수학 창의적 산출물 의미 척도의 개선 및 창의적 산출물의 구조 탐색 (A Study on Improvement of MCPSS and Searching Structure of the Concept of Creative Products)

  • In this article we study structure of the concept of creative products in mathematics using mathematical creative products. We develop MCPSS1 that improve reliability and validity of MCPSS(Creative Product Semantic Scale in Mathematics). And we search structure of the concept of creative products in mathematics using mathematical creative products focused on theoretical investigation. So we suggest structure model of the concept of creative products focused on theoretical investigation. We compare the result with preceding research using various mathematical creative products, find some difference between relations of sub-factors of structure of the concept of creative products. Our result will provide meaningful data to mathematics education researchers that want to know structure of the concept of creative products in mathematics.

Design of a Life Test Sampling Plan Based on the Cost Model

  • An economic life test sampling plan for products with exponential lifetime distribution is developed. To reduce test time, a test plan with curtailed Type II censoring is considered. A cost model is constructed which involves three cost components; test cost, accept cost, and reject cost. Determination of optimal plan minimizing the expected average cost per lot is discussed with a constraint related to consumer's risk. Some numerical examples are provided.

소비자 신뢰도를 높인 친환경 인증마크의 등급제 제안 (Improvement of Consumer's Reliability on the Eco Label by Suggestion of Quantifying Rating System)

  • This study measured consumer's recognition, reliability, emotion and images about current eco-marks as well proposed an eco-mark rating scale and mark designs to improve consumer's trust on the fashion product marks. We used a questionnaire survey to collect data from 150 persons about knowledge, interests, and practice on eco fashion products in relation to trustfulness and positive images for three domestic and three international eco-marks. We evaluated and gave eco scores to six fiber-type products (cotton, organic cotton, wool, polyester, biodegradable polyester and nylon) in terms of consumer's use, water & land consumption, waste amount, carbon footprint, and toxicity. We suggested a new 5-level rating scale for eco marks, which quantified the concept of environmental friendliness of fiber products. The design for eco-mark of rating scale showed the total grade with two sub scores of environmental sides and human sides developed with an improved visual understanding for consumers. The design is one through benchmarking the energy-consumption efficiency mark, which is familiar to consumers such as a half circle shape to save environment resources to alarm consumers to environment problems.

아웃도어 제품의 서비스 품질과 소비가치가 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 40 - 50대의 소비자 중심으로 (Effect of Service Quality and Consumption Value of Outdoor Products on Purchase Intention - Focus on Consumers in 40's - 50's Consumers)

  • 본 연구는 40대 - 50대 소비자들을 대상으로 아웃도어 제품에 대한 구매의도를 분석하였다. 구매의도에 미치는 영향요인은 다양한 요인이 있을 수 있으나 탐색적인 관점에서 서비스 품질과 소비가치로 설정하여 분석을 하였다. 서비스 품질은 세부 변수를 유형성, 대응성, 신뢰성으로 설정하였고, 소비가치는 기능적 소비가치, 진귀적 소비가치, 상황적 소비가치로 설정하였다. 분석결과, 서비스 품질의 유형성, 대응성, 신뢰성과 소비가치의 기능적 소비가치는 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 소비가치의 진귀적 소비가치, 상황적 소비가치는 구매의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과는 40대 - 50대 소비자들 한테는 서비스 품질이 소비자의 구매의도에 매우 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었으나 소비가치는 구매의도에 그다지 중요한 요인이 아니라는 점을 알 수 있었다.

일부 반도체 사업장 포토레지스트 화학물질 MSDS 정보의 신뢰성 분석 (Reliability Analysis of Material Safety Data Sheets(MSDS) for Photoresist Chemicals used in some Semiconductor Factories)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to examine and analyze the material safety data sheet(MSDS) information for photoresist chemicals used in certain processes in semiconductor plants. Methods: After collecting MSDS for 178 chemical products currently used in certain processes in semiconductor plants, we analyzed Sections 2, 3, 11, and 15 of each MSDS with reference to the guidelines for evaluating the reliability of MSDS provided by the Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency. In addition, we reviewed the recorded uses and the ratios of trade secrets. Results and Conclusions: We studied a total of 178 chemical products. An MSDS was available for 176(98.9%) of them and all adhered to the Globally Harmonized System(GHS) regulations. There were 37 cases of errors in Hazard Identification, pertaining to 20.8% of all products surveyed. There were 64 cases of errors in the current legal circumstances, pertaining to 36.0% of all products. There were a total of 407 trade secrets across 52.2% of products. We believe that a government-led education and certification system needs to be introduced to improve the transfer of MSDS information. The government, chemical manufacturers and suppliers all need to make an effort to produce reliable MSDS.

