Exploring factors of nutrition teachers' intentions for sustainable dietary education in South Korea: an application of the theory of planned behavior

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception of nutrition teachers and the factors influencing their intention toward sustainable dietary education utilizing the theory of planned behavior (TPB). Methods: The self-administered online survey was completed by nutrition teachers in Jeollanam-do, South Korea. A total of 151 valid questionnaires were analyzed. Factor analysis and multiple regressions were employed to test the research model. Results: The study findings demonstrated that all TPB variables significantly influenced the sustainable dietary educational intention, with the degree of influence ranking as follows: external perceived behavioral control (β = 0.417), attitude (β = 0.240), internal perceived behavioral control (β = 0.207), and subjective norms (β = 0.181). For external perceived behavioral control, nutrition teachers and elementary schools exhibited higher levels compared to dietitians and middle/high schools, respectively. The participants in sustainable dietary education training programs exhibited a higher level of internal perceived behavioral control compared to those who did not participate. The highest perception levels were reported for attitude (4.26), followed by subjective norms (4.02), internal perceived behavioral control (3.67), and external perceived behavioral control (3.20). Conclusions: This study affirmed that the TPB variables elucidated the sustainable dietary educational intentions of nutrition teachers. The significant impacts of external and internal perceived behavioral control, attitude, and subjective norms on educational intentions were confirmed. Consequently, proactive support from schools and governments is essential to enhance the facilitating factors and mitigate the barriers toward sustainable dietary education in schools.

대기업 구성원의 장기지향성이 감성활용과 변화 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 (Employee's Long Term Orientation's Effect on Change Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Emotional Regulation Mediating)

  • 본 연구는 기업 구성원의 장기지향성이 변화 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 및 감성활용의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 홉스테드 연구에 의하면 동아시아국가 중 한국은 장기 지향성이 높은 국가로 나타났으며, 절약, 장기적 관계 및 소속된 집단의 화평을 중요하는 문화라고 볼 수 있다. 이와 관련 선행 연구들은 학교 및 국가별 차원에서 연구되었으며, 개인차원의 자발적 역량인 변화 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 검증한 연구는 많지 않다. 또한 글로벌 환경의 급격한 변화에 노출된 구성원들의 감성활용 능력은 조직의 구성원으론 매우 중요한 개인 역량으로 평가된다. 이런 현상을 바탕으로 본 연구는 대기업의 구성원들의 감성 활용 능력이 장기지향성과 변화 조직시민행동을 매개 할 것이라 예측했다. 본 연구는 홉스테드 문화차원을 개인적 차원으로 설문화한 Yoo's Cultural Value Scale (CVSCALE) 사용하여 통계프로그램인 SPSS 21.0을 통해 국내 S전자회사의 임직원 200명을 상대로 설문 및 분석했으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 장기지향성은 변화적 조직시민행동에 유의한 (+) 영향을 미친다고 나타났으며 개인의 감성활용이 장기지향성과 변화 조직시민행동을 완전 매개한다는 결과가 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 감성활용이 기업의 구성원의 변화 조직시민행동에 긍정적 영향을 준다는 점을 검증하였으며 구성원들의 감성 활용 훈련 및 교육을 통해 조직효율성을 높이고 자발적 행동역량인 변화적 조직시민행동도 높일 수 있다는 가능성을 제시한 점에 의미가 있다.

임상간호사의 조직공정성이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 : 2차 의료기관을 대상으로 (The Effect Organizational Justice on Organizational Citizenship Behavior focus on Nurses in Secondary Hospitals)

