패션잡지 마케팅 전략을 위한 라이프스타일 유형에 따른 소비자 행동연구 (A Study on Consumer Behaviors by Types of Lifestyle for Fashion Marketing Strategy)

  • The purpose of this study was to observe lifestyle of female consumers aged 15-25. Also it was to measure brand awareness, to determine purchase criteria in fashion magazine, and to determine promotion preferences according to lifestyle segmentation variables. We distributed 600 questionnaires and 475 reliable questionnaires were used for a statical analysis. Data analyses were conducted with SPSS program on the frequency mean value, Chi-square test, Cluster analysis, and Factor analysis. We classified four clusters such as individual style seekers, trend seekers, promotion/good appearance seekers, and low fashion interest group, based on lifestyle variables. There was a significant difference in brand awareness in Vogue Girl, Cosmo Girl, Elle, Figaro, Ecole magazine among four clusters. There was a significant difference in such purchase criteria as favorable cover models, good "burok" which is a magazine supplement, brand names, and price among four clusters. In addition, the results of ANOVA represent that there was a significant difference in preferred types of promotion such as discount price, clothing gifts, fashion accessary gifts and hair tool gifts. However, the first ranked preferred one was a cosmetic gift in all the magazines, which favored more by trend seeker group.

대학생 1인가구 주거계획을 위한 단위세대와 공유공간의 만족도 및 선호도 조사 - 충북 청주 소재 대학교의 대학생 1인가구를 대상으로 - (Satisfaction and Preference of Private and Shared Space of Student Housing for One Person Household - Focused on the University Students in Cheongju, Chungbuk -)

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a practical guide for planning the private and shared space of student housing for one person household by analyzing their satisfaction and preference. The data was collected through a questionnaire-survey from the students of the university in the city of Cheongju, Chungbuk. 191 samples were collected and analyzed by using SPSS-PC. The results are as follows: (1) this survey showed that most students are dissatisfied with private and shared spaces to narrow size, an unpleasant indoor environment, and incomplete facilities. (2) The most preferred housing type is an officetel in one room style because of its convenience. The majority of students preferred a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and dining room in personal preferential order with a wide room, well-ventilated environment, and reasonable space zoning for planning the private space. Broad personal spaces with shared spaces such as a study room, cafeteria and health zone are in demand for unit planning. Therefore, to provide privacy for personal living and to develop community spirit, there needs to be a movement to better for community living by arranging optional shared spaces.

20대 여성의 기성복 바지 맞음새와 하반신 체형 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Slacks Fit and Perception of Lower Body Fitness of Women in 20's)

  • This study surveyed some general fit problem of the ready-to-wear slacks of women in 20's. A questionnaire survey was administered to 80 women in 20's. 14 body dimensions were measured fer 53 women among the subjects who participated in this survey. Their anthropometric data were analyzed and the difference between actual and perceived body shape was compared. The results of this study showed that the subjects experienced poor slacks fit at thigh, crotch, and hip areas. Occasionally subjects altered the waist size of slacks after purchasing them. Despite the subjects' waist measurement was ranged from 22 to 33 inches, most of them purchased slacks with size 26 or 27 inches. The researchers claimed that the manufacturers did not provide various slacks sizes for women in 20's. The subjects, who had problems with poor slacks ft, preferred to buy customized slacks. The most of subjects preferred to buy mass customized slacks to have chance to choose their own style from pool of various styles. The subjects tended to perceive their body size larger than actual at hip and thigh. The most critical body dimension reflected their perception on lower body fitness was waist circumference.

