수지침 경험자들의 수지침에 대한 효율성과 효과성 인식정도 (Recognition of Efficiency and Effectiveness of the Experiences with Hand Acupuncture)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide with basic information on application of hand acupuncture as a complementary and alternative therapy by giving some recognition of efficiency and effectiveness of hand acupuncture. And so, answers for questionnaires of 290 respondents were used for this research and collected from June 5 through 13, 1999 from adults twenty and over who were participating in the hand acupuncture training program in Seoul and had some direct experiences with hand acupuncture therapy, whatever they had been treated and/or had treated. To secure reliability of measurement tool. Cronbach'a has been calculated and Factor Analysis was done as Validity Analysis of question classification. Demograprucal characteristics of hand acupuncture experienced people and factors related to hand acupuncture experiences are calculated based on the real number and percentage. The degree of recognition of efficiency and effectiveness of hand acupuncture is made as average and standard deviation, while the degree of recognition of efficiency and effectiveness based on general characteristics come from one-way ANOVA. 1. According to socio-demographical analysis. the questioned could be classified firstly as age (40-49 : 32.5%. 30-39 : 24.9%. 50-59 : 21.9%. 60-69 : 14.7%. 20-29 : 6.0%). secondly gender (male 36.6%. female 63.4%). thirdly occupation (housewife: 43.8%. self-employed: 15.5%. company-employee: 14.8%). fourthly education (high school graduate: 41.9%, college graduate: 37.9%), and lastly monthly-income (1 to 2 million: 51.4%. 2 to 3 million: 20,3%) 2, As for the general aspects related to hand acupuncture. 80,0% of the respondents answered almost zero for the monthly average number of visit to hospital and 15.5% responded 1 to 2 visits, 6,2% of the respondents is complaining of a disorder of digestive system. 19,0% circulatory disease, 10.7% bad nervous system. By utilizing hand acupuncture, 84% of the questioned have following experiences in curing diseases: digestive system 47.3%, circulatory system 9.3%, nervous system 8.3%, 54,1% are curing 1 to 2 and 10.3% 3 to 4 patients on a daily basis with hand acupuncture. Research on the demerits of giving medical treatment with hand acupuncture shows 23,8% are feeling economic burden. 16.6% difficulty of learning and 16.2% weak theoretical backgrounds. 3. Among the efficiency recognition, possibility of general application is average 4,29 and simple treatment is 4,19. economic merits 4.36. possibility of establishment with supplementary and alternative medicine 4.17, medical effectiveness 4.09. 4, As a result of demographical analysis on the efficiency and effectiveness of hand acupuncture therapy, it appears that the recognition of efficiency based on occupation and the recognition of effectiveness based on monthly income are most significant to be noticed. In an orderly fashion. government-employee, self-employed, company-employee. and then housewife have perceived hand acupuncture very efficiently, And those who recognize hand acupuncture to be most effective are people earn 1 million to 2 million won a month, 5. The efficiency(p = .003) and effectiveness (p= .049) of hand acupuncture therapy by number of visit to hospital were statiscally significant, and effectiveness of hand acupuncture therapy by disease exist was statiscally significant (p= .033).

치과기공사의 직무만족도와 삶의 질의 관련성 (The Relationship of Job Satisfaction and Quality of Life on the Dental Technicians)

