This study is about development of Feature-based Solid Modeling system in integrated CAD/CAM environment. Parasolid modeling kernel and HOOPS/3D graphics library was used to develop this system in PC level. System feature library was defined using both procedural and declarative approach method. The raw stock is created by boolean operator using design primitives, and a part is designed that pre-defined feature is removed from the raw stock. This method is called "DSG(Destructive Solid Geometry)" and basic constructive operator of this system. This is not complete system and only the first step to develop Feature-based Solid Modeling System using Parasolid. We will add more powerful functionality and flexible GUI in Windows.n Windows.

The reuse of a programs is classified into white-box reuse to reuse with modification and black-box reuse to reuse without modification. A component in component-based development has the property of black-box reuse. In order to measure resuability of class and component, we must consider all the procedural and object-oriented attribute. In this paper, we propose a new model for measurement of class and component reusability and the measure criteria. A component that is measured by proposed model can know a degree of reuse and we can select which component is high in resuability.

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the recent trends of the development of the English textbooks in EFL situation. The 7th National English Curriculum(NEC) in 2001 which emphasized the curriculum-centered school education have had much influence on the traditional textbook-centered school education in Korea. According to the paradigmatic change of school education, the contents of the English textbooks were changed into the new types of students-centered classroom activities. For students' communicative activities, the English textbooks were developed by two types of syllabuses: process-oriented syllabus and product-oriented syllabus. The 7th NEC includes procedural syllabus and task-based syllabus as well as grammatical- structural syllabus and notional-functional syllabus. In short, unlike the English textbooks in former curriculums, learners' classroom activities and tasks have been emphasized in those to foster their communicative competence.

The article is devoted to the problems and prospects of integration of informational technologies in the administration of justice as a necessary component of the development of the informational society in Ukraine. In general, informational technologies make it possible to create new forms of organization and interaction of bodies of public authorities with society, to introduce innovative solutions for legal regulation and organization of public relations. More and more services for citizens are moving to electronic format. Judicial reform is aimed at ensuring more comfortable and convenient interaction with the courts. The need for the usage of informational technology in the proceedings is preconditioned by the global informatization of modern society, the development of new forms of interaction in the civil sphere with the usage of electronic means of communication: the global Internet, mobile, and satellite communication systems and more. "Electronic justice" involves the use of information and communication technologies in the implementation of procedural law.

Purpose: To derive key requirements and key technologies for weapon system acquisition business by using Qualify Function Deployment (QFD), and to reduce business cost by setting the target performance and key expense of weapon system. Methods: We propose a QFD methodology that can induce rational decision-making by translating analyst's subjective opinions into quantitative values when analyzing requirements at the initial stage of weapon system development project. Based on QFD methodology, QFD application model combining house of quality, value engineering, and analogy cost estimating technique is presented. Results: It was possible to analyze the specific requirements necessary for the development of the weapon system, to solve the communication problem of the participants, to set clear development direction and target. Conclusion: By applying the QFD application model at the early stage of the weapon system acquisition project, it is possible to reduce the business cost by establishing clear development direction and goal through the procedural analysis process.

Ontology can be used as a formal and demonstrative knowledgebase that can express the thinking process of human. Software Development Process is a collection of ideal practices and procedural system that is performed by mature organization with high capability. Due to complexity of process, however, Software development Process often results in obstruction of introducing and improving simple process activity. While introducing and improving software development process, application of ontology to complex software development process is more approachable by showing deductive results of relationship between ISO/IEC 15504 and CMMI. In this paper, we demonstrate a methodology that utilizes the improved process database conceptually mapping between ISO/IEC 15504 and CMMI using ontology.

The green craze has hit all the world lately. The green revolution which means immense changes for sustainable development under the new environment-economy system is foretelling that we should have new angle to the environment and economy. This paper is about the development of the model and indicators for construction of ECO(Energy Circulating Organic)-Village which is the green growth option of local community. This model is composed of three concepts - SPDC (about procedural methodology of Model), Virtuous Circle (about functional relationships of three requisites), Network (about spatial relationships between communities) - and evaluation indicators. Environment, tourism, industry (Energy & Organic Agriculture) are set as the three requisites for green growth of local community. Nations of the world plunge into the green war which is silent, general, sweeping changes. We can not win this war with the existing thinking system and policy. We need revolutionary changes reconsidering of environmental value and sustainable development strategy of the region. Each of us should go through the changes and this work would be the one among those efforts.

This paper is analyzed of the characteristics of development operations and development security operations of the software and product, and the use analysis tools from a software code perspective. Also, it is emphasized the importance of human factors and the need to strengthen them, when considering security design rules. In this paper, we consider a secure process for managing change, focusing on fast and accurate decision-making in terms of procedural factors, when considering development security operations. In addition, the paper discussed the need for maturity model analysis in relation to the development security operating characteristics, and analyzed the meaning of the analysis elements through detailed procedures for the strength and integration elements of the dynamic and static elements accordingly. The paper also analyzed factors such as scanning activity and code analysis for threat modeling and compliance and control.

As improving the life quality of citizen because of development of Urbanization and Information, civil application service of public institutions has been changed. The government provides a 24-hour civil service of e-government, public institutions operate U-complaints call center to pursue a personalized service to customers. As customer service are diversified, the inconvenience of service is increased. Therefore, public institutions instituted U-complaints call center to solve increased complaints. In early days, public institutions operated simple call center. However, it became intelligent U-complaints call center by SNS. The more increase the importance of agents' contact customer service, the more increase Job Performance considered by Organizational Commitment & Job Satisfaction of call center agents. This study analyzed that applied to Fairness Theory with Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction and analyze U-complaints call center agents' role and job performance of public institutions. Proposed a research model applied to job satisfaction with key variables, organizational commitments, job satisfaction. It's expected to impact on job performance of U-complaints call center agents in public institutions. For empirical study of research model, conducted a survey of the U-complaints call center agents of public institutions. 170 samples were collected from the survey and analyze relationship between the factors. Procedural justice, distribution fairness, fairness interaction are significant influence on organizational commitment of parameters by analysis U-complaints call center agents. Procedural justice and fairness of interaction was found not to effect on parameters of job satisfaction. Also, parameter, organizational commitment have significant influence on job satisfaction. However, have no influence on job performance. Therefore, the parameters of job satisfaction have significant influence on job performance. Public institutions should adopt to improve the quality of citizen services through U-complaints call center agents.

The computer subject emphasizes practice centered teaching. The materials can be used in such practice teaching play a role as resources improving poor practice teaching environment. Web courseware can be used as teaching-learning materials causing motivation and interest to learners and enabling learning activity meeting students' level and requirement. So, we developed 15 web coursewares as teaching and learning materials for middle school Computer subject in this study. The design forms of web coursewares we developed are different each other. And then, lead teachers to develope teaching and learning materials originally and to apply them to teaching variously. In addition, the practice parts of web coursewares were made of form of sham learning appling procedural simulation skill. It enables individual practice of learners, so we expect improving one to many instruction environment somewhat.
