건설공사의 진도율 산정 방법에 관한 연구 (A study on progress measurement method of a construction project)

  • 건선 사업에 일어서 초기 계획과 기성의 주기적이고 반복적인 비교 검토는 매우 중요하다. 이를 위해서는 정확한 현장 실적자료가 제공되어야하고, 작업량을 객관적으로 계량화하는 기준 및 진행상황을 정확히 반영한 진도율 산정이 필요하다. 이러한 진도율 산정을 위해서는 전체 사업이 명확한 작업범위를 갖는 단위작업으로 분할되어, 각 단위 작업에 필요한 정보가 할당되어야 한다. 국내 건설 사업에서와 같이 내역중심의 사업관리가 이루어지고 있는 상황하에서는 각 단위작업의 물량, 공사비 둥을 포함한 비용 정보 뿐만 아니라 일정 정보를 반영한 진도율 산정 방법이 필수적이며, 본 연구에서는 두 가지 정보에 의한 가중 진도율 산정방법을 제시하고자 한다.

건설공정관리를 위한 BIM데이터와 템플릿 활용 방안 (A Study on the Using of BIM Data and Template for Construction Progress Management)

  • 현재 국내 건설사에서 일부 BIM을 적용하고 있지만, BIM도입에 따른 업무변화와 새로운 학습에 대한 막연한 거부감으로 업무에 적극적으로 활용되지 못하고 있다. 또한 설계단계에 작성된 BIM모델을 시공단계에 활용하기 위해서는 시공시 필요한 공정정보가 제공되어져야 하는데, 공정정보의 입력 체계와 활용 방법이 미비한 실정이다. 따라서 건설사의 BIM의 적극적 도입과 생산성 향상을 위해 본 연구는 BIM의 기본적인 정보를 건축 공정상의 흐름에 따라 필요한 정보가 쉽고 간편한 결과로 나타날 수 있도록 건설공정관리 BIM템플릿을 개발하였다. 이를 위해 작업분류체계(WBS)의 단위정보(주요단위, 세부단위, 상세단위)를 매개변수에 적용하여 공정별 기간별 공정진도 탐색기를 구성하고, 3D뷰 일람표를 생성하였다. 템플릿을 사용하기 위해 Dynamo를 활용하여 BIM모델 객체에 공정정보를 입력하는 방법을 고안하였다. 또한 건설공사의 자재별 물량을 쉽고 빠르게 산출 할 수 있도록 하였다. 건설공정관리 BIM템플릿을 검증하기 위해 실제 프로젝트에 적용하여 가시성과 일람표를 평가하였다. 그 결과 건설공정관리 BIM템플릿이 프로젝트 공정정보를 용이하게 관리할 수 있게 하여, 건설사의 BIM의 적극적 도입과 생산성 향상에 기여할 수 있다.

  • As amount of information in construction industry is growing, the role of information system in project management is becoming increasingly important. With the emerging IT application to the advancing construction industry, construction project management system with advanced technology has been progressed vigorously to improve construction productivity and management efficiency. Recently, a web-based Project Management Information System (PMIS) is developed to support decision-making process by efficiently managing project related information generated from various discipline. Many firms are in the process of developing the PMIS system or already have been applied the system to various projects. However, PMIS is still in its early stage of development to be applied at industrial plant construction projects that process management is significantly emphasized for the successful execution of the project. With the complexity of the industrial plant projects, the industry practitioners need to be able to visualize the construction schedule information to manage the project efficiently. This study suggests methodologies for improving PMIS specialized for industrial plant piping construction projects to estimate the baseline schedule and performance measurement more accurately by developing a framework for the piping construction projects. By using this developed system, the researchers expect that piping construction projects will be more efficiently managed on a real-time basis through measuring progress of piping at each and every state of progress milestone and provide management with opportunities to forecast the level of efforts required to execute the remaining work scope in a timely manner

  • 착공 전 단계의 부족한 공정리스크 관리는 시공단계의 공정리스크로 발생하여 프로젝트의 공기연장과 원가상승 등의 부정적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 착공 전 단계의 공정리스크 관리는 프로젝트 성공의 중요한 요소이자 건설기업의 경쟁력으로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 공사 착공 전 단계의 공정리스크 관리를 위한 대상 공종별 리스크 요인 도출 및 대응방안을 제시하고자 한다. 대상 공종은 토공사, 철근콘크리트공사, 철골공사, 커튼월공사로 한정하였고 방법론은 지식관리시스템(Knowledge Management System)을 적용하여 공종별 전문가에 의한 업무 플로우를 작성하였다. 업무 플로우 분석을 통하여 업무 단계별 공정리스크 인자를 도출하였고, 리스크 인자의 중요도에 따른 리스크 요인별 대응방안과 담당자, 수행시점, 요구정보 등과 같은 세부대책을 제시하였다.