  • 간호서비스 질에 대한 대상자들의 요구가 점점 높아지고 있는 현실에서 간호서비스 질은 간호사의 직무태도와 행동에 따라 달라질 수 있다 하였다. 그 것은 자발적이고 능동적인 조직시민행동으로 설명할 수 있다. 임상실무에서는 간호사들의 업무성과에 영향을 미치는 조직시민행동이 매우 중요하며 조직공정성은 조직시민행동의 중요한 영향요인이다. 본 연구는 조직공정성이 간호사의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 K지역 소재 500병상 미만의 2차 의료기관 3곳에서 근무하는 간호사 230명을 대상으로 하였다. 데이터 분석은 SPSS Win18.0을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Perason's correlation coefficient, Multiple Regression을 하였다. 연구결과에서 총 조직공정성과 그 하위요인 인 분배, 절차, 상호작용공정성은 조직시민행동에 유의한 정(+)의 상관관계를 나타내었다(r=.172~.540, p=.000). 또한 총 조직공정성은 29.1%의 설명력을 가지고 총 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향(${\beta}$=.540)을 미쳤다(F=93.777, p=.000). 하위요인을 살펴보면, 절차공정성을 제외한 분배공정성(${\beta}$=.283)과 상호작용공정성(${\beta}$=.249)은 조직시민행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호사의 조직시민행동을 유도하기 위해서는 성과, 보상에 대한 분배공정성과 사회적 관계인 상호작용공정성에 초점을 맞춘 간호관리 전략이 필요하다.

  • In this paper, the expert system to reduce the amount of food waste is proposed. The method of material flow analysis (MFA) is applied. Proper handling of waste beyond the terms of the need for proactive research been mentioned before, but actually cause the waste generator research focuses on consumer behavior and the business community to analyze the flow of materials within the study are insufficient. In this paper, the type of food consumption and food waste, look at the relationship between the occurrence of secondary schools in the diet is provided for students to examine the preferences of the target model diet expert system was reconfigured. Preference for leaving the food in the diet leads to the important information that is Each diet recipes that make up the target material flow analysis (MFA) was constructed to perform all the database. This database is currently being generated from the rain while cooking diet edible plants and materials to reflect the self-esteem following the recommended diet is used to create. Reducing food waste is actually being used currently in research knowledge to the knowledge base was constructed. Future Home Smart System was developed in conjunction with the system to the user, by providing guidelines for the utilization can be expected.

부산지역 종합병원환자의 흡연실태 및 원내 흡연정책에 관한 인식도 조사 (Hospital Patients' Smoking Behaviors and Perceptions of Smoking Policies in Pusan.)

  • The purposes of this study were to identify patients' perceptions toward regulations of smoking in general hospitals and hazards caused by smoking. Moreover this study also identified smoking behaviors and punishment experience due to in-hospital smoking and education experiences of smoking in general hospitals. Around 88.0% of all respondents regardless of either smokers or non-smokers knew that hospitals are non-smoking area. However, 71.6% of smokers smoked during their hospital visits. For their smoking, only 51.0% of smokers utilized smoking rooms or areas for their smoking. Only 55.1% of smokers experienced punishments or notifications of warning due to their smoking. Around 93.0% of inpatients and outpatients acknowledged hazards toward their health caused by smoking. However, smokers did not realize the dangerous effects of passive smoking to other persons. Only 38.1% of smokers said that passive smoking causes hazard of others' health. 63.8% of smokers hoped for secession of smoking but only 42.8% of them sustained their non-smoking periods over 5 moths. Based on these results, this study insists that a more enforced smoking policy in general hospitals be desperately needed for protecting patients' health and controlling smoking at unapproved areas. Moreover hospitals should take proactive actions to prevent smoking in hospitals. A health education program in hospitals should promote patients' self-efficacy to stop smoking and patients' understanding of the hazardous effects of passive smoking in hospitals.

The Role of Transformational Leadership toward Work Performance through Intrinsic Motivation: A Study in the Pharmaceutical Field in Vietnam