  • Purpose: This study was carried out in order to examine the relationship of job satisfaction and quality of life on the dental technicians and to analyze its influence. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire survey was carried out by having convenience sampling as 220 dental technicians who work in Seoul Metropolis, Gyeonggi-do Province, Daejeon and Chungnam Province from March 12, 2012 to April 13. A research tool was used questionnaire that was proved reliability and validity. It was prepared with totally 50 questions such as 12 items for subjects' general characteristics, 18 items for job satisfaction measurement, and 20 items for life quality measurement. An analysis of the collected data was computationally processed by using SPSS Win 17.0 program. An analytical technique was made by using statistical techniques such as frequency & percentage, T-test or One-way ANOVA analysis. The following are the analytical results of the collected materials. Results: As a result of analyzing research subjects' job satisfaction level, there was significant difference(P<0.05) in items of religion, hobby life, working environment, and rest time out of daily work. The whole mean in job satisfaction was indicated to be relatively high with 3.13. However, job satisfaction with social recognition, salary, and safety was indicated lowly. As a result of analyzing research subjects' life quality level, there was significant difference(P<0.05) in items of religion, hobby life, working environment, and rest time out of daily work. The whole mean in quality of life was indicated to be relatively high with 3.10. However, the satisfaction was indicated lowly in the whole life quality and the life environment sphere. As a result of analyzing correlation between job satisfaction and life quality, all variables were indicated to be positive correlation in high significance level, thereby having been indicated that the higher job satisfaction leads to the higher life quality. Conclusion: As a result of research, the dental technicians' job satisfaction was indicated to have high correlation with quality of life. An effort is judged to be necessary for establishing fair compensation system, improving welfare policy and enhancing social recognition and position in order to promote dental technicians' quality of life.

도시(都市)와 농촌지역(農村地域)의 건강관심도(建康關心度), 건강행위(建康行爲) 및 주관적(主觀的)인 건강인식(建康認識)과의 관련성(關聯性) 연구(硏究) (The Study on the Relationship between Health Concern, Health Behavior, and Subjective Health Cognition in Urban and Rural Area)

  • To know the differences between health concern, health behavior, and subjective health cognition in urban and rural area, author used the correlation analysis between variables and wanted to provide basic data for public health service to support appropriate health care, health maintenance, and health promotion in community. Data collection were done in JeonBuk area from September 10 to October 10, 2001, and subjects were above 20 years old adult. 350 and 250 subjects were from urban and rural area by random sampling, respectively. Questionnaire were completed by interview with direct or self-recording type. Research tool was questionnaire with health concern, health behavior, and subjective health cognition, and data collected were analyzed into descriptives, crosstabs, T-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient by SPSS 10.0 program. The results were as follows: 1. Health concern was 9.0% for upper group, 39.1% for middle group, 51.9% for lower group in urban area, and 10.1% for upper group, 41.0% for middle group, 48.8% for lower group in rural area. Health concern for middle and lower group was totally high percentage, and rural area had higher health concern than urban area. 2. Health behavior in both urban and rural area was statistically significant(p<0.01). Women who had higher age and with spouse had high degree of health behavior, and urban area had totally high score for health behavior compared to rural area. 3. Subjective health cognition was 71.0% for health, 29.0% for non-health in urban area, and 61.3% for health, 38.7% for non-health in rural area. Percentage of health group was higher in urban area than in rural area. 4. Degree of health behavior by health concern was statistically significant only in rural area. That is to say, the higher health concern had the higher degree of health behavior in rural area. Subjective health cognition by health behavior was totally significant correlation with health behavior in urban and rural area(p〈0.05). That is to say, the higher health behavior in urban and rural area had the higher subjective health cognition. 5. For correlations between 3 variables, there was significant correlation between health behavior and subjective health cognition in urban area (p<0.01). There were correlations between health concern and health behavior, health behavior and subjective health cognition(p<0.05). Considering above results, the higher health behavior had the higher subjective health cognition in urban area. The higher health concern had the higher behavior, and the higher health behavior had the higher subjective health cognition in rural area.

조경수목의 효율적 관리를 위한 프로그램 개발에 관한 연구 - 관리대장(Tree Inventory) 개발을 중심으로 - (Study on Developing Program for Efficient Landscape Woody Plants Management - Mainly Focused on the Development of a Tree Inventory System -)

