  • This study looked into entrepreneur-like psychological characteristics such as achievement needs and entrepreneurship including start-up motivation in order to discover factors that would affect start-up intention which can be referred to as an origin of start-up vitalization and to discuss causal relations among the factors. In other words, the study took a look into how both achievement needs and entrepreneurship would influence start-up intention as focusing on mediating roles of start-up motivation. To achieve the research goal, the study conducted an empirical analysis on a total of 181 samples of survey gathered from founders of these companies that had moved into a start-up support center. Findings of the analysis reported that first of all, achievement needs and entrepreneurship have positive effects on start-up motivation, and the study confirmed that the two variables work as antecedent variables of start-up motivation. Second of all, start-up motivation is significantly connected to start-up intention, and that definitely proved precedence relation following relation between the two variables. Third of all, mediating effects of start-up motivation on relations among start-up needs, entrepreneurship and start-up intention which are said to be cores of this study were observed. To sum up, the study learned that start-up motivation as a mediator contributes to how achievement needs and entrepreneurship would strengthen start-up intention. In conclusion, the study suggests that these entrepreneur-like psychological characteristics such as achievement needs, entrepreneurship and especially start-up motivation should be improved if anyone would like to increase start-up intention. Based on results presented above, the study offers theoretical and practical implications in relation to start-up intention.

  • Obesity is an excessive increased state of total body fat, and diabetes is a disease lack or defect of insulin which controls blood sugar. The reason of obesity and diabetes are history, lack of exercise, overeating, stress and so forth. The principle of dietary modification in the obesity and diabetes are controling total calorie control, and taking orderly meals, and restricting high calorie food. General exercise guidance will recommend to take precedence over the medical diagnosis, case history test before the exercise begins, and the beginning of exercise. It start with light excercise, and gradually enhance intensity The fundamental and effective cure of obesity and diabetes is aerobic exercise (as jogging, swimming, playing tennis, aerobic dancing). It is reasonable for exercise intensity to be 60~80$\%$ HRmax(50~70$\%$ $Vo_2$ max) and for the duration to be 15~60minutes a day and frequency to be 3~6 times a week. Especially the exercise intensity may be changeable according to the, pattern of diabetes. The snack that contains carbohydrate during exercise will discontinue the exercise when insulin activity is reached on high peak, and it is a proper way taking 15~20g's carbohydrate contained food against possibility of the low blood sugar occurance after exercise, At last, it is much effective the exercise therapy is combined with the diet therapy for best diabetes treatment.

  • This study has its purpose of researching on the relevant variables which affect the attitude toward engineering science and brain dominance for the department of engineering students. The results of this study are as follows: First, the department of engineering students' attitude toward engineering science has shown the order of cognitive element (3.73), definitional element (3.05) and behavioral element (2.86), and in the actual context it is considered that it is necessary to establish a teaching-learning strategy which can reinforce the behavioral elements such as experiments and practices as well as can improve engineering-related cognitive ability. Second, the attitudes toward engineering science according to their brain dominance thinking (Type A: analyst, Type B: Administrator, Type C: Cooperator, and Type D: Jointer) have no significant difference, but the students of Type A who have the characteristics of 7 analyzing thinking have shown high academic accomplishment. Based on these results of study, it is necessary to make a change of the current teaching-learning stratery in accordance with the types of thinking of the students from the teaching-learning perspective. In particular, in order to develop the weak dominance properties and thinking type of individual learners, the change in teacher's recognition that the teacher's teaching-learning strategy and practice is important has to take precedence.

  • Under the hypothesis that social behavior appears with personal differences. this study tried to make it clear that sociality factors are precedence variables, through characterization of the relationship between university students' sociality factors and multidimensional leadership factors. To achieve this goal, we have selected as a population university Taekwondo players participating in playing currently in 2006, sampled 228 subjects using the convenience sampling, and then finally used their data. Data were processed through descriptive analysis, factor analysis reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 12.0, and conclusions were drawn as follows. Through such a process and method, we have yielded the following results. First, the responsibility our of the sociality factors appears to have significant influence on the types of training & direction, positive feedback, and social support at the level of p<.001, on the type of authoritative behavior at the level of p<.01, and on the type of democratic behavior at the level of p<.05. Second, the sociability out of the sociality factors proves to have significant influence on the type of training & direction at the level of p<.05. Third, the planning out of the sociality factors turns out to have significant influence on the type of social support at the level of .001, and on the types of democratic behavior and authoritative behavior at the level of p<.01.

