This study aims to identify priorities in book curation service that the teacher librarians perceive important through the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Progress) method by comparing the jobs of teacher librarians with those of curators and selecting the contents and areas of book curation service provided by school libraries. For the purpose, this study categorized the book curation service areas by class and analyzed the priorities in the book curation service areas in the school libraries by applying the AHP method on the teacher librarians who are the personnel in school libraries. As a result, the priorities in the upper-tier class were turned out to be information services, improvement of expertise, information resources, management, and promotion & marketing in that order. The priorities in the lower-tier evaluation areas were shown in the order of survey & research, Q&A, self-development, exhibition, budget allocation, connecting with experts, trend analysis, reading education, human resources, planning, collaboration class, marketing services, book status, online promotion, offline promotion, and facilities & environment. Based on the results, this study suggested the following plans to provide effective book curation services in school libraries: grasping characteristics of school library users, setting classification criteria for book curation, and finding reader participation-oriented book curation service.
This paper aims to establish a Fengshui-based marketing model that companies engaged in selling dwelling spaces can utilize to increase their sales. The study is based on an investigation of appraisal statements and analysis techniques used in Fengshui. The Fengshui marketing model can be used for corporate advertising, sales promotions, public relations events, and for framing an overall marketing strategy according to changing consumer demand. As a sales promotion strategy, it can be used to influence consumer psychology and behavior. Although this study is limited to the all-pervasive advertising and marketing of houses by construction companies under installment plans, the Fengshui marketing method can also be used for the sale of store locations, space for product display, and so on. Initially, I analyze living spaces according to traditional Fengshui theory, and subsequently apply the modern method to study topographical space structures and geomagnetism disturbances. I present a standard form for writing the Fengshui appraisal statement based on the objective analytical method of Fengshui. With its shortcomings remedied, the appraisal statement can lead to high-quality advertising and increased valuations because it is based on objective data analysis and systematic evaluation of houses. In brief, I have designed the Fengshui marketing model as a sales promotion technique for the housing industry. I believe this study will contribute to the application of Fengshui in the housing industry's sales promotion efforts through high-quality advertising. Future research should evaluate Fengshui marketing in the housing industry based on case studies. Research questions to be addressed could include how Fengshui marketing has affected installment sales of houses and how Fengshui architectural practices affect general well-being. These studies would help propagate Fengshui marketing by validating its effectiveness. In addition, case studies should be undertaken to consider the practical applications of Fengshui marketing, how it can contribute to maximizing a company's image and profits, and how it can promote customer satisfaction.
This paper proposes a prepaid system promotion policy for the 3G(WCDMA) MVNO with regard to the newly included paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of Article 32 (User Protection) and Article 38 (Provision of Wholesale Telecommunications Services) of the Telecommunication Business Act, which was revised on March 22, 2010. As of June 2011, there are only a few prepaid system subscribers to the mobile communications service due to various limitations, including prepay, interconnection, carrier selection, the MVNO policy, and number portability. However, overseas communications service regulatory agencies and service providers are increasingly presenting policies and strategies for mobile prepaid plans, in order to accommodate the various customer demands that are increasing the use of smart phones and data. This paper advances various proposals concerning promotion of the prepaid system by the 3G MVNO under the current Telecommunication Business Act, including separation of the prepaid data system and the mobile network; introduction of a monthly fixed-rate hybrid prepaid system, a top-up system and USIM system; introduction of mobile network carrier selection; differentiated retail discounts between prepaid and post-paid prices; revision of the retail discount policy for wholesale provision; increase in the number of mandatory service providers; and in-depth consideration of the introduction of a number portability policy for the prepaid and post-paid systems.