  • This paper was focused on the efficient management of landscape woody plants, and concerned itself with their important role in the urban environment. Based on the philosophy that there is nothing that can be done without an inventory, the purpose of this study was to develop an inventory system and iris proper application to a site for establishing a management plan Two different approaches were used, The first was to make a newly structured inventory system through collecting, analyzing, and evaluating various types of inventories used in Korea, the U. S. A., and Japan. The second approach was to apply a newly designed inventory system to the case study area. using GIS 'as a tool of spacial analysis and statistics for making decisions. The results could be summarized as follows; 1. In Korea, most of the Landscape Woozy Plants Inventories had datas which represented possession of trees, and only the work which they had done according to their traditional ways, There was no data related to the conditions, management needs, and site conditions of individual trees, This is essential information for organizing an inventory system . 2. There needs to be data which is balanced, containing tree characteristics and site characteristics. Through such information the management needs could be adjusted properly. The inventory list described in this paper was determined by botanical identity, placement condition, condition of tree, and types of work for maintaining as well as improving the condition of each tree One of the most important things was to determine the location data of each tree so as to compare data with other trees. The data gained from the field survey still had some problems because of lack of scientific method for supporting objective views, and because of actual situations, especially in the field of evaluating site conditions and management needs. All data should be revised to fit a computer data management system , if possible 3. The GIS(Geographic Information System) application showed good performance in handling inventory data for decision making. All the data used for the GIS application was divided into location and non-spatial data. Using the location data, it was easy to find the exact location of each tree on the monitor and on the maps generated by the computer even in the actual managed trite, along with various attribute data. Therefore it could be said that the entire management plan should start from data of individual trees with their exact locations, for making concrete management goals through actual budget planning.

PHP 파일 삽입 취약성 검사를 위한 정적 분석기의 구현 (Implementation of a Static Analyzer for Detecting the PHP File Inclusion Vulnerabilities)

  • 인터넷 상의 웹 응용 프로그램은 불특정 다수의 사용자가 접근할 수 있기 때문에 보안상의 위험이 가중된다. 특히, 응용 프로그램의 소스코드에 보안 취약성이 있을 경우에는 침입 탐지 시스템과 같은 시스템 수준의 방어가 어렵기 때문에 이를 미리 제거하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 응용 프로그램의 대표적인 소스 코드 취약성인 PHP 파일 삽입 취약성을 자동으로 검출할 수 있는 정적 분석기의 구현에 대해 다룬다. 본 연구에서는 의미 기반의 정적 분석을 사용하여 소스 코드의 취약성을 미리 자동으로 검출하고 수정하도록 함으로써, 기존의 침입 테스트 기법이나 응용 프로그램 방화벽 사용과 다르게 보안 취약성을 안전하게 제거하면서 추가적인 실행 시간 부하를 피하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 의미 기반 분석 방법인 요약 해석 방법론을 적용했으며, PHP 삽입 취약성에 최적화된 요약 분석 공간을 설계하여 사용함으로써 PHP의 특성인 복잡한 문자열 기반 자료 흐름을 효과적으로 처리하면서 목적으로 하는 취약성을 효과적으로 검출할 수 있었다. 프로그램의 취약성 분석 결과는 Java GUI 도구를 통해 확인할 수 있으며, 분석된 취약성 지점에서의 메모리 상태 및 계산 정보도 같은 도구를 사용해 확인할 수 있다. 구현된 분석기의 취약성 검출의 정확성과 실행 속도를 검증하기 위하여 공개된 PHP 프로그램을 사용하여 성능 실험을 수행하였으며, 이를 통해 구현된 분석기의 실용성을 확인하였다.

  • 실시간 시스템은 소형 임베디드 시스템부터 대형 분산 시스템까지 다양한 시스템에서 사용되고 있다. 이러한 실시간 시스템은 시간적 정확성을 갖기 때문에 프로그램을 개발할 때 시간적 특성을 지키기 위한 노력이 필요하다. 실시간 시스템에 대한 연구 결과로서 제안된 TMO 모델은 실시간 개념에 따른 다양한 시간 처리 기능을 지원하고, 개발자가 정의한 응답시간을 보장한다. 따라서 개발자는 응답시간을 정의하고, 그 정확성을 확인하기 위한 기준점이 필요하다. 이를 위해 TMO 정적 분석 도구의 기반 구조로서 개선된 PS-Block을 설계하였다. 기존의 PS-Block은 블록을 중복 생성하는 구성 정책으로 부하가 생기는 문제점이 발생한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 블록의 중복으로 인한 부하문제를 개선하고, 탐색을 위한 베이스 클래스를 정의하여 PS-Block Timing Model을 구현하였다. 개선된 PS-Block 구조를 사용한 PS-Block Timing Model은 프로그램을 PS-Block 구성 정책에 따라 실행시간을 분석할 수 있는 기반을 제공하고 시간 정보 결정의 기준을 제공한다. 이를 통해 실시간 메소드의 적시성을 쉽게 확인하여 신뢰성을 향상시키고, 개발 기간을 단축할 수 있다.