  • 최근에 시판 되고 있는 냉동·냉장 가전제품은 사물인터넷(IoT) 기능이 추가된 제품이 출시되고 있으나, IoT 기능에 대한 시험은 거의 없는 실정이다. 특히 기존의 시험체제에서는 IoT 기반의 냉동·냉장 가전제품에 대해 IoT 시험항목이 마련되어 있지 않아 제품을 제조하는 업체의 경우에는 결함이 발생하더라도 원인을 쉽게 찾기가 어려우며, 시험기관의 경우에도 IoT와 관련한 시험항목 선정 및 방법의 부재로 올바른 성능시험 수행에 제약이 있다. 본 논문에서는 가전기기 분야의 제품 중 IoT 기능이 포함된 냉동·냉장 제품의 성능시험 프로세스에서 제품 결함을 찾아내고 그 원인을 식별할 수 있는 시험항목 프레임워크를 설계하고, 이를 이용한 시험방법 및 관리방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 연구를 통해 제조사 및 시험기관은 IoT 기반의 냉동·냉장 제품의 올바른 성능시험이 가능하여, 제품의 완성도를 높이고 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있다.

서비스 블루프린트와 FTA를 이용한 서비스 신뢰도 평가모델 (Evaluation Model of Service Reliability Using a Service Blueprint and FTA)

  • Because the difference between products and services are getting less and less, service and manufacturing companies' efforts are increasingly focused on utilizing services to satisfy customers' needs under today's competitive market environment. The value of services depends on service reliability that is identified by satisfaction derived from the relationship between customer needs and service providers. In this paper, we extend concepts from the fault tree analysis for reliability analysis of tangible systems to services. We use an event-based process model to facilitate service design and represent the relationships between functions and failures in a service. The objective of this research is to propose a method for evaluating service reliability based on service processes using service blueprint and FTA. We can identify the failure mode of service in a service delivery process with a service blueprint. The fuzzy membership function is used to characterize the probability of failure based on linguistic terms. FTA is employed to estimate the reliability of service delivery processes with risk factors that are represented as potential failure causes. To demonstrate implementation of the proposed method, we use a case study involving a typical automotive service operation.

  • Piston assemblies, which are key components of hydraulic high pressure pumps & motors, are major failure products operating at high pressure and high speed, and the main failure mode is wearout of the shoe surface. To predict the actual life of piston assemblies. we require to find out the most sensitive parameters and establish related empirical formula. In this study, we analyzed the life of piston and shoe assemblies in accordance with variation of speed, pressure, and temperature to reduce the life test time, then analyzed the result of combined accelerated life test which is applied by high speed, speed pressure, and high temperature simultaneously, and finally developed combined accelerated life test model.

  • With the advent of industrialization, consumers and end-users demand more reliable products. Meeting these demands requires a comprehensive approach, involving tasks such as market information collection, planning, reliable raw material procurement, accurate reliability design, and prediction, including various reliability tests. Moreover, this encompasses aspects like reliability management during manufacturing, operational maintenance, and systematic failure information collection, interpretation, and feedback. Improving product reliability requires prioritizing it from the initial development stage. Failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA) is a widely used method to increase product reliability. In this study, we reanalyzed using the FMEA method and proposed an improved method. Domestic railways lack an accurate measurement method or system for maintenance, so maintenance decisions rely on the opinions of experienced personnel, based on their experience with past faults. However, the current selection method is flawed as it relies on human experience and memory capacity, which are limited and ineffective. Therefore, in this study, we further specify qualitative contents to systematically accumulate failure modes based on the Failure Modes Table and create a standardized form based on the Master FMEA form to newly systematize it.

Effects on the Consumer Buying Behavior of an Agricultural Brand in South Korea

  • Purpose - This study aims to understand the brand marketing of agricultural products and redefine their status in South Korea by analyzing impacts on consumer buying behaviors. Research design, data, and methodology - Products, with independent variables, were divided into agricultural brand products and generic products. Dependent variables were limited to expanding sales of a specialty brand through consumer awareness, consumer buying behavior, and confidence in agricultural products' quality. Control variables were based on characteristics of products such as freshness, safety, quality, and their category. Moderating effects were examined on consumer characteristics, including income levels and age. Results - Consumers increasingly purchased agricultural brand products rather than generic agricultural products because of the general reliability of quality assurance. Conclusions - Large agricultural specialty stores have enhanced the perceptions of quality assurance, freshness, safety, and diversity. Through a critical analysis of the domestic consumer income levels and age, gender, and demographic factors, such as agricultural consumer buying behavior not affecting consumers' health and life, this study proposes positive changes in quality perception.