냉감소재를 사용한 여름철 의류의 구매행동과 디자인 선호도 연구 (A Study on Clothing Purchasing Behaviors and Design Preference of Summer Clothes using Cooling Textiles)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate purchasing behaviors of summer clothes using cooling textiles and clothing design preference in summer season. The subjects were 623 married women aged from 30s to 60s. The research method was a survey and the measuring instruments consisted of purchasing behaviors of summer clothes using cooling textiles, clothing design preference in summer season, and subjects' demographics attributions. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, multiple response analysis, cross tabs analysis, and $x^2$ test, using SPSS statistical program. The results were as follows. First, important clothing selection criteria were design, price, and textiles. The main items using cooling textiles that female consumers purchased were T-shirts, pants, and outdoor & sportswear. Main information sources of summer clothes using cooling textiles were internet and store display, and purchasing places were fashion outlet, internet, brand store, and department store. Second, female consumers most preferred comfortable and casual style. They mainly preferred white and blue color, pastel and pale tone, plain pattern, and cotton and functional materials in summer season. Third, there were many important differences among 4 age groups on purchasing behaviors of summer clothes using cooling textiles and design preference in summer season.

The Influence of Creator Information on Preference for Artificial Intelligence- and Human-generated Artworks

  • Purpose: Researchers have shown that aesthetic judgments of artworks depend on contexts, such as the authenticity of an artwork (Newman & Bloom, 2011) and an artwork's location of display (Kirk et al., 2009; Silveira et al., 2015). The present study aims to examine whether contextual information related to the creator, such as whether an artwork was created by a human or artificial intelligence (AI), influences viewers' preference judgments of an artwork. Methods: Images of Impressionist landscape paintings were selected as human-made artworks. AI-made artwork stimuli were created using Google's Deep Dream Generator by mimicking the Impressionist style via deep learning algorithms. Participants performed a preference rating task on each of the 108 artwork stimuli accompanied by one of the two creator labels. After this task, an art experience questionnaire (AEQ) was given to participants to examine whether individual differences in art experience influence their preference judgments. Results: Setting AEQ scores as a covariate in a two-way ANCOVA analysis, the stimuli with the human-made context were preferred over the stimuli with the AI-made context. Regarding the types of stimuli, the viewers preferred AI-made stimuli to human-made stimuli. There was no interaction effect between the two factors. Conclusion: These results suggest that preferences for visual artworks are influenced by the contextual information of the creator when the individual differences in art experience are controlled.

한국 근로자의 식품섭취 기호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Preferences for Food Intake of Korean Industrial Workers)

  • This study was carried on the preferences for food intake pattern of Korean industrial workers. The survey was conducted from Feb 17, to March 31, 1992 by questionnaires which was composed of 21 items. The subjects of this study were composed of 426 clerical workers, and 439 physical workers. The results were obtained as follows. 1. In the educational background, clerical workers was almost of highschool or collage graduates, and physical workers was almost of highschool graduates. Marginal food cost of per person for lunch a day was from 500 Won to 1,000 Won. They replied that amount of staple food and side dishes were appropriate, and the type of preferable foods was Korean style cooked rice. Also it was known that physical workers thought their nutritive condition more badly than that of clerical workers. So the physical workers considered their health very much when they had meal. It was represented that unbalanced diet, without diet and drinking alcohol effected badly to food intake and taste of food was the most important point in food intake. 2. Preferences for staple foods; Cooked rice was preferred the most by the subjects. Cooked rice with redbean was preferred by clerical workers and cooked rice with soybean was preferred by physical workers and cooked rice with soybean was preferred by physical workers. Also clerical and physical workers liked Kalkooksoo (hot noodle), Nangmyun (cold noodle), bread, vegetable bread and disliked Sphagetti, Ramyun (Instant noodle) in same rate. In the next, cooked rice covered with raw fish pieces (Sushi) was preferred by clerical workers and Mandu-kook was preferred by physical workers. Also they disliked Curriedrice and Hashrice in same pattern. 3. Preference for side-dishes; The Acceptances for side-dishes were high soybean paste soup (clerical workers:43.7%, physical workers:34.4%), Kim chi stew, fried potatoes, crab steaming (37.8%, 36.9%), broiled fish (34.6%, 33.9%), fried green pepper, Ham, Chinese cabbage Kim chi, and pickled garlic by clerical and physical workers all together. But in clerical workers, Wooghugi beef-rib tang, Deodeok muchim, spinach namul, beef jangjeorim, fried shrimp were shown to have high preference in physical workers, beef-rib tang, wild onion and shepherd's purses muchim, soybean sprout, fish jeorim, fried sweet potatoes were high preference. 4. Preference of Snacks; The preferences for snacks were high in strawberry (clerical:36.3%, physical:34.3%), milk (49.9%, 44.4%), waxy rice Doek (30.7%, 30.2%), coffee (40.1%, 38.9%) by two groups in same order.