분자유전학적 접근을 통한 조선시대 사람뼈의 분석 - 부산 화명동 조선시대 분묘군 출토 사람뼈를 중심으로 - (Analysis of Human Skeletal Remains of the Joseon Dynasty from Hwamyeong-dong, Busan: A Molecular Genetic Approach)

  • 본 연구는 부산 북구 화명동 조선시대 분묘군에서 출토된 사람뼈를 대상으로 분자유전학적 분석을 수행한 결과이다. 실리카 추출법을 사용하여 토광묘에서 출토된 사람뼈 8개체의 DNA를 분리하였고, 미토콘드리아 DNA 과변이부위 분석을 통해 모계 유연관계 여부를 확인하였다. 분석 결과 토광묘 11호, 21호, 26호에서 출토된 피장자 3명의 하플로타입이 동정되었으며 HaploGrep 2 프로그램에서 A5a, D4a와 M4"67+16311 하플로그룹으로 분류되었다. 하플로그룹이 동정된 3개체는 같은 변이형을 공유하지 않으므로 피장자 간 모계 친연관계는 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 이번 연구는 영남지역에서 출토된 조선시대 사람뼈의 분자유전학적 분석의 첫 사례로서 과거 한반도에 살았던 옛사람들과 현대인들의 유전학적 관계를 이해하기 위한 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

작물학 분야 프로테오믹스의 응용과 전망 (Application and perspectives of proteomics in crop science fields)

  • Thanks to spectacular advances in the techniques for identifying proteins separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis and in methods for large-scale analysis of proteome variations, proteomics is becoming an essential methodology in various fields of plant sciences. Plant proteomics would be most useful when combined with other functional genomics tools and approaches. A combination of microarray and proteomics analysis will indicate whether gene regulation is controlled at the level of transcription or translation and protein accumulation. In this review, we described the catalogues of the rice proteome which were constructed in our program, and functional characterization of some of these proteins was discussed. Mass-spectrometry is a most prevalent technique to identify rapidly a large of proteins in proteome analysis. However, the conventional Western blotting/sequencing technique us still used in many laboratories. As a first step to efficiently construct protein data-file in proteome analysis of major cereals, we have analyzed the N-terminal sequences of 100 rice embryo proteins and 70 wheat spike proteins separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis. Edman degradation revealed the N-terminal peptide sequences of only 31 rice proteins and 47 wheat proteins, suggesting that the rest of separated protein spots are N-terminally blocked. To efficiently determine the internal sequence of blocked proteins, we have developed a modified Cleveland peptide mapping method. Using this above method, the internal sequences of all blocked rice proteins (i. e., 69 proteins) were determined. Among these 100 rice proteins, thirty were proteins for which homologous sequence in the rice genome database could be identified. However, the rest of the proteins lacked homologous proteins. This appears to be consistent with the fact that about 30% of total rice cDNA have been deposited in the database. Also, the major proteins involved in the growth and development of rice can be identified using the proteome approach. Some of these proteins, including a calcium-binding protein that fumed out to be calreticulin, gibberellin-binding protein, which is ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase activate in rice, and leginsulin-binding protein in soybean have functions in the signal transduction pathway. Proteomics is well suited not only to determine interaction between pairs of proteins, but also to identify multisubunit complexes. Currently, a protein-protein interaction database for plant proteins (http://genome .c .kanazawa-u.ac.jp/Y2H)could be a very useful tool for the plant research community. Recently, we are separated proteins from grain filling and seed maturation in rice to perform ESI-Q-TOF/MS and MALDI-TOF/MS. This experiment shows a possibility to easily and rapidly identify a number of 2-DE separated proteins of rice by ESI-Q-TOF/MS and MALDI-TOF/MS. Therefore, the Information thus obtained from the plant proteome would be helpful in predicting the function of the unknown proteins and would be useful in the plant molecular breeding. Also, information from our study could provide a venue to plant breeder and molecular biologist to design their research strategies precisely.