  • As government research and development projects become more important, such as the creation of future-oriented growth engines and expansion of budgets, the future vision of R&D is presented through paradigm shifts such as efficiency, investment direction and strategy. On the other hand, research and interest in sanctions are poor, and this paper examines legal grounds, comparative analysis of laws, and cases outside the country, draws implications for domestic applications, have. In addition, we will contribute to the prevention of damages caused by neglect, or the transparency of the execution of research funds. This study was conducted by comparing the characteristics of government R&D and sanctions with the sanctions for the top three R&D investment related SMEs. In Korea, starting with the introduction of sanctions in 2001, the moral hazard of research and development has been prevented through the cumulative violation of aggravation, expansion of the period of restriction of participation, and the introduction of a strikeout system. Nevertheless, fraudulent use of business expenses is constantly being detected. In order to ensure maximum autonomy and stronger responsibility than strong institutions, the willingness of the researchers to execute transparent business expenses, the moral approach to public resources, Precedence of recognition conversion is important.

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the various processes and patterns to build or synthesize class numbers in the 800 class of the Dewey Decimal Classification, Edition 20(1989). The results of the analysis are as follows: 1. The 800(Literature and rhetoric) class in the DDC system is the main class added analytico-synthetic principle positively to an enumerative scheme. 2. The facets to be a n.0, pplied in literature are language literary form literary period ; kind, scope, or medium ; notation 08(collection) or 09(criticism) literary feature, subject, author, etc. 3. In the 800 class, there are the five tables of precedence for literary forms aspects ; specific kinds of persons ; literary, period in relation to the aspects for works treating more than one literary form subforms, aspects and literary periods in the works treating a specific literary form. 4. The basic number synthesis of literary works proceeds through the various facets in the following sequence, as far as necessary for the item : base no. + literary form + literary time or period + kind, scope, or medium + notation 08 or 09 + subform + additional notation from T3C and other tables. 5. In view of the multiplicity of facets, their synthesis formulas take the following order : (1) Works about the literature : base no.(schedule) + language(T6) or form(T3B) (2) Works by or about individual author : base no.(schedule) + form (T3A) + period(schedule) + subform(T3A) (3) Works by or about more than one author, not restricted by language facet : base no.(schedule) + period(T1) ; base no.(schedule) + kind, scope, medium(T3B), or feature(T3C), or person(T5). (4) Works by or about more than one author, restricted by language facet : base no.(schedule) + form (T3B) + period(schedule) + subform(T3B) + notation 08 or 09(T3B) ; base no.(schedule) + notation 08 or 09(T3B) + 9(T3C) + area notation(T2) : base no.(schedule) + form (T3B) + notation 008 or 009(T3B) : base no.(schedule) + form (T3B) + kind, scope, medium(T3B) + notation 08 or 09(T3B) + period(schedule). (5) Affiliated literatures for which period numbers are not us base no.(schedule) + form (T3A or T3B), or notation 08 or 09(T3B) : base no.(schedule) + kind, scope, medium(T3B), feature(T3C), or person(T5) 6. The problems in the number building of the 800 class are the complexity and difficulty of number synthesis, the intrinsic weakness of from distinction and the inconvenience of retrieval inherent in the form class. In order to solve these problems, therefore, the citation orders and methods of DDC should be improved and synthesis patterns simplified from the point of view of its applicability and its usefulness in the "literature class".

  • In this paper, we propose an Aggregate Fairness Maker (ARM) required for an Edge router to improve fairness of throughput among the flows of Assured Service in DiffServ with different round trip time (RTT) and we propose a user flow Three Color Marker (uf-TCM) as a flow marker that marks packets from the flow as green, yellow, or red. A yellow packet is the packet that consumes loss token in uf-TCM as well as that is demoted green packet in AM due to disobey the aggregate traffic profile. The proposed AFH promotes yellow packet to green packet or demotes green packet to yellow packet through the fair method without per-flow management, and it improves the feirness of throughput among the flows as well as link utilization. A yellow packet and a red packet have the same drop precedence at Core Router in our scheme. So we can use the RIO buffer management scheme. We evaluated the performance of our proposed AFM and the REDP Marker that was proposed to improve fairness without per-flow management. Simulation results show that, compared with the REDP marker, proposed AFM can improve performance of throughput fairness among the flows with different RTT and link utilization under the over-provisioning, exact-provisioning, and under-provisioning network environments at Multiple DiffServ domains as well as at Single DiffServ domain.