The Korea Coast Guard(KCG) is the only comprehensive maritime administrative agency in Korea that performs various tasks taking place in the ocean, including rescue operations, disaster management, policing, Drug and smuggling crackdown, responding to Response to invasion of maritime territory, environmental conservation, and maritime security. It is vital to inform the public of the role and mission of KCG as the only comprehensive maritime administrative agency in Korea. However, most citizens, excluding residents of the coastal and island areas, have little knowledge of the security administration services of the KCG due to lack of exposure. This study reviewed the KCG's public relations(PR) organization and current status using KCG promotional materials, diagnosed the actual conditions of KCG's PR, and suggested ways to improve public relations activities through a questionnaire survey of public relations personnel. Through literature research and questionnaire survey, the KCG's public relations status was estimated and the measures to enhance publicity was derived as follows: strengthening the PR organization by reinforcing the personnel in charge of PR, improving customized promotion by clarifying the promotion strategy according to the promotion target, enhancing job training for PR personnel, and increasing the interest and support of commanders and internal members in charge of PR work.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of the Gyeonggi province book sharing regular delivery project for pre-schoolers in 2021, analyze the problems of the project, and suggest improvement measures to help the preparation of policies for the promotion of reading culture in Gyeonggi province. As a result of the survey, the necessity and satisfaction of the project were found to be very high for both the caregivers and the reading coaches. In particular, in the case of caregivers, the higher the amount of reading after the project, the higher the need for and satisfaction with the project. It was found that they wanted to participate in programs such as regular book delivery. Even in the convergence of expert opinions, it was evaluated that there was a positive change in the perception of parenting by reading by caregivers, and that the necessity and satisfaction of this project were very high due to the development of infant-parent interaction. However, in the self-evaluation of the project manager and the implementing organization, it was evaluated that better results could be achieved only when the project was carried out through thorough planning and preparation in advance. Through this, for the continuity of Gyeonggi province regular delivery of children's book packages, improvement plans were presented and Gyeonggi-do's reading culture promotion policy was proposed.
The purpose of this study is to identify the difficulties in business implementation that blockchain suppliers are experiencing, and to suggest ways to promote blockchain technology by solving them. First, industrial surveys of blockchain supply companies were collected. Next, a survey was conducted to confirm whether financial service users intend to use blockchain technology. The research results are as follows. First, in user characteristics, usefulness and innovation were found to have an effect on intention to use. In the technical characteristics, suitability and reliability were found to affect the intention to use. Second, in user characteristics, usefulness and innovativeness were found to affect the intention to use by mediating promotion conditions. In the technical characteristics, suitability and reliability were found to affect the intention to use by mediating the promotion conditions. Third, it was found that the new technology environment modulates the effect of ubiquity and innovativeness on the intention to use. The new technology environment was found to moderate the impact of security on intention to use. Fourth, it was found that the organizational environment moderates the effect of security and suitability on the intention to use. A plan to solve the difficulties of these blockchain suppliers and a plan to promote blockchain-based financial services are presented.
This thesis aims to research ways for the regional balanced development of cartoon creation & production environment being centered in metropolitan area in Korean cartoon industry which has rapidly changed since 2013. As a cartoon can not only be produced with relative lower production cost comparing to those of other cultural contents industries, but also can be produced only if the minimal requirements for cartoon production is prepared, so the cartoon is a field that the decentralization can be accomplished very easily. Currently, most cartoon-relevant companies and cartoon promotion institutions are located in Seoul an Bucheon, etc. However, cartoon artists live nationwide, and even cartoon artists producing their works abroad are reached to a significant number. In some regions like Daejeon, Busan, Suncheon and Gyeongbuk (Gyeongsangbuk-do), there have been appeared full-scale movement to construct regional cartoon creation & production centers since 2015. This thesis aimed to investigate each region's movement to construct cartoon creation & production center with oversea cases, and to check how such movement could be balanced and harmonized with each region's unique features. First of all, this thesis analyzed the status quo of government's policy nurturing the cartoon industry. Korean government's cartoon-promotion policy around the axis of the Cartoon Industry's Mid.Long-Term Development Plan has been developed around the Korea Creative Content Agency and the Korea Manwha(cartoon) Contents Agency in Bucheon, but as the webtoon industry has rapidly grown up, the necessity for building a cartoon promotion institution in each region has been raised since 2015. With the establishment of 4th Cartoon Industry Mid.Long-Term Development Plan to be executed from 2019, it seems that full-scaled support framework for cartoon regional balanced development should be occupied. For the case of foreign countries, cartoon promotion institutions and relevant events have been developed around regions from early times like San-Diego, USA(Comicon), Angouleme, France(National Image Center), Kyoto (Cartoon Museum), Sakaiminato(Misuki Sigeru Road), Japan gave a lot of implications. In the section of conclusion, this study aimed to suggest the importance of and necessity for establishing a cartoon creation & production center in each region appropriately for the region's identity and characteristics with specific plans. Based on that, this thesis aimed to suggest a vision for cartoon & webtoon industry that regional creation & production system can be settled almost only in the cultural contents industry.
