원활한 교통을 방해하는 요인으로 도로공사, 도로와 인접한 곳에서의 건축공사, 대규모 상업시설(백화점,대형마트,경기장,콘서트장 등), 주차장 이용을 위한 차량의 빈번한 출입 등을 들 수 있으며, 이러한 요인으로 발생한 인명사고 및 교통정체는 결국 사회적 경제적으로 막대한 비용 지출이라는 결과를 초래하게 된다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 일본은 1972년 교통유도경비 업무라는 경비업무를 도입하였다. 업무내용으로는 앞서 언급한 문제요인 발생 지역에 해당 업무를 실시함으로써 교통정체지역의 원활한 교통흐름 유도, 보행자 및 차량의 유도로 사고위험 경감 등의 효과를 나타내고 있다. 또한, 2009년 12월 기준 일본 전체 경비업체 8,924개 중 59.6%(5,317개)가 교통유도경비업체로 등록되어 있을 정도로 도입이후 급신장한 일본의 경비업무이다. 반면 한국은 원활한 교통을 방해하는 요인에 대한 대책마련 요구가 있음에도 불구하고 제도 및 안전 관리대책에 한계를 들어내고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 일본에서 시행되고 있는 교통유도경비 제도를 한국의 현재 실태 분석과 함께 향후 민 관상호가 협력적으로 협의하여 실현 가능토록하기 위한 법적제도 및 교육제도에 대하여 방안을 제안하였다.

정보시스템 개발 프로젝트가 점차 대형화, 복잡화됨에 따라 프로젝트 성공을 위해 PMO 도입이 증가하고 있다. 전자신문(2012. 1. 3)에 의하면, "미국에서는 1950년대부터 PMO 제도를 채택했으며, 2010년 기준 공공 민간 발주 프로젝트 84%에 PMO가 참여한다."고 되어있고, 행정안전부에서는 사업수행 지원과 발주기관의 전문성 강화를 위해 "PMO 도입 운영 기준" 마련을 위한 Task Force를 구성하여 2012년 2월부터 본격 가동하게 되었다. 본 연구를 통해서 PMO 서비스가 프로젝트 및 조직의 성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하므로써, 이데 대한 전문가 또는 이해당사자간의 다양한 이견에 대해 학문적 및 체계적인 해답을 실무적으로 제공하게 되었다. PMO 서비스는 프로젝트 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 조직의 성과에도 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 이 영향의 정도는 PMO의 역량에 좌우되고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

Many urban-plan facilities were settled by the government in the need of infrastructure due to the rapid urbanization. The Constitutional Court judged that the exclusion of land-owners' private right to use their land did not accord with the Constitution, and the infringement of their right because of currently unexecuted facilities became the urgent task to be solved due to the revision of the Urban plan law revised on January 28, 2000. Accordingly, the government needed to establish a complete plan to review and rearrange the long-term unexcuted urban plan facilities. For this plan to be successful, we have constructed the database of unexecuted urban plan facilities by using GIS analysis technique in this research. Further, we will construct a basic database to manage the unexecuted urban plan facilities by utilizing the database we have constructed, computerized geographical information files of LMIS, urban plan facilities data of UPIS, and other information.

이 연구는 민간경비업 종사자의 직무특성이 특성불안 및 과업수행에 미치는 영향에 대한 구조모형을 설정하고 현실 적합도가 높은 이론적 모형을 도출한 다음, 모형에 포함된 변수들간의 인과관계를 검증하고자 한다. 이 연구는 2011년 현재 서울소재 경비회사를 모집단으로 설정한 다음, 판단표집법을 활용하여 300명을 표집하였다. 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도는 확인적 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 통계처리는 AMOS 18.0과 SPSSWIN18.0 프로그램을 활용하여 공변량구조분석의 기법이 활용되었다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 민간경비업 종사자의 직무특성은 특성불안에 정적 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 민간경비업 종사자의 직무특성은 과업수행에 정적 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 민간경비업 종사자의 특성불안은 과업수행에 정적 영향을 미친다.

The present study investigated socio-organizational variables which influence teachers' commitment to the organization. Subjects were 254 teachers of private kindergartens in Kimhae, Kyungnam-do, and Tongrae-gu and Kangseo-gu in Pusan. The instrument was a questionnaire developed by Rosenholtz(1991), originally developed for the study of the teachers' work place (the social organization of elementary schools) and revised here for Korean early education. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA. Results revealed that the most important variable influencing teachers' organizational commitment is teachers' job certainty, next is teachers' learning opportunities; other variables are teachers' career, psychological rewards, and task autonomy and discretion.

In these days, private investment for railway business has been expended and the importance of asset management arose. Especially new concept and effective management for the maintenance of railway have been developed. RCM(Reliability Centered Maintenance) is suggested to optimize the maintenance task and the proper maintenance decision logic for each system has been needed. But there are a lot of difficulties to apply the maintenance decision logic which has been developed in Aviation fields to railway. In this paper, the study on the development of the maintenance decision logic will be introduced through the risk analysis which has been applied to analyze the safety of railway.

In this paper, we draw a security assessment by analyzing possible vulnerabilities of the designated PC service which is supposed for strengthening security of current online identification methods that provide various areas such as the online banking and a game and so on. There is a difference between the designated PC service and online identification methods. Online identification methods authenticate an user by the user's private information or the user's knowledge-based information, though the designated PC service authenticates a hardware-based unique information of the user's PC. For this reason, high task significance services employ with online identification methods and the designated PC service for improving security multiply. Nevertheless, the security assessment of the designated PC service has been absent and possible vulnerabilities of the designated PC service are counterfeiter and falsification when the hardware-based unique-information is extracted on the user's PC and sent an authentication server. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze possible vulnerabilities of the designated PC service and draw the security assessment.

Modeling is essential to simulate the operation of integrated circuit (IC) before its fabrication. Seeing a large number of Metal-Oxide-Silicon Field-Effect-Transistor (MOSFET) models available, it has become important to understand them and compare them for their pros and cons. The task becomes equally difficult when the complexity of these models becomes very high. The paper reviews the mainstream models with their physical relevance and their comparisons. Major short-channel and quantum effects in the models are outlined. Emphasis is set upon the latest compact models like BSIM, MOS Models 9/11, EKV, SP etc.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between preschoolers’ self-perception, peer competence and giftedness. The subjects in this study were 101 preschoolers between the ages of 4 and 5 who attended childcare centers and private kindergartens in Pohang city area. The major findings of this study were as follows: Firstly, there were significant negative correlation between cognitive ability variables of self-perception and aggressive and asocial variables of peer competence. Secondly, there were significant positive correlation between cognitive ability variables of self-perception and humor variables of giftedness. Furthermore there were significant positive correlation between mother acceptance variables of selfperception and logical thinking, task commitment and humor variables of giftedness. Finally, there were significant negative correlation between hyper-distractible variables of peer competence and independence variables of giftedness.

This study is to investigate multilateral environmental agreements,mainly UNFCCC on the primary export industry of Korea and to make a policy recommendation. Mostly literature reviews are focused on the traditional multilateral environmental agreements and the for the most part analysis are conducted prior to the Paris agreement. The result of survey indicates that many companies have not yet felt burden on their business due to UNFCCC(decarbonization) and have monitored the related policies. But the companies ask the government for strong incentives. The paper implies that enforcing strong government incentives, upgrading usage of the nuclear power, improving the related government legislation, setting up the special task force team with government and private sectors are needed.