대구지역 관광운수 영업자의 연령별 식행동 특성 및 음식 기호도 조사 연구 (A Study on Food Behaviors and Food Preferences of the Tourism Transportation Business Managers in Daegu Areas by Age)

  • This study was carried out to survey the eating behaviors and the food preferences of the tourism transportation business managers in Daegu areas by age. The survey was performed from 17 to August 25, 2003 by questionnaires and the subjects were 365 males. As a general factor, the subjects of survey were male drivers in their thirties to sixties. Their education level was middle school(44.9%) and high school(45.8%) diploma. This study showed that the managers eat three meals per day with high percentage(75.9%) and a large number of managers(24.1%) eat two meals only. 77.8% of the subjects responded that their diet life were irregular due to the property of their job. Frequency of eating-out turned out to be much higher in managers aged 60 over(p<0.001). They considered taste of the food firstly, and the prices of the food secondly, but the nutritional value of the food was considered with a low percentage(22.7%). We found that their BMI were overweight from 23.5 to 26.01, their calorie and some nutrient intakes were below their RDA. The most insufficiently consumed nutrient(less than 75% of RDA) was vitamin B₂ followed by calcium. The food preferences of subjects showed that the managers preferred boiled rice to any other rice as a staple foods. Their favorite menu of one-course Korean style meal turned out to be the bibimbob(boiled rice mixed with assorted vegetable and meat). As for subsidiary foods, out of all various meat soups, beef soups and beef-rib soups were most preferred. The most preferred stew were soybean paste stew and kimchi stew, and the most preferred cooked vegetables were cooked spinach, seasoned cucumber. Baechu kimchi(white cabbage kimchi) were the most preferred kind of kimchi. For desserts there was a very high preference for the watermelons, apples, and pears. For beverages the most preferred were ginseng tea, fruit juices and dietary fiber drinks. From the results listed above, the nutritional education needed to be done to the tourism transportation business managers to set the proper menu considering the characteristics of the preference each age group of managers.

한글 로고타입의 시각적인 형태에 따른 선호도에 관한 연구 (The study on preference according to visual shape of Hangeul logotype)

  • 최근 마케팅 분야에서 기업 이미지디자인의 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 그런데 기업의 이미지를 대표하는 마크 중 로고타입은 심볼마크와 로고마크에 비해 상대적으로 소홀히 다루어져 왔다. 로고타입은 심볼마크와 함께 기업의 개성과 특성을 함축적으로 나타내는 것이어야 하고, 이를 위해서는 형태에 의한 이미지 표현이 중요시되며, 따라서 시각디자인의 조형적인 측면이 중요하게 고찰되어야 한다. 그런데 로고타입과 로고마크에 관한 조형적 측면에서의 연구, 특히 글꼴의 형태와 이에 대한 소비자의 반응에 관한 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 소비자들이 선호하는 한글 로고타입의 시각적인 형태와, 기업에 따라 선호되는 로고타입의 형태에 관해 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 기업의 업종에 따라 선호되는 로고타입의 형태요소에 차이가 있었는데, 건설회사 로고타입에서는 돋음체 계열의 몸통에 줄기 굵음, 돌기 없음, 사선형 맺음, 직선곡선형 맺음이 선호되고, 은행의 로고타입에서는 돋음체 계열의 몸통에 돌기 없음, 사선형 맺음, 한쪽곡선형 돌기, 줄기는 중간이 선호되며, 연구소의 로고타입에서는 돋음체 계열의 몸통에 사선형 맺음, 줄기 굵음, 직선형 돌기가 선호되는 것으로 나타났다. 건설회사, 은행, 연구소의 로고타입 형태에 공통적으로 적용해야 할 요소는 사선형 맺음으로 나타났고, 곡선형 맺음과 줄기 얇음은 피해야 될 것으로 나타났다. 반면 돌기, 맺음, 굴림은 기업의 업종에 따라 다르게 적용해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

