A 2(pedagogical agent: with vs. without) × 2(on-screen text: with vs. without) between-subject design was used in this study to investigate the effects of pedagogical agent and redundant on-screen text on video learning. In the case of the educational video without redundant on-screen text, there was no difference in social presence, satisfaction, and intention to continue learning regardless of the presence of a pedagogical agent. However, when the educational video contained redundant on-screen text, participants who watched educational video with pedagogical agent perceived higher social presence, satisfaction and intention to continue. In terms of academic achievement, no difference was found whether redundant on-screen text was contained or not. It supports some of the previous studies on the reverse-redundancy effects, suggesting that the inclusion of redundant text does not necessarily cause the reduction of learning outcomes. Video learning shows a higher dropout rate than face-to-face learning. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand how to strengthen interactions with learners and motivate them to keep themselves engaged in learning. This study discussed whether pedagogical agent and on-screen text are factors that induce continuous participation of learners in video learning.

Genre paintings, which describes the lives of ordinary people, has lifestyle and Pungnyu of our ancestors. Pungnyu is aesthetic consciousness and a way of lives. The culture of Pungnyu is a kind of art boundary that combines high spirits and art. The Pungnyu is an icon of Korean culture, realization of taste, and happens through "stroll", which means the walking peacefully, and "sightsee", which means go sightseeing. It shows through the rambling and the excursion. Hyewon's 'Jeonsincheob'('傳神帖', a kind of spirit transferred drawings book) is a genre painting which represents Pungnyu and shows various activities at that time. Therefore, we can understand our own spirit and soul through appreciating his paintings. Hyewon's 「Jeonsincheob」 has three special features. Firstly, it is the symbol of Korea traditional Pungnyu. Secondly, it contributes to development of the East art. Lastly, Hyewon's 「Jeonsincheob」 can be considered in terms of glocalism, which means the combination of globalization and localization and can be explained by the relation of the center=the periphery, the globalization=the Korean wave, the universality=the particularity. Hyewon's 'Jeonsincheob' has aesthetic boundaries. One aims at individual pleasure. Another aims at harmony with its natural environment in which you are. Also, it can be considered as the boundaries of enjoying together which aims at harmony with social environment among group members.

This study identified cooperative governance status and performance and proposed policy implications for the local tourism association, which participated by a variety of stakeholders. This study is a case study and in-depth interview survey was conducted on the staff, members of the local tourism association and local government officers. As a result of the analysis, the community's desire to foster tourism and the county head's leadership influenced the establishment process. It was analyzed that the interests of participants in the local tourism association and the benefits they expected were varied. Members have been unable to participate in the operation of the association and the mutual exchanges of the members have not been active. The leadership and professionalism of the Secretariat has contributed to stabilizing the organization, and it has been shown that it needs to secure self-sustaining power through its own profit projects in the future. The Goryeong Tourism Association serves as a private local tourism promotion organization, carrying out the successful hosting of the festival and attracting tourists. In the future, however, it is necessary to strengthen cooperative networks, autonomous participation of stakeholders and cooperative coordination of interests in relation to the operation of tourism councils as collaborative governance.

The purpose of this study is to explore the meaning of YangSaeng exercise as a recreational activity for older adults. Twelve older adults who participated in the 'YangSaeng Exercise' at the S Senior Welfare Service Center were interviewed through purposeful sampling method. Each participant was interviewed two times, and data were analyzed using Strauss and Corbin's(1988) grounded theory method. Centralization was appeared as 'An addiction to YangSaeng exercise' and causal conditions were appeared as 'Visiting Welfare Center' and 'Participation in YangSaeng exercise program' and situational context were appeared as 'Self-management of old ages' and 'For possession of Independent Life' as the results of Axial Coding. Moreover, arbitrational conditions were 'Coexistence of Regret and Attraction' and interaction strategies were appeared as 'Accept', 'Effort and Easing Mind' and 'Share Together'. As a result, 'Appreciation', 'YangSaeng Exercise that comes in my Life' and 'Softly Pitapat' were derived. Core category of 'Living Joyfully with comforted and eased' was selected through outline of story which means it contains Positivity and Expectations, Acceptance and Acknowledgement, Satisfaction and Appreciation, and Commitment and Hope. Based on the findings, we acknowledge that YangSaeng exercise plays a role in improving quality of life of older adults as a recreational activity. This study sheds light on the possibility of implementing 'YangSaeng Exercise' as a health promotion activity among older adults.

This study was conducted to examine the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training teachers and instructors and to examine ways to apply micro credentials. To this end, the current status of the remuneration curriculum of vocational ability development training instructors and instructors at K University's Competency Education Development Institute, the characteristics of micro credentials, and the possibility of linking the remuneration curriculum to micro credentials are as follows. First, most of the recognition of digital certificates was positive for digital certificates such as digital credit, digital badge issuance, and recognition of the recognized qualification process of maintenance education when completing the training course. In addition, as a method of applying micro credentials to conservative education, various cases were proposed to benefit from conservative education, systematization and grading of the qualification process, and credit of the qualification process. Second, as an institutional supplement to enhance the utilization of conservative education using micro credentials, the need to expand NCS-based major conservative education, provide efficient learning contents and learning methods, and set minimum completion time. In addition, the most common response as a way to improve the understanding of teachers and instructors in vocational ability development training was the micro credential promotion plan. Third, in the role of conservative education institutions and vocational ability development training instructors and instructors, conservative education institutions mention maintaining educational quality the most, and active participation was the role of vocational ability development training instructors. Through this study, it is expected to establish a vocational training environment that can enhance expertise and provide a practical portfolio of practical competency history by linking the remuneration curriculum of vocational competency development training instructors and micro credentials.

