The traditional gardens of China were constructed on the basis of the common aesthetic consciousness between designers and users. As designers and users communicated each other through the medium of garden, they give suggestions to our design and appreciation of modern landscape architecture. The traditional gardens of China pursued to reach the state of Yi Jing(意境), and this state formed the keynote of the whole field of Chinese culture. Yi Jing is the aesthetic theory originated in Pre-Qin Era, and established in Tang-Dynasty. After this, this theory become the very important aesthetic category of Chinese aesthetics. Yi Jing is the process from conception to appreciation, and requires the three parts of designer, a work of art, and appreciator. To reach Yi Jing, designers must be well grounded and persevere in their efforts. They also had to have the ability of corresponding the inner order of environment and landscape, and expressing their own feelings and emotions into gardens. So ultimately, they were in pursuit of constructing the gardens as if something naturally created. The garden itself is the meeting place of designers and users. The space in which users can think of life, nature, history, and cosmos. In order to do this, designers design the real landscape and non-visual landscape. This design can give appreciators more fertile imagination. Appreciation perfects the Yi Jing of gardens. Yi Jing is created by co-work of artist and appreciator with common aesthetic consciousness and sense. Therefore, it is subjective, and it may be vary with man and time.

This is a review on the longitudinal transformation of the Japanese trousers, which is prepared as a pre-study for the comparative analysis of the forms of Korean and Japanese folk trousers. The special traits of the Japanese trousers are found to be as follows: 1) The Japanese trousers seem to have their root in the Northern-Asian or Schithian culture. 2) While the ancient forms of Japanese trousers, esp., those of the 8C before include the same types as Korean folk trousers, the Medieval and Recent era trousers quite differ and transform themselves into the unique Japanese type. 3) All Japanese trousers can largely be classified into formal and functional trousers. Formal trousers play important role as one of the ceremonial wardrobe and are treated rather as an outermost-wear than as an inner-wear. 4) The formal trousers have skirt-like features with much fullness as are presented in many deep pleats, long crotch lines and long sashes connected to the belt; the femine trousers even omit crotch line. 5) The principal forms of Japanese trousers consist of I, $\wedge,\;\wedge$; the $\lambda$ form of Korean and Chinese type had never existed. 6) Varieties of the composite type of Japanese-Western style appear among the trousers of recent time.
The main objective of this study was to identify the most appropriate condition for root formation of in vitro micropropagated pear (Pyrus spp.) plants. In vitro propagation was induced on Murashige and Skoog (MS) medium with 2.0 mg/L of N6-benzyladenine (BA) and 0.2 mg/L of Indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) medium. The short pre-treatment of explants with a high concentration (1 mg/L) of NAA and IBA (R0 medium) in dark for three days, followed by transfer to five different media (R1 to R5) resulted in good rooting responses in the pear 'Oharabani (P. pyrifolia × P. communis)' genotype. For the rooting experiments, the highest rooting percentage (83.3 ± 8.3%), average root length (3.6 ± 1.9 mm), total root number (31 ± 4.0), and average root number per plant (2.6 ± 2.1) were obtained on half strength (1/2) of MS medium supplemented with 30 g/L sucrose without hormones and activated charcoal (AC) (R1 medium). The highest rooting percentage was obtained at 83.3% from explants on R1 and R3 media. The rooting procedure described in this study resulted in good root formation and significantly shorting the root induction time to within 14 days of culture. Further studies are underway to test the suitability of the protocol developed in this study for other pear genotypes.

Considering the fact that many students and parents spend a considerable amount of time and economic power on prior learning and that the environments of internet-based society change rapidly, it is worth examining the status and effectiveness of prior learning. In response, the study surveyed 186 first-year students of A high school in Changwon on the basic status of science prior learning. By the analysis results for the status, 39.8% of the students surveyed said they had experience in prior learning in science. Among the students experienced, 56 students who started science prior learning after the start of winter vacation in the third grade of middle school were analyzed the specific status of science prior learning and the impact of science prior learning on science achievements. The semi-subject form of pre-learning in science showed the highest response rate with 50.0 percent, and the motivation for pre-learning in science was the highest with 33.9 percent improvement in test scores. The confidence and learning intention were positive when conducting prior learning in a semi-subject form, and interest and value were positive when conducting prior learning in a self-directed form. As a result of the survey on the effect of science prior learning, 71.4% of the students who experienced science prior learning showed positive scientific achievement.