한국 남성의 인구통계학적 특성 요인과 여성 헤어스타일에 대한 선호도와의 상관성 연구 (Demographic Characteristics of Korean Men A Study on Correlation with Preference for Female Hair Style)

  • 본 논문은 연령, 학력, 결혼여부, 직업군, 월평균소득, 거주지 등 한국 남성의 인구통계학적 특성요인과 여성 그레쥬에이션 선호도와의 상관성에 대한 연구이다. 설문지 배포후 수합된 333부의 설문지를 통계분석 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 남성들의 여성 그레쥬에이션 커트 길이 단차에 따른 선호도에 관하여 알아보고, 가장 선호하는 그레쥬에이션 커트형태의 정립화에 기여하고자 한다. 설문지 분석결과 전체 남성의 51.1%가 커트 길이의 단차가 많은 그레쥬에이션형을 선호 하였으며 인구 통계학적 특성에 따라 단차에 대한 선호도에 차이가 나타난 것을 확인 되었다(p<0.05).본 연구를 통해 남성들이 시각적으로 가장 선호하며 아름답다고 보는 여성의 헤어스타일 중 그레쥬에이션 커트스타일에 대한 다각도의 연구가 가능해진다. 또한 헤어살롱에서 고객만족의 중대를 도출해 낼 수 있으며, 여성의 미적인 이미지를 극대화 시키면서 보다 다양하고 응용이 가능한 그레쥬에이션 커트의 변화를 모색할 수 있는 기초지표가 될 것으로 판단된다.

중학교 학생의 과학 학습 방법 및 전략에 관한 연구 (A Study of the Preferred Methods and Strategies of Science Learning in Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구에서는 중학생들의 과학 교재를 이용한 학습 방법 및 전략을 조사${\cdot}$분석하였다. 검사도구로 Preferred Method of Study(PMOS)를 사용하였고, 임상 면담법을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면, 학생들이 교과서 새 단원을 통독하는 횟수와 과학 점수간에는 유의미하고 긍정적인 상관관계가 있었으며, 주제의 유형보다는 시험의 유형에 따라 학습 방법 및 전략을 더 쉽게 바꾸는 경향이 있었다. 대부분의 학생들은 교과서를 학습할 때 좀처럼 요약, 도표, 그림 등과 같은 조직적인 도구를 활용하지 않았고, 한 가지의 학습 방법 및 전략을 선호${\cdot}$사용하였다. 또한 극소수의 학생(1%)만이 선행지식을 교과서 안의 새로운 개념과 연결시키려고 의식적인 노력을 기울였다. 그리고 학생들이 과학 교과를 공부할 때 우선적으로 활용하는 자료로 교과서를 선택하지만 직접적인 학습에 있어서는 참고서와 문제집을 신뢰${\cdot}$이용하는 것으로 조사되었다. 그러므로 학습재로서의 교과서 개발과 효과적인 과학 교육을 위하여, 학습자의 학습 방법 및 전략과 인지심리학, 동기심리학 등의 다양한 영역에 대한 구체적이고 직접적인 연구가 선행되어야 하며, 학생들의 인지 수준의 이해를 통한 교수와 더불어 학생들의 학습 양태(learning style), 학습 방법 및 전략(learning method and strategy)을 파악하여 능동적인 의미구성의 장으로서 교과서의 역활을 극대화시켜야 한다. 그리고 교과서 집필의 기초 자료로서 학생들의 교과서 활용 방안에 대한 다양한 관점의 연구 분석이 요구된다.