  • Architectural style is said to be product reflecting political, social and cultural condition. Especially, in colony, architectural style is strongly related to political condition or policy. After colonization in 1910, public buildings with western historical architectural style in Japanese version were widely built by Japanese colonial government in Korea. And in the late 1920s, modernism style in architecture became dominant in Korea as like other countries. In this situation, curious buildings in strange architectural styles came out. One example is railroad station buildings with traditional Korean architectural style and timber house station having a steep roof which is widely used in North Europe such as Alps area with good sights and mountains. Generally, the colonizer says that colonization is the only way to save the colony at crisis defined by colonizer and they insist that they can help the colony modernize. To justify colonization, the colonizer attributes the colonization to the characteristics of the nation and stagnation of the traditional culture etc.. Accordingly, the colonizer tries to depreciate colony's traditional value and culture. In case of colony which has similar cultural background historically (in this case, economical exploitation is less important than other Asian colony by European power), this depreciation of traditional value and culture in Korea was done more strongly than others. At this time, we should understand special relation between Korea and Japan historically. Even though, colony's locality is adopted by the colonizer in public fields, which is based on political purpose or exotic taste etc.. In early days of Japanese ruling period, Japan never use the Korean traditional facts in public. Therefore there is no use of Korean traditional architectural style in public field. In late 1920s, some railroad station buildings were constructed in new styles without precedence in modern Korea. One is railroad station buildings in Korean traditional architectural style, the other is railroad station buildings in timber house stations having a steep roof which is different form western historical architectural style. It was mystery that Japan had constructed railroad stations in Korean traditional style which Japan had tried to destroy together with Western style railroad station buildings. This paper is made to solve the mystery why the colonizer(Japan) constructed entirely different types of railroad stations at the same time in the late 1920s and 1930s. The key point to solve this mystery is tourism. In this paper, to solve this mystery, I try to use terminology' 'Colonial Tourism' in architecture why colonial power had constructed railroad stations with colony's traditional architectural style and Western style having a steep roof which can be seen north European region.

  • This study purposes to conduct visual feedback and body posture control training on stroke patients with pusher syndrome in order to reduce their pusher syndrome. This study also examines changes resulting from the training and applies the guidelines necessary for documentation of patient/customer management. The participant for this study was one patient with pusher syndrome. The study progressed from a medical examination of the subject followed by evaluation, diagnosis, prognosis, intervention and treatment plan, and finally re-examination in order of precedence. Problems in the participant's functional activities, difficulties in changes from sitting postures into standing postures, and maintaining standing postures were determined as primary restrictions on activities and the improvement of these activities was set up as a goal through discussions with the patient. Interventions were mainly implemented to reduce the pusher syndrome with visual feedback provided using mirrors and exercises focusing on leaning in order to maintain posture while sitting. Changes from supine postures to sitting postures and the degree of changes in maintaining standing postures were compared between before and after the intervention by measuring times in the same environment and the degree of pusher syndrome was measured using the SCP tool. The process of this clinical practice was documented. The SCP score that indicates the degree of changes in the participant's pusher syndrome changed from 3.75 points to 0.8 point indicating a decrease in pushing. Among functional activities, posture changes from sitting postures to standing postures and maintaining standing postures were improved. In addition, since the patient could maintain standing postures, the patient could walk indoors. In this case study, mirrors and body posture control training used as interventions to relieve pusher syndromes can be easily applied in clinics to examine the form of functional recovery. The results indicated that these intervention methods were effective and thus it is thought that the results can be used as basic data to utilize these intervention methods diversely. In addition, the documentation of patient/client management was applied as actual documentation in Korean and based on the results, we could show decision making processes for patients' functional goals and objectively explain problems, prognoses and changes made through the interventions.