PEST-SWOT-AHP 방법론을 적용한 국가 과학기술 전략 수립에 관한 연구: 핵융합 연구개발 사례를 중심으로 (A Study on Establishment of National Science and Technology Strategy Applying PEST-SWOT-AHP : A Case Study of Fusion R&D)

  • 과학기술이 갈수록 고도화되고 이해관계자가 증가하면서 특정 과학기술 분야에 대한 국가 전략의 수요는 증가하고 있다. 특히 한국은 이러한 경향이 높아 100여개 이상의 과학기술 관련 국가계획이 수립되어 실행 중이다. 그러나 이와 관련된 과학적인 방법론을 정립하기 위한 학술적 시도는 드물다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제의식을 바탕으로 특정 분야의 과학기술 전략 수립을 위한 방법론을 제시하고 사례연구를 통하여 그 유용성을 확인하고자 한다. 먼저 문헌분석을 통하여 국가 과학기술전략 수립에 관한 선행 사례와 국가 과학기술전략의 개념에 대하여 알아본다. 또한 대표적 과학기술 관련 법령과 그에 따른 기본계획을 검토하여 위에서 제기된 문제의 현황을 살펴본다. 한편, 틀로써 PEST, SWOT-AHP 방법론을 제안하고 방법론의 특징과 적용 분야 등을 확인한다. 사례연구는 핵융합 연구개발 사업의 전략 수립에 대하여 진행한다. 이를 위하여 핵융합 연구개발 로드맵을 근거로 한 환경 분석 내용에 대하여 PEST, SWOT-AHP를 적용하고 핵융합 연구개발에 관한 국가 과학기술 전략을 도출하여 제안된 틀의 유용성을 검증한다. 실증분석 결과, 향후 핵융합 연구개발을 위해서는 기술개발 선도, 기초연구 및 인력양성 강화, 기술사업화 및 사회적 수용성 제고, 국제협력 연구 강화 등 4개의 전략을 도출하고 그 우선순위를 파악함으로써 제시된 틀의 유용성을 확인할 수 있었다.

고속도로 TCS 자료를 활용한 동적노선배정의 네트워크 정산과 검증 (Network Calibration and Validation of Dynamic Traffic Assignment with Nationwide Freeway Network Data of South Korea)

  • 1980년대 후반부터 선진외국에서 ITS 정책과 연구에 대해 관심을 갖기 시작한 이후 정적 노선배정(Static Traffic Assignment)의 현실 정책 응용에 한계에 직면하면서 동적노선배정(Dynamic Traffic Assignment)에 대한 연구가 초점을 받기 시작하였으며 그 결과 급속한 연구 발전이 있게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 현실적인 정책분석 가능성을 고려하여 노선선택행태(route choice behavior)는 거시적 모형이고, 차량의 네트워크 상 동적위치배정(dynamic network loading)은 미시적 모형 그리고 교통류는 단순화된 미시적 모형(microscopic model)이 적용된 시뮬레이션 기반의 Dynameq 프로그램을 활용한 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구의 핵심 내용은 우리나라 전국 고속도로 네트워크와 동적 O/D자료로 동적노선배정 분석 한 결과인 추정치와 관측 링크 교통량과의 차이를 비교 검증하는 연구를 수행함으로써 모형의 현실적 정책분석 가능성에 대한 판단 기준을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 우리나라의 고속도로 체계에 있어 영업소에서 영업소 간의 동적 O/D자료가 TCS(Toll Collection System)자료를 통해 정확하게 확보할 수 있다는 점을 이용하였으며, 순수하게 동적노선배정 모형 자체의 현실적 묘사능력을 시간대별 관측 교통량과 비교 검증함으로써 정책응용 가능성을 확인하고자 한 것이다. 또한 동적노선배정 분석 예제로 버스전용차로 정책에 대한 동적 분석과 정책 효과를 분석하였다.
