior, turnover intention, and job security. An additional purpose was to examine partial mediating effects on psychological ownership. The baseline of analyzing those relationships in this study is that the role of psychological ownership will be a mediator between job security and turnover intention as well as innovative behavior in the organization. To accomplish these purposes, a model was built among job security as predictor variable, the psychological ownership as mediating variable and turnover intention, and innovative behavior as criteria variables based on the studies conducted in the various areas. The 248 questionnaires surveyed from the area of DaeGu and Kyungbuk were used in the statistical analyses. The detail statistical techniques are such as descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multi regression analysis. The results of the study show that job security had positively significant effect on turnover intention and innovative behavior. In addition, only the psychological ownership of organization-level thinking have partial mediating effects between job security and innovative behavior also job security and turnover intention. The results may indicate that the psychological ownership of organization-level thinking be a key factor to alleviate the turnover intention of employees and to encourage the innovative behavior during their works for the small-medium size companies showing the unstable job security.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among Clothing Satisfaction, Social approval, Psychological dependence, and Social security-insecurity and to determine the difference of clothing behaviors by the demographic variables such as age, socioeconomics status, education, religion, and material status. Clothing Satisfaction was measured by Rim's Questionnaire(1974) moditide and supplemented for this study. For the measurement of Social approval and Psychological dependence, the Clothing Interest Inventory developed by Creekmore (1971) was adapted for this story. The measurement for the Social security-insecurity was adapted from Lapitsky's (1961) Social Security Inventory. Data were collected from 322 purposively selected elderly women over sixty dwelling in Seoul by means of interviews. For statistical analysis, frequency distribution, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's correlation coefficients were used. The results were as follows: 1. There were significant relationships among Clothing satisfaction, Social approval, and Psychological dependence. Negative significant relaionships were found between Clothing satisfaction and Social approval and between Clothing satisfaction and Psychological dependence. 2. There was negative significant relationship between Social security-insecurity and Clothing satisfaction, while positive significant relationships were found between Social security-insecurity and Social approval, and between Social security- insecurity and Psychological dependence. 3. There was significant difference in Clothing satisfaction according to socioeconomic status and education. 4. There was significant difference in Social approval according to socioeconomic statusand education. 5. There was significant difference in Psychological dependence according to education and religion.

A Study on the Consultation for Technology Leakage Victim Using NLP

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is that victims of technology leaks and people concerned about leaks complain of stress over security concerns. However, there are no psychological treatments among the government's comprehensive plans to prevent technology leaks. Therefore, the government intends to present education methods using the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program), a collective counseling technique, to heal the psychological injury of the victims. Psychological counseling methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic behavioral therapy, humanism therapy, art therapy, and other psychological therapies. Among them, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) method was used. NLP has three concepts: neuron, language, and programming, and is used as a general method for group counseling. Research design, data and methodology: In relation to composition, Chapter 1 explained the purpose and necessity of the study, Chapter 2 explained the types of psychological counseling and NLPs to help understand the study, introduced the prior study related to the development of collective counseling programs through NLP, and Chapter 3 developed a security psychological counseling education program. In addition, FGI(Focus Group Interview) was conducted for professionals. Results: Corporate counseling considered most in this study should satisfy client, counselor and manager differently from individual counseling. For this purpose, the result was composed of 11 times. In order to derive personal problems for clients, they consisted of finding, loving, expressing, and emancipating self. And, It solved the leakage anxiety to suggest a professional solution for the counselor. In addition, this course helps them become familiar with counseling techniques for becoming a good security administrator. Lastly, it was configured to leave the result for the manager to suggest the organizational development method through this training. The implication of this study is to derive psychological counseling methods for security officers. Most companies in the field of security counseling complain about technology leakage stress. There is currently no psychotherapy support project under the policy. And It was developed because it can expect sales improvement from security consultation. Conclusions: In conclusion, the results were organized to be left to the manager so that he could suggest how to develop the organization through this time.