In the 18th century, Xu Lingtai (徐靈胎) and Yoshimasu Todo (吉益東洞) were medical revolutionaries. They emphasized researches about synthesis of formulae, efficacy of medication and observation and then classification of clinical phenomena, so they assumed a modern scientific character. But, there were clear differences between their academic thoughts. In this paper, we examine the causes of difference in three fields, i.e. traditional culture, viewpoints of talented people and academic personality. The first, difference was due to traditional culture. Chinese medicine has a long history and heavy traditional culture. Yin-Yang (陰陽) theory, Five Phase(五行) theory, Viscera and Bowels (臟腑) theory and Meridian and Collateral (經絡) theory stemmed from everyday practice, and Chinese people learn these theories from experience and observation. From the standpoint of Chinese people, particularly scholarly doctors [儒醫] such as Xu Lingtai, it was easy to debate medical theories. In contrast, Japanese traditional culture didn't have as long a history as China. Thus as a necessity, it was harder to disseminate traditional Chinese medicine theories in Japan. Yoshimasu Todo simplified it by cutting out the superfluous traditional Chinese medicine theory, so at that time it must have been shocking to the Japanese medical world's trends. The second, difference was due to viewpoints of talented experts. From the standpoint of Xu Lingtai, above all, medicine is just a learning, only a kind of technique, even more not a means of living. Xu Lingtai was concerned with the appearance of very talented experts such as 'great man' (偉人), and 'exceptional man' (奇士) who carried out medical research. Instead of cultivating a few talented people, Yoshimasu Todo tried to produce a large number of clinicians quickly who could treat ordinary people. The third was due to personality difference. As Xu Lingtai threw away Confucianism and studied medicine in his youth, although he had a critical attitude, he was always mild-mannered. Yoshimasu Todo always had a clearly critical and rebellious nature. Personality influenced their literary spirit and learning style, so although both advocated reactionism, the academic thought of Xu Lingtai was reformative and mild, while that of Yoshimasu Todo was revolutionary and fierce. Xu Lingtai and Yoshimasu Todo had considerably similar research domains and academic thought, so it is proper for them both to serve as examples for making a comparative study of medical history in China and Japan in 18th century.
In this study, we reviewed the preparation process and the main Uimul involved in the procession of Gyeongsang Gamsa Doim in the late Joseon Dynasty. We reviewed the Yeongyeong- Ilgi, written by Cho, Jae-ho, and the Miam-Ilgicho, wtitten by Yoo Hee-chun. Those who had been appointed as a Gamsa by the Sammang System went through the Saeun and Sajo procedures to thank and say goodbye to the king before leaving for his assignment. The Gyoseo and Yuseo were usually received from the king at this time, but in some cases, they were received in the Seungjeongwon, or the Seori of Seungjeongwon brought them directly to the place where the Gamsa works. The Milbu with the Eoab was received along with the Yuseol, and the principle was to return the Milbu later. The procession of Gamsa is divided into the pre-and post-Gyoinsik procession and the Sunryeok procession. It was confirmed that the pre-Gyoinsik procession was made more compact than the post-Gyoinsik procession. In the study, we reviewed Ilsan, which is necessary for the officials' procession, and also examined the Gyoseo, Yuseo, Jeol·Wol, and Milbu received from the king. We also looked at the Gwan-in and Byeongb given by the former Gamsa at the the Gyoinsik. The Jeol, which means the command and the Wol, which means killing power, were given to the Gamsa. And unlike previous studies, it was confirmed that the Jeol was a perforated hexagon and and the Wol was a trident. Also, it was found that Ilsan is white, and there are two rows of Yuso on each of the six ribs of the umbrella. It is thought that the results of this study, which looked at the Doim process and Uimul by dividing the Gyeongsang-Gamsa Doim procession in the late Joseon Dynasty pre-and post-Gyoinsik, will be helpful in understanding the process of Gasmsa Doim. In addition, it is expected that it can be used as basic data for reproduction event of traditional culture related to Gwana, such as the reproduction of Gyeongsang-Gamsa Doim-Sunlyeok procession and Gyoinsik.
In the Middle Ages it was customary to cover up the hair, but the Renaissance brought uncovered coiffures with the revival of humanism. In those days, silk and linen veil, ribbon, string of pearl used for covering, wrapping round with the hair. During the Baroque period, the style of hair was to pursue the beauty of imbalance in form, reflecting the atmosphere of the time. Hurluberlu and Fontanges hairstyles were in fashion. Then in the Rococo period, huge, resplendent coiffures of exquisite beauty were invented as a symbol of power, and these modes of hairdo were a dominant force in the culture of personal adornment of that time. Pouf and enfant hairstyles were in fashion. As a reaction against the extravagance of the proceding modes, late 18th and early 19th centuries brought revival of simpler hairstyles of ancient Greece and Rome by the influence of neoclassicism. The latter half of the 1820's onwards saw he reappearance of voluminous coiffures as well as an enormous variation of knots with combinations of false knots and chignons. Late 19th through early 20th centuries was the period of beautifully waved hair, the style of which was an integration of Marcel waves and Art Nouveau. The 20th century saw the epoch-making invention of permanent waves using electricity. Concurrently, with an increasing participation of women in social affairs since pre-and post-World War I periods, as well as with Art Deco in full flourish, bobbed hair was created in pursuit of lightness and nimbleness, quickly showing the change of women's modes of life. Hair fashions thoroughly embody the aesthetic sense of each period, reflecting the landscape of contemporary society.

