FMS도입을 위한 표준화체계

  • FMS is recognized as a useful approach to meet with multi-product small-lot-sized production system Large-scaled investment is needed for installing FMS ; full-discussed systematic prefeasibility analysis and preparation study are necessary for successful installation and running the system. Standardization study is one area of the preparation processes ; especially, standardized production strategy is the core in this area. Conceptual framework and case analysis for the standardization process in relation to FMS installation are suggested in this paper. Case analysis is focused in machinary industry.

강우기록 및 수문계획에 의한 정수지수설지의 용지 현수험 결정방법 (A Method to Determine the Purchasing Limits of Reservior Flooding Area by Rainfall Data Hydrologric Estimation)

  • This is a method to determine the boundary line of reservoir flooding area which will be purchased. Until now, flood water level was used as the boundary line. By lowering this line from flood water level, purchasing cost of reservoir flooding area can be cut down. Sometimes, temporary flooding of arable land outside the boundary occurs. During the life of reservoir, flood damage to crop product on of this land must be indemified with net berefit from arable land between the bovndary line and normal water level. Following is the basic formula to determine the line. (Estimated flood damage to crop production of land outside the boundary line $\leqq$ Estimated net beneift from land between the boundary line and normal water level.) Minimum difference between both sides is needed to minimize the purchasing area. Flood damage and net benefit are estimated by hydrologic estimation with rainfall data and crop production estimation.

스마트 농업을 위한 생산량 예측 방법 (Yield Forecasting Method for Smart Farming)

  • 최근 심각한 기후변화로 인하여 농산물 생산성 및 농산물 가격의 변동성이 커지고 있으며, 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 농산물의 생산량을 예측하는 방법이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 선형 방정식을 이용하여 생산 단수, 생산 면적, 기후 요소를 예측하였으며, 기후 요소의 가중치 합을 이용하여 보정된 생산 단수와 생산 면적을 곱하여 생산량을 계산하였다. 실험에서 예측한 생산량은 실제 생산량과 비교하여 약 90% 이상의 예측율을 보였다.

우리나라의 권역별 농산업 클러스터 분석: 6개 권역간 산업연관모형희 적용 (An Analysis of Korean Regional Agricultural and Agri-Manufacturing Clusters Using Multi-Regional Input-Output Model)

  • The aim of this paper is to identify Korean agricultural and agri-manufacturing cluster using a multi-regional input-output model. This paper derives a representative set of five agricultural and agri-manufacturing clusters in Korea in terms of spatial and industrial interdependency. The results show that agriculture and agri-manufacturing clusters agglomerated in Seoul Metropolitan Area and Chungcheong Area are linked both production and manufacture functions, whereas Gangwon Area is more focused on production and Jeolla Area is more concentrated on manufacture.

표고버섯 재배에 대한 경제성 분석 (An Economic Analysis of Oak Mushroom Cultivation in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 표고버섯 재배의 정책 자료를 제시하고자 표고버섯 주산단지의 재배농가 총 88호를 대상으로 표고버섯 재배에 대한 경제성을 분석하였다. 표고버섯 재배농가의 평균 생산비는 151,699원/100본으로 분석되었고, 이 가운데 중간재비가 56.0%, 노동비용이 41.8%를 차지하였다. 노동집약적인 표고버섯 산업의 특성상 노동투입량에 따라 평균 생산비는 최고인 충북지역과 최소인 경기지역 사이에는 37.2%의 큰 격차가 있었다. 평균 조수입은 178,627원/100본으로 평균 경영비 116,613원/100본을 제외하면 평균 소득은 62,014원/100본, 평균 소득률은 34.7%로 분석되었다. 생산량, 품등, 경영비 특히 노동비용의 차이 등에 의해 소득률이 최고인 전북지역과 최소인 경기지역 사이에는 15.8%포인트 격차를 보였다. 이러한 분석결과 국내 표고버섯 산업의 경쟁력 향상을 위해서는 생산비에서 가장 높은 비중을 차지하고 있는 조성비 및 노동투입비용 절감이 최우선 과제라 할 수 있다.

부산 신발산업 노동과정의 공간적 특성 (Spatial Characteristics in the Labor Process of the Footwear Industry in Busan Metropolitan Area)

  • 본 연구는 부산 신발산업 노동과정의 공간적 특성을 분석한 것이다. 신발산업의 생산체계는 제품 및 디자인 개발, 부품 및 소재 개발 생산, 완제품 조립 마케팅으로 구성되며, 생산과정별 노동과정의 성격도 상이하다. 전문적인 다기능 인력에 의존하는 제품 및 디자인 개발, 핵심 부품 및 소재 개발 생산, 마케팅 등의 핵심 기능은 자사상표의 제품생산 기업에서만 수행되며, 주로 선진국과 국내의 서울과 부산지역에 입지 한다. 중요 부품 및 소재 개발 생산의 준핵심 기능은 고기능 고숙련의 노동력을 요구하며 전통적인 신발생산지역에서 주로 이루어지고 있다. 또한 숙련 미숙련의 여성노동력에 대한 의존도가 높은 완제품 조립생산과정은 핵심 기능 흑은 준핵심 기능과 함께 이루어지거나 의무화되기도 한다. 공간적으로는 국내의 전통적인 신발생산지역을 중심으로 이루어지고 있으나 최근 후발 개발도상국으로 확대되고 있다. 반면에 남성 노동력에 대한 의존도가 높은 부품 및 소재의 개발 생산의 경우, 핵심 부품 및 소재는 선진국에서, 중요 부픔 및 소재는 부산의 완제품 생산업체나 혁신적인 부품 및 소재 생산업체에서, 그리고 표준화된 부품 및 소재의 생산은 주로 후발 개발도상국에서 이루어지고 있다.