After participating in the Second Boer War in 1899, the Australian Army participated in world wars such as World War I, World War II, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. To overcome the decline in the social recognition of soldiers and the continuous shortage of troops caused by the protracted war, the status and role of female personnel were expanded. The use of female manpower, which started as medical support during the Second Boer War, expanded to combat support missions such as communications, maintenance, driving, secret document management, and radar surveillance during World War II. After the Vietnam War, the Chiefs of Staff of the Australian Army, Navy and Air Force established a committee to expand women's participation in the military, improved service conditions for female personnel and supplemented regulations so that they were treated as soldiers, not women, and reached a turning point in expanding the role of female personnel in the Australian military. As a result, all combat positions, including special forces, were opened to women in 2014, and a plan was established to increase the proportion of women in each service by 2030. In this study, several important aspects were studied in producing video advertisements based on the lifestyle and SNS status of Generation Z. Generation Z highly values participation and interaction due to the nature of SNS, so SNS advertisements should be produced in a way that induces active interaction with viewers and accepts feedback. Here's a summary of the main parts. It prefers various content formats of Generation Z that consume information. Advertisements should be produced in various formats such as text, images, and videos, and should have flexibility suitable for various platforms. Because each SNS platform has its own characteristics due to platform specialization, this study suggests that advertisements analyze the characteristics of the platform and use the appropriate content strategy for the optimized platform. As an emphasis on value proposition, we propose an advertising format setting to focus on what value the product or brand provides. It is important to clearly emphasize the advantages and intrinsic value of a product or service in video advertising, and in conclusion, we propose to focus on the case of increasing interest by adopting modern and trendy design of storytelling as an attractive and unique design method of aesthetic design and visual effects. Considering these factors comprehensively, the research value of this paper will be able to establish an effective SNS marketing strategy by producing video advertisements that match the lifestyle and SNS usage characteristics of Generation Z.

This study attempted to examine how participation in a cooperative learning extracurricular program affects the improvement of college students' self-directed learning abilities. In order to operate a cooperative learning extracurricular program, students were recruited voluntarily through the school system. A total of 128 students were selected. They formed groups according to the number of participants and participated in the cooperative learning extracurricular program for 9 weeks. Before the program was implemented and after the program was terminated, a survey was conducted on the self-directed learning ability of participating students through a questionnaire. The effectiveness of the program was examined through pre-post tests of the experimental group. The results are as follow. First, the self-directed learning ability scores of students who participated in the cooperative learning extracurricular program significantly improved. Second, in order to closely analyze self-directed learning ability, the sub-elements of self-directed learning ability were examined, and the scores of self-awareness and learning strategy, which are sub-elements of self-directed learning ability, were found to have significantly increased. However, although scores for learning motivation and learning situations improved, the levels were not found to be statistically significant. Based on these results, we presented discussions for improving college students' self-directed learning ability and ways to revitalize cooperative learning in universities.

This study was conducted to confirm the meaning and essence of the interpersonal caring experience of nursing students who participated in an enneagram-based care intervention program. The subjects of the study were nine second-year students in the Department of Nursing at a university located in the region, and data were collected from April 25 to August 26, 2022, through interview records, statements, and reflection journals. The collected data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Results, It appeared in three categories and 10 topic groups 'Recognition through sharing and listening', 'Acceptance through comfort and forgiveness', 'Praise and giving hope through participation and companionship in daily life', While writing a person care reflection journal, you can realize the meaning of care through critical reflection, understand the essence of the person care experience, and confirm the vivid person care experience, and develop the ability to care for people through in-depth reflection on personal experiences, feelings, and deep understanding. As this improved and internalized care, confidence in one's own ability to care increased. Therefore, it is believed that the experience of caring for people based on the Enneagram can be confirmed, the results can be used for learning, and it will be used as educational material to perform people care, contributing to the development of people care education.

In order to create an organizational culture that prevents women's career breaks and promotes economic activities, this study aimed at developing educational content for workplace culture improvement for both male and female workers working at small and medium-sized enterprises in Jeollanam-do. The core content composition and content design specifically consider the characteristics of Jeollanam-do based on an advisory meeting of the field experts and researchers to ensure the on-site utilization of the content and the validity and consistency of the teaching content. The educational content is divided into three areas: understanding, effectiveness, and the implementation of a gender-sensitive work-life balance organizational culture. The aim of the content is for all employees to understand the meaning of work-life balance and to improve the organizational culture of their company from the perspective of individuals, families, companies, and society. In particular, the intention was to personally identify and implement measures to improve a gender-equal work-life balance, not only at work, but also with regard to domestic labor and leisure time. Furthermore, the content is presented from a gender-sensitive perspective that encompasses diversity, systems, and programs targeting women, men, single people, married people, young people, the elderly, and people with disabilities - all these groups are explained as examples. The content emphasizes that we should all actively participate in improving the organizational culture of our companies. In addition, the Women's New Work Center should seek ways to increase the motivation for the voluntary participation by companies and strengthen the expertise of instructors in work-life balance education.