Development restriction areas (greenbelt areas) of Korea were recognized in 1970 as a means to control urban sprawl and conserve the natural environment. Although there have been some achievements, for a long time many planners and residents have requested a redefining of the green belt due to individual property rights restrictions and urban management problems. In fact, a lot of the greenbelt area is being destroyed by urban development. Therefore, conservation of ecological spaces in the green belt is needed to maintain urban naturalness. In this regard, this study suggests efficient methods to manage the greenbelt through the adoption of a landscape ecological value assessment. The greenbelt of the Seoul Metropolitan Area (SMA) is represented as the case study because there has been mounting pressure to develop the area in Korea. In this study, the assessment of the landscape ecology in the greenbelt area focuses on landscape structure and function. The assessment consists of the following steps: First, patches were derived by NDVI analysis using landsat remote sensing data. Second, characteristics of the patches were quantified by analyzing the landscape structure, such as patch size and shape index. Lastly, the gravity model and least cost path analysis to assess connectivity were applied to evaluate the landscape function in the green belt areas. The assessment result showed that 48.45% of green belt area should be conserved to maintain ecological stability and function. Moreover, major ecological networks were identified near the large patches in the northern and southern areas. However, relative low ecological values were identified in the western part of the green belt area due to the lack of green spaces. Furthermore, some development plans in the green belt were also identified near the conservation area. Based on these results, the restoration needed areas to enhance ecological value in green belt were displayed. This study suggests efficient management of the greenbelt area, which is disappearing as a result of urban development. The area for conservation chosen in this study should be managed carefully in urban planning. Finally, the results of this study can be used in green belt polices and plans for the promotion of ecological naturalness and stability.
The purpose of this study is to deduce the effective improvement plans of engineering education system and to provide the base materials by analyzing satisfaction and problems in the perception survey of stakeholders related in engineering education system including Engineering Education Accreditation System. Engineering education system improvement plans from the results of study are as follows. First, government and university should provide more financial support to the college in order to improve education environment such as laboratories and equipment. Second, in order to improve links among engineering education stakeholders, student-professor, student-faculty, and colleges should operate effective mentoring program and consultation plan. Third, according to service quality evaluation, colleges need to give rewards to distinguished faculties for their outstanding work and build up job training about services in order to enhance satisfaction of students and professors, Also, business related to Engineering Education Accreditation System should be simplified and needs to increase the number of workers exclusively responsible for this work. Forth, in order to enhance comprehension of learning outcome and outcome of Engineering Education Accreditation System, it is necessary to improve Engineering education innovation center's status, to establish active systematic promotion system and to operate engineering education evaluation expert committee such as 'Engineering education system evaluation council'. Fifth, because of the stakeholder's shortage of benefits and tiredness accumulation, the issue of effectiveness in engineering education institutions has raised controversy. Thus, engineering education institutions needs to take measure necessary. Moreover, engineering education improvements should be improved by reflecting opinions from professors, faculties and students who are practically planning, operating and participating engineering education programs.
Recently, due to the global economic crisis and prolongation of slow growth period, many countries have proposed creative economy as an important policy for economic growth. Korea has also progressed important policies such as development of creative industries, start-up activation and employment creation through creative economy as a key policy. However, each country has a different definition of creative economy and detailed field to promote, and there is a lack of research on creative economy of industrial complexes and activation plans of creative industries. This study derived the priority order and importance of development plans to develop into creative clusters through AHP analysis base on Gumi National Industrial Complex that have had a significant role in the national economy since the 1970s. As a result, the creativity enhancing factor was the highest priority, followed by creative infrastructure and network. These results mean that it is necessary to promote creativity in order national industrial complexes to continuously lead national economy and for this purpose it needs to prioritize the development of creative human resources and to extend the creative R&D. This study can be provided to government and local policy makers and innovation agencies as basis data and practical policy guide to establish a successful creative cluster by deriving the priority order in reflection of both hardware and software policies such as infrastructure to develop national industrial complex into creative cluster.