  • The study aims to identify the role of transformational leadership toward work performance through intrinsic motivation in pharmaceutical field by a survey of 220 pharmacists in Vietnam. The pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam is experiencing rapid growth, accompanied by the need for a change in leadership for managers. The transformational leadership creates a proactive, positive attitude, passion, interest or an increase in intrinsic motivation of employees, thereby affecting work performance. This study performed reliable verification by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, then the factors are analyzed by EFA before conducting multivariate regression analysis. The results showed that the transformational leadership style includes such factors as: idealized influence (attributed and behavior), inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration have a positive impact on intrinsic motivation and thereby positively affecting work performance. It confirms that employees will have a higher intrinsic motivation level when working under transformational leadership from their leaders. It makes employees work more efficiently. According to the research results, the pharmacist has an intrinsic motivation to work hard on tasks that contribute to the group overall goal of. That requires managers to have a task assignment strategy to connect the goals of the members together as well as of the members to the group.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the intra CSR for the sustainable hospital management. The company was proactive stance on CSR carried out in the environmental field as a preemptive countermeasures movement of citizens and government regulations. CSR, while performing for employees, is recognized as a problem within the enterprise, it was reluctant to respond to the performance and results published. This study aims to determine whether the effect is substantially reflect If you want to include in the process of demonstrating the impact of CSR within the organization to make decisions in labor union composed of employees of internal stakeholders as a parameter. In particular, research in the field of performing a public function such situations, hospitals are lacking. Internal CSR performance of the general hospital (professional) in this study was found to have mad that the generally positive effect on improving labor productivity within the organization. In particular, its performance was more positive than in the virtuous cycle that meets the expectations and internal performance improvements improve equity executives expect employees to be borne if your blood and your liver collaborative decision-making behavior. Therefore, the internal CSR awareness by investing in sustainable management of the partnership is expected to achieve improved financial performance and labor productivity by performing more active at the same time.

한국에서 빅데이터를 활용한 범죄예방시스템 구축을 위한 연구 (A Study on Construction of Crime Prevention System using Big Data in Korea)

  • 범죄는 사전적 예방이 중요하다. 과거 범죄는 사후적으로 대처하고 이를 처벌하는데 집중하였다. 그러나 빅데이터 기술을 적용하면 범죄는 사전적으로 예방될 수 있다. 빅데이터는 범죄자 또는 잠재적 범죄자의 행동을 예측할 수 있기 때문이다. 이 글은 범죄예방을 위해 빅데이터 시스템을 어떻게 구축할지에 대해 논의한다. 구체적으로는 빅데이터의 비정형 데이터와 기본의 정형데이터를 결합하는 방식을 다루고 그 결과로서 범죄예방시스템을 설계한다. 이 연구를 통해 범죄 예방을 위해 빅데이터가 활용되는 가능성을 지문을 통해 기술하였고 이를 기초로 향후 범죄예방프로그램 및 연구에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

  • 최근 안드로이드 기반 상용 스마트워크 단말이 개발/보급되면서 다양한 형태의 앱이 개발되어 사용 중에 있으나 앱을 통해 사용자도 모르게 다양한 형태의 공격이 급증하고 있어 이에 대한 능동적 대응 방안이 제시되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 안드로이드 기반 상용 스마트워크 단말의 사용자 환경을 중심으로 공격 등이 발생하였을 경우 이를 탐지하고 능동적으로 대응할 수 있는 기술에 대해 연구하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 보안 취약성 분석 및 대응기법인 경우 기존 방식보다 간편하고 최소화된 메모리 구조를 이용하여 단말내 이상현상을 모니터링 할 수 있으면서도 효율적으로 스마트워크 단말의 공격에 대한 능동적 대응 기능을 제공한다.

  • In-flight service, depending on the perceptions of service satisfaction because ever turns into a variable, which enables service providers the flexibility of a variable in the end flight service to suit your needs to providing comprehensive and proactive services of the crew will be motivated. In addition, the service provider's motivation to work in a confined space on board the flight service characteristics in-flight service will be a major impact on the environment. This service-oriented environment, in-flight service and motivation in order to verify the impact on services in Cape factors as independent variables and the dependent variable service-oriented multi-regression analysis was performed. As a result, the motivation of the crew and the crew of the service-oriented, with a voluntary service crew services dependent variable parameters that affect the behavior of the acts. Services and service-oriented motivation Cape factors significantly influence both the irradiated while the impact on voluntary service and results verification service aesthetics, cleanliness, and physical service environment, only the voluntary services of the crew a positive effect on that the effects were investigated.
