패션 제품 온라인 쇼핑 시 지각되는 위험과 구매 의도의 관계에 있어서 태도의 역할 (The Role of Attitude in the Relationship between Perceived Risk and Purchase Intention in the Context of Shopping Fashion Products Online)

  • This study is designed to examine differences in the well known relationship between risk perception and purchase intention when shopping fashion products Online. In addition, the role of attitude in the process was investigated. 155 Korean college students and 165 U.S. college students participated in the study. Structural equation modeling with risk factors(product delivery, transaction, service) as antecedents, purchase intention as the consequence, and attitude as the mediating variable were analyzed. Results indicated that, for Korean respondents, product delivery risk and transaction risk had significant indirect effect on purchase intention through attitude. Service risk had significant direct effect. For U.S. respondents, product delivery risk had both direct and indirect effect on purchase intention whereas transaction risk had only indirect effect. Service risk did not have significant influence on purchase intention.

구전정보 채널유형이 소비자 제품태도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Word-of-Mouth Channel Types on Product Attitude)

  • 소비자들의 구매과정에서 타인으로부터 수집되는 구전정보는 소비자의 제품에 대한 태도와 구매행동에 영향을 미치게 된다. 소비자들이 인지하는 구전정보 특성들 중 신뢰성은 매우 중요한 요소이다. 특히 소비자들은 신뢰할 수 있는 구전채널의 정보를 선호하는 경향이 있다. 본 연구에서는 구전정보의 채널유형이 오프라인 또는 온라인으로 제시되는 각각의 상황에서, 소비자 제품태도에 미치는 영향에 있어 차이가 존재하는지, 더불어 제품관여도 및 성별에 따른 집단 간 차이가 존재하는지를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 구전정보 채널유형(온라인/오프라인)이 소비자 태도에 미치는 영향은 온라인보다 오프라인에서 더 강하게 나타났다. 또한 구전정보 채널유형과 소비자 제품태도의 관계에서 소비자 제품관여도의 조절효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났지만, 성별의 조절효과는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 통해 기업은 소비자들을 대상으로 한 구전전략에서도 충분한 세분화전략을 고려하여야 하며, 구전의 채널이 온라인에 머무르지 않고 오프라인으로 확대 될 수 있는 방안을 모색해야 한다.

PPL 광고효과요인이 광고태도에 미치는 영향 (A Study of Relation between Consumers' Product Placement Effect Factors and Attitude of Advertisement)

  • 본 연구는 PPL 효과에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인가를 소비자의 신념인식을 통해 알아보고, PPL 광고효과요인이 광고태도에 미치는 영향에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 310명의 대학생 소비자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, PPL광고효과에 영향을 미치는 요인은 7개로 나타났다. 즉, 연예인관여도, 노골적묘사, 협찬사신뢰성, 소비조장, 브랜드차별성, 윤리성 및 정보제공 요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 광고태도 지각에서 소비자는 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 과거에 비해 좀 더 긍정적인 인식이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, PPL광고효과요인과 광고태도 관련성에 영향을 미치는 요인은 연예인 관여도 협찬사, 신뢰성 및 정보제공 요인으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 간접광고제작 실무자에게 간접광고효과에 영향을 미치는 중요한 신념 요소가 무엇인가에 대한 자료를 제공할 뿐 아니라 PPL 시장진출에 관심 있는 광고대행사의 간접광고 제작 전략마련에 기초적 자료를 제공해 줄 것이다.

핵심 크리에이티브 요소의 포함 형태에 따른 TV광고 효과 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Including Types of Creative Elements in TV Advertising)

  • 본 연구는 TV 광고의 핵심적 크리에이티브 요소의 포함 형태가 광고 태도, 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 구체적으로 TV 광고 크리에이티브 요소의 포함 형태를 조작한 후 브랜드 친숙도, 성별 간의 상호작용에 따른 광고 효과를 측정하였는데, 본 연구를 통하여 얻은 결과는 첫째, 광고 태도와 브랜드 태도 측면에서 제품 및 비제품 요소를 모두 포함하는 광고가 비제품 요소가 포함되지 않은 광고보다 더 효과적이었다. 둘째, 브랜드 친숙도가 높을 경우, 제품 및 비제품 요소가 모두 포함된 광고에 대한 호의적 평가의 강도가 높았다. 셋째, 브랜드 친숙도가 낮을 경우, 남성 소비자는 제품 및 비제품 요소가 모두 포함된 광고에 대하여 여성 소비자보다 높은 강도의 호의적 광고 태도를 형성하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 광고의 핵심적 크리에이티브 요소들이 광고에 포함되는 형태에 따라 소비자는 어떻게 반응하는가를 실증적으로 확인한 것으로서, 이는 향후 광고 제작 시 광고 집행 상황에 따른 적절한 표현전략의 실질적 가이드라인이 되어 줄 수 있음을 시사한다.

화장품의 양면적 소비태도 (A Study on Ambivalent Consumption of Cosmetics)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the differences in cosmetics brand selection by product type, and the differences in ambivalent cosmetics consumption attitude by ambivalent clothing consumption attitude. The subjects of the study were females aged 20 plus, living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province between January and February 2008, and 427 questionnaires were used for analysis. For data analysis SPSS 17.0 statistical program was used, and principal component analysis, paired t-test and t-test were conducted. The results and conclusions of this study are as follows: firstly, the differences in cosmetics brand selection by product type were investigated. The results showed that domestic high-priced brands of skincare products were selected most often, that foreign high-priced brands of base products and color products were selected most frequently, that domestic low-and medium-priced brands of hair products were selected most often, and that foreign low-and medium-priced brands of body products were selected most frequently. In particular, foreign high-priced brands of color products were most favored, followed by domestic low-and medium-priced brands. The subjects selected foreign high-priced brands, which are the most expensive, and domestic low-and medium-priced brands, which are the least expensive, at the same time. They displayed ambivalent consumption patterns. Secondly, the differences in cosmetics consumption attitude by ambivalent clothing consumption attitude were examined. Groups high on ambivalent clothing consumption attitude had a higher cosmetics consumption attitude than groups low on ambivalent clothing consumption attitude.