아토피성 질환관리의 최신 동향 (Recent Progress in the Care of Atopic Disease in Children)

  • Background: Atopic dermatitis starts as an early childhood type I hypersensitivity to environmental allergens and is often the first step in the atopic march to develop into asthma and allergic rhinitis. Despite progress that has been achieved in management, this health problem remains poorly controlled and cause great pain and suffering for many children and their parents To introduce nurses to recent progress in pathophysiology, management and preventive measure of atopic disease. Search method: Systemic search was done using the PubMed and CINAHL from 1980 to 2005. In addition, historical references were taken from standard medical textbook. Results: In total, 30 relevant publications were located including primary research and review articles that cover the pathophysiology, management, and preventive measure of atopy. The evidence emerging from literature indicate that non-medical approaches such as breastfeeding and probiotics would improve management outcomes. Conclusion: The review suggests that breastfeeding and probiotic approaches would be the most effective preventive measures for children with atopic diseases.

지속적인 종합적 품질경영(TQM) 실행의 결정요인에 관한 연구 (An Empirical Study on Factors that determine on Success Factors of Total Quality Management Implementation)

  • According to the study of TQM implementations, the odds that an organization will successfully implement total quality management are two to one-against it. Based on the Brown's study, two thirds of all TQM implementations are dropped or fail altogether. However, organizations armed with knowledge of the factors that have the biggest impact on their success can take steps to influence or change those factors. In this paper, we studied on the degree of influence between those factors and successful start up and alignment factors. Based on extensive literature reviews those factors, threat, commitment, plan, progress and strategy are determined. Also we determine the successful start up and alignment factors. A framework of research including above factors is developed and tested statistically The Perceived data are collected from managers of quality departments of 141 Korean firms through survey. The results show that the rating of those factors which determine success of implementing TQM is progress, commitment, strategy and progress. But the factor of threat shows negative influence for the success of implementing TQM.

Earned Schedule 개념을 활용한 국방 연구개발 사업진도 기법의 일정 관리 및 예측 기능 연구 (Research of Schedule Managing and Forecasting for Project Progress Method in Defense Research & Development using Earned Schedule Concept)

  • Traditional project progress method(PPM) has been used for Korean defense research and development project management for the last 20 years. However, it is difficult to intuitively understand the performance in terms of the project schedule, because the PPM does not provide the function of managing and forecasting project schedule. Therefore, this paper proposes new schedule managing and forecasting function for the PPM using earned schedule management concept. We verify the effectiveness of the proposed functions through several defense projects and prove that it is possible to reinforce the schedule management function of the PPM.

  • Many diseases cause other diseases with strength of influences and time intervals. Prognostic and therapeutic assessments are the important part of clinical medicine as well as diagnostic assessments. In cases where a patient already has manufestations of multiple disorders (complications), progress forecasting and therapy decision by physicians without support tools are very dificult: physicians often say that "Once complications set in, the patient may die". Treating complications are difficult tasks for physicians, because they have to consider all of the complexities, possibilities and interactions between the diseases. The prediction of multiple disorders has many bundles that arise from such time-dependent interrelationships between diseases and nonlinear progress. This paper proposes a model based on time-dependent influences, which appropriately describes the progress of mulitple disorders, and gives some modificaitons for applying this model to medical domains: time-dependent influence matrix manifestation vector, therapy efficacy matrix, S-shaped curve approximation, definitions of which are provided. This research proposes an algorithm for forecasting the state of each disease on the time horizon and for evaluation of therapy alternatives with not toy example, but real patient history of multiple disorders.disorders.

3D WALK-THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL MODEL FOR VISUALIZATION OF INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS MONITORING

  • Many schedule delays and cost overruns in interior construction are caused by a lack of understanding in detailed and complicated interior works. To minimize these potential impacts in interior construction, a systematic approach for project managers to detect discrepancies at early stages and take corrective action through use of visualized data is required. This systematic implementation is still challenging: monitoring is time-consuming due to the significant amount of as-built data that needs to be collected and evaluated; and current interior construction progress reports have visual limitations in providing spatial context and in representing the complexities of interior components. To overcome these issues, this research focuses on visualization and computer vision techniques representing interior construction progress with photographs. The as-planned 3D models and as-built photographs are visualized in a 3D walk-through model. Within such an environment, the as-built interior construction elements are detected through computer vision techniques to automatically extract the progress data linked with Building Information Modeling (BIM). This allows a comparison between the as-planned model and as-built elements to be used for the representation of interior construction progress by superimposing over a 3D environment. This paper presents the process of representing and detecting interior construction components and the results for an ongoing construction project. This paper discusses implementation and future potential enhancement of these techniques in construction.

  • Construction projects are managed by focusing on the results of projects. Moreover, cost and schedule are managed separately even though the efficiency of integrated management is very high. This paper proposes existing and progress control research of existing quantity the integrated information uses WBS-CBS. Schedule and cost are most important in construction projects. Specially, progress and cost are relationship of the managing integrated in many construction management. The quantity of materials for the works of construction is the base to create activities and a network. The quantity of materials of materials for the elemens of a building is a base of cost estimation and resource. allocation. This study suggest method for relating the schedule and cost information through the case study of construction field engineers.