This experiment was carried out to improve the anther culture efficiency of barley (Hordeum vulgare L.). Callus induction rates from anther cultures of the five domestic naked barley and four unhulled varieties ranged from 0 to 5.6%, and plant regeneration rate to callus was 30.4% in the donor plants grown in a greenhouse during winter, among which the green plant regeneration rates ranged from 0 to 4.4%. Plant regeneration rate was 30.4% in the donor plants grown in a greenhouse during winter, whereas 21.3% in the normal field condition in spring. In addition, callus induction rates were 19.2% in plants grown in a normal field and 7.2% in drought-stressed condition, respectively. Being Considered the anther culture efficiency affected by the sampling time, the optimum sampling stage of anthers was 3~4 days before heading when the length between the 1st and 2nd auricles reaches 5 to 10 cm and at the uninucleate of pollen which the tip of the 2nd auricle aligns with the middle of panicle in the leaf sheath. Best callus induction rates came from the anthers stored at $4^{\circ}C$ for 3 weeks in a 10 to 15 cm diameter polyethylene bag with 5 to 10 panicles and Duwonchapssalbori and Saessalbori showed the higher induction rate of 4.8% and 1.7%, respectively.

The purpose of this study is to compare the meaning of the experience of robot play in the free play time of 5-year-old children in daycare centers with the experience of 5-year-old children in the structural group activities of teachers. To this end, a total of 32 children (15 in the experimental group and 17 in the comparative group) aged 5 were conducted for 1 hour three times a week for 10 weeks. Robots were supported as toys in the classroom of the experimental group, and children in the comparative group freely experienced robot exploration and play during free play time, and children in the comparative group learned the robot's functions and performed structural group activities based on the 2019 Revised Nuri Curriculum national-level curriculum. As a result of analyzing the difference between pre-test and post-test, the use of robots in free play showed a significant effect in creativity and fluency of children, and a significant effect in expression of pleasure in playability. These results suggest that robots are meaningful as play materials in early childhood education, which aims for infant-led free play, and that it is worth studying the robot experiences of children in these free situations in the future.
This study was conducted to examine in vitro development of porcine embryos constructed by the microinjection of cultured fetal fibroblast cells into porcine oocytes matured in vitro. Single fetal donor cells were deposited into the perivitelline space of enucleated oocytes, followed by electrical fusion and activation. Activated embryos were cultured in NCSU-23 medium supplemented with 5% FBS, at 38.5$^{\circ}C$ for 6 to 8 days in 5% $CO_2$ and air. In experiment 1, fusion rates of nuclear transfer embryos did not differ for fetal fibroblast cells incubated in 5% FBS + NCSU-23 or 5% FBS + TL Heaps medium, nor did fusion rates of donor cells differ between 1-8 hr incubation durations. Fusion rates for the four treatment subclasses ranged from 72.1% to 78.0%. In experiment 2, Pre-synchronization in medium containing 0.1 $\mu\textrm{g}$/m Hoechst 33342 an increase from 0 and 8 versus 15 h culture an increased percentage of porcine fibroblast cells in G2/M at the end of the synchronization period (12.4%, 17.5% and 47.6%). Neither an increase in the concentration of H 33342 (0.2-1.6 $\mu\textrm{g}$/$m\ell$) nor a longer exposure time (12h, 18h and 24h) increased the proportion of porcine G2/M fibroblasts. In experiment 3, fusion rates did not differ significantly far nuclear transfer embryos constructed using donor cells cultured in 5% FBS + NCSU-23 medium for 1-2, 6-8 or 12-14 days (60.0%, 73.3% and 62.5%), respectively. The cleavage rate for nuclear transplant embryos using fetal fibroblast cells cultured for 1-2 days was 44.0%, significantly less than 56.7% and 50.0%. for 6-8 or 12-14 days duration of culture, respectively. In experiment 4, the proportions of nuclear transfer embryos that developed to the $\geq$2 cell and to the blastocyst stage were not affected significantly by culture medium (5% FBS + NCSU-23 or 5% FBS + TL-Heaps) or by $O_2$ concentration of the culture (5% vs 10%). Rates of development to the $\geq$2 cell stage ranged from 65.9% to 70.1%, and development rates to the blastocyst stage ranged from 9.8% to 12.5% for the four treatment subclasses. Developmental rate was highest for embryos cultured in 5% FBS + NCSU-23 under a gas atmosphere of 5% $O_2$ in air.