시큐리티 요원의 심리적 임파워먼트 척도의 문항 적합도 (Item Goodness-of-Fit of Psychological Empowerment Scale in Private Security Guards)

  • 시큐리티 요원이 인지하는 자신의 역할에 대한 불확실성이 시큐리티 산업의 경영성과에 직접적인 영향을 미친다는 선행연구 결과를 토대로 시큐리티 요원이 가지는 권한의 정도를 선행적으로 규명할 필요가 있다. 그러나 이를 측정할 수 있는 심리적 임파워먼트 척도에 대한 적합성이 현재까지 시큐리티 요원을 대상으로 규명되지 않았기 때문에 정보의 타당성이 불분명하다고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시큐리티 요원의 심리적 임파워먼트 척도를 문항의 적합성, 문항의 신뢰도, 문항의 난이도, 웅답반응 범주의 적절성 관점에서의 문항 적합도를 규명하였으며 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 심리적 임파워먼트 척도의 자기결정론 요인에서 문항 11번(내 업무수행 방식에 있어서 나 스스로 결정할 수 있다)은 적합하지 않은 문항으로 나타나 향후 시큐리티 요원을 대상으로 심리적 임파워먼트를 규명할 시에는 문항 11번을 삭제하는 것이 타당하다. 둘째, 심리적 임파워먼트 척도의 문항신뢰도가 높아 다른 시큐리티 요원을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여도 결과의 일관성을 보인다. 셋째, 문항 12번(업무수행하는데 있어 독립적이며 간섭없이 일할 기회가 많다)을 응답하는데 어렵게 느끼는 반면 문항 1번(부서에 대한 나의 영향력은 크다)이 가장 쉽게 인지하고 있으며, 심리적 임파워먼트 척도의 문항난이도는 골고루 분포되어 있다. 넷째, 심리적 임파워먼트 척도의 5점 반응범주는 시큐리티 요원에게 적합한 것으로 규명되었다.

  • 21세기 정보통신 기술의 발전으로 비롯된 정보화 흐름은 안보분야에서도 커다란 변화를 야기하였으며, 미래 전장 환경은 정보전으로 변화하고 있다. 사이버 심리전은 정보전의 한 형태로, 가상의 사이버 공간에서 심리전 목표를 달성하기 위해 수행되며 전통적 심리전 영역과 사이버 공간의 결합된 독특한 특수성을 지니고 있다. 특히 21세기 역동적 안보환경에서 국가안보를 위한 사이버심리전의 중요성은 아무리 강조해도 지나침이 없다. 효율적 국방사이버심리전 수행을 위해서는 우선 현존하는 최대 안보위협요인인 북한의 사이버심리전을 효과적으로 차단하고 이에 대한 대응책을 마련하는 한편, 테러 등최근 대두되고 있는 우리 국민과 국익관련 각종 분쟁해결을 위한 사이버심리전 전개방안도 강구되어야 할 것이다.

정보보안 심리적 권한이 업무 스트레스를 통해 정책 저항 완화에 미치는 영향: 공정성 분위기의 조절 효과 (The Effect on the IS Psychological Empowerment on the Mitigation of IS Policy Resistance Through IS Role Stress: Focusing on the Moderation of IS Justice Climate)

  • 내부자의 정보 노출 사고가 지속해서 발생하면서, 조직 내부의 정보보안 강화에 대한 요구가 높아지고 있다. 그러나 엄격한 정보보안 정책 및 규칙이 조직원에게 적용될 때 정보보안 스트레스와 저항 행동으로 나타날 수 있다. 본 연구는 내부자의 정보보안 정책의 부정적 행동 원인과 완화 요인을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 특히, 개인(심리적 권한) 및 조직(공정성 분위기) 요인이 어떻게 상호 영향을 주어 부정적 행동을 완화하는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 연구는 정보보안 정책을 내부자에게 반영하는 조직의 근로자에게 설문하여 표본을 확보했으며, 구조방정식모델링으로 가설검증을 하였다. 분석 결과, 정보보안 관련 심리적 권한이 정책 저항에 미치는 영향을 업무 스트레스가 부분 매개 효과를 가졌으며, 공정성 분위기가 심리적 권한의 영향을 강화하였다. 연구 결과는 내부자의 정보보안 정책 저항 감소를 위한 방향성을 제시하였으므로, 조직 내부의 보안 목표 달성을 위한 전략 수립에 도움을 준다.

