FBD 모델 대상 뮤테이션 연산자 정의 (Definition of Mutation Operators for FBD Models)

  • Function Block Diagram (FBD)는 산업용 컴퓨터인 Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)의 표준 프로그래밍 언어 중 하나이다. 다양한 시험 기법들의 오류 검출 효과성을 평가하기 위해 뮤테이션 분석 기법이 널리 쓰이고 있는데, FBD 모델 대상 뮤테이션 분석 기법에 대한 연구는 이루어지지 못하였다. 본 연구에서는 FBD 모델 대상 뮤테이션 분석 기법의 토대가 되는 FBD 모델 뮤테이션 연산자를 제안한다. 이를 위해서 FBD 모델의 특성, 다양한 FBD 모델링 오류, 기존의 뮤테이션 분석 기법에 관한 연구를 포괄적으로 분석하여 FBD 모델에 적합한 뮤테이션 연산자를 정의한다. 실제 산업계에서 쓰이는 FBD 모델을 대상으로 뮤테이션 연산자를 적용하고 평가한다.

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 배전계통에 태양광, 풍력 등과 같은 신재생에너지 전원을 연계 시, 발생할 수 있는 문제점들을 효율적으로 유지관리하기 위해 무선 네트워크를 이용한 원격 제어장치를 제작하였다. 이 제어장치는 모의 태양광전원장치를 포함한 모의 배전계통장치와 PLC에 기반한 원격제어장치로 구성된다. 여기서 제어장치는 크게 2개의 기능으로 구성되는데, 원격지의 PLC로 제어 신호를 보내는 HMI(Autobase)를 이용한 제어부와 이 신호를 받아 동작 전원을 공급하는 PLC제어부로 구성된다. 본 논문에서는 상기의 장치를 이용하여 원격지에 설치된 태양광단지의 보수유지 관리에 필요한 무선 네트워크 원격제어의 기술적인 대안을 마련하였고, 스마트그리드 구축에 기여할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

  • A structured user-friendly procedures which enable users to program in GRAFCET form directly from sequence specifications have been developed. Using these procedures, we can program the programmable logic controller (PLC) in sequential control and realize programming, debugging, and real-time monitoring. GRAFCET has many advantages like parallelism expression, so we can expect higher productivity and easier maintenance than boolean language or relay-ladder diagram specification when adapts them to PLC.

  • Redundant Programmable Logic Controllers are used in practice with the aim of achieving higher degree of availability or fault tolerance. In the paper a proposed Multiplex-PC is controled for fault tolerance design. In order to select a Different-Vender by a Supervisor computer, a Multiplex-PC is designed by TCP/IP internet protocol[1]. Because TCP/IP internet protocol can not connect to CPU. We use TCP/IP internet protocol to join CPU. We have to use TCP congestion control to select Different-Vender [4]. The reliability of the fault tolerant is measured with MTBF(Mean Time Between Failures)[3].

  • MMIS System of KNGR is composed of systems by using of digital equipment in general, and also interface function among systems is completed by a network. According to this, KNGR PCS also got rid of many kinds of interface cards which have been used for hardwired interface to outside system, and most of function in these cards is to be programmed by PLC. This paper defines the function and method which is to be programmed to PLC. And this paper presents new function which is to be added for operator's interface by using network. It is expected that PCS logic cabinet will be more simplified, satisfy KNGR design concept, and operation convenience will be increased.

  • Programmable Logic Controller(PLC) is the most widely utilized and plays an important role in industrial control system. Among PLC languages, Sequential Function Chart(SFC) is performed in small scale industrial process. On programming by SFC, a single sequence is utilized to control the simple process. In this paper, we propose the method that describe the improved single sequence and confirm its feasibility through an actual example.

  • The Engineering Model of on-board computer was developed and tested completely with other sub-systems for STSAT-2. We designed the on-board computer of STSAT-2 which has some improved features compared with that of STSAT-l. A remarkable change is that the on-board computer has a structure of centeralized network communication without a Network Controller of the STSAT-l. That is, the on-board computer directly manages a satellite network. In addition, as many logics are implemented by Field Programmable Gate Array, so we can reduce the weight and size of on-board computer. Also, the developed on-board computer has more improved tolerance against Single Event Upsets and faults than that of the STSAT-l.

High Performance IP Fowarding Engine for ATM based Gigabit Routers

  • In this paper, we proposed high performance packet forwarding engine for asynchronous transfer mode(ATM) based gigabit routers. The forwarding engine is based on ATM switch and accommodates four 622Mbps ports. The forwarding engine has been designed to be able to process the Intemet protocol(IP) packet at 2.5Gbps using the pipelined If header processing and lookup control mechanism. For high performance packet forwarding, we used content addressable memory(CAM) based routing coprocessor operating in hardware and implemented the pipelined lookup control function into a field programmable gate array(FPGA). The pipelined packet header processing mechanism enhanced the forwarding performance of the If packets ingressed from four different 622Mbps ports. Moreover, the If lookup controller designed to have the performance up to 12.5Mpps. The proposed forwarding engine is also designed to support differentiated services(DS) and multiprotocol label switching(MPLS).

  • In industrial control system used by Programmable Logic Controller(PLC), Ladder Diagram(LD) is the most widely utilized and plays an important role in industrial control system. But recently, the study about Sequential Function Chart(SFC) is performed actively. When we program by SFC, generally, we design one routine from start to end. This method is difficult to design, and we often make mistakes. In this paper, we propose the method that we compose each sub-system after we design each sub-system, and we analysis the difference of the method used this paper from conventional method.

  • Modern manufacturing systems consist of highly automated manufacturing devices, and they are controlled by complicated PLC programs. To make sure the achievement of the control objectives of a manufacturing system, it is very important to monitor the dynamic system behaviors of the manufacturing system. In this paper, we propose a monitoring methodology of a PLC program based on the Software In the Loop Simulation(SILS), which makes use of the time gap information between PLC signals. The errors relevant with PLC signals can be found using the proposed methodology, comparing a normal PLC signal trajectory with a target PLC signal trajectory. The proposed methodology has been implemented and tested with simple examples.
