판매촉진 수단이 의류제품 평가에 미치는 영향 (A Study on Effect of Sales Promotional Marketing Means on Evaluation of Clothing Product)

  • This study was designed towards female college students to find out how increasing promotional marketing means are affecting the evaluation of clothing products; qualify perception, value perception, and purchase intention. 704 female college students participated in this study and SPSS package was used to analyze gathered data. The results of this study were as follows: First, the use of sales promotional means and preference had a significant difference among students demographic factors(residence, whole Income of the family, allowance, and clothing expenses). Second, qualify perception, value perception, and purchasing intention were the three factors of clothing product evaluation. Third, normal price and $30\%$ sale price clothing was perceived as high quality product and $50\%$ sale price clothing was perceived as high valued product. Purchasing intention was high when low price was suggested or promotional gift was given. Fourth, when considering product price as the factor of product evaluation, there were significant difference between the prices of product. And also, considering the product price, there were significant difference among factors of product evaluation and sales promotional means. Fifth, there was significant correlation between qualify perception, value perception, purchasing intention, usage and preference of promotional means. Further more, value perception was main factor that affected purchasing intention.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the service and product perceptions' dimensions for fashion retail sites and to identify the service and product perceptions' dimensions influencing consumers' satisfaction and purchasing behavioral intentions for fashion retail sites. A set of self-administered questionnaires were e-mailed to an internet Research Panel consisting of members who had purchased fashion products or visited fashion retail sites. 799 questionnaires were analysed using frequency, percentage, exploratory factor analysis. Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, stepwise regression analysis utilizing SPSS 10.0. The service perception dimensions of fashion retail sites had reliability, convenience, incentive, responsiveness and tangibility. Online fashion product perception dimensions were product variety and product value. Consumer satisfaction was influenced by reliability, product variety, product value, convenience, incentive and responsiveness. Consumer satisfaction had a direct impact on purchasing behavioral intentions of fashion retail sites.

  • Smart farm farmers invest a lot of facility costs, time and effort. Product differentiation using storytelling marketing is important for the profitability of smart farms, since it is not easy to differentiate products between fruits and vegetables grown in smart farms and conventional facilities. This study empirically analyzes the effect of storytelling marketing on consumers' value perception and willingness to pay for fruit and vegetables grown in smart farms. For this purpose, the survey is conducted on 1,050 consumers and the main results are as follows. First, as a result of evaluating consumers' value perception, consumers perceive the value of comparative products (product 2 and 3) to be higher than the base product (product 1). Product 2 and 3 provide richer stories than product 1. Second, the willingness to pay for product 3, which provides the richest story, was the highest, followed by product 2, and then product 1. This means storytelling marketing could be an effective strategy that increases the value of fruits and vegetables grown in smart farms. Third, more than half of the respondents are willing to use QR codes when purchasing fresh agricultural products. Farmers could use QR codes to provide rich stories for effective storytelling marketing.

  • Consumer evaluate the jeans product by price brand and store because these cues be surrogate indicator that could infer the product quality. But we need to confirm if depending on these cues were rational and this is the goal of this study. method of the study was based on theoretical and empirical study. For empirical study experiments by the subjects among students of Ewha Womans University were done by using jeans as stimulus,. Data was analized by ANOVA factor analysis grouping analysis F-test Pearson's correlation duncan Test and etc 571 data was analyzed of the 600 data. The results of this study are as follows : Evaluation on jeans product were different even though they were exactly the same jeans. Therefore we could confirm the bias by price brand store when consumer evaluate jeans product. Cues like price brand store effected significantly the evaluation of jeans. Quality perception of jeans was most favorable when evaluation cues were combined with high price famous brand and high prestige store. Value perception was favorable when combined with famous brand and high prestige store but value perception on high price became lowe. Purchase intention correlate with value perception and it shows same format with value preception. The most important cue of all three was store the next was price and then brand. These three cues effect the evaluation of jeans product seperately and together.

  • The perceived quality is a concept considered from the consumer's perspective. So it is differ from the objective determination of product quality. Thus the consumer perception of quality is a subjective judgement of an individual and an overall feeling on the characteristics which includes the product's reliability, performance and so on. In terms of product perception, consumers utilize the product cues in evaluating the product's quality before the purchase and the cues reflecting the quality can be classifisied into intrinsic and extrinsic ones. When the quality perception is limited to the purchase situation, purchase decision dependent on surrogate indicators such as price, are inclined to increase due to the lack of information. Therefore in this study the perceived quality of apparel is controled to the purchase situation in order to examine the consumer's reaction to the price cues and for the convenience of the exploratory investigation. As a result of the empirical study, consumers show differences in quality and value perceptions to the product with the same price depending on the perception whether the price is high or low. The apparel quality evaluation process goes through the steps of "product attributes - perceived quality - perceived value - purchase intention".