Inner and Outer Resources of Coping in Newly Diagnosed Breast Cancer Patients : Attachment Security and Social Support

  • Objectives The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of attachment security, social support and health-related burden in the prediction of psychological distress and the mediation effects of social support and health-related burden in relationship between attachment security and psychological distress. Methods Finally, 161 patients were included for the analysis. Chi-square test and independent samples t-test were used for comparing differences between depressive/anxious group and non-depressive/non-anxious group. For evaluating the relationship among attachment security, social support, psychological distress and health-related burden, structural equation modeling analysis were performed. Results 40.7% and 32.0% of the patients have significant depressive symptoms and anxiety symptoms, respectively. In the analysis for testing the differences between groups who have psychological distress and who have not, there were no significant differences of sociodemographic factors and medical characteristics between groups, except for association between depressive symptoms and type of surgery (p = 0.01). Contrary to sociodemographic and medical characteristics, there were significant differences of health-related burden and two coping resources (attachment security and social support) between groups (all p < 0.01), except for the support from medical team in between anxious group and non-anxious group (p = 0.20). In the structural equation model analysis (Model fit : chi-square/df ratio = 0.8, root mean square error of approximation = 0.000, comparative fit index = 1.000, non-normed fit index =0.991), attachment security and social support emerged as an important predictor of psychopathology. Conclusions Attachment security and social support are important factors affecting the psychological distress. We suggest that individual attachment style and the social support state must be considered to approach the newly diagnosed breast cancer patients with psychological distress.

Chinese Female Consumers' Intention to Use Mobile Payment Services

  • Purpose - This study intended to investigate ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services. For this purpose, this research investigated the relationships among security and compatibility of the mobile payment service, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use, psychological benefit, and intention to use mobile payment. Research design, data, and methodology - This research developed a structural equation model in which the usefulness, the ease of use, and the psychological benefit are predictors and the intention to use is a dependent variable. Data were collected from China female in Jiangsu and Shandong province. Results - Empirical results showed that the security and the compatibility had a positive influence on the usefulness and the ease of use. The usefulness and the ease of use influenced on the psychological benefit respectively and the psychological benefit had a positive influence on the intention to use. Conclusions - This research contributed to the mobile payment service literature by showing how Chinese women consumers adopt the mobile payment service based on TAM. Moreover, current study introduced the security and the compatibility as antecedents of the usefulness and the ease of use and revealed the mediating role of psychological benefit. Managerially, theses results suggested retailing companies ways to influence on the Chinese female consumers' use of mobile payment services.

민간경비원의 긍정심리자본과 직무태도 변수간의 영향관계 분석 (Analysis of Influencing Relationship Between Private Security Guards' Positive Psychological Capital and Job attitudes)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 민간경비원의 긍정심리자본과 직무태도 변수간의 영향관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 경기도 소재 민간경비업체 10곳에서 근무하는 민간경비원 310명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 불성실하게 응답되었다고 판단되는 설문지 15부를 제외한 총 295부의 자료를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였고 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 민간경비원의 긍정심리자본은 직무만족에 정(+)적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 민간경비원의 긍정심리자본은 직무몰입에 정(+)적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 직무만족은 직무몰입에 정(+)적 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 민간경비원의 긍정심리자본과 직무몰입 간의 관계에서 직무만족은 부분적으로 매개역할을 한다. 종합해 볼 때, 민간경비원의 긍정심리자본이 직무만족과 직무몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 중요한 변수이며, 민간경비원의 직무만족도가 높아질수록 직무에 대한 몰입도가 높아지는 것을 알 수 있다.

경호원의 심리요인이 임무수행에 미치는 영향 (Against the Effect of Performance Duty Practicing in Psychological Factors of Security Guard)

  • Bodyguards always perform their duty with psychological burdens in their mind, not only because security situations are developed in various forms dependent on the surrounding environments or circumstances, but because bodyguards only take follow-up actions while the criminal decides time, place, and style of every attack. Thus, in the security situation, it is not uncommon for bodyguards to experience muscle rigidity, uncontrollable emotional elevation, difficulty in concentration, negative perception, frustration and enervation, which are caused by continuous physical/mental burdens, stimulations by various interpersonal behaviors or minute environmental stimulants. In conclusion, the result of performing security duties is related in the first place with the degree of the bodyguard's potential, in the second place with the degree of training and efficiency. And the result can also be changed by the way they control their negative psychological state of the moment when they carry out the skills they acquired. Maximizing the performance of the bodyguards by helping them overcome these psychological factors may be facilitated by detecting their psychological factors, understanding the causes, and training them in applying appropriate measures for overcoming these factors. When these measures are applied, the positive perception is indispensable that duties of protecting clients can be carried out successfully. No single measure can be declared to be more effective than the other because the effect of each measure is expressed differently by the individual characteristics of the bodyguards. However, it is important to select and apply the measures most appropriate to the bodyguard. Besides, they should devote themselves to the training with persistence because efficient implement of the measures for overcoming psychological factors takes a lot of time.