소비자 친사회성과 패션 제품 재활용에 대한 태도-의도 관계 (Consumer prosocialness and the attitude-intention relations in fashion product recycling)

  • The objectives of this study were: (1) to identify differences in consumer attitudes and intentions to recycle fashion products using three types of recycling (including resale, reform, and donation), and (2) to examine the moderating effects of consumer prosocialness on the relationships between attitude and intention for each type of fashion product recycling. Men and women aged 20 years and over were recruited from a marketing research firm panel. Participants completed an online questionnaire incorporating measures for attitudes and intentions to resale, reform, and donate fashion products, prosocialness, frequency of purchasing fashion products, monthly amount of spending on fashion products, and demographic information. Data from 224 participants were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 and PROCESS macro. The results demonstrated that consumers had significantly different attitudes and intentions depending on type of fashion product recycling. Consumers had more positive attitudes toward donation compared to resale and reform types of recycling. Consumer intentions toward resale and donation were significantly higher than their intention to reform. Furthermore, this study confirmed that the attitude-intention gap in fashion product recycling can be explained by individual prosocialness. The moderating effects of prosocialness on the associations between attitude and intention to recycle were significant. The implications of increasing consumers' behavior intention to recycle fashion products was discussed and future research suggestions are provided.

인스타그램 뷰티 인플루언서의 속성이 제품태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The effect of Instagram beauty influencers' attributes on product attitude and purchase intention)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify beauty influencer attributes on Instagram and their impact on product attitude and purchase intention and on influential difference between micro and mega influencers. The survey was conducted using a consumer survey method with a questionnaire, and the subjects of the survey were 506 women in their 20s and 30s using Instagram. The results of the study are as follows: First, a range of influencer attribute sub-factors were derived in relation to expertise, attractiveness, similarity, reliability, and intimacy. Second, the attributes highly impacted product attitude in the increasing order of attractiveness, similarity, reliability, and familiarity, with expertise having no statistically significant influence. Third, the consumer's attitude toward the product introduced by the beauty influencer had a significant impact on their purchase intention. Fourth, it was shown that there is no difference in attributes according to the influencer's number of followers. Fifth, the number of followers of the beauty influencer had a partial impact on attitude and purchase intention. A limitation of this study is that age and gender samples are narrow, but it is nevertheless meaningful to explore this topic in the absence of research on beauty influencers. It is believed that these findings will serve as a foundation for the development of beauty influencer marketing strategies on Instagram.

  • 최근에 국가 이미지와 브랜드이미지는 소비자의 구매행동을 설명하고 예측하는데 있어 매우 중요한 변수로서 고려되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 국가 이미지와 브랜드 이미지, 구매행동의 관련성에 초점을 맞춘 연구를 하려고 한다. 연구 대상은 세계적으로 휴대폰시장의 지위가 상승하고 있는 중국 휴대폰 시장을 선정하여 국가 이미지, 브랜드 이미지 그리고 소비자의 브랜드태도가 중국소비자들의 구매행동에 미치는 영향과 관계를 규명해 보고자 한다.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 패션 제품 분류 방식의 효과 (The Effect of the Fashion Product Classification Method in Online Shopping Sites)

  • This study examines the influence of product classification standards and structure on user perception as well as their attitude towards online shopping sites. The causal relationships of variables are also examined. The analysis was based on an online survey with 247 responses. Four types of internet shopping sites were developed and used as a stimulus. The results of the mean comparison analysis indicated that perceived variety, information overload, perceived shopping value and attitude towards the site varies significantly with product classification standards and structure. There was also of a marginally significant interaction between the classification standard and structure on perceived variety and information overload. The causal relationship analysis revealed that perceived variety positively influenced hedonic and utilitarian shopping value. However, information overload had a negative effect on hedonic and utilitarian shopping value. Both the hedonic and utilitarian shopping value positively influenced attitudes towards the sites. This study demonstrates that classification method influences customer perception and attitude. It offers interesting insights on a product classification method as a strategic tool for online shopping.

제품 포장 디자인에서의 QR 코드가 브랜드 커뮤니케이션에 미치는 효과 (The Brand Communication Effect of QR Code for Product Package Design)

  • Using of QR(Quick Response) code is dramatically extended to various marketing area; not only substitute of bar code but also new tool of PR and marketing. This research attempts to analyze brand communication effect using QR code printed on product package especially in snack product category. Findings are 1) communication effect are different according to the type of book-trailers; 2) cinematic production and animation are the most effective type of book-trailers; 3) for memory and confirmation(sharing), a)stills and straplines, Analysis result of hypothesis I showed that characters of QR code influence on brand attitude. Among dependent variables, only reliability is significant. That means reliability of company and brand using QR code influence on brand attitude. The higher reliability of QR code, the better brand attitude of the brand. Analysis result of hypothesis II found that only reliability is significant on purchasing intention. Reliability of company and product using QR code influences on purchasing intention. The higher reliability of QR code, the higher possibility of purchasing products. Therefore, company can enhance reliability of both company and its products by using QR code. Using QR code will bring high reliability and high brand attitude and purchasing intention.