결식아동을 위한 가정배달 도시락의 생산과 배달과정 중 미생물적 평가 (Microbiological Assessment of Home-Delivered Meals for Children from Low-income Families during Production and Delivery)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess the microbiological quality of home-delivered meals during production and delivery for children from low-income families. Production flows from a facility in Seoul that provides home-delivered meals were analyzed and the time-temperature of the food was measured. Microbiological assessment was performed for the production environment, personal hygiene, and food samples at each production and delivery step based on the process approach. It took 2 hours or longer from completion of production to meal delivery. An aerobic colony count (ACC) and coliform were not detected at knives, cutting boards, and dish towels. However, ACC (at pre-preparation, preparation, and packing areas) and coliform (at the preparation area) were detected on the hands and gloves of employees. Air-borne bacterial counts varied according to day and preparation area (ND~6 CFU/plate/15 min). Food temperatures, on the completion of production and meal delivery, fell into temperature danger zones. ACC and coliform counts of raw ingredients did not decrease after pre-preparation (washing and sanitizing) for menus involving food preparation with no cook step. ACC decreased after cooking step for menus of food preparation with cook step, but the ACC of the stir-fried and seasoned dried filefish fillet on the completion of cooking was too numerous to count due to improper heating. The ACC of seasoned young Chinese cabbages (a menu with complex food preparation) increased during delivery (from 2.5 log CFU/ml to 5.0 log CFU/ml). This qualitative assessment of foodborne pathogens revealed that B. cereus was detected in vegetable and meat product menus. These results suggest time-temperature control is necessary during production and delivery and management guidelines during production of home-delivered meals are provided for safe production.

학교급식 생산단계별 영양소 보존관리에 대한 영양사의 인식 - 대구지역을 중심으로 (Dieticians' Perception of Nutrient Preservation Management Practices during Meal Production by School Food Service in Daegu Area)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore nutrition teachers/dietitians' perception towards production management practices as well as the importance & performance of nutrient preservation during production by school foodservices. A total of 120 school nutrition teachers/dietitians in the Daegu area participated in this study. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, t-test, and ANOVA using SPSS/Windows (ver 17.0). A questionnaire consisted of three dimensions with 66 items concerning the general characteristics of schools and respondents, production management practices, and perceived importance and performance of nutrient preservation. Exactly 79.2% of dietitians responded that scheduling of production management is necessary, and 52.5% of respondents perceived that their knowledge for nutrient preservation is of normal/average level. Thirty-eight percent of respondents did not establish scheduling of production management; according to them, cooking stage has priority over other stages of nutrient preservation. Perceived importance score was higher than perceived performance score in all stages of production management. The difference between perceived importance and performance in the production scheduling stage was found to be statistically significant. The results indicate that nutrition control point should be established and managed to prevent nutrient loss in all production stages. Further, dietitians who do not take measures to reduce nutrient loss should be carefully educated on the importance of nutrient control and be motivated to follow guidelines on nutrient preservation.

친환경농업 생산조직 참여결정 요인분석 - 충남지역을 중심으로 - (Determinants of Participation in Environment-Friendly Agricultural Production Organization - Focusing on Chungnam Area -)

  • It has continuously promoted to scale up the agricultural management body in order to cope with the market-opening pressure such as the UR negotiation, the DDA negotiation, and more conclusions of FTAs and to enhance the competitiveness of our agriculture. This study evaluated the factors associated with production organization participation centered on environmentally-friendly agriculture farmers in order to improve the production efficiency of environmentally-friendly agriculture in the aspect of production. In order to achieve this objective, this study evaluated the factors that contributed to participating in an organization using the bivariate probit model focusing on environmentally-friendly agriculture farmers in Chungnam. This study examined the validity and reliability of the study model through exploratory factor analysis. The results of factor analyses identified four factors: "distribution", "production", "organization operation", and "social capital". The results of the bivariate probit model showed that distribution significantly affected production activities and distribution, organization operation, agricultural income, and gender significantly influenced sale activities. Environmentally-friendly production organization had not been able to provide the productive support that was needed for local farmers to produce environmentally-friendly agricultural products in a region. Additionally, farming education did not provide the information needed by the farmers. Although producers had a network within a production organization, it was operated mainly for administrators. Therefore, participants felt somewhat lacking. This study identified the level of organization of producer organizations in Chungnam area, where environmentally-friendly agriculture is well activated. This study suggested implications for future production organization participation by evaluating factors affecting participation quantitatively.

Effect of Elevated Temperature on Physiological and Molecular Responses and Photoassimilate Production of Rice Leaves During Early Seed Development

  • The increase in atmospheric temperature due to climate change prolongs the period of exposure to high-temperature environments during rice cultivation. In particular, high-temperature during early seed development greatly affects on the productivity and quality of rice. The high temperature at this time not only affects the transport and distribution of assimilates from leaves to seeds and the accumulation of starch in the seeds, but also affects the leaves, which are the production organs of assimilates, and increases the consumption of assimilation products due to an increase in respiration. Therefore, in this study, rice was grown in temperature gradient chambers(TGC) to analyze the effects of high temperature on physiological responses, assimilate production, and changes in gene expression in rice leaves. Analysis of chlorophyll and sugar contents and RNA-seq experiments were performed using flag leaves collected under normal and elevated temperature conditions, respectively, during the early seed development stage, and then these results were comprehensively discussed.