Quality, Product Quality, and Market Share Increase: A Perspective for Management Decisions

  • Starting with the meaning of the word quality, diverse concepts connoted by the term are examined. Instead of a bathtub curve, the desirable shape of a failure rate covering the entire life of a good product, which might be called hockey-stick line, is introduced. From the hockey-stick line and the definition of reliability, two measurements are extracted. The terms reliability, failure rate, product life, and durability are explained. From the customer's standpoint, the concept of product quality is classified in five factors, according to related technology: performance, reliability, conformance to specifications, customer perception, and fundamentals advantage. The correlation of the five factors for a first-class product is discussed, Since the market share of a company is determined as the competition result of its product value, defined as product quality and price, the market share increase is derived mathematically from the increment of product value. The market share increase, $\Delta$S, can be calculated from the present market share, S, and the oriented relative value increment of new product, R, to the current product in the same company for the same market target: $\Delta$S : $\Delta$(1-S). R/(1+S.R). Finally, the importance of separating warranty cost from the profit equation for the durables is explained.

  • This study explores the conditions under which consumers adopt wearable devices. The study focuses on the attractiveness of the product that consumers can perceive. This study was implemented to find out what factors influenced the consumers to perceive the attractiveness and value of the product. The factors include the benefits and costs of the product. The consumers' wants for the product was included under personal factor. The synergy effect of related product was classified circumstantial factor. The outcomes derived from the postulating and verifying hypothesis are as follows. First, the attractiveness of the product that the consumers perceive has a positive effect on perceiving the attractiveness of the product. Second, the benefits of the product that the consumers feel have a positive effect on the value of the product in a meaningful way. Third, the consumers' perception of the wants for the product have a significant effect on perceiving the value and attractiveness of the product. Fourth, the consumers' perception of the synergy effect between the wearable device and the smartphone did not affect the value of the product in a significant way, but did have a significant effect on the attractiveness of the products.

  • An understanding of consumers' evaluative processes and the consumer variables that influence cross-cultural evaluations of foreign products is essential to effectively penetrate international markets. This study compared consumers in two developing countries, Korea and Mexico, regarding their product evaluations and purchase intentions for US Levi's jeans. Both Korean and Mexican consumers are generally quality and price conscious. Korean consumers appeared to be more value-conscious than Mexican consumers. Mexican consumers exhibited high level of brand and prestige conscious behavior. Findings in this study support that culture bound consumer characteristics vary from country to country resulting in differences in perception of quality, value and purchase intentions for a particular product. The perception of product quality differs from perception of value and subsequent willingness to buy. For a comprehensive understanding of consumer purchase behavior, the impact of value-conscious attitude on percetion of quality and on purchase intentions should be examined.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 인공지능예술작품 구매할 때 소비자들이 어떤 감지가 있는지, 그리고 구매의 향과 어떤 관계가 있는지 살펴보는데 있다. 본 연구에서 고객감지가치가 제품감지가치, 서비스감지가치 그리고 사회감지가치 총 3가지를 제시하였다. 이를 바탕으로 고객감지가치와 구매의향 간의 모델을 구축하였다. 연구를 위해 데이터 수집은 온라인 설문 조사를 실시하였다. SPSS24.0와 AMOS24.0을 통해 수집한 데이터의 신뢰성, 타당성 및 구조 방정식 분석을 통해 가설 검증을 하였다. 검정결과를 보면 제품인지가치와 서비스인지가치는 소비자의 온라인 구매의향에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 그러나 사회인지가치가 소비자의 구매의향에 영향을 주지 않는 결과가 나타났다.

  • 본 연구에서는 소비자가 인공지능 스피커를 사용하고자 하는 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 제품에 대한 가치 지각과 제품 필요성 지각을 중심으로 연구하였다. 소비자의 제품에 대한 가치 지각에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 편익과 비용을 구분하였고, 정보기술 제품이라는 특성을 반영하여 제품에 대한 유용성 지각을 포함시켰다. 실증 연구결과, 인공지능 스피커 제품에 대한 소비자의 편익 지각과 유용성 지각은 가치 지각과 필요성 지각에 각각 정적(+)으로 영향을 미쳤고, 필요성 지각은 가치 지각에 정적(+)으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 필요성 지각과 가치 지각은 각각 사용 의도에 정적(+)으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 그렇지만, 소비자가 지각하는 비용은 가치 지각에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다.
